I have not eaten a bagel in years because of being gluten free and keto. This bagel breakfast sandwich with pesto was such a treat! The portion is huge and full of flavor. For one sandwich, it was $16.99 but considering everything you get with it, the price is appropriate. Not to mention everyone is so friendly and explains the menu and ingredients thoroughly. We will be back!

Starburst Parlor on Charleston has that kind of nostalgic magic — the kind that makes you feel like you just walked into a sweeter, simpler time. The peanut butter cookies (dairy-free, thank you very much) were pure perfection — rich, chewy, and worth a song of their own. My husband went for the pumpkin spice cupcake and looked like he’d just seen the Vegas lights for the first time. They’ve got coffee, pizza, cheesecake — a whole lineup of temptations that somehow stay gluten- and sugar-free without losing any of the charm. The place hums with old-school good vibes and a touch of Rat Pack cool. Let’s just say, if you’re looking for a little amore in your dessert, this is where you’ll find it.

I tried this bakery in an effort to find bakery goods that didn't contain sugar or added sugar. This bakery specializes in baked goods and foods created without using cane sugar. They use Allulose and Stevia and other natural sweeteners. I tried the waffle, egg and turkey bacon with cheese, the Unicorn Blood tea (contained Elderberry, and hibiscus) with whipped cream an old almond milk, the Red Velvet cupcake and a Chocolate chip cookie topped with pistachio. When I say I have found my new bakery, I truly mean it! If you're a first-timer, they take the time to make sure you know about their products and how they are made. They also ask if you have any allergies, just in case you may have a nit allergy or any other food type of allergy. They made me feel very welcomed and didn't rush you to make a selection. It was a refreshing experience. They also serve ice cream, but it's not made with sugar. I tried some, and it was delicious as well. I really don't think you can make a bad choice from anything on their menu. It's a unique bakery, with a very retro style, and I love it! If you're looking for a different kind of bakery or want to avoid sugar, this is an excellent choice! I'm certainly going back!

Starburst Parlor Keto Bakery is an absolute blessing to have in the Las Vegas area! I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes with my current pregnancy & I felt so defeated on eating anything enjoyable. It felt like nothing was "safe" treat-wise. I stopped in the bakery one day and was amazed at the number of options they had! I've tried their cheesecakes, cookies, and most recently their pizza, and it makes virtually zero change to my sugar! I can't tell you how satisfying it felt to have pizza (super, super yummy pizza at that) after months of having to avoid it. They use an almond flour crust, which is totally different than the more typically-available cauliflower crusts most places offer (which isn't even diabetic-friendly 9 times out of 10, btw!). I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone watching their blood sugar, but even moreso to those facing a GDM diagnosis that they're trying to keep diet-controlled. The service is incredible and unbelievably helpful & friendly, and the food/choices are even better!

Amazing! The owner and her son were so warm and welcoming, taking the time to explain every ingredient. I mentioned I was traveling for work and asked for recommendations that would reheat well (wasn’t sure if I’d have access to a microwave). The waffle breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the donut was fantastic! I haven’t tried the muffins yet, but they look amazing. Not only is everything 100% gluten-free and sugar-free (they use Allulose), but they also avoid seed oils ❤️. As a symptomatic celiac who gets violently ill from cross-contamination, traveling can be tricky—finding a place like this is such a gift. I’m so grateful for people who take food allergies seriously. I’ll definitely be back before my trip ends!

I cannot recommend this amazing bakery enough! I am gluten free and she made us the most incredible cake! It was cheesecake surrounded by red velvet cake. We are still talking about it. She even went out of her way to decorate it when she discovered it was for an elopement. Incredible owner, incredible food. Will be back when I’m in Vegas!

This place is just such a gem! I couldn’t believe a place like this even existed. I was diagnosed with diabetes almost two years ago and then I was getting married. I found this place and I almost cried because I could eat anything I wanted from there. We ordered our wedding cake from here and I honestly couldn’t be happier. It was beautiful and tasted amazing, our guests didn’t know it was a keto cake and they were shocked when I told them. We also had stopped by previously and ordered pizza and picked up some peanut butter cookies. Everything there is made with so much care, you can see it and you can taste it. It’s super cute inside and well taken care of. Again you can just see how love is given to this place.

My husband and I visited this morning (Sunday) for brunch. Jill and her son were behind the counter, friendly and helpful, telling us about the day's selections. Super good breakfast sandwich on an onion bagel. We also got a box of treats to go and 2 large coffee drinks. We'll be back!

