John was a great tour guide. He went above and beyond to show Stella's many different floorplans. I appreciate his honesty and no-pressure approach. It is a lovely place with beautiful views of the Atlanta skyline. It has an amazing gym, salt water pool that looks like the pool side in Miami Beach or somewhere similar. Really cool place! Friendly staff.

We’ve had such an amazing experience living at Stella the last month and a half! Any small issue we’ve ever had has been quickly resolved by the incredible team. We also love all the resident events hosted by Asher and Jordan since they’re always so much fun and have really helped us meet our neighbors and build community in this new city. Living at Stella has truly felt like home and I could not recommend it enough!

John was so fantastic. He gave me a great in-depth tour. Show me the most impeccable stuff I’ve seen in an apartment in so long. This has been the best tour of my entire life. Exceptional first impression before my tour even started. I was greeted by Asher and Jordan who gave me a quick highlight of the community. My tour was with Cassandra and she really brought it home. She was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and made the decision to apply an easy one. 10/10 experience across the board.

Let me first start by saying how absolutely stunning this property is! I had the pleasure of being greeted by the smiles and warmth of Taylor at the front desk who was a gem while I waited for my tour with Sherrod. Sherrod was so amazing and personable on my tour, he showed multiple floor plans that were geared towards my preferences and was extremely knowledgeable about the overall property itself. I also was able to encounter Cassandra, who was so inviting and friendly as well! I really enjoyed the staff and the property overall 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I tour with Sherrod at the "Stella at Star Metals" was fantastic! He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property, putting us at ease right away. He listened to all of our needs, from home to apartment downsizing, and showed us the perfect floor plan with plenty of 'floor-to-ceiling windows' and space that I absolutely love. Sherrod's communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process, and he made us feel so welcome.
