We had the pleasure of having Stella Fiore cater our wedding! Food so good that our guests won't stop talking about it (a week after the big day!). My husband and I decided early on in the planning process that one of the most important must haves for our wedding was good food that our guests would actually enjoy (not the typical chicken or fish meals guests are accustomed to). We found Stella Fiore after extensive research and immediately knew this was a good choice after reading through the appetizer, salad and pizza selections. Kris & Katie were an absolute joy to work with. They are extremely professional, communicative - all of which was proven throughout the planning process. They make the process of choosing appetizers, salads and pizza seamless - and are there to offer help if you have any questions on order size & guest count. On the big day, they ran a well oiled machine - cranking out apps, salad and pizza for our very happy guests. The timing of the food was perfect - and if an aesthetically pleasing food truck with delicious food & excellent service is what you are looking for, I highly encourage you to check out Stella!

Couldn't recommend Stella Fiore more - just wish I had another party so I could have their pizza again! 50 person birthday party. Everyone asked where the pizza came from. The support was very attentive to keeping the food flowing, great with the guests. Price was very reasonable. You will be a rock star if you bring them to the party,

We booked Stella Fiore for our wedding and we are so glad we found them! Not only was the pizza amazing (we got compliments from dozens of weddings guests saying it was the best pizza they’d had and the most amazing food they’d had at a wedding before), but the service was incredible as well! It was a crazy hot day and Kris and Katie were working hard in front of their wood stove to keep the pizzas coming! Kris even went out of his way to grab plates of appetizers and cold waters for me and the groom while we waited to do our grand entrance before dinner. We had two guests with Celiac Disease and this was also accommodated and both guests got an entire GF pizza to themselves. They both said it was the best gluten free pizza they’ve had! So grateful for the incredible food and incredible service all around! Saw lots of smiles while everyone was digging in for dinner! Thank you Stella Fiore!

We had an amazing experience today for our event. We had about 55 people and everyone loved the food. Excellent service, very prompt and the pizzas, salads and cookies were delicious! I will definitely hire them for future events, thank you!

Kris and Katie the owners are fantastic, they catered our wedding and it was a complete hit! They completely customize pizzas for whatever you want and were really easy to work with. Our wedding was formal and the pizza went along just great with it, they do a fantastic set up and continue to cook pizzas to make sure nobody was left hungry. Highly recommend!

We used Stella Fiore as our wedding catering and it went off without a hitch! Pizzas were incredible and everyone LOVED the amazing variety of options! The pear gorgonzola salad was to die for!! We also got a full appetizer bar (including brushetta bar, charcuterie, watermelon feta skewers and seasonal fruit) and strawberry shortcake bar for dessert. Everyone was raving about the food and how fun it was too! They arrived on time, were very professional and super communicative during our entire wedding planning process. Where is the 10 star option?! We used Stella Fiore food truck for our wedding catering service. Kris and Katie are ON TOP of their communication and so professional! They were wonderful to work with! Now onto the food! It was PERFECT! So delicious and so many different fun options to chose from. We got full apps, pizza, salad, and strawberry shortcake bar and everything was amazing. They also supplied the pizza racks and menu signage. Guests were raving about how delicious and what an amazing idea it was! Special bride shoutout to the pear gorgonzola salad and pesto pizza I wish I had more time to grab more! I will come back and add photos when they come in! We hired Stella Fiore to cater our 120 person wedding and they were incredible! The owners are so nice and helpful and were so patient with my MANY changing ideas throughout the planning process! I am gluten free and my grandma has serious allergies and Kris made a point to personally come up to each of us and take our orders so we had exactly what we wanted to eat! Not only are they professional and very reasonably priced, but we had guests tell us it was some of the best pizza they'd ever had! We HIGHLY recommend Stella Fiore!

Stella Fiore catered our wedding and we had such a great experience with Kris and Katie. All of our guests shared how much they loved the variety of Pizza options provided and they made sure that if people had food restrictions that they could accommodate. My only regret is that I didn't have an opportunity to eat more of their pizza! I would highly recommend checking them out if you need a food caterer for your next event.

Personally I'm a fan of thinner crust pizzas cooked in a open fire oven, as the higher temperature yields a nice crisp crust with a slight chew in the center. This food truck does exactly that at a decent price point (~$12-15) The menu rotates slightly and it has a decent selection on offerings. The pizzas are all made to order and they cook decently quick. If you're looking to get some quality fresh pizza on the go, it doesn't get much better than this!

