Amazing is an understatement and this is my first time trying this place after a coworkers recommendation. Pricey, but worth ever dollar. The owner has the best customer service and the entire shop is adorable like you just entered a 1950s era cafe. I got the pizza and I literally could not stop eating it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I got the Vinny and it took about 15-20 minutes, made fresh with fresh ingredients. Also got an hibiscus tea that was delicious without sugar. Take all my money lol cause I can't wait to try the cupcakes. I'll be back, possibly tomorrow.

Cutest little Keto bakery with vintage Vegas vibes. The pizza crust made with almond flour is amazing! This is a take out place, so no dine in service. We just drove to nearby Bob Baskin Park and had a picnic. I can't wait to come back!

Very good bakery specialized on Keto nutrition and fully gluten-free and a perfect food spot for celiac impacted persons. Fun owner and great stuff with good knowledge and perfect recommendations. The Chocolate Chip Cookies (ask to warm up to get the full juicy feeling) and the Breakfast sandwich has been our choice and can be highly recommended. The coffee has been good also. Too bad that there are no seatings for an on-site food enjoyment. But the take away packaging is all fine to enjoy on the trip. Eine klare Empfehlung für glutenfrei und Zöliakie Betroffene Personen.

Honestly a shining bright spot in an otherwise stressful and dreary little trip. The couple who run it were friendly and helpful beyond expectations, and the food was not only 100% gluten-free but also delicious. I got a breakfast sandwich on their GF jalapeño everything bagel, and it was amazing. The atmosphere was top-notch, with oldies playing from a juke box and cute retro styling everywhere. I wish I still lived in the area because I'd be visiting all the time. I really wanted to try out their sweet baked goods, because I've never seen a better looking collection of danishes and cupcakes, gluten free or otherwise. I bought a souvenir mug and coin purse with a classic-style pinup girl on it because the whole place just cheered me up so much. Unfortunately they don't have seating there anymore, but don't let that stop you.

SO good! Stopped by to grab lattes and baked goods for breakfast. We visit Vegas about once a month. I’m gluten free and can’t have much sugar so this place was heaven! Everything was delicious! The peanut butter cupcake, banana cheesecake cupcake and cookies were incredible! I’m a huge PB and cheesecake fan. I ate all the baked goods so fast I forgot to snap pics! I’d grab my coffee and treat on the daily here if I lived closer. The flavor profile was amazing! Very smooth coffee. Bonus: The service was friendly and excellent too. On my next visit, I’m excited to try the pizza! Go check it out!

100% Gluten Free and sugar free, keto friendly. They have amazing cupcakes, polish dogs, pizza, Gelato, coffee, etc. All fresh and made with love ❤️ 10/10

Had a custom cheesecake made for our 15 yr anniversary. We aren’t local so she helped us plan over the phone and I loved how excited they were to make our beautiful cake to celebrate. It was stunning and even more delicious than we could even describe. My husband isn’t a HUGE dessert person, but he said it was the best dessert he’d ever had, and I’m going to have to agree! It was perfect - just the right decadence and sweet - just literally perfect. Customer service was epic- but nothing can top the taste. Holy smokes - absolutely divine. Overall - from ordering to planning to eating - to checking in on how it was… it was a perfect experience. We will be back any time we go back to Vegas!!!!! Thank you!!

Most, if not all people that know me, understand that I'm not a big fan of any specialty diets or foods that are prepared in a manner outside of the conventional ways that the majority of people were accustomed to for years. It wasn't until the birth of my wonderful daughter where I understood the need for certain dietary restrictions due to medical reasons (food allergies). Nowadays, there are so many different variations of preparing food to which it's a new way of life for some folks. Although, there's no requirement for me to restrict my diet to sugar and/or gluten-free food, I did want to try this place because: (1) I'm always open to trying new places in general - I like to experience different ways to enjoy food (and see what all the hype is about for certain places); and (2) my family was gifted a free latte and cookie by our amazing Realtor (and friend). My wife and I finally decided to visit this "Parlor" on 23 Feb 2024, mainly because our free gifts were going to expire. But let me tell you...this place was amazing! When you first walk in, you're hit with a blast from the past dating back circa 1950s. You can't help but look around at the shop's intricate décor and just feel relaxed and happy. We were greeted so nicely by I believe the Parlor's owner (based on the business' website). She also explained everything in fine detail to include the 5 W's (who, what, when, where, and why), which was highly appreciated for us new customers. We ordered the Cinnful Churro with Almond Milk, Cupid's Victim with Oat Milk, Grandma's Banana Bread, and Peanut Butter Cookie. As you can probably tell by the attached photos, the drinks were magnificent - it tasted as good as it looked! I'd be lying if I didn't say that the food items were different from what I'm accustomed to; however, that's not in a bad way either. Just because something is different, doesn't mean it's bad. The peanut butter cookie had a unique texture and the flavor profile was extraordinary. The banana bread was good; I'd unequivocally purchase it again down the road. Overall, I enjoyed our first experience here. I am highly interested in the rest of their menu items and will have to return in the near future to try them - I'll be sure to update my review after that experience. This place was slightly challenging to get to with all the road construction and traffic, but it's not a nightmare either. If you're a local, you definitely need to try this place. If you're visiting and especially if you're staying on the Las Vegas strip, I highly recommend you grab a ride share and head to this Parlor. As a Las Vegas local, I'm always appreciative of all the small businesses in the city/valley. It's unfortunate that this place is far away from our house (we live in the Northwest part of the city), but we'll try our best to revisit soon.
