Great atmosphere. I hand not encountered a problem finding parking for lunch on the weekends I have gone. I have had food from every vendor, all were good.

Moved back to Garden Grove and was excited to see a foodhall/food hub cropped up here even if it's a chain. Summer evenings seem to be chill and light on business I guess while school is out. There is a small parking lot nearby that is free and a fairly diverse if small selection of vendors. Ambiance is pleasant and it is fairly clean for a semi public area; there was background music on my visit. Has long wooden dining tables and benches to give it that communal feel. Large 4 screen TV for athletics. Seems like a good place for families and small groups of teens or young adults and enclosed enough that it is safe. Would come back and recommend.

Aside from being one of the neatest spots I've been to in a long time, they had great food with a variety of amazing options & drinks, the atmosphere was unique & wonderful. They had ping pong & corn hole. Open air seating on two levels. You can bring your dogs... & kids. There's an arcade. A ton of FREE & convenient parking in a non-congested part of town... Really, just a great spot for all sorts of social gatherings. Then I read there will be a pupusa pop up there today. Very tempting to go back. Can't say I won't.

Google
I had driven by and had not had a chance to go. Finally I did. I liked it. Food is a bit overpriced but that's usually the issue with a place like this. I think is was worth it for the experience and a time we'll spent. We ordered a burger from the penalty box which has a different twist on the burgers and it was delicious! If you want more than a basic burger you definitely have to come try it. And from Barrio (which is a Korean/Filipino place) we bought the shrimp skewers and a added a pork skewer. It was delicious. And they have the Wilson Creek Winery coming soon. I can't wait to come back !

Google
There is something for everyone at Steel Craft. Tasty food options such as burgers, Mexican food, and pasta. They hold some cool little events here too. Wednesday night trivia is always a good time.

Google
Decided to try this after driving by a few weeks ago. What a great place! Tons of family fun! DJ playing some tunes, kids playing ping pong and corn hole, lots of well behaved dogs on leashes. Happy to see Wilson Creek Winery is coming in but bummed it’s not open yet. We decided to try a few items. We started with beer & tacos, moved on to fries then finished with shrimp & grits. It was all fabulous. Plenty of dessert options as well. Coffee, ice cream, macaroons. Definitely coming back here!

Google
Great place to be. We tried Barrio Pork and Chicken Dinner Combo, Tasty, friendly staff as well. This place is has many Merchants. Family oriented. Very diverse crowd getting together and enjoying themselves. A MUST Place to experience. Ample parking. Live Music. Sports TV. 759 maximum capacity + your pet dog.

Google
I really wanted to like this place but it was a let down. Maybe it’s better at night. I came for lunch on a Tuesday and went to 3 spots and the workers seemed bored, annoyed and rude. Especially the guy at the brewery. He was just on his phone the whole time, never said hi, never asked if I needed help and seemed annoyed when I wanted to order. The food at La Taqueria was pretty bland. And the same at bird talk. They have a small section labeled kids area with a big sign next to saying No ruining or Climbing. So my kids were bored there.

Yelp
Really love the idea of open space, brewery and food vendors. This place has a very relaxed vibe. Family friendly. I was only able to try to the coffee stall so I'm here for the ambiance. Since it is Halloween time it seems they had additional vendors. One was a VHS seller

Yelp
SteelCraft in Garden Grove delivered a vibrant atmosphere for this 1st timer and trivia night really brought the place to life with plenty of activity for every type of visitor. Personally though, I was disappointed with the Japanese restaurant OniGuru; as someone who enjoys well-seasoned food, the rice balls and onigiri were way too salty for my taste. The staff seemed unsure about allergy information and couldn't clearly explain the ingredients in their menu items, which was definitely a concern and a learning lesson for everyone that evening. Still, the night was a win for my group: my friend ordered the pork plate at Barrio, the Filipino spot, and he cleaned his plate--it was that good. At La Taqueria, the tacos were delicious, and the micheaguas were nothing short of phenomenal. They dressed it up with a Tamarindo stick, chamoy, and chili rim--truly a chef's kiss. I would come back. Just would try another restaurant and maybe get into the trivia fun on the next round.

