Perched on Graz's stunning Schlossberg, the Starcke Haus delights with seasonal dishes, a charming terrace, and sweeping views—perfect for a romantic night out.
"This restaurant boasts a truly unique location, clinging to the side of a steep slope – and affording a magnificent view over Graz! In what used to be a winegrower's house (built in 1820), Manuela and Milivoj Novak are at your service. The chef-owner also supports Manuela front of house. Their single "surprise" menu is served to all guests – the meal begins at 7pm. It's best to arrive a little earlier to take in the fantastic view of the city from the small terrace. To get here, you have two options: either a walk along the Schlossbergsteig or the Schlossbergbahn funicular plus a 5min walk to the restaurant." - Michelin Inspector
