Philly’s Best Distilleries Serving and Selling Local Liquor | Eater Philly

"You’ve probably seen Stateside Vodka all over Philly by this point — the local vodka is found on menus and behind bars in many of Philly’s best dining destinations. The cocktail lounge and tasting room is open on weekends, with a long list of vodka-based cocktails, as well as other spirits for the vodka-adverse." - Caroline Coral

We stopped in to Stateside while puking around the city. What a fun place! They have an inventive array of signature cocktails as well as canned vodka options. The staff is friendly and helpful and we were able to bring food in to enjoy with our drinks. We will certainly return!

I had an issue with the shipper on two out of five orders I placed with stateside. The shipping company caused these issues not Stateside. But Stateside Customer Service department was so helpful, it was really a non-issue. I would highly recommend placing online orders with Stateside.

Everyone was so nice! I don’t really drink but after our tour I did try the chai vodka and it was very flavorful. Everyone I was with enjoyed their cocktails and teas. It was a great opportunity for us to try their soda because they don’t sell it near us. The vibe was nice and chill, they had some games and some munchies if you wanted. There was street parking nearby.

Google
We absolutely loved this place! The vodka was fabulous, drinks are well done, bartenders a total blast, and easy street parking. We both really liked the Peanut Butter Jelly Time and Respect the Dript (had 2). The drinks have balanced flavor profiles, are easy drinking, and a bit sneaky as you don’t get an overwhelming alcohol flavor. Lastly, you get all this for $7 on happy hour, or $10 any other time! Our new favorite find in Philly!

Went to the stateside tap room yesterday 5/9/25 with my wife. The bartender was excellent didn’t catch his name but he was very friendly and very knowledgeable!! We will be back!!

My "StateSide" wife shall never have another! She has found her one trù love who never gives her any trouble! Stateside Surfside lemonade and vodka! Thank you, The Old Trophy Husband! aka Side Burns. Langhorne, PA

This place was awesome! My sister and I had come in to wait until a wedding across the street started. The atmosphere is quiet and chill. The actual place is very clean and sort of like a factory scene. We ordered 2 cocktails; Basic AF and Notorious F.I.G. both were pretty good. We than ordered a flight of infused vodka; jalapeño, sun-dried tomato, banana, and cucumber. All very goid, my favorite was the sunn-dried tomato, my sister's was the banana. We also ordered a thing of fries; simple but crispy, and not greasy! I highly recommend this spot.

Google
I finally got to try out this place and I had a great time! This is one of the only vodka bars in the area and it is fantastic. Stateside vodka has easily become my favourite vodka. It is local, made well, and tastes great. They also have a small variety of food options which taste equally as great! The kitchen closes at 9 though so come in for food before then!

Yelp
We purchased our tour through Groupon and decided to go on their first tour on a Saturday at 1 p.m. Tours are held at 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 p.m. Early in the day made it easier to find on-street parking. Be advised there aren't any lots nearby. We were greeted at the bar and offered a beverage, so I tried the Stateside grapefruit vodka soda in a can which is fairly new while my husband had the Surfside ice tea. Everything is made on site so we didn't have far to go for the tour. Since it was early, it was just the two of us with our awesome tour guide, Simon. He explained the whole process which was educational and answered our numerous questions. After the tour, we each got to try an infused vodka shot which was a fun way to end. The tour is only about 30 minutes long, so leave time to hang out at their very cool urban bar.

Yelp
I went to Stateside before going to a yelp event. I felt pretty much ignored by the wait staff. Like I was sitting at one of the seats and had to go up to the bar to order and also ended up putting the cup back at the bar area when I was done. The place was empty which made absolutely no sense for their lack of attention. I ordered the dirty filthy little chai. It was delicious. There is something about this drink that even when I ordered without alcohol made it taste amazing. I was told it had pumpkin and this masala chai from Chaikhana.