Yelp
This food hall is a fun, chill spot with lots of tables, great parking, and even an arcade--perfect for groups. It's very clean and has a good vibe overall. I'm giving it 3 stars mainly because there aren't a ton of vegan options. That said, some places like the taco spot, the pasta place, and the oniguri place each had at least one vegan option, so there's still a little something for plant-based eaters. Would love if they added a fully vegan spot! Overall, it's a great hangout spot if you're looking for variety, chill service, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Yelp
One of three outdoor food halls under the SteelCraft name in Southern California, this location in Garden Grove opened in 2019, providing an easy place for friends/families to hang out and partaking of different food and drink. My wife and I have been to the closer Long Beach location multiple times, but the GG location had a particular restaurant we wanted to try out, so we drove the 45 minutes to get here. The 'gimmick' here is that the structures are built from cargo containers, which is a nice nod to the port of Long Beach. The large open space in the middle is a mixture of dirt, brick, and synthetic grass and much of it is shaded. The dining area are mostly communal picnic tables, each with QR codes so you can order directly from each restaurant. It is self pick up, and self bussing, which I like. It also has a large video monitor in the middle, guessing it is mostly tuned to sports. Like most all food halls, there is a dedicated stand for beer, and at this place, the vendor is Beachwood Brewing. They had twenty of their beverages on tap: my wife and I shared a 16 oz of their simply named Beachwood Hef ($7.75). It went well with the Filipino Korean food we shared. The food hall has a dedicated surface parking lot surrounding the area, with a lot of additional spots in the large City Hall lot as well. There were plenty of spots in the dedicated lot when we came with most of the city halls spots filled. Assuming that this switches once the business day is done. It's a good set-up. We came early so there wasn't much food traffic, and some of the 'open' restaurants didn't have anybody in front servicing customers. But as a whole, it's an evolving concept that still is being given attention to mature by the owners. I can imagine how popular this area would be, with the good food and drink at fair prices.

Yelp
Another food hall to cross off my list! If you know me I love food halls because of the variety of food and the space to enjoy your time with friends and/or family. Steelcraft is located in Garden Grove off Euclid Ave. There is a huge parkinglot to park with plenty of spaces. On busy days, you can easily find a spot so no stress there. The location has many food to choose from: friend chicken, Filipino infused food, ramen, burgers, and some Italian food. They have many dessert locations to enjoy and even a brewery and tea bar. There is plenty of seating throughout. There is a table tennis table to enjoy with your company and also a corn hole area which is a must try. Plenty of room to enjoy a birthday party or happy hour with friends. Since this place is close by, I will definitely be back to try something new.

Yelp
SteelCraft is a fun place to spend time with family and friends offering plenty of great dining options with something to please everyone. An array of shipping containers surround an open-air dining space with long shared tables and a small stage for live performances. Its both family and pet friendly so bring the kids and bring the dogs :) Each shipping container is re-imagined as a separate restaurant kitchen each offering a different style of food or drink. Restaurants: Mornings Coffee - Coffee & Pastries La Taqueria Brand - Mexican Street Food Tea Otter - Boba Tea Barrio - Filipino-Korean Fusion Al Dente - Italian Food Beachwood Brewing - Craft Beers Swagyu Burger - Wagyu Burgers Bird Talk - Fried & Grilled Chicken OniGuru - Japanese Rice Ball & Bowls This is the largest SteelCraft location so they also have a couple of non food business and a balcony seating area above Beachwood Brewing. Non Food: Xtyle It Fashion - Trendy Women's Clothing Studio X by Ironfire Workspaces - Meeting Space Of all the great places to eat my favorite combo is Barrio bulgogi plate with a craft beer form Beachwood Brewing :) But if your looking for a caffeine fix you cant miss with Mornings Coffee which opens at 7am. Most of the other places open at 11am. The best thing about SteelCraft is the variety because there is something for everyone in your group. The onsite staff keeps everything neat & tidy and the restrooms are clean & well stocked. There is even a large private parking lot so you never need to worry abut finding a spot.

Yelp
Steel Craft is a fun shipping container hawker food hall in the heart of of Garden Grove. I went on a Friday night and the place was hopping. There was line dancing and ever vendor was very busy. Our friends tried the craft beer and the chicken wings, which is a good deal. I would like to try the coffee and BBQ spot when I come back. Come early for parking or it can get difficult. Please come and create your own adventure. Communal seating area. Good service and overall fun.

