A coffee shop with a special charm and a nostalgic vibe. The place is filled with vintage touches—from board games like chess, to books you can read, and even a photo booth with an old-school style that takes you back in time. It’s the kind of place where you can hang out with friends or simply enjoy a quiet coffee while reading. A cozy, unique spot full of character.

Google
I love how this place has so much personality from its decor to the stickers. There are plenty of study spots and even books to buy. There's also a photo booth from the 50s. I had the Crispin Glover with a rootbeer and tried some other foods: Nameless DJ and Amores Perros. I loved all of it! There's vegan options too.

Google
warning: expect a long line for the photo booth when you walk in! food is great but definitely overpriced. get the sweet potato chips! good vibes. i will be back <3

Google
This place is pretty cool. I had a small iced hazelnut latte and didn’t taste much hazelnut but overall the drink was nice. I love that they make coffee that taste like coffee and not the watered-down stuff you get at other places. There are a lot of flavor options so, I would definitely go back and try another one.

We really like Stardust as a cool, retro spot to chill, hang out, and sometimes listen to live music. There are so many cool things to look at and you could spend hours looking at all of the art scribbled on the walls by past customers. Really and awesome experience here and can’t wait to go back and try more of their drinks.

Google
Excellent atmosphere. Real art from local artists exhibited in the gallery room. Large space. Books to read. Also a bar. They have concerts with usually local artists. Poetry nights. Authentic artistic and intellectual people that are rare to find elsewhere in Orlando. Their salads are excellent and their coffee strong. Barista has dignity and knows what she is doing. The culture thrives in there. You might experience slightly longer lines in there.

Google
I feel as though 3 stars are a bit generous tbh! The best thing about this place is the photobooth, which does take ApplePay for those wondering. It is not brown people friendly & can hardly see myself in any of the pictures I took. The staff here are NOT friendly, the vibe is OFF. I love cafes with personality’s but this one just feels dirty, no real aesthetic. The art they were featuring were cool, but that’s obviously no credit to them but the artists. I would treat the staff’s rude attitude as part of the cafes gimmick atp!

Google
Staff is very kind here! I ordered a lavender London fog, and it's SOOOO delicious!!! I wish they had breakfast! It's a nice place to study during the day!

Yelp
Love the atmosphere--it's a cute place to paint and super colorful. Great coffee and fast service, too :)

Yelp
Great place to sit down and enjoy the ambience of trinkets and vintage collections! There is always something to look at, pick up, and read. We went for lunch and it was a bit busy with people doing homework but generally, there was quite a bit of seating. Parking is a bit small and squashed as well. We have some sandwiches with salads and they were DELICIOUS! I'd love to try more of the menu another time. There's also a full-stock bar, if you want a cocktail. Of course, we took photos in the booth. They take about 3 minutes to develop but it's a TRUE unique photo booth and overall, unique place! Looking forward to going back.

Yelp
This has been on my list for a few months to try and check out and I had a friend come over to visit. We decided to go for a coffee and try the photobooth! To be honest the coffee was fine nothing too special about it. The seating area is huge and many little nooks to sit at if you want to be more excluded from people to get some work done. The food is a little pricey. The one cool thing about this place is it has a vintage photobooth. Which it seems why most people come here. While having our coffee the line for it got pretty long. But not crazy that you're there for more than 30 mins. Truthfully I'd only really go back for the booth.

Yelp
Stopped going here years ago. I grew tired of the abusive staff. The last time I stopped in, I ordered a Beam and coke. The bartender handed me a pint glass, with coke and Beam, but no ice. Beam and coke, no ice = 10$. This place needs a pressure wash. A deep clean. It truly is beyond gross. If you are into bathrooms fit for a junkie, this is your place.

Erin ..

Yelp
They have bendy straws and a lovely staff! Couldn't ask for more. Oh the coffees good too.

Yelp
Cool spot for the younger crowd. The gentleman behind the counter seemed a bit annoyed at any request but customer service is pretty bad everywhere these days so whatevs.

Yelp
One of my favorite cafes in downtown. I stumbled upon this place trying to find a place to scrapbook with a friend. They offer great bites for the price. I usually always get the sandwiches (comes with chips and your choice of hummus or salsa). And the total is about $10. It is a great place to grab a bite in downtown and finish some work. I know that some nights Stardust will have someone on stage but most of the time it is a very chill vibe. There is a lot of seating. The one thing I will warn about is the service. Sometimes the service may be a little slow or they may forget your order. It has happened to me but I do not mind it as much. The tater tots which are a must try always take about 15 to 30 minutes but besides that I love the place. Parking may be hard though when it gets busy.