WOWSERS! What a pizza! My father and I were looking for a food truck to assist in serving 400 people at my wedding a year ago. We were planning on getting a pizza truck and a Mexican truck. After tasting a few lackluster Mexican food trucks in the Seattle area, we figured we would look for more Mexican trucks the next day. Stella Fiore was well regarded, and the prices were good, so we didn't think we needed to try it out. But now, we thought, maybe we should check to make sure it's good. We found out that Stella Fiore was serving pizza at a brewery in Snoqualmie Pass that day. We decided to drive out there and check it out. Oh. Em. Gee. This pizza is amazing! And the owners were so sweet. We asked if they could accommodate our event by themselves. They said no sweat. Guess what? They were right! They could accommodate us, and still serve epic, fresh personal pizzas! Please, hire these folks for your event. 1) they are awesome. 2) they serve awesome food 3) prices are fair and reasonable 4) they will work with whatever dietary need out there.

Great pizza, charcuterie board, crudités platter and salads were shared by 50 people at my 60th birthday party! It was all fantastic. Communication and customer service was great and they hung in there with us despite the questionable snow storm that preceded this event! Wonderful people to work with and great food! Plan on hiring them again for some other future event!

.Always drove past this truck and always wanted to give it a try. Ended up craving pizza for lunch and made a stop. I'm so glad that I did! The pizza was good, I went with just the traditional Cheese pizza so that you can really taste the crust and sauce. It definitely passed the test. The reason for 4 Stars was for the crust, it was a little underdone in my opinion, I like a good crunch to the crust. A little more crunch and it would of gotten a 5 for me. Based on the reviews, they say it had crunch to it but maybe it was just mine that was a little bit more chewy. A little bit disappointing but overall a great lunch spot for pizza.

The truck was at the No Boat Brewery in Snoqualmie. Service: super nice guys, helped us with a gluten free order too Food: I got garlic chicken. It was decent pizza. I wish the crust had better flavor. For the price, MOD probably would have satisfied more. Overall I give the food 3.5 but cause the workers were nice I give it 4

I've passed by this truck at various locations over the years, but I've never actually been a customer until today, when it came to my work building. Not in the mood for yet another cafeteria lunch, I decided to check it out. All I can say is, what was I THINKING? I've missed out all those years! Amazing menu with flexible, customizable and unique options, but I stuck with the classic-- pepperoni pizza. Reasonably priced for a Seattle-area food truck, it came out to around $10. After I placed my order, I watched the chefs make my pizza fresh and pop it into the oven. In less time than it took to write this review, I had a piping hot, steamy melted gooey pizza in front of me (along with a Rolo for dessert, nice touch). The pepperoni, mozzarella, and basil flavors were so fresh, the tomato sauce was the perfect blend of tang and tomato, and everything melded together well. My crust was perfect-- no burnt bottoms anywhere in sight. In short, probably one of the top 5 pizzas I've had in my life (and I've eaten a lot of pizza, but never been to Italy so take that how you will). Other two places that immediately come to mind, in terms of pizza/crust/flavor comparison, are Pizzeria Pulcinella down south and Monkeypod Kitchen in Maui. I won't be missing out ever again next time I see them around!

Stella Fiore came out for our wedding at Dairyland in Snohomish this summer and I'm still raving about the food! The pizza was spectacular and was replenished as quickly as it was eaten by our guests. We are total high end pizza snobs and Stella Fiore did not disappoint. Also, I know it's not the most technical thing, but they made the best I've had many a Caesar salad. I loved the Hawaiian style pizza with prosciutto instead of Canadian bacon. So fancy! I want to have another wedding just to have them cater it again. They truly added to the best day of my life!

This is the place for awesome pizza, once you try one of their pizzas you'll be back for more. I tried their pizza for the first when the truck was at t-mobile in Factoria. Two trucks were serving food, a burger truck and Stella Fiore's pizza truck. The line at 11am had 10+ people in it and the burger truck one or two people. At first I thought "oh man, will it be worth the wait?" Well the line moved really fast (they had 5 people working together like a well oiled machine) and the wood fired oven must be super hot, as the pizzas where in/out of the oven in just a few minutes. But what about quality, flavor and how the pizza in general turned out? I've had plenty of wood fired pizzas and the problems that I've experienced 'usually' are, burned on bottom and/or big burned bubbles on top and/or soggy pizza in the center, or all of those things. Well not here, cooked to perfection. Soggy often seems to be a problem, I'm not sure how they got it right here?! (Type of dough, cheese, ingredients?). The toppings all tasted fresh......so all of that made for a great pizza. What to order? I just asked the guy (his name is Vitally) who took my order to make me a pizza he'd love to eat. I'm not exactly sure what all the ingredients were (jalapeños, prosciutto, bbq sauce, chicken, etc). Just ask for the 'Vitally Special' and enjoy.

Incredible! We hired Stella Fiore Wood Fired Pizza to cater a Triple Graduation Party & Launch of a new company on June 24, 2017 at The Stables in Georgetown. The Team came with plenty of time to set up and begin cooking. Our encounter with the owners from the very beginning was always exceptional. The food and service at our event exceeded our expectations. We had gourmet pizza, salads, & appetizers! Our guests loved having Stella Fiore Wood Fired Pizza! We recommend them and will be calling them again. Make sure you book them early, they are in demand. Can't wait to have them cater another event.