Yelp
I didn't realize they had a location out here! Lucky us. A friend of ours introduced us to this location when she hosted a bday get together here. It's such an awesome place to have people meet up for an event. We all wandered the pavilion to see what the options were and then selected some quick bites. I enjoyed the Spicy Rice Ball (vegan) and the vegan meat tacos (birria and pastor, soyrizo was also an option). The green sauce they served it with was spicy and really finished the flavor profile. Yum! Hubby is not a vegetarian and also really enjoyed the food at these two places. They had coffee drinks, and a nice beer selection all right there, too. We spotted an Italian place, chicken place, burger place, boba tea, and a live band was setting up right there as we left. It had an upstairs walkway, clean bathrooms, a "play area" for the littles. Just a nice little spot to spend an afternoon with something for everyone. Check it out!

Yelp
fun spot to hangout. plenty of parking near the place. we started day drinking after having dimsum which turned into drinking for 8 hours lol their beers were pretty good and the day we went it was some type of vendor night/dance get together. by 5 PM we had to clear the downstairs tables so we ended up going to the second floor to drink more. The pizza was pretty good and the fries were amazing. We kept ordering the fries over and over. It got pretty crowded and people were dancing on stage. Fun spot to hangout with family and friends.

Yelp
Visited here tonight with the family and it's improved a lot since I last was here. Saturday night and found parking relatively easy when we got here at 5. Ordered from the Korean-flip place called barrio by the wagyu burger spot 2 entrees to share among 3 of us (bf, his young daughter and me). Perfect amount for us. We had salad, rice, bulgogi, salmon, pork skewer and all was solid with the right amount of seasoning. We got drinks from the otter boba spot, and enjoyed that. No complaints - great selection. For dessert I wanted churros so I got that from the burria tacos place by the entrance, while bf got cookies and cream shake along with brownie from the waygo burger place for his daughter. The bolsa de churros did not disappoint. Made to order it came out hot and delicious there was no beef for anything extra, they were perfect. We all enjoyed our desserts, but poor daughter's brownie looked like a burnt little brick of sadness. She took 2 bites and threw that $5 brownie in the trash before anyone could say anything. If I ran that place I'd rather tell people we out of brownies than sell something that horrible. I haven't had the burgers there but if it's anything like the brownie, I'd pass. Other than that downer, the live music was cool, and the crowd was chill. I'd come back.

Yelp
The good: This is kid friendly! I've been to the Steel Craft in Long Beach too and liked this one better because it was much bigger and had a lot of kid friendly areas. There was an area with small kids picnic tables, corn hole, giant tic tac toe, and half ball things in the ground for kids to climb. There was plenty of parking. I tried 3 food spots there. The middle section has communal picnic tables that are covered with shade with dirt flooring for a casual feel. Other areas have faux grass. Most of the food places give you buzzers so you can come back for the food. I like the modern look of the shipping containers and the various food options. They have a coffee spot, boba shop, onigiri stand, Korean/Filipino food stand, chicken spot, taco store and burger joint. The bad: I imagine that the dirt area gets messy on rainy days if your shoes are wet and you're mixing it with the dirt. The interesting: I came during graduation day so there were lots of groups there for their graduation celebration. It's a good spot to go to for groups when you cannot decide on what to eat.

Yelp
This spot it's cute and cozy, it has different shops from coffee to beer and something to eat, during the weekend they have live entertainment. The prices are reasonable and if your dog is well behaved his welcome too.

Yelp
Over the past decade, container markets have become a trend in Seoul, especially with spots like Common Ground (opened in 2015) and Seoullo 7017 near Seoul Forest (opened in 2017). These markets bring a fresh, urban vibe by blending the traditional American market concept with a contemporary twist, breathing new life into the city and boosting tourism in the process. In Southern California, we have our own version--SteelCraft, a marketplace brand that uses shipping containers as its main architectural element, blending food, art performances, leisure activities, and community social experiences. SteelCraft first opened in 2017 in Long Beach as its flagship location, creating a vibrant space for dining, arts, and local gatherings. It later expanded with a Bellflower location in 2019 and the Garden Grove location in 2021. I visited the Garden Grove SteelCraft on a quiet weekday afternoon (10/2024). There weren't many people around, just a few students hanging out after school. The location makes sense since it's close to Historic Main Street, the Community Center Park (which is currently under renovation), Coastline Community College, and Garden Grove High School, all of which help keep the area somewhat lively within the local community. There's plenty of seating inside, and the container shops offer a mix of Korean, Japanese, and Mexican food options, along with a few drink spots, a beer garden, a handmade candle shop, and a clothing store. I had originally planned to grab a coffee at the popular Dark Horse Coffee Roasters, but after checking, I realized it had permanently closed. The space can also be rented for events, and there's a small stage for performances. I imagine it's livelier on weekends or in the evenings. However, during my visit, it felt a bit too empty compared to the bustling container markets in Seoul. After walking around the place, I decided to head over to Garden Grove Historic Main Street for another city walk. SteelCraft 12900 S Euclid St, Garden Grove, CA 92840 https://steelcraftlb.com/

Yelp
We stopped by on a Saturday to check it out and this place was lively! They had folks dancing, eating and have a grand time. They had different food stalls so you have a variety of cuisine to try out. It is an outdoor dining so I can see how this place can be a good hang out spot during spring and summer. We came on a Saturday and it got super chilly and windy. Overall nice spot to check out.