Yelp
We found this place via Instagram and had to try it. It looks small on the outside but, like the Tardis, it's bigger on the inside. The latter was great and my wife is still raving about the chai. Walking around you see people have drawn all over the walls, spray painted or even put stickers. It's a cool vibe but definitely a certain style which isn't really mine but I'm glad I went. The

Yelp
This is definitely one of my comfort places. I love all the oddities and unique decorations. The tea is always so good and they have a bunch of options. This is a cool place to come to hang out with friends or read a book. They do sell books here as well and they always have really good selections. I love the location! There are a bunch of cute stores and food places surrounding the area. The vintage photo booth also contributes to making the experience unique and memorable.

Yelp
The atmosphere and environment is eclectic and whimsical. I loved it! Elena and Sam were great energy and fun to talk to. Welcoming staff, great drinks, and cool vibe, what more can I ask for! Thank you Sam and Elena Will definitely be back

Yelp
I read the reviews saying people are rude so I was very aware walking in but was greeted with a smile! It was our first time and vibe was good. People taking pictures, reading, spending time and some laughs. Loved the lighting and the mood along with the decor! We got 4 iced caramel cold brews with milk and cold foam sweetened and a dash of cinnamon! Very good!
google avatar

Linnea E.

Yelp
Chill hang out spot serving awesome tea and coffee at very reasonable prices - we got a cold brew and iced chai latte for $7 (including tip). My sister hasn't liked any of the coffee places I've taken her to in Orlando but she really liked the cold brew here! Can't beat the vibes here either - very quiet on a weekday morning, lots of space to work, and awesome decor. I'm just mad I haven't tried this place sooner!

Yelp
I haven't been out to Stardust since college, but it felt so good to be back! My friend wanted to go to a relaxed place where we could check out some books, so of course I had to recommend this place! The atmosphere is very laid back, hipster cafe vibes but all are welcome! When we came in we grabbed seats in larger sitting area near the bar and went to go order our food from the team who was very friendly! My friend ordered the Ivy League Cuban with chips & salsa and I got the Crispin Glover (chicken pesto panini) with hummus and chips. The food was nice & tasty, and we were able to relax and chat away for hours. If you're a fan of checking out chill spots for you and a friend, or somewhere that you'd like to come by yourself and read a book, get some work done, or just be, then this is a great option for you!

Yelp
Such a cute and cozy vibe. A lively setting that's also comfortable for studying/working.

Yelp
Amazing ambiance and huge variety of syrup flavors! The cookie butter latte with oat milk was to die for!!! The crowd and staff were nice, and super helpful with the photo booth.

Yelp
Myself and a group of 4 went to this shop excited for the vintage ambiance, Photo Booth, and "hipster" organic food. The food was decent for myself and my party but the portions were very small. Coffee was overpriced. Our biggest issue, as mentioned in just about all negative reviews of this place, was the customer service. We all felt like we were someplace we weren't supposed to be and it instantly killed the excitement. The woman working the register did not say a single word to me and seemed very upset that I was ordering food... at a register. I was the last person in my party to order, and she rose her voice at me afterwards when I did not tip... after witnessing her interactions with everyone else. The chicken for my salad came out after my salad was handed to me... partially wrapped in tinfoil in the kitchen staffs HAND. One review said the bathroom was fit for a junkie and this is true. It smelled like something had died. What went from excitement for this place quickly turned into a very odd experience we will talk about for weeks. The photos came out adorable. I would go ONLY for that again.

Yelp
Always such a pleasure coming to Stardust and feels like a must when I'm back in my hometown. The vibes to this place feel like you're just visiting your friend's home who has a lot of trinkets. The workers are always nice and have such good recommendations. Food and drinks never miss(don't sleep on the tea!). Of course the vintage Photo Booth is a must but don't forget to explore the nooks and books.

Alex F.

Yelp
Went here with my friend after seeing it posted on instagram that they have a photo booth. Three girls were in line behind us and the worker came up to us at 7pm saying you're done. We all looked confused including the people in line that were waiting 45 minutes for the booth as she said yeah no more pictures we're done and kicked everyone out. After telling us we can wait for our photos developed she went and starting twerking on another employee bragging about the employee party they were going to have after closing early. All workers looked drunk.