Yelp
Food Coming from LA, my local brother brought us here for a few drinks. For the cocktail, i got the bring back dollar dog nights signature cocktail, which uses a strawberry stateside vodka base. The actual cocktail was pretty good and refreshing as well with just the right amount of alcohol and the fruity flavor comes through on my palate. We also got a variety of canned vodka sodas and iced tea vodkas, specifically, watermelon and peach vodka sodas and raspberry and peach iced tea vodkas. I liked all of them as they were refreshing and hit you with just the right amount of alcohol. Service/Ambiance The place itself is relatively small but it has enough seating on either some dining tables or the bar itself. On a saturday night, it wasn't too packed and filled up just right for me. There is a live DJ on that night, so the vibes of the place was pretty good for the casual drinking that we did. We got our drinks in good time too, so overall I would recommend this place

Yelp
we had some time to kill before an event and walked in . It's a really cute space and the bartenders were extremely nice. My cocktails were fantastic. Don't eat here, eat literally anywhere else. I'm pretty sure the cheesesteak eggrolls were taken out of a packet and microwaved briefly - yup, it looked bad and tasted worse.

Yelp
Did the tour with Simon. It was AWESOME!!!! He was knowledgeable and tolerated the multitude of questions we peppered him with. Then we hung out for a bit at the bar and Emily and Elizabeth answered more questions. Emily sent me home with a care package to get me started after all my questions. We have found a new vodka. And we have found a new bar!!!

Yelp
The staff and environment was very welcoming. The drunk were delicious and we especially enjoyed the shot wheel!

Yelp
Out of town friends so enthralled by the amazing flavors of Surfside and they don't even like drinking tea. I was already coming here all the time to get their sodas after my dude fell in love with them in Delaware restaurants and bars and whaaaat we have it right here in Philly and can buy it by the casesssss Anyways So when they were coming back in town of course I had to race down to pick up a big order. Surf's Up!! . Showed up just in time for a tour and yeahhhhh I love learning why things are awesome and how things are made and why thy are going to crush USA with their vodka teas and soda. Get it!!!

Yelp
We had time for a quick cocktail before dinner reservations and headed to Stateside. We were so glad that we did - we had such a great time. I loved the industrial, yet comfortable feel of the building and the staff was so helpful. We loved the variety of cocktails and could barely choose between them, in fact for my first drink I went bartender's choice (and it was delicious). The cocktails were only $10 and there were so many infused vodkas to choose from! We didn't eat anything but they had some quick-cook snacks available that looked really fun! We had such a good time before dinner, when we heard other friends were in the area, we spontaneously met them back at Stateside after dinner for more drinks! We can't wait to go back and try more!

Yelp
Stateside! Worth the trip on the El up to Fishtown! The really fun way to do it is to go on the tour ($15, only on Saturdays), and then stay for a cocktail or two. Make a reservation for weekends! Tables go fast. During the tour they show you around the distillery and talk about the history and process of the business, then you can sample some vodkas too. I actually don't really like vodka, I find the taste kind of boring, but I really enjoyed sitting and drinking here. They have dozens of flavors, so it's fun to just sit and get a sampler flight and try the four infusions that are the most interesting to you. They have normal infused ones like apple or rosemary but also strange ones like pickle. It's a unique way to spend a weekend day. The crowd is on the younger side and it's all shiny lights and metallic accents in here. Good for an activity during the day or a drink before dinner.

Yelp
Great cocktails and experience all around. Don't leave without grabbing a couple of cases of Vodka Sodas or Surfsides!

Yelp
I feel like this is one of the better-kept secrets in the city and could not gatekeep any longer! This is one of the local distilleries in the city, offering tours on Saturdays but also is a bar with amazing craft cocktails and discounts on any and all things Stateside Vodka from your local wine and spirits! I haven't had the food here but I've tried several of the cocktails and they're all great - my favorites being the mezcal cucumber one and the espresso martini. This is also astounding because all cocktails are only $10 (a steal or happy hour price most other places for the quality) and half off on Wednesday's for happy hour. They have happy hour for cans the other days! The bartenders are super personable and happy to make you a drink based on your preferences - you can also try a vodka flight or buy surfsides and seltzers to go for a discounted price. Can't recommend more

Yelp
The spiciest drinks. But so worth it. It's a staple when my parents visit. Ingredients are so so fresh. A smridge pricey but well worth it.