The Best Bakery bar none! I ordered a sample bundle and 4 various birthday cupcakes. We got 2 carrot cakes with cream cheese icing, red velvet, and pumpkin spice woth butter cream icing. They were so beautiful and great tasting. In the sampler we got a brownie, 2 choc chip cookies, a blueberry muffin, a peanut butter cookie, 2 pumpkin spice cookies, we also got something else I coludnt name because the birthday girl took it all home. If you need desserts you can count on to be delicious, beautiful, and sugar free give Jill a call she will do you proud. Thank you do much Jill!

Just happened to wander in when getting a bread-less sub from jersey mikes! Heads up, the door might be locked, but they are definitely open, just ring the doorbell! Cold brew was great, but very strong definitely add a little sweetener and some heavy cream for an indulgent treat. Awesome selection of keto goods, loved the cheesecake and the banana bread cake with frosting. The donut I could definitely do without, but the cookies were pretty good too. Will definitely be back! The mother and son team that owning the shop are super hospitable and very knowledgeable about everything they're making, they give great detailed instructions of how to reheat and serve all of their goods. You can tell they're very passionate about this business.

Omg am I glad that I stopped by this charming little bakery. They seriously have the best cupcakes I've ever had in my life. The cupcakes are moist, dense, and have a wonderful cream cheese frosting that rivals any other cupcake out on the market. My favorites are the banana rangler cupcake and the red velvet cupcake. And to make these baked treats even better are that they are low in carbs and fit perfectly into my new lifestyle. Also, the cupcakes are huge and can be enjoyed in 2 sittings if you prefer but they are so good, I go ahead and eat it all lol. Also, the cheesecakes are divine. They are also low carb but you cannot tell as they are rich, moist, and creamy. I can't go back to regular cheesecake because not only are starbursts' cheesecakes delicious, but they are also low carb as well. These cheesecakes are also a good serving size and you can also split it into two servings. I also had the cinnamon churro coffee with pink whip cream and it was another winner. It rivaled the absolute best coffee on the planet, Dutch brothers and that says a lot. Now, the bakery items are pricey, but I liken that to the fact that the ingredients are more expensive since these treats meet so many dietary restrictions, and quality ain't cheap. I will gladly pay every penny for these treats that I can feel good about eating. I can't wait to try their savory items such as their pizza, bagels, and hand pies, which all look delicious. Thank you starburst parlor for being such an awesome fixture in the community that sells delicious dietary alternatives that meet a vast array of dietary regulations. I have been here multiple times and I have to say that every single time has been a great experience for me and my family. They are accommodating to dietary restrictions polite specially the owner this is a family business and I have seen nothing but kindness and professionalism I had to get on here and leave a review. I have never not once seen any insects It is always clean and organized

Amazing!! Yesterday was my first time in after following them. The service was outstanding and loved getting a rundown of the whole shop and what they serve. The inside is beyond cute, extremely clean and loved the vintage decor. I got the pumpkin cupcake my son got a snickerdoodle cookie. Both were SO delicious! I write this as I'm eating my last few bites of the cupcake and wish I bought more. Totally worth the trip from Henderson. I'm so glad I got the hoodie as well. The fabric is quality and it fits perfectly. Can not wait to go back!

I saved the bagel I purchased for home. I heated up the everything bagel and added butter. The texture and taste is minimally similar to a traditional bagel. It was very tasty. Strong enough density to be used for a sandwich, but can be easily cut with a fork. The seasonings loaded it with flavor. It was just on the edge of being too salt for my taste, but still quite good.

First time coming to this place AND I WILL BE COMING BACK! First things first the nice gentleman at the door was nothing but sweet and so kind and extremely helpful when describing how the things are made and what ingredients are used and of course which ones are the best! I got a few cookies the chocolate chip ones are to die for they are huge cookies so soft and melt in your mouth I'm genuinely impressed for a keto cookie! I also got the churro ice coffee with pink whip cream and that is also amazing! I struggle to find decent coffee places that offer natural and healthy ingredients that taste amazing and this coffee was it! The pork rinds are also addictive they are so yummy and crunch! I will post pics but beware...some stuff didn't make it to the car LOL

Starburst Parlor Keto Bakery is an absolute must for anyone following a low-carb or keto lifestyle -- residents and visitors alike! Their keto pizzas are phenomenal; my favorite is the sausage, mushroom, and jalapeño. The best low carb crust I've ever had and I've had (and made) plenty in my 20+ years of eating this way. The green chile and cheese hand pies are divine. The bagels are wonderful, and the variety of cookies and treats is tempting beyond belief. It's such a relief not to have to make everything from scratch, and the quality and flavor here make it completely worth it. I love it so much that, before moving to Colorado next week, I made a large order to freeze and take with me. I'm comforted by the fact that they ship, so I'll definitely be ordering once I get settled in. If you're keto or low-carb (or just want to avoid sugar, grains and/or gluten), you simply cannot miss Starburst Parlor!

