We had the best time at Stationairy and the hotel at historic Union Station overnight for our anniversary. The bar drinks and small bites we’re fabulous especially the bartenders. NORI served the bar at breakfast when there were no tables available, and she was gracious and kind. The nighttime bartender (can’t remember his name) was terrific as well. We had an especially wonderful time staying there overnight and just enjoying dinner and the music out in the lobby. The singer took song requests request and we danced and had a wonderful time and met another couple as well who was also anniversarying. They requested the SAME SONG we did unknowingly ha, so we became fast friends!

Stationary is a truly charming spot—it feels like stepping into a vintage hotel, with a nostalgic old train station vibe and plenty of retro touches throughout. As for the food, the burrata stood out—the bread and mozzarella were excellent, though the jelly added to it wasn’t quite to my taste and took away from the overall flavor. I ordered the chicken tagine, and it was absolutely the highlight of the meal. The chicken and potatoes were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was incredibly flavorful. For dessert, I had the brownie, which was delicious. I also tried another dessert—unfortunately, I don’t remember the name, but it was absolutely phenomenal, possibly the best part of the meal. The staff was amazing, from the valet-Charley, host and the server Mr. Paddy added that extra touch!!!

Google
Stationary inside of Union Station is a great spot for food and cocktails! I have been for both happy hour and breakfast, and had great experiences. The service was a tad bit slow but the food made up for it. The breakfast sandwich was really great. The building is absolutely stunning and worth a visit to see this historic Nashville train station!

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The service left a lot to be desired — we were served a bottle of champagne that was simply placed on the table without being poured, and the glasses were wet. To make matters worse, we found a hair in the menu, which is unacceptable When we received the bill, it included items we didn’t order. We only had a few appetizers and decided to leave and have dinner elsewhere. Definitely not a place we would return to

Google
We had a wonderful time at Stationairy for a business dinner. The service was amazing, thank you Gerges! The restaurant wasn’t crowded so it was really nice to enjoy the time with our co-workers almost having the place to ourselves. The food was really good, I got the scallops and they made a custom dessert for me. I love mint chocolate chip ice cream and they added that to the brownie for me. It was delicious and tasted like a Girl Scout Thin Mint dessert! I would definitely recommend! The atmosphere was perfect, it has a homey feel with the leather couches/chairs, etc.

Enjoyed a delicious brunch here over the summer with my two daughters. The food was incredible and the service was great. I’m a big fan of traditional Eggs Benedict and the Benedict Burger was a fun twist. We also loved the breakfast tacos. Stationairy has a wonderful cocktail menu as well. Loved it and located just at the edge of downtown so you could still enjoy Broadway people watching without being in the heart of downtown. Not to mention Union Station hotel is absolutely beautiful!

Google
I cannot recommend Stationairy enough! The atmosphere is lively and bright for brunch. Our server, David, was knowledgeable about the food and drinks and had great recommendations. The food was, as expected, amazing local and fresh!

Google
We had dinner at Stationary featuring their Date Night Edition menu and everything was fantastic! We had steak tips and salmon as our mains but the veal meatballs and creme brûlée were top notch, as well. On top of that, we had the BEST service! We were served by Gerges and it was hands down some of the best service we’ve received in Nashville! (PS — their bourbon cocktails were 💯 — absolutely recommend!!)

Yelp
Small parking lot shared with the usps and pinnacle financial. You will have to valet (free for 3 hours with validation). Stationairy is located inside of the union station (formerly a railroad terminal). We had a reservation at 12:45 but note that the kitchen closes at 1:50. The space is a very intimate upscale feel with a relaxed vibe. We started with some spiced pear mimosas. Tastes like a bubbly apple cider, 4/5 on the sweetness scale. Overall the food was okay. The crispy brussels sprouts were a good combination of sweet with a little tang. The shrimp and grits were average. The chicken biscuit was my favorite but the potatoes were pretty bland. It was a fine experience, I'm torn if I'd ever go back here but next time I'd definitely do an earlier reservation to not have to feel so rushed!

Yelp
We wanted to grab brunch at the bar, but the hours were listed incorrectly online and it was closed. We'd already trekked across downtown, so we decided to give Stationary a try. The space was absolutely beautiful! However, it was a hot day, and the space was uncomfortably warm. Our server was fast and worked quickly. Our drinks took forever. I'm not sure I got the right drink (it was so sweet it was hard to drink), but I was afraid to send it back because I didn't know how long a replacement would take. The highlight of the visit was my power bowl! It was absolutely delicious.

