This is a really popular place to get steaks, especially kobe wagyu.
We order 2 sets, 1 wagyu & 1 kobe. Then the chef, present us with the meats and explain, which one is what, and what grade it is.
He then continue to cooks the meats in front of us. The smell is really delicious.
Since we order 2 different sets, 1 wagyu & 1 Kobe. He split it into 2 plates, evenly, so that both of us can taste it both.
Wagyu was soft & tender, cooked to a medium.
Kobe, even softer & more than tender than the wagyu.
