I frequently order & have delivery from this restaurant pretty often. Usually I'd give this location five stars, for their food is usually fresh, still hot when delivered & my order is usually correct. The last three times I've ordered within the past couple of months hasn't been the case. Again, trying to support our local businesses due to COVID-19 it is getting harder to be supportive due to the lack of consideration to the consumer. I once ordered a cheesesteak w extra friend onions, mayo, ketchup & seeded pepper & mozzarella fries. The steak didn't have extra onions, no ketchup etc the fries was missing a lot of the cheese. Sooo I decided to try it again, I
usually order a small pizza w/three toppings of whichI'm charged extra & not given the extra, a order of fresh wings (meaning not breaded) when I tell you the wings were so tiny my finger covered the entire wing. Clearly these wings were from a different vendor, but the crust of all was, they said my order would be there within 20-30 min . After 35 min I called to check on the order (I paid with my debit card & the money was taken from my account before I could hang up) the person says my other was out for delivery (this wasn't even during a rush). One hour & ten minutes later my food arrived cold. I ALWAYS TIP, when I asked what was the hold up, problem he involved his he doesn't understand English & shrugged his shoulders as though he could care less!!!! I'm tired of supporting these businesses that don't appreciate my monetary contributions!!! Whoever the past owners were (like last year) were very considerate & customer friendly. If something was wrong they tried to make it right. I'm just saying small businesses are concerned about losing business due to the pandemic. How bout stepping up your business. They have no problem raising the prices yet the quality is not matching that raise!!! I have no problem in paying for what I want or like, but I expect that business to do the same....respect the consumer!!!