Yelp
Stopped in here for a distillery tour with a friend from out of town and we had a great time! We ended up being the only ones on the tour and had a great time with the guide. He was super knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the brand- we had a lot of fun and it was cool learning about the distilling process and the history of a local business. The tour ticket includes a shot of your choice (we went with the pickle vodka). We also got the jalapeno martinis. I usually love jalapeno vodka but this was way too spicy for me. Still, I appreciated the variety of flavors they had and wish we tried more. Excited to come back here in the summer!

Yelp
My friends and I planned to come here around the start of the pandemic and of course that got cancelled. We finally made it happen this weekend - and I have to say that I'm sorry it took us soo long! What a fantastic place. We bought groupons for the tour (who knew groupon was still around?!? haha). We got a drink and then headed into the production facility to learn about how their vodka is made. Our tour guide Russo was fantastic. The tour was really informative and everyone in our group thought it was great. A free shot of Stateside vodka was included w the price too! We stuck around afterwards for some drinks in the tasting room. When the tasting room is open - they can't be running production - due to liquor laws. They also are not allowed to have a kitchen - so they have snacks to serve like humus and chips and Elios pizza. But you really don't come here for the food. The drinks have creative names and each one we tried we liked. They even have beer for the non vodka drinkers. My boyfriend enjoyed a Human Robot beer that is local to the Kensington area. (need to try that brewery next). Def gonna make my way back here again!

Yelp
Really inviting small Vodka bar with some delicious drinks. I went here a few years ago and it popped up on my FB feed recently, got me thinking I should really make a return trip. The location comes a bit out of nowhere in a neighborhood in Philly but I highly recommend you give this place a visit if your looking for a scene different from the typical sports bar to kick back some quality cocktails. They also serve food if you want to soak up some of the liquor. Cheers and as always SYOY!!!

Yelp
Urgh, this place is the best. I almost don't want to review it because I don't want it to get too crowded, but simply put fantastic drinks & fantastic staff.
google avatar

Adam B.

Yelp
The problem is she didn't give me the time of day. Zero chance to speak with her reasonably about the situation and/or get another bar manager involved. She was in a full ego/power trip. By the way, I came back later the same day after about 14 drinks and had 3 more at your place so that just solidifies how bad she was at her job.
google avatar

Yelp
Vodka's not my thing unless drowned within an extraordinary Bloody Mary. So my question is this... does the brand or painstaking distillation method of what is essentially a clean, colorless liquid really matter if you're submerging the entire thing in Worcestershire, Tabasco, tomato juice and pepper. Small batch, Grey Goose, Smirnoff or drunk tank lighter fluid like Popov - does it really matter in my combustible cocktail of choice. Probably not... but who really wants to be seen with a bottle of Popov. Don't raise your hand, you'll embarrass yourself. Cheers.

Yelp
Such a great place for drinks. On the weekends you can even take a tour of distillery for free which just adds to the whole experience. Absolutely love that the stateside used in many of the cocktails is infused with different fruits or even jalapeños. So many unique cocktails at a great price!

Yelp
Great happy hour drinks! Snacks are subpar, but they really don't skimp on the alcohol.

Yelp
This distillery and vodka bar lives up to its description "hip cocktail lounge with upmarket drinks". I live in NJ, work in Philly...but find myself coming back over the bridge to find craft cocktail spots on the weekend. Hence me finding this hip spot. I visited on a Saturday afternoon with my husband and opted to skip the tour and head straight for the bar. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. We tried their infused vodka flight and two craft cocktails. The flight was awesome!! Each shot tasted like the infused flavor and the vodka was very smooth. They had savory flavors that would pair well with cooking (i.e. a bangin' vodka sauce). We also tried the sweet chili wings and loaded fries off the food menu. Both were great, especially the fries topped with a fried egg! My only disappointment was one of the craft cocktails. I ordered the "purple drank" which was actually pink and tasted like grapefruit juice and vodka...no hint of grape juice, ginger liqueur, or cream yvette (as was listed). I noticed someone else ordering the same drink and his was purple, which makes me think the bartender left out some components. When you have drinks with 4-5 ingredients they should taste and look the same regardless of who is making them. Overall great, casual spot for a low key date or hanging with friends.

