Steak-Out Charbroiled Delivery

The food is super good, but it is a little pricey. The lobby is very small, but cute. Definitely not a sit down kind of place, more of a delivery place like the sign says. They have some of the best customer service in town. I once ordered a large order for delivery, and they forgot one of the sides. I called and they offered to send the driver back out or to refund the amount for the side back to my account. I've never had a rude or disrespectful staff members there. I will be back.

Always great customer service. The ribeye steak sandwich is very much worth it for the price. The cheese steak sandwich is very delicious as well. The free drink on picking up your order is a nice bonus. You should definitely check this place out for lunch or dinner.

Food is always delicious. Small carry out. Can order online, grub hub, call, or walk in. They have lunch specials, dinner specials. Wks specials, steaks, ribeye, sirloin, baked potatoes or mash potatoes. Salads, several different dressings, dessert menu, coke products, sandwiches, kids menu. Condiments for steaks, salads, baked potato. Menu for big function. They have delivery. Cash an credit cards for payment.

Great tasting food, fast and reasonably priced. The crew is very friendly, and a joy to see at work. Steak-Out can easily turn any night into a special something at home or on the go.

I was sent a text a few days before Valentine's Day offering a Valentine's Day special. When I went to place the order online it just gave me error message after error message so I tried calling and only got a automated message saying to try back later! I tried for an hour and gave up! I'm highly disappointed with the way they are doing business and do hope they will reach out soon.

I have been eating at steak out for years! But tonight when I walked in and looked back in the kitchen not a single person had a pair of gloves on, and they were touching the food. So unfortunately I left without placing an order.

Totally disappointed. Steak Out used to be my go to food delivery. The last three times food was forgotten. Promised a credit on my card. It never materialized. I ordered chopped steak medium. It came dry and over cooked and bland. Forgot my baked potato. The garlic mashed were bland and missing garlic. This will be the last time.

Out of every restaurant I've ordered delivery from in Sioux Falls, this restaurant has to be the best hands down. Delivery time was great and not to mention, I got an awesome lunch deal! The steak tips were cooked exactly how I wanted, perfect grill taste, and good seasoning. Big baked potato with cheese and sour cream, butter... and a salad, and a roll.. all for $8.99.. reminds me a lot of strip Club food from my home town (Portland), which is where you can find some of the best steaks for reasonable prices! I really appreciate this restaurant, because although they are simple, the flavor is good, and they make sure to include everything you need and didn't forget one thing. My total Came to $16.51 with sweet tea, cookie, xtra cheese and delivery+tax! This is the least I've spent on delivery and I'm so happy!

I'm not sure how long Steak-Out has been in Sioux Falls (my guess is 20+ years) but this was the first time we have tried eating from Steak-Out and it was fabulous. We always thought there was no way someone could make a good takeout streak, but we were very wrong. I had the 20 oz ribeye and my wife had the steak tips. Both of them were delicious. The flavors were better than most restaurants we've eaten in and the meat was very tender. Even the side items were good. The baked potato was done, not hard in the inside like some, and the salad was fresh. The bread roll was fresh as well. Our only disappointment is that we waited 20 years to try this place but we are happy we have found a place in Sioux Falls where we can get a great steak and we hope to be back soon. Don't be afraid to try this place, you won't be disappointed.

Want a T-bone steak but too lazy to go out? STEAK OUT DELIVERS!! We ordered 16oz T-bone and bacon cheeseburger, with jalapeno poppers. Our order was delivered to us in 35 minutes, hot and tasty! The baked potato was hot hot hot ow hot. Dinner for two with all the sides and condiments, tax, delivery, and tip was $54. (We should have ordered more jalapeno poppers!)

