Broker sent me in to pick up load on Friday but it wasn't ready to ship. Too late in the day to book anything halfway decent after that so had to wait until Sunday for a decent load. Nice employees and lots of room to back a truck in so 4*.

Great, great company. My family STILL has their old canvas totes from nearly 40 years ago that we used as beach/boat/ice bags. I have some of their newer, more modern totes and bags, plus a few of their bushel baskets for laundry and vinyl collection. Their canvas is pretty great; you can be as careless and abusive with the material as you want and it'll still hold up and love you. Plus, the customer service is great! The-ah wicked ah-some!

Ridiculously satisfied with my purchase experience with Steele Canvas. I was looking for a large hamper/bin for my family's laundry and had seen some of their products on the West Elm and Crate and Barrel websites, but none of those products were big enough for my needs, so I checked out the Steele Canvas site. I was pleased to see I could shop from them directly. Paul responded to my questions via email quickly and thoroughly, and suggested the best product with reasonable shipping rates. I had to wait a few weeks because the truck was made to order, but they were pretty good about getting back to my follow up emails to check status. The truck is so sturdy it will probably outlive me, and fits a good week's worth of my family's outrageous amount of laundry. Great customer service? Check. A durable, practical product domestically made? Check. Highly Recommended.