Yelp
I was a huge fan of Stateside after visiting the bar and distillery for the first time. My friend and I just went for drinks, and they have a really nice cocktail menu. Even if you're not too into vodka, their cocktails taste good and they are fun and have exciting names. I ordered the purple drank which was a really good vodka egg white cocktail. They also have a food menu and several different infused vodka flavors. Some flavors were a little out there but it's also fun to get a flight of those and try the different flavors! I would take a tour of the distillery next time since I liked the bar!

Yelp
Great atmosphere. Happened to just find this place on a Friday evening and what a good evening it turned out to be. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good music and very smooth vodka. I lucked up and was able to go on the tour which comes with a free shot of vodka. It was very informative!!! I will definitely be returning. They also have all of their vodka bottles hand-made and for the month of June they have a Pride bottle

Yelp
I feel inclined to express myself by way of a list: 1) Any location on this planet that utilizes alphabet light fixtures to spell out words is a winner in my book - excuse my basic-ness but I truly love those things 2) This distillery serves their own handcrafted vodka and their cocktails are actually wonderful. The waitress recommended a pink one that had a profound ginger taste and now I wish to recommend it to you (The Day Walker) 3) I had high hopes that the quality of what we ate would parallel the complexities of our drinks, however the food was unmoving - especially the pizza Overall I would say great for drinks but save your meal for destination 2.

Yelp
Pre covid shit show Spicy vodka martinis And Shazam all night * * shout out to the hip hop music that had me rediscovering old favorites. And the jalapeño vodka. And the habanero vodka I shared with my dear friend Nick

Yelp
Went to an event here a few weeks ago and loved it! They're not open to the public yet, but once they do here are some things you can expect: -deliciously strong craft cocktails made by awesome bartenders (manbun ratio is high here so you know they're good) -a unique event space for your private party (the tasting room would be great for a small party, and the distillery area could accommodate a larger group like a rehearsal dinner) -tours of the distillery where you can learn about how 2 (pretty attractive) area brothers started this operation in their parents basement and had to take it above ground when dad said gtfo -a dimly lit, intimate space kind of off the beaten path, great for tinder dates you don't want anyone to run into you with Will definitely be revisiting once they are officially open!

Yelp
Our group of 10 descended upon Stateside this past Saturday, and we were treated w/grace and patience as we settled in. While the vodka is quite good (very smooth), and the cocktails AWESOME, the STAFF is the star here. Though they no longer make use of their food truck, they were very helpful in steering us toward restaurants and allowing us to bring/order food to eat in their tasting room/bar. They had great patience w/us as we sorted ourselves out and ordered their snacks and cocktails. Did I already say the cocktails are AWESOME?! They made sure to reserve our table for us after the tour as well, uninitiated by us. Their tour and their story are worth the $10. Our guide was wonderful: he was passionate about their product, very informed, and funny. I wish I was better at remembering names to give a more personal shoutout. Nonetheless, you can't go wrong w/Stateside. We will go back.

Yelp
Nice lil bar with a distillery attached. The distillery offers tours a few times a day. The tour is about 30 mins and comes with a sample of the vodka. Check Groupon for a deal on the tour. The drink menu seems like it changes up every so often. The flavors of vodka and the cocktails are rather adventurous in my opinion lol. The bartenders were rather nice and they give complimentary water which is always needed while drinking lol. They have a very small food menu. I would check it out again.