Yelp
Stardust Video & Coffe Shop was pure nostalgia! We loved the hidden gem, hole-in-the-wall vibe of this spot. From vintage typewriters and photo booths to dusty books and the retro layout, it felt like we stepped back in time the moment we walked in. Time seemed to stand still--our 3 hours of productivity felt like 5, which these days, is a true GIFT. Enjoyed coffee, tea, and finger foods in a relaxing atmosphere.

Delaney V.

Yelp
It was so cool inside and I was excited to try this place for the first time. But then felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome by the person working the register... they ignored my questions and were just not helpful or friendly. Extremely awkward in there and just plain rude attitude. THE ENERGY WAS SO NEGATIVE. My latte had way too much milk.... Basically just sugar milk even though I got it half sweet. She threw it together, no effort put into it. I won't be back! WOW and after reading the other reviews, I guess I wasnt the only one! Getting coffee should be a pleasant experience.

Yelp
Nice coffee shop with a movie themeGreat little atmosphere. I like that area town great location. Food is not bad. It has a small bar and a stage. And they have a photo booth, which is kind of unique.
google avatar

Coolmm ..

Yelp
I did not eat or drink anything however i will be back I love the details and decoration Very pleasant atmosphere !!!

Yelp
Coffee is mid, food is good, service is awful. I'm in my mid 20s and anytime stardust is mentioned by people my age, it's always something along the lines of "that place is cool but the baristas and employees are so mean" and I couldn't agree more. They're elitists and seem to think they're better than everyone. You are inconveniencing them by ordering. I've been on several occasions throughout my years in Orlando and every time it's the same attitude from the employees. Do yourself a favor and go to any other coffee shop nearby (lobos, lineage, framework, austin's), I guarantee the coffee and customer service will be better!
google avatar

Hannah M.

Yelp
Stardust Video & Coffee is always five stars for the vibes, even though it can be a hit or miss with the service. Other than the drinks, I also love that it's open late, and the lighting is just beautiful. There are two bars and one counter for coffee, teas, and snacks. The tea menu seems extensive, but they only offer two brews at a time now (usually one green and one black). This time, we tried the iced green tea, and it was decent! I love sitting along the window, or on one of the high tops surrounded by interesting memorabilia. Sometimes the dust isn't the greatest for allergies, but it's probably my fault for rummaging through the books and photos out of curiosity. The private lot is a little small, but there is plenty of street parking and other businesses worth visiting nearby - like East End Market or the specialty boutiques across the street!

Yelp
new fav coffee spot! the cafe interior is so unique with vintage pieces. there's a wide variety of seating arrangements with different nooks. it would be perfect to study at or go to hang w friends. they also have a vintage photo booth which is such a hidden gem! their prices are also so reasonable for coffee and cheaper than most places these days. and it's pretty good coffee! i loved it

Audrey M.

Yelp
The coffee is way OVERPRICED. The service is HORRIBLE!!! walked in and girl with braids and the cook and a random girl are sitting playing a card game at the register. They completely ignored me for 3 minutes while they finished up their game. then girl with braids says how she wants to meditate and ignore customers at a certain time. the whole time the owner and manager are standing there watching the whole situation not doing anything. The place looks nice if you like artsy, weird, and eclectic. IF I WAS IN MY RIGHT MIND I WOULD HAVE NOT PAID AND LEFT.

Alexa A.

Yelp
food service is good ambiance is nice but loud and sometimes crowed. I get one sandwich and it's tasty.
google avatar

Erika M.

Yelp
This is the exact kind of coffee house I wanted to go to in high school. There are books, art on the walls, a stage, coffee and tea, and food. There is a fun eclectic atmosphere. The iced chai had a lovely cardamom forward flavor, though I guess that is preferential. The oat milk cappuccino was good too. Unlike most places that have a fried staple of French fries Stardust went for tots. I must say a good tot hits the spot. They aren't fancy but the potato-y goodness is just what a coffee house sesh needs. I did also order the Crispin Glover, mainly for the name, and I must say it was really good. Again, not fancy, but hearty with a good bread to filling ratio. My favorite part about Stardust was it is not Starbucks.
google avatar

Ryan M.

