Stephano's Greek & Mediterranean Grill

My family and I all got the beef and lamb gyro and shared a large cheesy Greek fry and we loved it. There was more than enough food and we ended up taking some home. The food was definitely worth the price. They are also very generous with the toppings and meat. All the staff is very nice, accomidating, and professional. They we're very helpful when we did not know what certain ingredients were. The person who took our order was named Tyler and he very helpful and friendly with my entire family and he was easy to understand. The atmosphere is very authentic and inviting. It was also very family friendly. The kitchen is mostly open and where there is a wall, they have windows so you can see your food being prepared. Everything is very clean, including where the food is cooked. They also had all of my family's favorite sodas at the drink fountain. We will definitely return.

Huge portions for the price! I’ve already had 2 meals from my order and still have enough leftover for a snack tomorrow. The steak is cooked perfectly and chicken has a flavorful seasoning. Rice, hummus, and, pita tastes fresh. The Mediterranean salad has a little spice to it that next time, I’ll order without; I just prefer the salad more plain. Service was friendly and fast. Easy to enter and exit the shopping center. Clean store. Definitely looking forward to going back!

We ordered salmon, steak kabobs, beef and lamb wrap and a chicken wrap. All of these were amazing. The steak kabob was my personal favorite. It was delicious and cooked perfect but everything tasted amazing. It’s a small place but it’s very cute and clean inside.

I don’t know if I already previously gave this restaurant rave reviews, but they deserve it AGAIN!! The service is practically unmatched anywhere in this city where you’re paying less than $500 per plate… and I can’t confirm that because I’ve never paid $500 per plate 😂 The level of care and service blows me away practically every time I come here!! Made the mistake of showing up for my favorite salad on a Sunday, only to somewhat woefully respect that they even extend the care to their employees by being CLOSED on Sunday. I had to divert to another place in search of a fresh salad and the meal was lackluster to say the least, AND when I asked for extra Tahini dressing they only gave me one and some other kind of dressing I didn’t even want!😡 Made sure to pop in on Saturday afternoon this time, and the vibe was just a peaceful as always. I love how when I order takeout, they give you a number, but I’ve never heard it called because someone will come from BEHIND THE COUNTER to HAND DELIVER my meal whether I’m sitting in the lobby or outside!🙌🏾😩 I asked for no protein and tahini dressing and I was thinking I was gonna have to ask for two, when he brought me four without having to say anything! He even offered some fresh jalapeños made in house and asked me if I wanted one or two, but recommend two🙌🏾😁 Talk about above and beyond!! Please don’t be fooled by some other Greek place that seems to have a familiar logo or something… STEPHANOS is where you need to be for excellent quality food and services.💯💯💯

I had a great experience at Stephano's today for my first time ordering here. The food and service were great and the restaurant was very clean. We got the Beef/Lamb Gyro Wrap and the Beef Shawarma Gyro Wrap with feta cheese. We made them both combos and were very happy we did cause the fries here are bomb. The gyros are super tasty as well, and we've been to Greece so that's saying a lot! The plates looked fantastic, but we were set on getting wraps today. We will definitely be back to try the plates. The girl who took our order was very friendly as well as the gentleman who brought the food to our table. They give complimentary pickled turnips and jalapeños, which are also very tasty. I ate the entire container of turnips with my gyro wrap. Thank you for the great food and service!

I often order takeout from here! Not only I love their food but also my kids, which makes it our go to pretty often! I discovered this place through Postmates and now I order directly through their app and just stop by quickly to pick it up! Quality is great and so is the service. The restaurant is small, simple, and clean. I used to order from the Great Greek for years until I found this place, so much better! I just wished they opened on Sundays as well 😞

You go here for the food. Atmosphere is not a priority. I noticed they had a lot of take out/ delivery. Our meals were delicious. My gyro was made perfectly. The pita was warm and the lamb was cooked just right. My wife's Mediterranean chicken and beef shish kabob was excellent. The complimentary pickled turnips added a tangy taste and compliments both meals. Update 2/12/2025. Seating area remodeled looks good.

