Really really cool location in an old church.
Parking is by app, so prepare for that. I found a spot really quickly in the middle of a Monday but I can't vouch for busier times of day.
The outside boasts a large patio, which plenty of people were hanging out on-- working on laptops, conversing, etc. It's all very uncovered and open so on a windy day it may not be as comfortable but on a still, sunny day, it seems perfect. That's what it was when I was there
The inside has super high ceilings, gorgeous stained-glass windows, but with a surprisingly bright and well-let-feeling interior, as the walls are all painted white.
I ordered an iced chai with Snowville milk. Mind you, I am typically an alternative milk girl because I don't trust commercial milk.... but Snowville is an incredible local company and it's about the only time you'll ever see me using regular milk. Stauf's gets MAJOR points for supporting local even though Snowville costs 3x as much as an input as regular milk does. Once upon a time, Jeni's ice cream also used Snowville, but they made the switch to a cheaper option. Not Stauf's!
I got to my table and tasted my chai, and realized it was way too sweet; however, it was to no fault of the recipe or the barista. I normally order a dirty chai with espresso and in my Snowville excitement I had just ordered regular... so I went up to the counter to ask for a shot of espresso.
I believe the cost was only around $.60 or so, which is half of what other places charge. The cost was so low that the barista didn't want to run my card and gave me my extra shot on the house. Super cool of them.
After I got the extra shot in there it was one of the best dirty iced chai's I have ever had. I'll be back, Stauf's!
