You couldn't pick a better butcher.... First time to visit today. They didn't have want cut I wanted but the team were so nice and friendly...I left and went back...bought some beautiful shin beef...bone in... Have a look at the photos from start to finish...I'll call this on Coolock Stew/Casserole with dumplings...Highly recommend and it will be my new 'Go To' place. Stella’s made my birthday such a memorable one. They were able to let my friends and i take over the venue for the evening even with such last minute planning on my part. Sal and Jack kept the drinks going the entire night and made it so much fun. Thank you so much Stella’s!!!

Stella’s Butchery is one of my favourite places to get the best meat — always made and prepared to perfection. Great value for money. Amicable staff always eager to answer my questions and provide me with the best advise. Stella’s also makes an amazing steak tartare, the best I’ve ever had! The explosion of flavours, the freshness, and the consistency of the meat make eating this delicious meal an unforgettable experience. It’s clear that only the finest cuts are used, and the seasoning is spot on — balanced, bold, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re picking up cuts for a home-cooked meal or indulging in their signature dishes, Stella’s never disappoints. Highly recommended for meat lovers who appreciate quality and craftsmanship.

I really want to like Stella's but every time I'm there the staff are a bit off-putting and could do with some basic customer service training. I often find myself being the one to greet them after I walk in, and thank them and say goodbye. They also aren't particularly forthcoming with information about the meat and help choosing what you want, which is something that is nice to get when shopping at the butcher. But ultimately I could get over that if I'm getting quality meat. What I can't get over is their food handling practices which I think for raw meat should be a top priority. On my most recent visit (potentially my last, or at least for a while) they were handling the meat with bare hands (but I did see a box of disposable gloves on the counter). Of the four staff on at the time, 3 were handling meat, 2 of which had no gloves on (including the person who served me) and the other one handling meat had a glove on one hand, but was still handling meat with the ungloved hand as well...go figure !? I sure as hell wouldn't be ordering any raw meat products from them (like their beef tartare) as I just couldn't trust how it is prepared. When you are paying such a premium to shop at Stella's, you expect quality meat and premium service but it's failing to hit basic butcher standards. I've waffled on a bit here but in sum: it's just a bit gross and not worth the money.

Amazing place!! The team is great, superb advices, you feel they are passionate by their job! And the quality of the meet… just try it and you will looooove it! 👌🏻👌🏻

Digable Planets was playing as I walked in and I knew I was in the right place. Got some delicious chicken stock and thighs for a soup that tasted just like home. Will be back!

Just had the most delicious rib eye steak, my parents we visiting and I wanted a piece to feed us all, have to say we all agreed it was absolutely delicious, tasty and it literally melted in our mouths.. yum …