Ordered 16oz rib eye loaded bake potato and a small mix salad with a soft drink $30 plus tip It was delicious, highly recommend especially if your tired of all the other usually delivery choices

Never wrote a Yelp review before. But I felt compelled to write one here. Really good food for a reasonable price. Took my daughters on a ski trip (Great Bear). And they are kind of picky. Youngest likes steak. So we got the 10 oz Sirloin. Nice quality and cooked perfectly. I had the grilled chicken Caesar. Again, really good. And my 10 yr old had the kids chicken nuggets - which was the only thing subpar. But even she couldn't turn down the NY Cheesecake which was the best I've had in a while. Total deal was $34 including baked potato and side salad. Definitely keep this place in mind when I'm in the area. And thanks to the manager, Bill.

We had the shrimp skewers and add-on bacon wrapped scallops, with baked potato, salad and bun. The food was first rate and delivered quickly, would definitely order out again.

Food was 20 minutes late and semi cold. Both steaks were cooked medium well instead of medium rare as we had specified and gave us baked potato instead of garlic mashed. Just tasted like a cheap steak because it was so overdone. Not enjoyable and definitely not worth $60. The wings were mushy and absolutely disgusting. They even gave us a silverware package with NO SILVERWARE IN IT.When I called in to let them know the order was incorrect they took a tone with me and acted upset that I would even call. Edit: I contacted you two days ago when you requested via the email you provided both here and on google review two days ago but nobody has gotten back to me yet.

We selected this place from a suggestion at our hotel. Overall, your bang for your buck is a bit of a stretch. Portion sizes were on the small size for what we ordered. We ordered a Pick 2 Mixed Grill, a few items from the app menu and 3 kids Meals. The flavors were all good but the steak bites and salmon, those poor things never stood a chance. They were beyond cooked... and, I'm still hungry.

Company placed an order this morning. First time trying steak out myself, this will definitely be the last time I ever get what they call food from here. Order took two hours to get here and food was cold. Simple reheat would not be a problem if the steak tips weren't rubber. Can even cut them with the poor excuse for utensils you get. Loaded mash is a joke, a smashed baked potato with no flavor and cups of cheese and bacon bits. Ridiculous. Who sends out a salad with all lettuce leaves wilted and mushy. Utterly disgusting and disappointing!

I ordered the sirloin tip with potato and salad. It was cooked to perfection. I will be order from here again.

We decided to order from here based on it being something other than pizza and had great reviews on here. We were not disappointed! We didn't order any steak but the buffalo chicken, the burger and the kids meal was fantastic. Best burger I've had in a while and my kiddo loved the Mac and cheese. If we lived here we would probably become a regular! Next time I'm getting a steak!

Very pleasantly surprised! You don't think delivery food is going to be that good, but this was incredible! Prices are fair, delivery was fast, and staff was friendly. I travel quite a bit, and I've had my fair share of steaks. This sirloin is in the top 3 I've ever had. Perfectly cooked and luxuriously tender. If I'm ever in Sioux Falls again, they will be getting my business.

This is the second time I've ordered from them. My husband is in the hospital and they deliver quick hot fresh very tasty food.

After driving over 300 miles today and 1900 total, I was starving and tired. We got delivery, and it was convenient and easy. The food was exactly what I needed after the long drive. So good. Perfectly cooked. Very much appreciated.

Awesome place. Friendly people focused on customer satisfaction. I call in and pick up my order 15 or so minutes later. There's been some goofs along the way, but overall great steaks and sides!

The food was ok, the and the delivery took a little longer than stated to arrive. But when our food did arrive the kids meals were missing the included sides. I called to tell them the included sides were missing and the girl on the phone said "Do you want us to send them to you?" in a completely un-helpful and un-friendly manner. Of course I want you to send them to me, I paid for them... Then they said it would take an additional 15-20 minutes to deliver the applesauce, cookies and "surprises" that were supposed to come with the meals. I seriously expected at least friendlier service for the price tag.

Apparently reading skills aren't in the repertoire of the employees here. Ignored both ordering and delivery notes. Had to throw away half the food and had to be inconvenienced on the delivery. Super lame. Not worth it.

First experience was surprisingly good for steak delivery. No A1 sauce. Plastic utensils are a challenge though...