Yelp
First time here. We were immediately greeted be Jenna , she was incredibly friendly and made us the best drinks . Really cool atmosphere I'll definitely be back
google avatar

Jinelle V.

Yelp
There is not a single thing you could order here that you could really go wrong with, my personal favorite are any of the teas. However, the service is AWFUL. The only great service I have received is from the person with pink hair who is sweet every time I see her. The worst of them all is the one with bangs and short dark hair, she acts like you're incredible stupid for trying to order anything which is not surprising with that sort of rudeness. She also overcharged me for a tea I have gotten every one of my visits, including my visit from two days ago. I love this shop and the events they hold, but to queer people of color watch out.
google avatar

Gloria H.

Yelp
I didn't go there for food, I went there for poetry, and poetry was HAD! It is an awesome atmosphere, very welcoming, everybody I met was friendly and definitely showed me an awesome time! I loved every poem I heard. The vibe was right. And to know that poetry is there every 2nd Wednesday, I think I will be arranging my schedule when I do come to the Orlando area to include this venue and come and bless the mic once again. I appreciate you all welcoming me to your city and to your establishment for my poems! I had an awesome time! I will make my way back down here for poetry again! Maybe next time I can try the food.
google avatar

Angel K.

Yelp
Super unique coffee shop, with good tea, coffee, and an expansive food menu, but the nasty service is what will keep me away from this place. Also, the decor & music is not exactly my vibe, as I think it was too chaotic of a place for me to be able to focus on schoolwork for too long.
google avatar

Lauren G.

Yelp
Tried and true. Super open space for working if needed. Had an iced latte which was good. Looooove the photo booth!
google avatar

Antonio B.

Yelp
Wow. So Stardust Video and Coffee has changed. As a long time Orlando resident who just moved back in town and was Just running around and thought I'd drop in real quick...and the woman at the counter is a tremendously rude individual. So much so I'm writing this and I rarely feel compelled to write anything about one individual but damn dude. She was nice to her apparent friend that was sitting at the counter doing absolutely nothing. So it's not like she's having a bad day. She just doesn't like people which fine be a barista and snotty. Whatever this was beyond that this was straight up rude and condescending. Whatever you do don't order a drink or food or just anything and ask for what the Wi-Fi password might be you will be met with the Snarkiest answer on the face of planet earth, it's weird when there's so many places I could have gone to but I chose my old staple. Not anymore. We're all done here. I get the hipster vibe and feeling like you're better than other people, but this girl was basic af. No need for the moody vibes honey
google avatar

Dawid T.

Yelp
Great coffee but incredibly rude staff, Not just rude in the way of being dismissive/pretentious but actual eye rolls, complete disregard, and harsh anger towards you in the voice I went here about a year ago to watch a Very talented local band play live music and while in line I had heard the barista apologize to the guest in front of me for the music, and say, I'm sorry to anyone who likes this because this is just terrible. Have gone back in recent days and sad to see that they have not changed one bit just.. terrible attitude and misery Goodbye stardust won't come back

Craig W.

Yelp
One of the best coffee, music and and video(!) venues in Winter Park since the early 2000's! Over twenty years on Stardust is still magic to visit!
google avatar

Carson P.

Yelp
This is my favorite coffee shop in winter park. I love going here to read, write, or get some work done. The environment is super cute & eclectic decorations. The food is also pretty good, I especially recommend the Crispin Glover or the Stardustian. Lots of artists and weirdos come here and they also have a great array of live music, art events, and a bar that stays open late! Make sure to check out the Photo Booth.
google avatar

Mel T.

Yelp
I've been here a few times and I love love LOVE the vibes. It's the perfect place to meet with new friends, old friends, have first dates, have third dates, etc. The staff are super duper nice and the service is pretty prompt depending on your order. I got a cold brew and received it immediately. I know that cold brew is, like, pre-prepared and ready to go at a moments notice, but try going to Starbucks and getting a cold brew and you'll feel how much longer it takes. The coffee itself tastes great, I've been meaning to try their food but I never get around to it (I need to know what the "Luis Guzman" is).

Madison G.

Yelp
As a woman, I really with that they would clean their bathrooms even just once a day. It's disgusting in there and it's even worse that it is a place that sells drinks like coffee and tea. The ambience is really nice if you're not planning to use the restroom
google avatar

Megan M.