Yelp
I waited to write this review because I always want to give everyone the most accurate information regardless of MY preferences and likes. I know everyone has their own opinions. I landed on giving this beautiful place 3 stars because it WAS very beautiful, and the ambiance was great. I DID have to use one of the large pillows on the couch to sit on so the table wasn't just under my chin level, but I'm kind of short, and with how cushy the chairs were it ended up not being a comfortable eating height. The menu looked like it was probably very very delicious however we never got a chance to taste it. Our server seemed new and overwhelmed with a large table near us. We waiting almost 15 minutes for our water and after another 10 minutes I had to flag him down to try to order a drink. My sister and I decided to get a bottle of wine and split it so we didn't have to wait for every drink. But when I finally found our server and made eye contact he said they were out of the wine we want. Before we could spit out what we want to eat...again, so as not to have to wait so long just to get him back...he was gone again. We waited about another 10-15 minutes just to get another glimpse of him so we could waive him over to tell him we were leaving. Every worker there was very pleasant, even our server...he seemed very aware he was being grossly neglectful. He was never ever rude and smiled often. I really would go back to try some of the food because it sounded wonderful.

Yelp
Service was good but very slow on the snow day that we chose to get out to use an offline offer. The brunch cocktail was on point. My husband held the yellow cotton candy over his coffee and it melted right into it. I tried something out of the box pastrami hash. The meat was cubed rather than shredded and that was off putting to me but everyone else in our party of 5 really enjoyed their brunch. We will be back.

Yelp
Fabulous little place for apps and drinks. Unfortunately, the main bar was under construction, but all the more reason to return and try it. We did have some homeless people beating on the window while we were trying to enjoy dinner and management was on top of it.

Yelp
Went here for a quick dinner and had an okay experience. The restaurant itself is located inside union station and has a cool ambience. The restaurant was not super busy when I went so I was very quickly seated. The table that had a low sofa-like seat which made the table feel a bit too high which I didn't love. It was difficult for me to feel like I was seated comfortably. Nevertheless, I was greeted by a nice waiter who told me about the menu and specials. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted and since they weren't very busy, the waiter came over multiple times to figure out if I knew what I wanted. It was a bit annoying because I don't like to be rushed, but appreciated his attentiveness. Eventually, I decided to go with the handmade burrata and crispy brussel sprouts. The burrata came with pistachio pesto, blackberry mash, and grilled sourdough. I found the outer shell of the burrata to had have a strange texture and the sourdough to be a little over toasted. I also found the flavors of the burrata, pesto, and blackberry mash didn't mix all that well together. As for the Brussels, I found them to be just the right amount of crispy and flavorful. Overall, I thought the food was just okay and probably will not go out of my way to come back here.

Yelp
This is an update from yesterday. We had to go back to this place due to bad weather so stayed at the hotel. The second experience was much better. Quality of food and service was better. We told them of our prior experience so they checked in on us several times and also offered to pay for part of our dinner - which we declined. We dined on appetizers so cannot rate main meals.

Yelp
We were looking for a small plate menu for sharing so the description on line was intriguing. This old train station ambiance is truly gorgeous. Cocktails were nice and just how we ordered them. Absolutely loved the brussels, some of the best I've had, as well as the Tandoori cauliflower which was crispy and so flavorful. Steak tartare was a bit disappointing with too much aioli masking the steak flavor and over creamy. Our server was amazing though!

Yelp
Stopped in for brunch & had a great experience! We had a group of 5 and no reservation, but we were still able to get seated fairly quickly. Everyone was a huge fan of the items they got, from avocado toast and Brussel sprouts to hash and fluffy french toast. We also enjoyed a variety of mimosas and the Bloody Mary bar. Our waitress was super nice & fairly efficient; we only seemed to wait for drinks from the bar but everything else was quick & she was so attentive!
google avatar

Maeve M.

Yelp
Food service was VERY slow. They also didn't have any of the local beers on the menu. The orders came out incorrectly and they didn't do much to fix it. The food was good though, so that's a plus! And the atmosphere is great, especially in the hotel lobby. If anything, go to check out the hotel lobby and grab a drink in the hotel bar!
google avatar

Yelp
The food was the best. Our waitress Elsa was so attentive, the best service. Definitely recommend trying the brunch
google avatar

Karina U.

Yelp
Had a fantastic lunch here with a salad that included quinoa, farro, zucchini, asparagus, tomatoes and green goddess dressing. I had them remove eggplant and add shrimp and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. The dressing was delicious and plentiful. We had a great lunch at the hotel this is located in as well so I wonder if they share a kitchen.