Yelp
I visited SteelCraft on a Friday night and although it was busy, there was still a lot of parking available and the lines for all of the vendors were relatively short. There is also plenty of cafeteria-style seating available downstairs and a small upstairs area. We happened to go when they had a live band which provided nice ambience, although it can be a bit loud if you sit close. There is a wide variety of food options and I decided to get Barrio, which offers Korean/Filipino fusion bbq. I tried the skewer plate with pork and chicken. The skewers were well marinated and and the plate was filling, but a bit expensive for what it is.

Yelp
It's really nice space. Lots of diff food options to choose from. You can have an entire meal here with food, beer, dessert, boba, and have a date here making candles or playing a few arcades/shopping. Space is great for families. Although some parents let their kids run amuck and you may be caught in between kids throwing things at each other or trying to play hide and seek in the arcade section with no adult watching at the moment.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been several times throughout the years and I'm sad the turnover rate in business is always changing but I'm happy they seem to still stick around. It's a great spot to grab a quick breakfast or meet a friend for a beer and grub. Or bring the fam and everyone can pick there own food spot and a little arcade fire the kiddos. I love that they have life music on the weekends. I saw they even have a private room for gatherings. I think they have trivia but I haven't attend that yet but I definitely would.

Yelp
Pretty limited on food options, but a really cute outdoor option if you and your group want to be able to eat different things! I tried the Boba place which was just OK, but the service was very friendly, and the burger place, which was a 20 out of 10. Seriously I'm still thinking about it even though I had it two days ago It's dog friendly, which I love, but the bad thing is that it seems like most of the owners cannot control their dogs, which was super annoying cause my dog was just chilling at my feet and getting riled up every time my dog would try to lunge at him from their leash Again, it's not steel craft's fault, but I just thought it was worth mentioning in case anyone is thinking about taking their dog here Overall, the ambience is really mellow and relaxing and definitely a good casual spot to hang out at! They also have I believe two ping-pong tables and an area behind all of the food stands with extra seating
google avatar

Sydney N.

Yelp
The vibes here are great for a day or night out with a group of friends. The food on the other hand are okay nothing too special. I ordered from Bird Talk which was a Nashville Sandwich with Waffle fries but the fries were super salty. I only ate 3 to 4 pieces before throwing them away. The sandwich was also okay but lacked in flavor, I had to put a decent amount of ketchup on it. With the fries being salty, I went back to ask the staff for a cup of water which he then told me I would have to purchase a water bottle.

Yelp
Great hangout place for after work, school, weekend or just differ scenery for lunch or dinner with love ones. They have variety of all kind of food stalls, from Asian to Mexician to American to Italian to Chinese boba teas & local beer crafts...they do have upper deck and middle common area with stage for live music/performance or a huge screen for sports or news plus a play area for little ones and plenty of clean bathrooms. Parking is plenty surrounding the place and it is a nice place to spend some bonding times with love ones.

Yelp
What a great outdoor hang-out spot with amazing food and drinks. Plenty of seating is available, many food options, and easy parking. The layout of Steel Craft makes it an ideal place to grab some drinks, and delicious food and listen to live music. First, we grabbed our drinks at Beachwood Brewing. Excellent drinks. Then, we walked over to La Taqueria Brand and ordered Asada street tacos, a birria beef dip sandwich, and an esquite. OMG, the food is amazing! The tacos are so good and the birria sandwich is to die for. I can only imagine how great all their food options are. We received our food, quickly. I can only comment on Beachwood Brewing and La Taqueria Brand-both amazing food/drinks and service. You will also find other food options, such as pasta, korean bbq, burgers etc. You will also find a small clothing boutique, passing the boba stand. :)

Yelp
SteelCraft is an outdoor food and beverage hall, somewhat similar to the Anaheim packing district. They have a variety of business with different cuisines. This was very nice as it allows for everyone in the group to get exactly what they want. We came on Sunday for a friend's birthday party and they had live music from 3-6pm. Unfortunately for the band to be loud enough to fill the space, the band's volume was too loud to have conversation with the people sitting across from you. There is a notice that said no outside food or drinks but they did not seem to be enforcing this strictly.