Very friendly/ helpful staff greet you as you enter. They are happy to discuss any food allergies or sensitivities. We tried a couple muffins, a cupcake and a cookie. The muffins really were tasty and moist. The cupcake was very good as well, especially if you aren't expecting over the top sugary sweetness. Honestly, the cookie fell short for us. Somewhat strange flavor and dry aftertaste. They jazz up the place with some retro decor and be aware that the sign out front only says "Keto bakery", I was on the lookout for Starburst or something like that. Overall it's worth checking out - especially if you have a gluten allergy or really trying to avoid sugar.

Absolutely delicious gluten free keto pizza! I ordered the jalapeño sausage pizza and pepperoni pizza, the crust was soooooo good. The service was fantastic as well, my pickup order was ready right on time, piping hot and fresh. The store itself is really cute, with lots of pink and fun vintage decor. The owner is super friendly. Highly recommend!

If you're trying to lose weight but addicted to sweets, this definitely is a place for you. This bakery is located in a small strip mall with a shared parking space of the omelette house. There is still plenty of parking. I went in on a Tuesday and was pleased to be greeted upon entering by the owner. She was incredibly sweet and had asked me if I had any questions. Naturally, as it was my first time I had plenty of questions and she was so patient and passionate talking about all the items there and describing how everything is made. This is a retro themed bakery and there are a lot of cool memorabilia items that makes it a fun experience. They have a great selection of baked goods, bagels, pizza, cake, ice cream and so much more and EVERYTHING here is sugar & gluten free! I was so excited to see the this as an option. I ordered a carrot cake, a banana bread and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was sweet (sweetened with natural sugars, no stevia) and tasted great! The cookie was a little dry but still good. Their pastries range in price from $4.50-$9 depending on what you order and they also have pizza. For what is being provided prices are great as they don't contain any sugar. What an amazing find off-strip and worth the trip! Sometimes keto is hard when vacationing, but this was a treat. Great souvenirs too along with the personalized service! The food was fantastic and it was worth it to max out my net carbs for the day.

Care is taken with each and every customer down to the allergies and any other cares/concerns you might have. Excellent service with a smile. I've had a few tasty things here before. This time, I tried the mini pumpkin pie. It didn't have that much of a pumpkin flavor to it. I'll go back again, but I will pass on the pumpkin pie. I do love that they are keto and, I believe, sugar-free.

If you are trying to cut sugar and/or eat keto, this is the place for you. We had a couple of their pizzas, muffins and cheesecakes. They go out of their way tweaking their recipes to make you feel like you're not missing the sugar. Warning! Even though it's low sugar, it's not low calorie. But if you are eating keto, you don't worry as much about calories

What great little Keto Bakery! Service: 10/10 The owner and an employee were super friendly and when we told them we were in for the first time they explained everything. They also provided detailed information how to serve heated etc. What great service. Ambiance: 10/10 Very old school vibes like 1960s including and cool jukebox and a wall rotary pay phone. Food: 10/10 Cheese pizza only 11 net carbs for the entire pizza! Wowza. The selection is amazing and you can tell they take pride in their food items. Only wish you were in Utah!