Yelp
The avocado toast was the best I've had!! The potatoes and breakfast tacos were so good! Elsa was the best! Great service!

Gary A.

Yelp
Food was great, drinks were great, service was average. Not worth the prices though.

Yelp
I cannot believe that this is the hotebar/restaurant .... Better than most places I ate at when I was in Nashville!
google avatar

Nathan H.

Yelp
Gorgeous hotel lobby. You truely should not miss it. Just take exception to $23 glass of rosé and the charcuterie board is a miss. It's it desperate need of something...anything...fresh. As lovely as the place is, it throws off a David Lynch movie vibe. ‍
google avatar

Whitney Y.

Yelp
Amazing food. Asked for recommendations from waitress and she did not steer us wrong! Beautiful restaurant!

D B.

Yelp
The space was beautiful and the service was attentive. They had a nice beer selection and my lunch was delicious. My only complaint was a pair or loud couples at the bar who decided to shout across the bar to one another for several minutes rather than walk over and talk like normal people. The room carried the sound. This had nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but it did impact my enjoyment.
google avatar

Rob M.

Yelp
Best tacos I've had in a very long time! I would recommend this place to anyone! Try the Tacos and like my review if you agree!
google avatar

Teresa F.

Yelp
What a stunning dining room! They just started a new lunch menu with lots of good choices. Solid American favorites with a bistro flair. Perfect fries! Local cheese and charcuterie board was a sensory delight. Wonderful thoughtful service from Melanie today. Perfect inrushes leisurely lunch spot.
google avatar

Declan O.

Yelp
It was meh. So so beautiful. But you can't eat the atmosphere. Service was slow. Food was mediocre. We went in November and while only 55 degrees outside, the restaurant was very cold. It's also very expensive which is fine if the food is excellent. Which it is not. If you are a foodie, go some place else.

Frank L.

Yelp
While the hotel is an amazing display of history and architecture, the restaurant is a miss. At check in I was given vouchers (as a Bonvoy Lifetime Titanium Elite with Marriott) good for a daily $10 food and beverage credit. Each morning for breakfast I attempted to use it the server seemed confused on how to apply it and had to spend 20 minutes looking for a manager. On top of all of this their prices need to be looked at with the guest in mind. I ordered 3 eggs, one slice of toast and coffee, $27.00. The next morning I ordered the Avocado toast with 3 scrambled eggs (hold the Avocado) and coffee, $19.00. Is it just me or does this appear strange to anyone else?

Natalie C.

Yelp
Service was slow and fish was too overcooked. I had to send it back. Overpriced for the value. Great ambiance is the only good thing I can say. Just come for ONE drink at most. Do not recommend.

Jackson J.

Yelp
The ambience and the atmosphere of the restaurant itself was overall beautiful, but I have never been to such a nice looking restaurant was such horrible acting staff. Three servers all standing together by the bar not even able to bring water to me and my senior citizen mother with little buisness to be occupied by. Very disappointing for such a high regard establishment.
google avatar

Yelp
Great place for dinner! Heather was our server and did a fabulous job. Chef Joshi created a special vegan meal just for me. My wife had the steak which was done perfectly.

Yelp
Such a shame, this place is so stellar on the food & ambiance front, but the service was so lacking that it ruined the experience completely. First of all, the hotel lobby & restaurant are STUNNING. So light-filled & airy with gorgeous high ceilings. It's right off Broadway yet quiet & serene. Drink list only has three signature cocktails, but they're good ones. Highly recommend Lost In Paris. We started with the whipped sheep's cheese, which was an absolutely massive portion for $12 & so delicious. We also got the NY strip, which was fantastic as well, and the fried Brussels sprouts. All the food was great & actually, the portions are so large that the prices are pretty reasonable. Unfortunately, we were completely neglected with regard to service. Our waiter was super friendly & conversational, but he clearly was chatting forever with every customer every time he visited a table, and had no sense of urgency whatsoever. I notoriously love a long, unrushed meal, but our waiter literally did not come back to our table for an HOUR after we received our food. There were only four parties including us in the entire restaurant that night. We literally ended up staring at our waiter for 15 minutes straight because we had been waiting to pay for over half an hour. It was so frustrating and honestly ruined the meal, especially with no acknowledgement of the slow service whatsoever.
google avatar

Jen L.