Yelp
You want a beer You want a burger You want tacos You want nachos Want to hear a live band Want to dance Omg, what doesn't this place have. Went here for the first time to meet some friends as we wanted to grab a drink and a bite to eat before the concert across the street. Love it. It's a covered outdoor large place with containers which are mini restaurants/ pop ups of different types of fast food you can order and sit/eat. We got to enjoy a live band for a bit. Lots of communal seatings. Such a fun and relaxing place. There were kids running around and dancing while the parents catch up over a bite and a sip of beer. Ample parking all around the facility. Bathrooms are clean.

Yelp
Steelcraft appears to be a nice food area until you actually taste the food. Upon first impressions, I thought this was like a singular restaurant but was surprised with many mini stalls and a nice seating area. Also, parking seems to be plentiful. Just note that if you come around Strawberry Festival like me, the parking lot will be CROWDED with cars. I'm not saying everything there is bad; however, we did try out almost everything, such as the chicken stall, Japanese stall, burger stall, and taco stall. They were all worse than mediocre, not something I would expect from food I paid a good amount for. (I am NOT in any way a picky eater; in fact, I have low standards and will eat almost everything gladly.) This food was something that I could make at home and make even better. Rice balls were messy, ok taste, but it was incredibly sweet? Like the Salmon teriyaki sauce was so sweet, I have had teriyaki sauce before and know that it should be sweet, but not to this extent. Also, note that it was super messy. The seaweed is firm enough not to instantly crack as soon as you bite, so it just makes the rice crumble. I checked out the burger stall and had a bite. It tasted like In-N-Out but worse (not well seasoned, also noticed this lack of seasoning for the other stalls, excluding the onigiri stall, they had too much) and for a bigger price point. MAIN focus here is that chicken stall. I don't know how they made the food so incredibly horrid. The mac and cheese with Nashville chicken was not even mac and cheese. They used those twirly noodles? And I didn't even taste cheese. Instead, I tasted nothing? It was covered in sauce, and that sauce was like... imagine if you put water, ranch, and a bit of pepper and ketchup into a blender and plopped that over a small tray of twirly noodles. I paid a good 14 bucks for that, and the portion was mid. Despite all this seasoning, again, IT LACKED FLAVOR! How are you gonna sauce everything up to the max and have it still taste so BLAND? AND THERE'S MORE. That Nashville chicken? NASTY. It tasted like.. nothing again. NO SALT, JUST STRAIGHT UP NASTY. It tastes like if you blended up a ton of chicken that you forgot in the freezer, smashed it into a ball, put bread crumbs on it, and deep-fried it. Keep in mind if you get the fries, those are also nasty. Just straight up oily and well the crunch is good ill give it that but again NO SALT. 14 bucks for this? Genuinely pmo. Also, to add on, THAT MAC AND CHEESE THING TOOK 20 MINUTES TO FINISH. BSFR. My friend got a taco. SHE SAID IT TASTED BURNT. what in the carcinogen taco are they making here? The music was too loud, had to scream to talk. Makes everything awkward. I've had like 20-dollar all-you-can-eat buffets that taste better than whatever this place offers. Take this as your warning sign to skip this destination, and if this review did not convince you to skip, just don't make the same mistake as me and order that 14 DOLLAR NASTY mac and cheese from the chicken stand.

Yelp
Nice little place. I've been here a few times. There is a good variety of places to choose from and a nice outdoor space for kids.

Yelp
Atmosphere: Great! Kind of a food hall except mostly outside and fenced in by repurposed shipping containers. It's got a great vibe that's airey and modern but with lots of shade, seating, and public games. There's a little section where you can sit upstairs and enjoy somewhat of a view Food options: Limited... There aren't too many options and the available ones get kinda pricey and they're nothing special. I wouldn't really come here to eat but getting like a shareable to snack on with friends is a great idea Beer: Good enough There's a brewery here that has some fun options and I'd say it's a nice cherry on top to the vibes. They have a diverse enough selection to satisfy everyone's tastes so definitely grab some brewskies and chill out if you're here

Yelp
Wow! We came here for my birthday yesterday. It was a really outstanding experience. The space: so beautiful! we were able to find tables, put down some birthday table settings, and everyone was able to join and have a seat. They had a boutique market happening with different venues and then in the evening they had a live st. Pattys day band that was awesome! The food: amazing! Loved that everyone got to choose what they wanted to eat themselves, we loved the burgers and onigiri, but there were so many great options. The beer: GREAT with great service. The staff: could not have been nicer, we were there for hours and the staff was so helpful and just super nice. SteelCraft Garden Grove really went above and beyond, thank you for a great birthday experience!!