I feel so lucky to have this truck near my office periodically. I've been craving good pizza since I moved from New York, and this totally hits the spot! Tasty, chewy, perfectly salty crust. A beautiful creamy runoff from the mingling of the cheese and sauce. Pies are simple and unfussy and delicious and well worth the price (I think I paid $11 for a margherita with mushrooms). Thin crust pizza is best immediately, so don't wait to eat it-- it will only get soggy.

This is the best pizza available in the area. We had the bbq chicken and pepperoni and both were fantastic, would definitely recommend

The pizza was fine, I ordered the pepperoni and it tasted good. But the five stars is for the service, the girl that was the cashier was very cute and friendly, I wish I got her name (or number).

Love their pizza! Huge fan of their BBQ Chicken Pizza and a really affordable price. Nice food truck with a family run vibe. My only knock on the pizza is that sometimes it can be too thin, but most of the time it's perfect.

I used Stella Fiore as a food truck for my October 5th Wedding. They WERE amazing! My guests LOVED them. So many of my guests said that it was the BEST food they have ever had at a wedding! We had 4 different types of pizza and 2 types of salad. The pizza came out quickly and all 100 guests were fed quickly! They were so organized, communicated quickly, and were very friendly. Thank you so much for making our wedding so memorable and yummy! :)

Their truck was parked on NE 4th in Bellevue, behind Overlake Clinic building. They have a stone oven. I had the Daisy (red sauce, mozzarella, and basil). It was delicious and a perfect amount for lunch!

My husband and I hired Stella Fiore for our rehearsal dinner on 9/14/17. Working with Kris and Katie and their crew was great! They were quick to respond to all communications and the day of set up and execution could not have gone smoother! Our guests are still raving about how great the pizza was! We were impressed with the range of flavors we had to choose from for our event. We recommend Kris & Katie highly for private events and can't wait to work with them again!

NOTE: Stella Rossa Wood Fired Pizza is a food truck. At this time, they are parked at the Texaco station at Four Corners in Maple Valley. At some point after I wrote this review, they changed their name to Stella Fiore Wood Fired Pizza. Since we moved to the area two years ago, we really haven't been able to find a really good pizza in the Maple Valley area. We've been eagerly awaiting the opening of Farelli's, in hopes that they would finally provide us with the good neighborhood pizza joint that we've been longing for. But then... I just happened to see the Stella Rossa pizza truck while waiting at a red light. When I realized that they had a wood-burning pizza oven on the truck, I knew I had to try it. A couple of days later, my husband and I did try it, and we both agreed that it was the best pizza we've found so far. The pizzas are a little on the smaller side (about like a "medium" from a conventional pizzeria). The flavors of the crust, sauce, cheeses, and toppings are all good. They use a light touch with the toppings, so the pizzas aren't overly-laden, which means that you can really taste the crust, sauce and cheese. I think this is more in the Italian style, rather than the American style. I actually like it better this way. I would give 5 stars if the bottom of the crust were a bit crispier. That is my only suggestion for improvement. It's still the best pizza we've found in the area. And we are definitely going to get Stella Rossa pizza again!

They came to my work and literally I am in Pizza heaven! I got the Red Star, it isn't as spicy as I wanted to be but it is AMAZING!

I finished my pepperoni pizza from Stella Fiore when they were posted at the Shoreline Solar Festival and I asked myself, "was that the best pizza you ever had?" I thought about it and the answer was a resounding yes. The wood-fire pizza provided the perfect amount of char to go with a dynamite sauce and cheese combination. I will be anxiously waiting to hear where Stella Fiore goes next so that I can relive the joyous ten minutes of pizza time that I had with them. Check them out!

Probably the biggest, "what the...." truck at south lake union. When I first saw it, I was taken aback that they actually integrated a full wood fire oven into a food truck. The pizza came out really quickly, I waited for probably 5 minutes, and for what you get for your money it's one of the better food trucks in the area. They only do individual pizza's, so you can't get a large one and share it with your co-workers. Pizza tasted really good, has the bit of char on the bottom that you would expect in a good pizza. This is definitely a solid choice if you're looking for something quick and good to eat.

Stella Fiore catered my rehearsal dinner and they were amazing! Not only did they drive all the way out to Ashford and make delicious food for us on site, they also made a couple really good gluten free pizzas. Kris and Katie were also super responsive during the planning process which was super helpful.

What a delicious pizza! They had a limited time flavor today - Thai coconut curry chicken pizza - and oh my god, that dough and the flavor just blew my mind. Couldn't have imagined coconut milk on a pizza but they made it work and how. Can't wait for newer flavors!

