We visited last February 2024 and still can’t stop thinking about it. It was the best Kobe beef we’ve ever had. 🤤 The price was definitely worth it. We tried both the Kobe beef and the A5 Wagyu, and honestly, we loved every bite. Can’t wait to come back! 🥰❤️

If you're looking for a cost-effective way to try Kobe beef, this teppanyaki spot fits the bill. It's not a place that will "wow" you, but it offers a taste of the famed beef without breaking the bank. The restaurant was full of tourists, which isn't surprising given that a lot social media featured it. While the beef itself was decent for the price, some parts of my medium-rare request came out well-done, which was a bit disappointing. A small highlight was the fried garlic – that was really nice. However, the experience ended on a low note. We ordered orange juice at the end, and despite it clearly being instant, it took an unexpectedly long time to be served. Overall, it's a budget-friendly option to tick Kobe beef off your list, but manage your expectations regarding execution and service. (The above comments was from my friend)

We checked Google and Youtube reviews before coming here and it turned out to be very much what everybody else is saying. Very affordable way to experience Kobe Beef, which does have the incredible soft, melt in your mouth, beefy taste, people report, but due to the pricing, there are some concessions you need to be comfortable with. Sitting shoulder to shoulder at the counter, feeling a bit conveyor belted and having little flexibility in the menu are I guess what that means, but we were aware upfront and did not mind at all. The waitress actually helped us a bit to select the right course, as the English translations has a few items that have a similar description, but different pricing. In the end, we all happy with the course she recommended.

We visited the restaurant for dinner yesterday to try the Steakland beef again. This time, we ordered the Special Kobe Beef Set and really enjoyed the tenderness of the beef. Overall, the food was great just that my salad was a bit too wet 😂. Service was good, and the place was spacious and clean

I didn’t have a reservation but was able to get a ticket at 11:30am and by 11:55am, I was seated. The restaurant serves teppanyaki in a lively, fast paced setting - they clearly aim to get people in and out. Despite the rushed atmosphere, I felt the experience was well worth it for the price point. The Kobe steak was tender and cooked exactly to my liking and the accompanying vegetables, rice and miso soup complemented the meal nicely.

Managed to snag three seats around 5:30 PM just before dinner. was a bit scared reading all of the reviews but luckily we had a good time this time. I asked the steak to be medium just to be sure and safe. I ordered the cheapest "Kobe" wagyu and my palate couldn't tell the difference between the standard beef, it was way tender though. The teppanyaki experience from start to finish was only just 10 minutes. I left my umbrella and I managed to get it back when I came back, that was nice.

Tried their Kobe beef. Personally don't think the beef there is that great. But for the price, it is ok. Careful of the floor, it is rather oily, hence slippery. Should mop it clean everyday. Went at 11am went the shop just opened. You will have to share table with others too.

On one of the last days in Japan, we took a day trip to Kobe. It took two trains to get there but well worth the effort. First, we visited a Shinto shrine, which was beautiful, and then, based on the recommendation of our son and his girlfriend. We went to a wonderful place called steakland. The steak house serving the greatest world famous Kobe beef steaks grilled on a large flat plate served with salad and grilled garlic, and it was heavenly cooked to order and absolute perfection. The staff were remarkable and spoke English as well. It was the best steak you could imagine. They grilled veggies, and with a drink, it was a perfect afternoon. If you're ever in Kobe, I highly recommend this old-school steak house with ambiance and hardwood architecture and great staff with the best steak you can imagine.
