Terrible service avoid it I bought an electric scooter from Stephanis and it already had an issue with the fork adjustment. I rode 10 km back to the store expecting basic customer service. Instead, they told me it had to be sent for repair and it would take 15 days. Seriously? I'm a tourist — I'm only here for 10 days. They couldn’t care less. No solution offered, no replacement, no urgency. Just a shrug and “send it for repair.” Why sell products you can’t support properly? Completely useless service. If you're visiting Cyprus, avoid this store unless you enjoy wasting your time and money. What i should I cant even sell it !!! They dont want to refund or even do a small things like voucher or any gift !

A very good store qith nearly anything in it! We are went there for so much times and we loved it! Last time we boght a gaming pc which we loved!

I had a great experience at Stephanis electronics store. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain my options clearly without any pressure. Prices were very reasonable compared to other stores, and I felt like I was getting real value for my money. Excellent service and a smooth shopping experience—I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for electronics.

After visiting this store for many years, I can honestly say that among the three staff members present on Friday evening, December 5, in the laptop section, one young male stood out as the only one providing excellent service. His customer care was as impressive as in Japan. In contrast, the staff sitting at the customer support desks on the first floor were not very helpful and seemed rather rigid. I would give this young male staff who assisted me 5 stars for his excellent service. However, most of the other staff are usually around 2 stars, so I’m giving the store an overall rating of 4 stars.

Disgusting behavior of the staff working on 13/12/2025 at the tablets/laptops department. You should teach them how to behave with clients. Been waiting for 20 minutes in order to get help from your staff. At the end I just found what I need on my own. Been a loyal costumer for years, however I will definitely avoid this chain from now on.

arrived at the store and didn’t have much time, but I knew exactly what I needed. At that moment, there was only one customer on the entire first floor, and the only available consultant was assisting them. Everyone else seemed busy with their own activities — some were even eating while walking around the showroom, the cashiers were chatting and laughing, and other staff members kept telling me to ask one of their colleagues, passing me from one person to another. After 15 minutes of wasted time, I had to leave without buying what I planned. I recommend giving the staff a little wake-up call and improving customer service.

I recently visited Stephanis Store in Limassol to find a specific type of lamp that was quite difficult to locate elsewhere. I was very impressed by the excellent service I received — the staff were polite, friendly, and eager to help. The atmosphere in the store was pleasant, and the selection of gadgets, mobiles, printers, and computers was impressive, all at reasonable prices. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality products and great customer service!

One of the best stores in limassol with electric appliances. Service is a bit lazy. Many times I was walking around searching for specific products, three sales guys were chat with each other and didn’t care about me. But it’s Cyprus. I get used to it. How ever great choice of products.