Yelp
Wandered in here on a random Saturday and had an amazing time! Fun music, great drinks, and got talked into a tour of the distillery! Highly highly recommend, we left with 3 cases of the seltzers

Yelp
There are few times I'm willing to shell out $10+ for a drink, but when it's good - it's good. I waddled in here on a snowy Saturday, and the vibe was perfect for a boozy blizzard snow crawl. They boast many signature cocktails, and honestly, I had a hard time choosing. The drinks are about $10-11 a pop, which is honestly a steal because their vodka is as smooth as it comes. Most of the time, vodka shoots me back to memories of my worst college hangovers, but I left Stateside with nothing but love in my tummy. The bartenders were lovely and precise in their mixology, and the drinks were amazing. One came with an ice cube that had FLOWERS frozen into it. It was BEAUTIFUL and made me feel like a fancy, classy lady - this was the "Winter is Coming" cocktail, just incase you're searching for a very instagrammable drink. I chose the Philadelphia Politics, a pink, lemony gin/vodka concoction. It was palatable, smooth, and sophisticated. These are not words I typically throw into a Yelp review, so you know it's sincere. There was lots of room to sit or stand on the day and time we came here, but I could see how this place could very easily get crowded. They do offer tours and a delicious, unique bar food menu, but I can't comment much on either as I just stuck to my drink. The music, however, was the best playlist of jams to sing along to - I can NEVER resist the "BAH BAH BAHHHH" of Sweet Caroline, no matter the setting. I'm definitely keen to come back here. It's a great hang for a girls day or date night, and definitely worth EVERY penny!

Yelp
I have been drinking their vodka for years, but just went to the distillery for the first time and loved it. The cocktails were really interesting and they are all $10 each. Between me and my friend we ended up trying almost all of them and liked them all. They have food which is a huge plus because not all the distilleries in the area offer it. We got a few things from the menu and they were pretty decent for typical bar food. They also have a ton of vodka infusions you can try. We ended up getting along pretty well with the bartender and she had us try the corn vodka shot. It was weird and I personally was not a fan of that one, but I dont hate that I tried it. All the staff we interacted with were great and the service was excellent. I have not went on the tour, so I cant say anything about that, but I really enjoyed this place and will most likely become a regular pretty soon.
google avatar

Yelp
This bar was AMAZING. If you are a vodka drinker, this place is dangerous. I repeat, it is DANGEROUS. I'm talking you can easily drop $200 on drinks solely at this location because each drink is honestly so delicious. All of the bartenders were awesome. The drinks were strong. They have infused vodka which literally tasted like no alcohol. It is DANGEROUS. Deliciously dangerous. Safe to say, while there, we got a little...buzzed. They also provided a small food menu with a few options like a burger or a stateside burger or wings with 3-4 flavors. The food was actually good too which surprised me for a distillery. They offer tours for $10 but why even bother. Just go drink!
google avatar

Samantha K.

Yelp
Stateside is by far my favorite place to get a few good cocktails before or after dinner in Fishtown. The vodka goes down so smooth and all of their cocktails are made with natural products. If you're a fan of jalapeño vodka, the All Inclusive is a must try. It is refreshing and the jalapeño isn't too overpowering - also just look at the glass it comes in! The bartenders were awesome and just an overall great atmosphere.

Yelp
It all started with two brothers and a dream. I enjoyed every moment of learning about Stateside Vodka, and tasting the result of the dream in the Federal Distilling Room next door. A Groupon and scheduling luck landed my group of four with a private tour of the distillery lead by brother, Matt. He shared with us the inspiration, the journey and what makes Stateside Vodka special, in addition to distilling tools named after the characters in Gilligan's Island. Some brewery and distillery tours can be boring, but not this one! In addition to the tour being genuinely interesting, being able to sip on our cocktails from FDR didn't hurt. We had even more luck on our side, as everything in FDR was half off the night of our visit. Tasty, yet deceptively strong cocktails, such as the Brower's Concubine, Walk of Shame and Friends with Benefits had me enjoying fancy beverages without feeling guilty over breaking the bank. Our table was also able to load up on snacks such as the perogies, whipped ricotta, deviled eggs and spinach & artichoke dip. Our servers in FDR were friendly and attentive. Everything about both Stateside and FDR was down to earth and inviting. In addition to a fun evening out, Stateside Vodka has a least one new supporter. If you are a fan of vodka, local businesses and good food, this is the place to go.

Leah T.