Yelp
Originally told there was a 25 min wait so went inside to order a Mimosa while we waited. 1/2 the tables were empty (or more) so I could see they were short-staffed (so I wasn't surprised when I didn't get service right away). Sat at the bar for brunch once chairs opened up. My husband said his Broadway Breakfast was ok but I LOVED my breakfast sandwich. Amazing! Cool building too, highly recommend you go!

Christina S.

Yelp
Food was good! But the place was gorgeous! The Brussel sprouts were some of the best I've ever had!
google avatar

David R.

Yelp
I arrived a little early to my reservation and was asked to wait to be seated. Understandable, and the lobby of the hotel is gorgeous and comfortable. After waiting over 30 minutes past my original reservation time, I was finally allowed to sit at a table. Who I assume was the manager explained that they were late to sit my table and at least one other because they were turning over the kitchen from breakfast to lunch. Why this had to be such an affair is kind of strange given this was a Sunday. Apparently they do not serve any brunch options... After being seated, I still wasn't allowed to order food because the kitchen was not ready. The waiter came to take an order for drinks and then largely didn't come back. I had to go to the bar to place a second order while we waited to be able to actually order food. Eventually, we get to order and the food comes. It's very ok. For all of the drama around getting food, there's hardly anyone in the restaurant and the food was not worth the wait. And for being mostly empty, I think they could have kept the breakfast menu open for us. Pancakes and eggs are pretty easy. Overall, a very strange experience, and definitely the worst dining experience I've had in a while. Service was strange, food wasn't special. This all in a very pretty environment that could have been so promising. Not sure what was going on or if Stationairy is always like this, but Nashville is too competitive to waste time at a restaurant like this.

Jon F.

Yelp
This review is mostly focused on the service. The Food & Beverage manager confirmed that our $100 gift card was valid BEFORE we sat down and ordered our dinners. AFTER we ordered our dinners, it took 30 minutes to pay our check. It took so long that I twice went to the bar area and asked for the server or manager. I had to get my son back to his dorm so he could do his homework. When I finally got the bill back, the Food & Beverage manager said he couldn't accept our gift card. What infuriated me was when said "in fairness" he'd told us that he would have to confirm that it worked even before we sat down. Completely untrue. He was rude and dishonest. Very disappointing. The restaurant is an attractive space, but is unpleasantly loud. The food was average. There are so many better restaurants in Nashville, don't waste your time on this dud. And, to the owners, whoever they may be, please have a chat with your Food & Beverage manager who made me the angriest I've ever been in a public setting by lying to my face and in turn challenging my honesty. What a lovely evening out with my family.

Yelp
This is a new restaurant and it's SPECTACULAR! Granted, it was a little funky to find because it's inside what used to be Union Station now-converted to a hotel (right?) but the interior is BEAUTIFULLY done. Like it's rustic with flare and has perfectly bright lighting and, honestly, a place you would snap a few pictures for your gram. Stationairy is a new restaurant and currently they dont have their own phone system so the hotel takes care of it. Once you walk in it's a converted entrance to Union Station turned into a restaurant! It has high ceilings, that cementy flare but with gorgeous decor so it looks quite intentionally built to be a restaurant! If you are on a date or want an upscale experience, Stationairy is your gig. FYI, They only take reservations for now. Also expect your food to take QUITE a long time (30+ minutes), which is fine because it's DELICIOUS. Food (FYI, their menu changes frequently and they admit to that too, even at the time of this review, the Short Rib is gone): - Short Rib Entree($Pricey): OMG this was a home run dish. Chunks of short rib that just MELTS in your mouth. With a mild sauce perfect for braised short rib it really complemented it perfectly. Add in the bits and pieces of veggies, this was a dish surely to slowly devour again. Sadly I dont see it on the menu. - Slow Cooked Salmon ($33): Delicious and great mild flavors with the veggies, beans, brussels, and the avocado salsa puree that acts like a sauce. It's not overly special though (I've had some spectacular salmon at other places). And unfortunately salmon is one of those fishes that once cooked seems very similar to many others. - Charred Heirloom Carrots ($22): Delicious but acts more as a side than an entree. These "sexy" carrots comes with perfect tenderness without being overly mushy, and topped with a beautiful light green pistachio based sauce and other pickled toppings. Pros: - Ambiance is PERFECT. It may seem to get loud inside because the structure is quite cold but the pictures do it justice. It's perfect for a date. - Food is DELICIOUS. I cant stress how good the food is. Plating is beautiful, flavors on point, fantastic profile. Cons: - Yes, this place is pricey. It's not a cheap meal. - Yes, it's VERY slow for food to arrive. Just accept that it will be a slower evening and dont come famished! In the end, sadly, I dont live locally but I've got to say that it was quite a memorable evening. Cant wait to hear more great news and updates from here!