Yelp
We've been following SteelCraft Garden Grove since its opening in late 2019, intrigued by its innovative use of wide spaces and conversion of storage units into a dynamic food and entertainment hub. ASG loves street food that morphs with its environment, and SteelCraft excels at this, creating a unique experience right along Euclid St, with ample parking space enhancing its accessibility. SteelCraft was one of the first places we visited post-pandemic, and it quickly became our go-to for outdoor dining. It's especially ideal from late Spring to late Summer--a perfect spot to bring out-of-towners or large families a few hours before sunset to enjoy the transition from the day's heat to cooler dusk. We've also found SteelCraft convenient for quick bites, utilizing mobile orders for easy pick-ups with the well-suited parking. Exploring SteelCraft is a must. While it's not huge, it has charming nooks and crannies waiting to be discovered. Food options abound in various corners, there's an arcade for some fun, and plenty of drinks and donuts to enjoy. Little boutiques offer unique shopping experiences, and if you're lucky, you might catch live music. Our favorite activity is visiting in the evening, finding a spot on the second-floor seating area, and indulging in some prime people-watching. Kids love the freedom to move around, and parents appreciate the ease of keeping an eye on them. As for food, ASG feels you'll be pleasantly surprised. Each visit can offer a different delight, depending on where you eat. We absolutely adore the Filipino Fusion spot, Barrio. Their menu allows you to choose your protein, sides, and sauces, creating a personalized meal. We fell in love with the pork bulgogi dish--an extreme flavor that pairs perfectly with white rice. Adding a side of lumpia with plenty of sweet and sour sauce elevated the experience. The layered spiciness of the bulgogi, seared into the pork, is a revelation. Pair it with a Diet Coke, and you'll be in culinary heaven. We fondly remember Penalty Box, which, although gone now, offered a unique Everything Bagel wrapped Hot Dog. This crispy, flaky bagel shell wrapped around a juicy all-beef dog, smothered in cream cheese, was a flavor bomb. Topped with a bit of ketchup, it was a delightful treat. Their burgers and tater tots were also noteworthy, making their absence felt. On subsequent visits, we often returned to Barrio for their Beef Bulgogi, another flavorful hit. Tea Otter provided a quick and refreshing tea break, offering a variety of sweetness levels and boba options. Dark Horse coffee became our go-to for an off-the-beaten-path bean, perfect for a catch-up with friends over coffee, tea, or a sweet treat. While we miss Duck Donuts, which has since closed, the remaining options still keep us coming back. SteelCraft Garden Grove is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area or looking for an easy place to entertain guests. Its blend of diverse food options, open spaces, and unique ambiance make it a standout in the local food scene. Whether you're there for a meal, a quick coffee, or to explore with friends and family, SteelCraft offers a vibrant, enjoyable experience every time. This is ASG signing off, reminding you to like and subscribe to our adventures for more insights into the best street food experiences around. See you at SteelCraft!

Yelp
Really cool vibes here. Came here during a weekday night while it was an 80s themed night. Was pretty packed with a few food choices: burgers, Japanese onigiri, Italian, mPhilippino Korean , and of course a place for beer. The dj there hyped the place up well and played various types of music, getting ppl up and dancing on the floor. Cool place to check out !

Yelp
This place is amazing! I absolutely love it. It's not cheap, but what place that offers vegan food is? I love it and come periodically. The vegan Pastor Tacos & Tacos Canajillo are DELISH!! The owners are nice also! We like to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air!

Yelp
Cool outdoor hangout spot to bring family and friends! Plenty of parking and seating areas. There is a variety of food options, coffee, boba, beer, and even an arcade and small play area for kids. There's something for everyone. The food places are a hit or miss and can be a bit pricey. They also have live music and events throughout the week.

Yelp
What a great outdoor venue for family and friends to gather. Lots of different food and drink options to choose from. We went there to see a friend's band play and there isn't a bad seat in the place. I appreciated that staff came around often clearing glasses and food items from our table.