Yelp
I love this place! Drinks are extremely refreshing and they offer a variety of cocktails for every type of person. During your first visit, the bartenders provide a small taster of the vodka, which has a slightly sweet taste to it. They offer tours, but it is 10 dollars for each person. I enjoyed that in some of their drinks you will find lavender water or cucumber water in them. They also offer a tequila infused vodka in some of their drinks. Don't be afraid, it lacks heat, but offers a great taste.

Yelp
This place was such an unexpected fun time! We came here after an afternoon at Saint Benjamin's that we wanted to try out since we were hopeful to bring our vodka loving friends here the next time they're in town and we're so excited to bring them back. The place is oozing with class and personality. We can't wait to come back and hang out. I asked my fiancé to describe this place in two words and he said "strong vodka." Cheers to that, Kensington

Yelp
We finally got to visit here last night. It's a really cool place that we were def too old for and not hip enough ‍ but they had a lot of fun drinks. You're My Boy Blue (for blue cheese lovers) and That Smash Jawn (strawberry mint purée) were really good. Next time I'll try The Cleanse (as the bartender said it's one of his favorite as it feels like "the spa"‍). Loved the bartenders there as they were fun (thanks for photobombing us!).

Yelp
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Go check it out. Trust me. My first visit to Stateside was for the tour with a group of friends. The tour was done by one of the owners and was very laid back and educational. It also came with a shot of vodka (which we all loved!). After the tour we hung out drinking their cocktails and munching on snacks... and let me tell you, any place that serves me a fancy cocktail and a hotdog is a place after my heart. They have an extensive cocktail list of creative drinks made with their vodka. Beware!- these drinks are strong! But also tasty! The service here is top notch. Everyone from servers, to bartenders to the owners help make this place so special. We have returned since our first visit and we look forward to going back soon!

Yelp
I WANT TO LIVE IN THIS PLACE. Not only was the vodka exceptional and the cocktails made from it even better, but the service here goes above and beyond. In this friendly, fun environment the employees and owners make you feel right at home and almost part of their super cool vodka producing gang. On my visit here my friends and I did the tour, which is well priced and comes with a shot of vodka. Although it's a small place the tour was very educational and well done. These guys really know what they are doing (Electrolytes y'all). After the tour we continued to down more cocktails and got snacks. The snacks were nothing special but any place that will serve me a chili dog with a nice cocktail wins in my books. Another plus is that the bar is beautiful. Trendy and clean and strikes me as a great place to hold an event in the future. I cannot wait to come back here!!!

Yelp
I had two friends visiting and took them to Stateside for a tour! We had such an incredible time. The food was delicious, the drinks were interesting and we kept wanting to try more, the tour was so engaging... we really had a night to remember and will be back.

Yelp
So as I said before I would absolutely re-rate this business and I am back to do just that. I was contacted by Jenna after she read my review and she said she felt horrible that I had such a bad experience and invited me back. I did end up going back and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is inviting and hip. It is clean and the aesthetic is very appealing. The bar offers a wide variety of vodka cocktails as well as cocktails using other spirits. I had their version of a Moscow mule which was amazing and I also had a drink called the Hot Smash which was delicious! The tour was short and given by the owner, it was really informative and interesting and quite impressive to see how much the owner himself accomplished with this. The food was AMAZING. They offer a wide variety of small bites ranging from around 5-9ish dollars and they were just spectacular. We had gotten two orders of their deviled eggs because they were so flipping good. We also had the sausage and honey as well as the house made ricotta, again both were amazing. We also had the turkey BLT, to die for. I honestly could eat a dozen of those deviled eggs, at least. All in all this place cares about its customers, cares about what it produces and is all around really good at all of it. I would come back here in a hot second to get another cocktail or bite to eat and I am absolutely so impressed with it.