Yelp
I used to frequent Stardust but will no longer go here. Service is awful. There is a female barista that is particularly rude. This was not a 1x experience; it's a consistent behavior. It's appalling the way this worker acts as if the customers are an inconvenience. *Edit - it's been about a year since my last visit at the time of this review.
google avatar

Gina O.

Yelp
Everything is good, but the service is awful. You'll wait half an hour to order anything, and another hour for any kind of food to make it to you.
google avatar

Cheryl Emily B.

Yelp
Cool spot for a lazy relaxed chill night. The ambiance was interesting on the eye and people seem young and easy vibes. I ordered a hot latte to wake me up.

Rowan D.

Yelp
Great study/date vibe, good coffee and nice atmosphere. the retro photo booth is amazing and cheap. Service was quick and friendly!
google avatar

Yelp
I always love trying new coffee shops- it's by far one of my favorite hobbies! I've been meaning to take a visit to Stardust for a while now, ever since I moved to Orlando back in August and I'm happy that I finally did. Stardust is an eclectic and funky coffee shop with a hodge podge of paintings, art, and photographs littering the walls. It reminds me a lot of one of my favorite spots back home, and definitely struck up some nostalgia. I ordered a small iced lavender latte with oat milk because I've been dying for some lavender syrup lately. Overall my drink was pretty good- I would say that Stardust is a cool place to come study and hangout with a group of friends. You can expect a good cup of coffee with a unique atmosphere!

Yelp
I've 1up'ed a star for them. I've come by quite a number of times, especially since the pandemic started because of the way they've arranged social distancing where you don't even have to go inside if you don't want to. They have this window you can walk up to and just eat/drink outside. Their location is perfect in the sense that its so easy for me to stop by after bike riding through mead botanical gardens/urban bike trail. Stopping by here after my rides have become a routine and one of the things I look forward to actually; I have to admit that. Everything in my previous review still goes; don't get me wrong, but again, because of how they've made it easy for someone with a bike to order and hang out, there's not many establishments in Orlando that do this so I'm giving credit where its due. I've also enjoyed quite a number of items new to me. Their cappuccino made with oatmilk is spectacular; addicting actually. During the Summer months I often drank several of their herbal teas which you can have iced. Their price point is also slightly cheaper than other coffee houses around the area and that also keeps me coming back. So I'll be back with my bike, looking for a great cup of joe after a long ride.

Dominic B.

Yelp
Amazing food, delicious coffee, welcoming atmosphere. A wonderful local shop for everyone. Unique interior really makes it stand out from other places i've been to around here. You must come here if you're in the area!

Yelp
My daughter has an art exhibit here at Stardust for this month of June. So we met some friends there for lunch and a tour of her artwork. I had a Lulu salad ; lots of greens with avocado, cashews, lots of veggies and a delicious green goddess dressing! The date plate, which seems to be named because it's enough for two people to split with a Caprese salad and some yummy toast bits. It was really pretty and full of mozzarella. I like this place because it has very fresh food. It has also a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. It also appears to be a popular Wi-Fi café judging from the number of laptops and coffee on the various tables. This is not our first time here is my kids have been coming here for many years. But this seems to be a new menu that was really good! They were pretty busy and as many restaurants now, they seemed understaffed. To be fair, we were a big party and a couple of the orders got kind of lost. But they made good on it. Go have a yummy dinner and see my daughters beautiful pyrographic's! Oh did I mention they have a full bar?
google avatar

Rachel S.

Yelp
I heard this place was a cool place to chill at but upon entering, my friends and I were not particularly fond of the sometimes downright disturbing art on the walls. We would be studying, but if we looked up there would be some odd or terrifying portrait in each direction which was definitely a distraction. The coffees we ordered were good, strong on caffeine, and fairly priced, and there was plenty of seating both inside and outside, so I'll give it 3 stars, but it was not an environment conducive for working for us. The bathroom also had maybe a dozen mirrors in it, and it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned for a while.

Payton E.

Yelp
RUDE EMPLOYEES. Only seats available were far from the counter so the when i went over to check if it was available the woman who took my order was rolling her eyes and yelling muffin while discussing with another customer about how no one was coming up to get it. so rude. in addition, my photos got stuck in the machine and the owner claimed they would ship them to me and even told me multiple time they had shipped them out. never ever received them. needs all new staff. took them 15 minutes to make a caprese salad...