Pizza is really tasty, wish the cashier wouldent cut the pizzas, he touches money then cuts the pizza. If not for that id give 5 stars.

I ate here on my lunch break, their food truck was at my work. There was three people working. One was making the pizzas with fresh dough and ingredients. Another guy was using the wood fire oven to cook them and the last guy was checking everyone out. They had a good system going. I got pepperoni because I'm basic like that. It was very good, the only thing I would say is that the crust was a little bit burnt but that wouldn't make me not come back here. Find out where this truck will be and go get some damn pizza!

This place needs to step up with Customer Service and their cooking to make me want to go back. The truck came to my work place and there was alot waiting but just a few in line waiting to order. I started hearing numbers called out before my number and then skipped over my number. After it went past 3 numbers I was about to say something, when the pizza oven chef figured it out that the cashier gave away my pizza. Being at my workplace I'm not going to make a scene. Then I watched them make my pizza and make me wait even more while I watched him turn it black. It was 20 degrees outside and it was not worth the extra frostbite to eat blackened pizza. Yes Woodfire pizza should have a few burned spots but not the entire outer rim of the pizza black. The cashier gave a lame apology. Sorry but not sorry.

I have driven by this place many many times but never stopped. Boy am i sorry about that now what a great pizza. They put it together right in front of you and then stick it in a wood fired oven comes out awesome. And you're back on your way in just a few minutes. I will definitely be back,

A wedding rehearsal dinner for 50, including gluten free options, made super easy thanks to you and your staff. You rocked every glitch we threw at you and turned out pizza that everyone raved about! Buffet style with pizza risers really elevated the casual nature that food truck would usually invoke. The menu choices- pear Gorgonzola salad and pots de creme- rounding out the meal were beautifully executed too. Thanks again; we would use you again in a heartbeat!

Just so you can find them, they're now at the 76 Station right off the Tukwila exit from I-5, and they're there Monday-Friday. I've tried every pizza on the menu now, and would recommend them all! Update: I'm sure the pizza is still good, but unfortunately for me, they are no longer at the Tukwila location.

I had the special while they were parked outside of City Center in Bellevue. It was damn good and it made me want to try more. Hope they're in my area again soon.

Poor customer service, and the char is so intense on the bottom that it creates a really bitter after taste - which is impossible to avoid when your tongue hits the bottom of the pizza every time you bite it. Bummer, cause the sauce and toppings are excellent.

I just got done with my running clinic and stop by chucks hop shop and damn this pizza (daisy, tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil) is a nice compliment with my Burnside Sweet Heat Chili Wheat Ale.

Superb pie! ...if you love the taste of charcoal. Look, I know it's wood fired pizza, but that requires a certain amount of skill. If the entire bottom of the pizza is black then it just ain't cooked right. I've ordered here a number of times, and this experience was the tipping point. Maybe 30-40% of the time I walk away with a decently cooked pie. When that happens its great! It all depends on whether you want to spend $16 on lunch to get burned. Yes, that pun was intended. I'm not wasting my money on vomit inducing charcoal flavored pizza anymore. Thank god for the warm coca cola I purchased to wash the taste from my mouth?

My friend is such a complainer. So what your dad cut in front of her to order 5 pizzas? I know she can't order hers now because she has to get back to work. But, at least I got to order mine before him. Hmmm, it's been 20 minutes. Your dad, and a few others, walked away with pizzas long ago. Okay, now this is getting a little unfair. What happened to first come first serve? Do you have to know the owner to get a pizza around here? Well, apparently it helps if your his dad. Ah, finally its ready. Now let me run upstairs and scarf this bad boy down so I can make it to my meeting. Oh snap, it's the wrong pizza! Ewww... the cherry tomatoes *I didn't order* have made my pizza all soggy. And these onions? Didn't order those either. Um, not going to eat this. No time to eat or wait for another pizza at this point. I'll just grab a bite later. At least I can get a refund. I mean, they totally screwed up and theres no time. It's the least they can do. "Sorry, [our device] can't refund cards" So let's see, where we are: - Your dad is rude and inconsiderate to your customers, and that's okay with you. - You made me wait 20 minutes for a pizza and it finally came out only because I bugged you about it. - You gave me a pizza that I didn't even order and it was disgusting (my other friend had the same problem today, but he happened to be allergic to the topping you put on his pizza) - And after all this, you offer to make me wait again for the pizza I should have gotten 30 min ago, when I just wanted my money back. But, it probably wasn't all bad.Your dad likely enjoyed his lunch.

Stella Fiore catered our daughter's wedding in West Seattle. The service and communication was excellent throughout the months of planning leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding they provided appetizers and pizza. Everything was wonderful and their hardworking staff kept hot pizza flowing consistently throughout the event. They even provided enough pizza for anyone who may be hungry before heading home.
