Steak 'n Shake

I love this place!! Hidden gem for sure.! Perfect for solo travelers or super family friendly. Food is hot and cooked at the moment. Awesome old school dinner vibes. Place is clean and all the staff are friendly. Management is always present and smiling. And the Hotel is great as well. This place is high quality yet budget friendly. Will be back.

Bun looks like compressed, or is it supposed to be so thin? The Garlic taste is good. Beef is very thin. The milkshake is so thick, very delicious.

Steak ‘n Shake has been a childhood favorite of mine for as long as I can remember, and I finally went back for the first time in decades and wow, it did not disappoint! The flavors instantly brought me back to my younger years, and the new beef tallow fries alone were worth the wait to return. Crispy, flavorful, and absolutely perfect with their classic burgers and shakes. It’s rare to revisit a place from your childhood and have it live up to the memories, but Steak ‘n Shake nailed it. Highly recommend stopping in whether you’re reliving old memories or making new ones, it’s worth every bite!

STAY AWAY!!!!! Purchased a double with fries and a drink....I took one bite of the burger and knew instantly the meat was bad. Asked my wife to try it as to make sure I was tasting it correctly. Wife agreed it tasted sour. When I asked to speak with the manager,a young man presented himself as such. I told him the burger was foul and politely asked for a refund. He than told me I ate a quarter of the burger so im only entitled to 2/3rds of my $ back. Stay away from this place!! They seem to think that because we're tourists that we don't matter. STAY AWAY!!

I tried the burger and fries. The burger came it was piping hot and in my opinion it was one of the best burger I had had in a long time. Luckily, I was able to be in a position to play a show at this venue and later in the evening, I went back and I had a steak Frank. The steak Frank was warm when it came and it tasted very well. I really enjoyed my time here.

I grew up down south in Florida and would go to Steak 'n Shake all the time. They don't have exactly the same menu but it is just as good with most of the classics. Our cashier was Sharon and she was super sweet! If you have never had steak and shake you're missing out !

This place is a poor representation of Steak n Shake. First the order took well over 30 mins and the restaurant was empty. They missed the fried onions on my jalepeno burger. The chili spaghetti was so dry with rubbery cheese. The hot dog was so salty I couldn't eat it. The fries were hard and crunchy. And on top of all of this our food was cold. I expected better. I AM NEVER SPENDING MY MONEY AT STEAK N SHAKE EVER AGAIN.

Burger, fries and onion rings were all good but a tad pricier than other locations. Nice to have a bar option to gamble and eat too. Better option if the bar was staffed. Limited menu, no chili.

I've never been to a Steak N Shake and we happen to be walking thru the area. Restaurant was clean. The burgers were excellent. The bread was nice and fresh. They have a very simple menu, so there isn't much variety here. But the food was great.

My Fiancée and I were staying at the Desert Rose Resort just next door, and came back a little after midnight and were hungry for something good. We walked over to the Oyo casino, knowing they had food and so glad we did! The staff provided friendly customer service, even into the early hours! The food, as this was our first time, was delicious! The place was decorated very cool! In the area, definitely give this place a try for eats!!!

I'm from LA and I was looking for some good cooked food and they did not fail. The food was sooooo good and filling after a long day on strip. Dakotay was helpful and polite at counter and the manger as well he recommended the Reeses Shake and it was delicious. Wish they had these back in LA!

No garlic butter. No garlic burger; no garlic anywhere in this location. Don't get excited about having one in the town you're visiting like I did

Why is this Steak N Shake different? I am so confused. I have been to another at South Point and they have a better menu than the one at OYO. The one at OYO feels a little depressing. They only have burgers and shakes on their menu. The burgers and shakes are awesome, but there are a few things that you do not get, such as tomatoes. I think that this restaurant could be better if there were more things on the menu...like maybe chicken sandwich or chili? There really isn't much to offer. I think I would come here over other places such as maybe Red Robin or In and Out. This is only if I want a good burger and shake.

Please please please let this be a warning to anyone considering this location! DONT GO. We first ordered a Dine in order, we saw there was a mistake on the milkshake order on our receipt. Ok honest mistake from cashier guy that's ok! we got that fixed we got that remade great! We also ordered a ToGo order at 12:40. We got our burgers and fries. The burger didn't come with lettuce like it was specified to had added on, that's okay ! Can we get it on the side so I can just add it inside! Okay sweet. Oh we noticed the other customers got their order and we didn't recieved our second, were the only customers. maybe they're taking a little longer but let's make sure. The lady with no name on her birth certificate apparently; accused us of lying. Said"No" we did in fact recieved it she walked over to check our tables because we just had to be mischief teenagers! There's no other option! Apparently... Ohhh right we weren't, we genuinely didn't get our order. Okay 1:45 we got our second order but we didn't get our second fries and our burger was incorrectly made. Innocent mistake again it's okay it's 2:00. Thank you for our order but we're still missing a fry. I understand it's an hour past closing! We really wanted to leave aswell! I know you don't wanna pay your workers overtime! But if u had resolved it kindly, with just a littleeee bit of understanding. We would be more than a happy to work alongside you. We understand I also work in a place where it's just burgers and fries, burger and fries. That is all it is. They sushed us away, ignored us. Refuses to help us. Refused to listen to anything besides their "we need the reciept" after a worker confirmed throwing away the reciept. We can tell as outsiders how Toxic the workplace environment is ; when ur workers are apologizing for the managers behavior. Having their head down like dogs because embarrassing behaviors from their manager. Whom will clearly yell at them if they tried to help us. I do not blame cashier or kitchen. I blame The lady in the front with braids working counter and the upper manager. Not to mention we never got that fry... You need buisness to thrive not just surviving on a thred Shame on Kaela. Kaela. Learn a few things literally from any other restaurant!!!! Pleaseeeee i'm begging you. Customer service is not that hard at all ! I promise you !!

Came here with the family on a Friday night to check out Steak and Shake for the first time. Place was empty with only 1 other table taken. Burgers were very similar to shake shack. Both burger and Fries were good. Service was quick. Would definitely return.

absolutely awful. service was not good, cashier was rude. we tried to order a grilled cheese and they said it was too ambitious.... what. food overall did not taste good.

Fake Steak 'n Shake only thing that is similar is the fries rude guy :( two thumbs down

Okay so I was staying here at the Oyo Hotel because I'm here on business solo. I'm normally a vegetarian but I thought you know what I'm going to go ahead and get a burger. I got a double with fries and took it back to my room. I am not picky and I understand that all take out food and restaurant food is going to be heavily salted. People like that and so that's what restaurants do. But honestly, the amount of salt in the meat Patty on this thing was absolutely astonishing. It wasn't just salty it was like I am poisoning myself if I take one more bite salty. I would take a bite anf my whole mouth would like pucker. Absolutely ridiculous. Think of taking a teaspoon of pure salt sticking it in your mouth that was the feeling I had with each bite. Now I'm kind of worried but I have to go have a few meetings tomorrow on business and I'm going to be all puffy and Bloated from that amount of salt.

We went at 3:10 and every single worker went on lunch which I feel like is completely unacceptable especially for being inside of a casino and if you are going to close the world restaurant at least account for it on your times on the website and on google