Yelp
Beautiful spot in a great area, so glad I stumbled across this gem! My experience wasn't what I was expecting, but still fell in love with this Distillery nonetheless. I sipped on 'That Smash Jawn' which I ordered and had a giggle to myself about that name. This drink was top-notch, fresh local ingredients, no additives, no crap - just pure deliciousness; stateside vodka, lemon juice, and strawberry mint purée. For $10, I'd order this again again. It tasted fresh and smooth, went down and had a silent kick, this was a strong one! Originally, the fam came here as the last stop on our tour through the Philadelphia Distillery Trail. I had made reservations well in advance, and paid on the website to secure our tour and tasting for Saturday evening at 5pm. When we arrived to the distillery, there was a sign on the door informing their customers they would be closing early at 5:30pm and couldn't currently offer any tours. My understanding is there was a recent and somewhat unexpected change to the liquor/distillery laws which prohibited them from running tours - completely unavoidable, and I'm sure they were as upset as we were! As a compromise, our bartender gave us all a drink on the house (or I guess a free $10 drink, since that was the /pp price of the tour). We were all super pleased by our spirits, and the atmosphere. The kitchen had closed already, due to their private event, so we couldn't order any small plates or appetizers - but she brought us out chips from the kitchen to munch on with our drinks. My only complaint is that we had to leave by 5:30 since they were closing early for a private event. If we had arrived for our tour, regardless of the distillery laws, we wouldn't have been able to do it - I wish they gave us a call/heads up, we could have stopped by earlier! Otherwise, wonderful place - will come back again!

Yelp
Stateside is a hopping vodka distillery with fun character and unique drink options. Here you can enjoy various vodka cocktails, chow down on some bar food, and hang out in a rather small, intimate, and somewhat gritty setting. Founded as a premium vodka manufacturer, Stateside also has distribution in a variety of restaurants and liquor stores in PA and along the east coast, so if you enjoy the spirits here, you can also continue to support them by drinking Stateside at home! We also took a tour of the distillery, which was interesting. In retrospect, it wasn't really a "tour" - we just went into the one distillery room and heard a lot about the history and the process. But it was cool nonetheless. Check out Stateside if you're a vodka fan looking for a new experience.

Yelp
I've been wanting to stop by here for quite some time and finally was able to yesterday and it did not disappoint! The drink menu was fantastic and the service matched that. Natasha was upbeat, friendly and a wonderful bartender. The coffee vodka was my favorite! i cannot wait to come back again!

Yelp
I went with a group for the tour and it was pretty cool. The tour is really just a one room operation, but Big Country is one beautiful piece of machinery. The history of the vodka was interesting and the tour guide (i forget his name) was quite funny. The vodka is definitely a hit. They give you a very nice sized sample and baaaybeeeee, it is oh so smooth. It does have a very tiny lil kick at the end, but it doesn't last long and it doesn't make your face screw up like most straight vodkas do.Nevermind that the menu is pretty limited for a foodie-non-foodie like myself. I was able to settle on some flatbread which was tasty. But hey, who cares about the food, we came for the vodka and will definitely be returning!

Yelp
My 3 friends & I went to Stateside for a tour of the distillery. The young man giving the tour & discussion was pleasant & knowledgeable. We enjoyed his time with us, there was probably about 25 people in his group. Afterwards we were invited to try a sample of the different infused vodkas made by the distillery. However we never had the chance to try them due to the lack of bartenders. There were 2 women for the group of tour customers PLUS the people in the bar & restaurant. One of the women was so slow that she only poured 3 shots inside of 20 minutes, I timed her! After waiting 45 minutes standing at the bar, my friends & I left. Staffing needs to be increased to accommodate customers. You lost 3 bottle sales & 4 cocktail sales.

Yelp
Love love love this place! This is like a hidden gem. We came on a Sunday, we literally paid $9 for two drinks and the drinks were amazing! Sunday's are half priced so it's a pretty good deal. The service was great, the drinks were great! I have to I corporate this place into my Sunday ritual!

Yelp
Never been to the bar but found a link to their website and took a chance on placing an order. This COVID crap has everyone screwed up so I figured what do I have to lose and it was free shipping with the purchase of 3 bottles. Shipping was super fast and the vodka is so smooth. I'll definitely be coming back for more and hope to pay a visit once everything blows over.