I've been in a food funk. I've been fairly recently diagnosed with diabetes and eating has become a chore. I was such a lover of food, but now it's has become so much harder having to cut out my first love, carbs. Literally all carbs were (is) my favorite food. Noodles, rice, bread, potatoes, cakes, cookies...all lost on the chopping block as I learn how to get my (eating) life together. I definitely make all the healthier choices now so I can live longer, not have my organs shut down, not go blind, keep all my limbs and appendages, blah blah blah blah. The list of food choices I used to have has shrunk immensely. But, with finding this bakery, I've been able to fill a little bit of that giant hole in my heart. Everything has been very delicious and satisfying. I went a little crazy, with my last visit...but well worth it, no regrets! Their food is always so filling and damn tasty! I always think I will be able to eat more than I actually can. The pizza and sandwiches fill my savory cravings of breads. Only 1/2 a sandwich or 1/4 of a single pizza is enough for me as a meal. I also won't be sharing any of it with anyone...all for me because I'm already suffering. I just need this little bit of joy in my life. Maybe I'll let them have a taste. I don't mind the pricing, I completely understand the ingredients and the work, passion, and love it must take to make such satisfying products for everyone who walks in. Anyway...half of everything (except the sandwiches) has gone into the freezer for a later date and I will be consuming everything, alone. Yay! Lots of treats to get me out of my food funk! Finally got to check this place out!! Such a cute and fun bakery!! The owners was so sweet and educated us on everything they sell and bake!! Everything was priced well! The inside and decorations was like I stepped back into time! It was so cute! I got the peanut butter cookie and chocolate German brownie! Both was super yummy!! Stopped by today. I got a red velvet cupcake, cinnamon roll and a chocolate chip cookie. They are all really good and huge. I was only able to eat small pieces of each. I also got a bag of cheddar cheese pork rinds, that I'm looking forward to trying. I miss my cheesy popcorn. So these will be a good substitute. Look forward to coming back to try other stuff.

Excellent keto food made with the healthiest of ingredients! The pizza is amazing. Very clean establishment and the owners are so friendly. We now need a constant supply of their bagels and biscuits in our freezer, so we will need to visit again soon.

The service is with a smile, I can tell this mom and son duo put in the work to make everyone who enters feel welcomed. The place was spotless, the rating is an A, the ingredients are top quality and the items are the best tasting for how they are made (i.e. healthy!). This is a place that is gluten free, celiac friendly, and sugar free. As someone trying to stay on a healthy track, this fits the bill. I ordered a Jill, some mini cheesecake items, carrot and strawberry and a churro hot coffee with some amazing whipped cream...don't skip that....it makes it top notch. The coffee was not super sweet, so get that whipped topping. I will continue to be a customer of this place and am making plans with my friends to have my birthday treats from here. This place is a dream come true. All keto with net carbs listed for all products, and 100% gluten free. The bakery is immaculate and perfectly decorated. We loaded up on cookies, a cinnamon roll, and my absolute favorite, a 3 layer chocolate cake/cheesecake/chocolate frosting delight. The owner was very cool about answering any questions. I regret skipping a coffee and a pizza. Next time! The strip mall itself that the bakery is in is a little sketchy, but worth it. For sure. I can't wait to come back on our next visit! This place is amazing! This cute bakery is ran by the owner Jill and her son Vince! They immediately greet you when you walk in and ask about any dietary restrictions to assist you with finding the perfect treats. There is a bench in there to sit on, but aside from that it's more of a grab and go vibe. The decor on the inside is so cute and transforms you to a different time! Especially the jukebox and music playing. I love that EVERYTHING is sugar free and gluten free. They even have dairy free options available. Everything is laid out in a case and labeled with DF for the dairy free options. You can also call ahead to see what dairy free options are available that day. The flavors do switch up from time to time which I love so you may get to try something new each time. They also have an amazing variety of ice cream (not dairy free) and dairy free sorbets available for a nice cool treat. I also noticed there were breakfast sandwiches & pizza which are made to order! And to wash it all down a variety of coffee, latte, or teas. The flavoring for the coffee/lattes are made in house!! Options are endless here my friend's. There were 4 vegan dessert options available when I went in today. The Peanut Butter Cookie, Walnut Chocolate Brownie, Peanut Butter Triple Chocolate Brownie, and the Carrot Cake Muffin. I tried the Carrot Cake Muffin and the Peanut Butter Cookie because I'm practicing restraint lol. Both were amazing. The Carrot Cake Muffin was recommended to be warmed up which Vince was so kind to do in store. It was so moist and the carrot cake flavor was on point. The Peanut Butter Cookie was recommended warmed or chilled so I tried it chilled. It was really good, very peanut butter forward which, I know, you would expect that from a PB cookie, but I've had some that just tasted like a sugar cookie with PB added so it goes with saying! I personally loved the strong peanut butter flavor. I let my fiancé try it who is a pb fanatic, and she said it was too much pb, so it's a preference thing. I also tried an Iced Hazelnut Latte with macadamia milk which Jill was so kind to help me decide on. It was delicious! Everything was reasonably priced. They even have a rewards system where you get a free drink after your 5th one and a free cookie after your 12th dessert purchase. I am so happy this place exists. I've had to switch my diet due to health issues, and sugar and gluten were the first things I had to eliminate. I started making my own pastries and desserts from scratch, and sometimes I just want to grab and go and not cook, so this is the perfect spot to come too. I will definitely be back here to try more items! And to rack up on my reward points.