Yelp
Valentine's dinner disaster! We were very excited about having dinner in this fabulous room, but we have had problems since the get go. This was a pre paid $200/person prix fix dinner, not a cheap night, with a promise of un unforgettable experience. The staff was poorly trained and our server had no idea what he was doing. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne, which was a very cheap Yulupa Cuvée Brut ($8,99/bottle) to start. Then we asked for a bottle of Zinfandel, the server said they were out of it and then, after 10 minutes, he says they have found a bottle. He brought this bottle to the table which was already open. What do you think happened there? You uncork the bottle at the table, you don't bring it to the table at least opened. Dinner stretched so long that we were falling asleep at the table, of course having a pause between dishes is a good thing, but we sat down at 6:15 and left at 10:30. That was too much. And the food? Ordinary. The location is excellent, but it is pretty much it.

Monika D.

Yelp
Second time dining here. The first time there was one server for the entire restaurant and it was awful--for her, for us, for everyone. We decided to give them another try. Horrible service. As soon as we were seated the server told us we had to order because the kitchen was closing. She did not offer beverages--she just stood there tapping her foot and fingers. I'm pretty sure I disassociated at this point. Then--I made the horrible mistake of asking if anything was gluten free or could be made gluten free. She pointed to one item on the menu and said this is the only thing. In SHEER UNADULTERATED PANIC I agreed. Then after she left I'm like "wait hang on a second"...if they have gluten free bread there are a multitude of things I can have including an innocent fruit platter. Everything continued to be rushed. I ordered coffee...it was taken off the table before I even finished half. The rest was an even further spiral. Sadness consumed the table.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice restaurant good service terrible food. The short ribs were very fatty, the sweet potato mash was cold, etc. There are WAY better options in Nashville.

Vina C.

Yelp
We had a wonderful experience at Stationairy. Bobbie guided us through the menu and helped with our selections. He helped make the whole experience memorable. We started out with Brussels Sprouts tossed with honey as an appetizer and shared the double charbroiled cheddar burger. It was a delicious meal and we enjoyed the ambiance very much.

Yelp
Cool vibe. Too bad they were running 15 minutes behind even though we reserved...saw on the reviews that they always run late up to 30minutes....get it together. byeeeeee
google avatar

Melissa D.

Yelp
This place is amazing! The building is beautiful and the service was excellent. The food was delicious. We had the drunken wild mussels, flat iron steak, beef tenderloin, frites, and fried brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly! Our server, Herman, was a delight! He was very kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Nashville!

Heidi A.

Yelp
This place was bad the moment we walked in. We said we have a reservation and they laughed. That should be a sign. They tried to seat 3 of us at a 2 seat table and then almost tipped the table on us as she repositioned it for another chair. We should have left. Next up the food...awful. Don't go!
google avatar

Brittany D.

Yelp
We had a reservation for 11:15, when we walked in the hostess said we would need to wait until 11:30 to be seated because the kitchen was switching over to the lunch menu. She said we could take a seat at the bar but we asked if we could be seated at our table to order drinks there and after hesitation she seated us. One of the servers was openly showing his aggravation to the hostess for seating in between breakfast and lunch even though we had the 1115 reservation. The experience even before getting drinks was so uncomfortable we left prior to ordering drinks or food. Definitely a let down for a newer restaurant
google avatar

Sheila C.

Yelp
Amazing restaurant! There is a ton of history and the food is such a bargain for this California girl! Loved the salad! Atmosphere was amazing!

Casey B.

Yelp
Found restaurant, looked up menu, made a reservation. We arrived and were told that the kitchen got too busy and was being renovated and the only option was to eat the "lunch buffet" they had set out, which was a couple salads and a soup. The manager who sat us looked miserable and was salty to everyone she interacted with. Really wish they would have put the menu issue on their website. We left without eating and wasted an Uber ride to get down there.

Jonathan M.

Yelp
So disappointing. We love this hotel. Tried the "new" restaurant. I ordered their most recommended dish, the chicken. It was cold when it got to the table. My white had the pork shoulder. It was dry and she finished it before I got my "reheated" chicken. My chicken came back. It was hot but nothing else on the plate was. Don't bother.

Ann H.

