Steak 'n Shake

My daughter wanted to try this place for her birthday, and I'm glad we did. Everyone there was so nice, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the shakes were delicious. We're already talking about what we'll try next when we come back. Nice place too.

We’re the only ones at this hour, burgers are good while fries are cold. Floors were sticky and the restroom needs attention 😬 cleaning supplies are just out in the open.

I have eaten here twice and both times were just okay. The service, food, and facility are all nice and the restaurant is clean. As someone who grew up in the east, the menu lacks the full experience. The walk up order style feels a little weird for me as well. Feels more like a higher priced Burger King or McDonald’s. If your in a rush and just want the taste then it’s great, but if you want the sit down old style diner vibe then go to the one in the South Point.

I first found out about Steak n Shake while traveling in an RV through the southeast. I really like their burgers and especially the Royale burger with the egg on top. I love their skinny fries and the abundance they would put on a combo plate. I was happy to see that there were some new ones in Las Vegas. I tried this one in Henderson and was very disappointed. The Royal Burger combo was now $9.99 versus a normal about $5. The double steakburger combo was $11.79. This has very little to do with the economy but a lot to do with this particular store and others owned by the same person. I do not believe the Steak n Shake that is in the South Point Casino has changed but have not visited it since my visit here. I will never come back to this one or any others affiliated with this person. By the way the picture below is the amount of fries that you get now. Approximately half the amount that you used to get.

Well business is clean but then that's to be expected because they just open their doors we'll see how well that stays a priority for the volume of customers that come through the doors. Unto the food it's almost a carbon copy of In and Out Burger. The fries are thin cut the patties and breast but the meat is real. Of course they still have a lot of Kinks to work out even with the large number of employees that are there I think I counted 11 at the time of my arrival. But trying to deal with drive-thru customers and walk-ins at the same time is always a challenge. Don't know the liked it and I'm sure I'll return.

Went here for the first time after hearing great things about their shakes but let me tell you...the burger is the way to go. Shake was great but the burger was amazing! My man loves their burgers and I’m so glad he introduced me to this new place for me and maybe to others too. Also, the burgers are big and delicious. They have happy hour for the shakes after 3 PM!

Not was what I had expected. Very small menu, just opened location. Soda machine was flat. Human hair all over a table, fries were hard no salt no flavor, Frisco melt wast just 1 Patty Burger and cheese. Parents had their kids running in the location like a zoo. Would not even come back here if I was paid

Ordered burgers and fries through Grubhub and the food was absolutely terrible. The burger was dried up and burnt with none of the toppings, completely dry. The burgers we got look absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised. Our drink cups were filled to the lid with ice leaving hardly any sode. Will not order from here again.
