This is an unpretentious nice bar with a couple of pool tables. They serve simple food that they actually make themselves. I had the steamer sandwiches with coleslaw (best coleslaw i ever had) menu is very short. There just aren't too many places like this any more

14 of us rolled in here in a pub crawl unannounced, and the service was great!! Friendly staff and patrons. Great little family spot. Nice outdoor area. Beer was cold and drinks were great. We'll be back.

Starlight is a older place but still amazing. Food and workers are just amazing. Definitely a great place to hang out, relax, and play pool. They even have a place across the street so when they have pool leagues over flow so it won't be so crowded.

If your in Hagerstown, MD check this place out! Food served in a Sunday around 9, when no where else seemed to have food. The bar tender was amazing! Hooked me and my boys up. Food was delicious. We will be back next year!

It was our first time visiting and we were so pleased with how nice everyone was. The bartender, Robert, was excellent. Never had to ask for anything once we plopped down att he bar and his sister cooked me a delicious burger with mushrooms and grilled onions and potatoe wedges. They had pool tables if you wanted to play.

This place is great if you play pool and know everyone there. I came in from out of town just wanting a beer, and the bartender was rude and there was no place to sit. They serve only Budweiser and Miller beers. People only go there to play pool with their friends. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one because I'm clearly not the target audience. Also, the only other bar I saw nearby was a strip club, and this was preferable to me.

Very friendly quaint atmosphere and family owned/operated. Certain nights have APA pool. There's 2 pool tables, 1 jukebox, well kept and new heat/a.c.. There's a fenced in back smoking patio with plenty of seating. Free parking, no cuts no colors, meaning not a biker or gang bar, just good people.

Been coming here for 2 years now. Why? Prices, People, and Pleasant. Its a tight, yet welcoming crowd of pool players and bar patrons. The wings are top notch and IMO number 1 or 2 in town. Menu is bar food, but good bar food with daily specials. My favorite place to chill.

cant even really put a star review since we were not allowed in. tried to get "best chicken in town" on a sunday around noon but a gentleman was standing in front of the door and wouldnt let us in. it was very bizarre. also, found out that "no colors" means no gang stuff! but question....what does the "no cuts" sign mean? such a confusing place....smh.....

The people are very welcoming to strangers after you are there a while they treat you like one of the regulars. They have a very good menu with something for everyone. Adrianne's specials are a big hit every time. Robert ( mixology master ) can whip you up a delicious drink in a jiffy. They have several domestic, import, as well IPAs to choose from. This place has been around for a very long time, they say for close to 100 years. The current owners family has had it for 50 years. They must be doing something right. Stop in and give it a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.