Yelp
Our dinners were delicious! Short ribs fell off the bone and were great! Haddock was excellent. Burger was huge and good as well. We also tried some apps... the meatballs, Brussel sprouts were out of this world and a cheese platter. The hotel is gorgeous and the ambiance was lovely. So glad we were finally able to stay here and have dinner.

Mary N.

Yelp
When traveling alone for business, I seek out nice restaurants in safe areas in all cities. You hit a grand slam home run when you get a server like Herman. He made me feel welcomed, explained the menu and checked in with me on several occasions. I'm sure he realized I was an out-of-towner with my Norwegian Minnesota accent and recommended other restaurants that he thought I'd like. The brussel sprouts were as amazing as he recommended and my goodness, the architecture of the Union Station is amazing.
google avatar

Wendy S.

Yelp
Beautiful room, small Menu but it was still hard to choose! Food was delicious and service from Elizabeth was great.

Natalia H.

Yelp
Our first negative experience at the Stationairy happened the day before when we were declined entrance to the restaurant. Perhaps that should have been our first warning, but my party and I insisted on checking this beautiful hotel out. When we were seated our waitress didn't even allow us to order drinks with our meal, insisting we do so later. Upon actually ordering our drinks we were told by the same waitress that "maybe they have them, maybe they don't." We're here for food not riddles. Said food and drinks however were absolutely not worth it at all. The chicken tacos smelled so bad. The radish in the hummus tasted like fish. The drinks were missing key ingredients stated on the menu and room temperature. The bread on the sandwich was white, not sourdough. The lettuce on the salad, bitter. There was also clearly tension between the employees and servers. We were playing a game of telephone, as the waitress kept insisting we order different items on the menu with different people. If you want to avoid bad food and even worse service, don't come here. Special thanks however to the manager who was extremely kind. Your friendly neighborhood Yelper.

Yelp
This was the worst breakfast restaurant experience ever! There was no hostess at the front. We walk through to the restaurant to look for a worker to seat us. A waitress tells us to sit anywhere, so we sit in a larger table closer to the windows. For about 5 minutes the hostess and waitress stand at the top of the stairs staring and talking about us, no one has come to offer us coffee or anything. The other waitress comes by with water and asks us if we're expecting more people, I say no, then she says "well you didn't allow the hostess to seat you" we said that's because there was no hostess and the other waitress said to sit anywhere. By then we're notably annoyed, she asks how I'm doing and I say good thanks, she then asks, you fed up with your wait? I said no. Then that lady leaves and the hostess comes and lays menus down and asks if more ppl are coming, 2nd time we say no but some coffee would be great, she says your waitress will get it for you. She leaves annoyed. 2nd waitress comes about 10 mins later takes our coffee order. Asks if more ppl are coming, 3rd time, I say no, is it ok that we're sitting here? Comes back, spills the coffee all over the mug, sets the mug on the nearby table and leaves coffee dripping off the other table. The manager sits a elderly couple in that table and never noticed the used mug with coffee spilling over the table. Then the waitress at our table takes the order wrong. Then when she picked up the plates, she drops the fork with egg yoke on my white shirt. Apologizes, asks if everything is ok, then glanced at my shirt and says ok good. I'm speechless at how terrible the service is I'm just speechless. Then she charges us for an extra coffee but I don't say anything because at that point I just want to leave. Never staying in this hotel again. Also, one of the waitresses setting the tables was grabbing all the utensils with her hands, and touching all over with hands that had just opened doors and trays, no gloves and carrying utensils underneath her armpit. It was disgusting. We asked the hostess where the fitness center was and she said she didn't know and to ask the front desk terrible service.

Yelp
The location is beautiful and the food is decent. However, the service was terrible. Our waitress seemed scared to talk to us. It took forever to even be served water and our waitress didn't understand our simple drink order at all. The bartender had to come and double check what we wanted and the drinks were still wrong, both times. This place is good if you're staying at the hotel and want a convenient place to eat. I wouldn't ever suggest it for a dinner out. There are so many other places in Nashville that are worth the price with much better service.

Yelp
The wait to refill water glass is to long, had fill it my-self, slow service, had the rib-eye and never had a steak covered in sauce. 2 table spoons of mash potatoes, and on the water ration again. Never to return.

Yelp
Fantastic. Beautiful setting, great menu - we tried one of everything - small plates and perfect for sharing. Had both breakfast and dinner here. Food is fantastic - chef has created some spectacular dishes. And ambiance is lovely. Favorite dishes: scallops, steak, pomegranate sorbet
