I dined solo in the cellar and enjoyed the 10 course meal immensely. Walking through the small door, down the steps, surrounded by wine really added to the special atmosphere. I had attentive and kind service, who recommended fabulous wines by the glass to pair with the meal (since I didn't want to splurge on the actual wine pairing). I would say only 2 of the 10 courses lacked in powerful flavor. Overall my palate went on a wonderful journey that included incredible truffle butter and soft bread, flavorful curry empanada, rich and moist beef tartare, a vibrant citrus hollandaise and spring vegetables, a delightful peach sorbet with ice tea, tender and smoky pork with corn purée, and finally a white chocolate mousse with strawberries rhubarb and brioche bread to cap off a perfect evening!!