Reviewing what we ordered, we bought their cinachurro iced coffee, grandmas banana bread, cinnamon roll, breakfasts bagel sandwich and their Vinny pizza!! Now if you've been on keto or some kind of sugar free, low carb diet for a while then you will know it's really hard to find great tasting food that satisfies that specific craving, however Starburst Parlor has literally cracked the code! ALL of their items was soooo good!!! My husband who is not on any restricted diet even said that he will go back to order their items as well!!!! It's sooo good that it's unbelievable that their stuff is sugar free and gluten free!!! My favorite out of the items I had today is hands down the Vinny pizza and grandmas banana bread! Please if you're on keto or even not on keto, do yourself the favor and try Starburst Parlor, you will have wished you tried them sooner like I had.

Looking for a Gluten & Sugar free bakery. well, you might want to try Starburst Parlor. They offer an array of options from; Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake, cookies, muffins, bagels and pizza. They also have sugar free ice cream with several choices to choose from. Inside you'll find decor reminiscent of a vintage establishment from an old school jukebox to a pay phone hanging on the wall. The colored walls further highlights this vintage vibe along with little trinkets that adorn the walls. I ordered the pizza along with some cookies and the Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake. All were very tasty and filling. I'd definitely recommend them both. Jill, the owner and her son run the day to day operations. They were very welcoming, friendly and understood the importance of providing good customer service. Their passion of providing healthier options instead of sugary sweets is worthy of laud and praise. I'll definitely be back!

Had THE BEST experience! Was greeted so nicely when we walked in and were asked about allergies and special dietary needs/restrictions, menu was explained. The bakery is so clean and has a fun retro feel. The food was DELICIOUS!! The latte was AMAZING! Having so many personal diet restrictions makes most things off limits but not at Starburst! I was spoiled for choice. The owner is a true gem and I wish her continued success. I highly recommend Starburst Parlor Keto Bakery.

I have been wanting to try this bakery ever since it popped up in my IG feed. I'm so glad I found a bakery that is safe for the entire family. My mom has diabetes and I'm back on the keto diet since it's the only diet that has ever worked for me. The pastries are amazing and the coffee was just right. I am looking forward to trying everything else on the menu.

I've been to Starburst many times and it's the BEST place in town for sugar free and low carb food, coffee, pastries and other treats. The owner and her son are always lovely and welcoming. This last visit I tried two things for the first time. 1) The cold brew coffee ice cream shake & 2) Pizza. Both were incredibly tasty! The shake was giant and had a wonderful coffee flavor with the fabulous pink whipped cream on top. The pizza included pepperoni, sausage, bacon, peppers, jalapeño, olives and took less than 10 minutes to bake. It was sooo good and hearty, you'd never know or care that the crust isn't made with flower. This place is so wonderful, I love it more with each visit!

I believe the kids these days would say 10/10, highly recommend! Jill and Vince are an absolute treasure and the food/coffee/ice cream was so good that I failed to get many pictures before devouring everything. I ordered two pizzas that were great; one pizza easily fed two adults and one child with fresh plentiful ingredients. We also had the dogs with wonderful kraut and loved the keto bread. I cannot wait until my next visit. The 32oz iced coffee made me so happy!

Love this retro bakery. Owner is very sweet, knowledgeable and immediately asked if we had allergies, which I appreciate. Hubby said the Icecream and fresh whip was AMAZING!

This place is a Keto Bakery Gem! This place is amazing from dessert items, beverages to pizza. A lot of delicious options for anyone that is keto or just want something good to eat. I've indulged a few items from cupcakes, cinnamon roll and pizza. My favorite go to so far is the cinnamon roll, it's so good and I can't believe it's keto. Service is excellent and Jill always takes the time to go over the items regardless the time of day. One of many reasons why I keep coming back.

Wonderful all around! I'm visiting Vegas, and have been looking forward to coming in and this place did not disappoint! Warm, friendly service, cute 50s vibe, and an abundant variety of options that are all Keto-friendly! For someone used to being strategic and analytical regarding food options, this place is a delicious oasis! I got to sample several of the gelato flavors that will hopefully be launching soon... y'all are in for a treat as each flavor I tried hit all the right notes without any grit or aftertaste, just perfection. I'm now back at the hotel, currently savoring my coconut mocha and warm cinnamon roll. I have a several cookies, a lemon bar, brownie bottom cheesecake and carrot cupcake tucked away in my mini fridge for SAFE treats to enjoy later in the week.