Yelp
We went to SteelCraft for the first time on a weekday, and it was surprisingly quiet around 5 pm. We tried food from different vendors, like chicken tenders from Bird Talk, burgers and fries from Swagyu Burger, beef bulgogi bowls from Barrio, and everything was absolutely delicious! They also have a bunch of fun games, so it was a great place to relax with the kids.

Yelp
Steelcraft is such a fun concept. I love being outdoors on the weekends, since I'm always couped up in an office. This place is lively with plenty of sunshine and shade. There are so many great options of food with the food vendors. We had already eaten, but next time, we will definitely come hungry to try the food. My husband and I had some hard seltzers, and they were yummy. We happened to come here on Cinco de Mayo, so it was very festive with vendors, a photo op, and folklorico dancers. We loved seeing all the kids dancing. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Outdoor "shipping container market" food court style counter service dining at first-come first-served tables. No waiter is coming to your table with a cup water here. Instead you order from the small shipping containers that circle the main seating area. The vibe is kid-friendly & dog-friendly. Just be aware that, being outdoor dining, your comfort level will vary based on the weather (when I was there on a hot August afternoon it was uncomfortable with lots of flies). Convenient parking. Ample bathrooms. There's a musical stage with a large four-segment screen for carrying sports games. You can't eat good vibes, however, and unfortunately the dining options are limited. Rather than one big high-quality kitchen it's many small shipping-container scale operations that form a sort of food court. The vendors I did try were disappointments. There was birria ramen served in six take-out polypropylene containers, the idea being you combine them yourself and improvise a bowl using the largest take-out container. The coffee place was out of decaf. The wait at the oversubscribed milk tea place was 20 minutes. It would have been nice if the venue had a water service station with complimentary ice, cups, and water. Maybe some of those overhead misters and large fans to cool you off (large fans can help with fly abatement, too).

Yelp
I've been here twice now (while visiting), and I haven't save love it! There are so many food options to choose from and lots of seating. It's great for a group, a date or a family. Plenty of parking and easy to order at any of the vendors.

Yelp
Cute spot to eat if you're in the area. Good mix of options from tacos to skewers to burgers, etc. More creative takes on food vs traditional items. We got food from Barrio, Swagyu, and the taco place. Overall would rate the food items around a 3 or 4. Shaded seating mostly with dirt/sand floor. Some artificial turf areas with seating which is where we wanted to sit because we had our dog with us and didn't want him to get too dirty in the sand. Some games and a little arcade. Mix of families, friend groups, couples when we were there on a Saturday late afternoon. Not crowded but I could see it be a busier spot when there is live music or an event. Parking was easy with the large free lot around it.

Yelp
Here is another great outdoor food court concept using the shipping containers. They have variety of smaller restaurants, Alcohol, Boba, Coffee, Ice cream, Asian, Bbq eatery and clothing shop. There have plenty of sitting areas There is one small area for the little kiddos to play They also have music and dance floor. Restroom is clean. Cool place hang out with friends and family.

Yelp
This place was great, we were there for a Birthday Party. Kept very clean, all food vendors were great and friendly. Plenty of parking, live band playing a good selection of music. Since this was a family gathering of about 50, I wish the volume level the live band was playing would be a bit lower, way too loud to the point where you couldn't have a conversation.

Yelp
I love the concept of SteelCraft, not sure the location is the best for it though. I'm sure it was designed to make the area more desirable but I would put something like this in Brea or Irvine. The food was very good, everyone was friendly and we enjoyed the beer. Extra points for being puppy friendly. Highly recommend a visit (must do at least once). #supportlocal

Yelp
Cool open-air food hall to eat and chill. I was looking for a place to have lunch that was dog-friendly. Luckily this spot popped during my search and decided to check it out. The venue is constructed from repurposed shipping containers, creating a chill and unique atmosphere with picnic-style seating. After walking around I decided with Barrio: a fusion of Korean and Filipino cuisine, serving unique dishes. I ordered the Liempo meal - citrus soy thick-cut pork belly, rice, Filipino Atchara. Wow, enough food to fill me up and boy was it delicious. Don't forget to check in with Yelp and you'll receive a lemonade slushie! While I waited for my order, I stopped by Beachwood brewery and ordered myself an IPA to enjoy. SteelCraft also hosts community events and live music throughout the week. Next time, I would love to come here when there is live entertainment.

