We stayed at mirror house and it has been THE BEST getaway ever! Just me and my husband, so relaxing, so peaceful and quiet. The crew here is incredible, so caring and responsive. Hot tub and sauna is wonderful. Especially in January. Stargazing was such a cool experience, so interesting to watch starts and all the God’s creation. Beautiful time at Stellara!!

Stellara provides spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains from both the windows and rooftop deck. We enjoyed the deck’s hot tub, chairs, fire pit, grill and view of the stars. Each Stellara unit is distinct: the mirror houses reflect the natural beauty and treetop units have great views. The space is thoughtfully designed and the customer service was exceptional. We look forward to a return visit.

Wow!!! This place is just amazing!!!!! My wife and I live in Knoxville and I can’t believe this place is only an hour and half away! We stayed in the glass house #6 and I think we had the best spot! Such an amazing and unique experience! Waking up and being able to see out your villa and no one can see in, was so cool!!!! Bed was super comfy too!!! We will be booking again! Such a great experience!!! And Jamal went over and beyond for us!! Great customer service!

I had an awful experience at this resort. When we arrived, there was no internet service because it's located in the middle of the mountains, and no one was at the office. We had to drive about 20 minutes just to get a signal. Eventually, we were able to get in touch with them. We got there, The person in charge informed us that there was no water. Since we couldn't stay at Stellara due to the lack of water, we decided to find a hotel for the night. I ended up paying over $300 for the stay. The following morning, I called to check if the water had been restored so we could return. They told me it had. We arrived back at Stellara at 9 PM, only to be met by someone who informed us we had to evacuate.We had no internet service and were surrounded by complete darkness in the mountains, with no idea how to get back to the city. It was an incredibly scary situation, and I felt emotionally drained. We paid over 1,000 for our stay at this place and we never got refunded

The room and the view were gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the complimentary tea in the room. We did not get the chance to use the personal sauna and hot tub, but each room has their own! I also highly recommend doing some of the suggested activities found with your boarding pass. We had a wonderful time hiking with llamas and relaxing during the complimentary sound bath.

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Stellara Resort!! My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the mirror homes and everything felt so luxurious. The focus around stargazing and astrology was so unique and the details surrounding this theme were so genuinely thoughtful. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the sauna. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we loved the mirror concept and being able to take in all the nature around us. The check in and check out process was so seamless and easy, and we felt taken care of by the staff before we even arrived on the property. The resort is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so we got to spend some time enjoying the local area as well. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Unique setup for those who want to be off the grid..in relative luxury. Really enjoyed the tree house and rooftop deck (with hot tub and great view). To note, the last 15 miles to get there are windy and not for the faint of heart, but it's a necessary part of getting some true remoteness.

Incredible time at this little slice of luxury in the Smokey’s. Staff was hospitable and checked on us throughout our stay. We are not big astrology people but appreciated the fun details sprinkled without. It will be a romantic getaway we will remember forever and will definitely be back.

I completely disagree with the previous review and felt the need to leave a 5 star review so no one misses out on an amazing stay. The staff were very communicative and offered exceptional care, checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect.

Unfortunately though the accommodations are beautiful the customer service led me to file my first Better Business Bureau complaint. There were other complaints already there. As an early funder of the resort I had access to a discounted and non-refundable rate. Though this was the case, Stellara refused to reimburse me for several extraordinary grievances on the basis that my rate was non-refundable, regardless of what occurred during my stay. I've worked in Michelin 5-star properties and understand that everything is refundable if the case warrants it, and if you are going to charge 5-star prices than guests expect a 5-star stay. I was offered a one-night credit toward a two-night stay in the future, however I refuse to give this company any more of my money. One thing to note is that in the mirror house we stayed in there is little privacy in the bathroom at night (when the mirrors do not reflect). Others can see into the shower, about mid-way up. Stellara dismissed this complaint because no other guest have complained. This is not proper customer service in any way. I assume another guest was not outside while the other guest was inside showering, not realizing you could see right in. I could go into more details of what else occurred but honestly it's so aggravating, and after fighting with Stellara for proper reimbursement so long I need to close the book. Stellara states that they checked in with me during my stay, however they did the very first morning before the disturbances occurred. I think there will end up being more positive reviews about this property than negative ones, but for me the lack of care and service from my complaints was more aggravating than the issues themselves. I stay in hotels and resorts throughout the year and this was the first time I've complained to a company about my stay, hopefully that tells the reader of this review that I am reasonable and do not expect perfection.