Yelp
An outside-seating "food court" with TONS of options and a perfect way to spend a Southern California day. On the day we visited there was a live band. They had a few singers and musicians rotating in-and-out, and even open mic. I'm not the type to take advantage, but the folks who did were lauded with applause! We visited a couple restaurants and the one brewery. All of the servers at each window were friendly and happy to answer questions. Most of the food is expensive (nothing under $15 per dish) but tantalizing, very high quality, and worthy of your social media account.

Yelp
Absolutely love the vibes! SteelCraft is basically a cafeteria or an outdoors food court. There are various food and drink booths, so there's something for everyone. For food, you have a burger and fries spot, a chicken and waffles, a taqueria and pizza spot. For drinks, there is a coffee shop and a beer spot. There is also a spot that sells milkshakes and acai bowls. I tried some quesobirria tacos from the taqueria and was surprised how juicy it was. The flavors were great and the consomé complimented the tacos so well. I also tried a pint of beer from Smog City Brewing. It was a tasty IPA to compliment the tacos. There are a ton of seating in the area and they commonly have events going on. I happened to randomly join in on a trivia night during my visit here. Many families were here with their kids enjoying trivia night as well. Overall, a great place and one I would highly recommend!

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night with a big group and it wasn't too busy! Was easy to find parking and seats for everyone. There was a DJ all night and it was a fun atmosphere :) They also have ping pong and outdoor games for guests. Very family friendly. Barely any lines for the food vendors or for beer. There's soo many options for food and drink-- boba, sushi, tacos, acai bowls. I opted for a cheeseburger and unfortunately I didn't like it-- nothing special, tasted like a burger you get at a family bbq. I didn't try any of the beers but I heard no complaints. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was quick to clear off the tables, and it is dog friendly! I brought my dog and she was able to walk around (leashed) and chill easily. Would come again to try the other food vendors.

Yelp
Love this place. It's a food court with various food vendor stalls, incl. craft beer (I like the Pablo porter), plenty of picnic table style tables, plenty of free parking, and some great free live band music during weekend evenings (check their calendar for the lineup) https://steelcraftlb.com/calendar/ Note that the calendar is integrated and covers all Steelcraft locations (so make sure to read the fine print below the band name and that they are playing steelcraft Garden Grove)

Yelp
This a cool outdoor area with lots of food options and one brewery. I was there on a Saturday evening and there was a live band. It was tough to decide on what to eat cause of all the options. If this place was closer, I'd definitely visit more often.

Yelp
This place is phenomenal! I came here based on a recommendation from a friend that said there's "something for everyone " she was soo right! My friend and I came on a Sunday afternoon, there was a band playing music, all of the food booths (little restaurants are open) and we loved the vibe! Great atmosphere for families, a date, friends, groups to meet. There's so many good options, from Mexican (I had the Birria tacos with rice, beans, chips, salsa and guac) they were mind blowing delicious. My friend went to the Al dente spot and ordered a chicken Alfredo dish, she said the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was creamy and rich! We sat on one of the park benches and watched kids play games, and all the other food people ordered. We did have a coffee, tea, and a few other goodies. I can't wait to go back and bring more people. They have a great little shop there as well my friend bought a cardigan from (adorable) If you're looking for a lively space, outside with a ton of food options this is it! I would love if there were more gluten free options, I was super interested in some of the booths but I wasn't able to eat there because they didn't have a gluten free alternative. The burgers looked fantastic, along with the Japanese, and Korean spots. An icecream cart during summer would be adorable. We loved the decorations and decor bringing light in to the space! There's a lot of seating options, many shaded, and even a rooftop space (how romantic) My server at the Mexican restaurant was so sweet and was telling me all about their specials. Like you can order their michelada mix and then get a beer next door!! Also kudos for having a beer and wine situation available. Not enough good things to say about this place, even the arcade is such a blast. Clean bathrooms, nice people, and relaxed ambiance!

Yelp
Food and environment was great. I tried a Korean Filipino fusion pork belly plate that was amazing. Had a few beers at Beachwood as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. There was a live band performing when I went there which was nice. Overall a great experience!

Yelp
Loved the experience. I came in with my friends after a church service and we were able to eat all the foods we were craving because of the variety. My friend and I shared a rose pasta, Nashville mild wings, and loaded curly fries. I also got a drink from teaotter and it was okay. The food was so good especially in the outdoor environment with a live band playing. I did think the music was too loud and a bit overwhelming but otherwise it was a great experience!!