I love coming to Stephano's so good and fresh. I came in today for lunch and there was barely anyone here which is crazy because it is always packed. I ordered and I had my food in like 10-15 mins . I honestly am obsessed with the spinach pies. I have not found a place that has a better spinach pie. The hummus is so good I also like their sauce && fries combo. The Steak Kebab Wrap has to be my good to! Cannot go wrong with that wrap. Stephano's never disappoints.

Solid Mediterranean food. My partner and I ordered the Plate with Chicken Shawerma & Gyro and a Greek Salad with Kofta. All the meats were fairly well seasoned; the kofta was super juicy. The hummus was very smooth. The salad greens were crunchy and went really well with the traditional dressing. You can tell right away that this restaurant uses really good ingredients. The meal was especially refreshing after a nice of going out and wanting something healthy. I thought that the only point of improvements was that the texture of the meats could have been more tender. Would definitely come back here when we next visit Henderson!

Couldn't name a better Mediterranean place locally! I was so happy with my order the Israeli Salad, Chicken Kebab Plate, even the French fries were delicious. Friendly staff and great prices. I will definitely be back! :) everything was perfect thank you! Only complaint is probably out of their control because all the stores in this shopping center have the same problem, it smells a little off when you walk inside and I am assuming it is a plumbing problem with the whole center. Needs fixing.

Tried this first when my MIL got it catered to her work and had extra - the steak, the chicken, the sauce *chefs kiss*. We came here today to try some more goodies. I got the beef shawarma salad and my husband got the gyro, wow delicious! And super filling. It comes with some pita and tzatziki. The traditional dressing was super flavorful. We also got some free baklava with yelp check in and it was perfect - not too dry and not completely drenched either. The girl taking our order was kind, the noise level was low/average. The only con is there isn't a location in the North/NW side of town so we can't come here as often as we'd like! :(

My favorite Greek place! Never had a quality issue, sometimes there is a bit of a wait but the employees make sure to reassure you that they are working on your meal as fast and as accurately as they can. Customer service is excellent!

Ordered Stephano's through Uber Eats last night for the first time and it was pretty solid! Falafel and chicken were probably the best proteins to me although the shrimp wasn't bad at all. Rice was good as was the lentil rice although I would say the former was better than the latter. Baklava was good, I just wish it wasn't bite sized! I ordered two. I do wish there had been maybe a tad bit more salt in the hummus. Can't comment on service or the vibe since I did delivery, but I definitely wouldn't hesitate to get it again!

My family and I have been here many times. The food is really yummy and the service is always great. Everyone is super friendly and sweet. If you want a quick, simple and healthy dinner, come here!!!

Stephanos is consistently good food. We frequent it for that reason. Never disappointed! Portions are great.

Food was delicious and came out fresh. The service was very fast and professional. The ambiance was very chill, enough space to sit. Stayed for about an hour and the traffic coming in & out was normal.

Stephano's is our go-to and we eat there at least once a week. I grew up in Greece and crave Mediterranean food. Stephano's is the closest thing I've found for food that reminds me of home

Thank you Stephano's for helping supply a portion of our Thanksgiving dinner! The restaurant is very helpful and accommodating. My dad picked up the order as well and they gave him no problems. My entire family from LA visited for Thanksgiving weekend and their party platters helped so much! On top of our regular Thanksgiving feast, we also wanted to provide a variety of food for everyone to eat throughout the weekend. We got 2 family platters, each $130 each that feeds up to 10 people. It came with 6 meats, pita, rice, tahini, and tzatziki sauce. To be honest, that platter fed a lot more than 10 people. It is well worth the money! Unfortunately Thanksgiving alone was so chaotic seeing everyone gather, so I didn't get to snap a picture. But yes, this is the perfect meal for big gatherings!

Their food never disappoints. Sometimes the line to order is long and the food takes a bit to make, so I would advise ordering online and pick up your food when you are ready.

Consistently tasty and fast real Greek/Mediterranean fare. I like the gyros here, better than most restaurants. Friendly and attentive staff. Well run restaurant. My only negative is the seats which are hard wood, no padding, kind of uncomfortable but a small inconvenience for good food. It would be easy to resolve that issue.

I have been ordering from Stephanos for many years at different locations and I really enjoy their chicken kabob salad. I'm writing this review because it's disappointing how sometimes businesses don't care about customers. Before going to work I ordered a chicken kabob salad with a side of hummus and of course was expecting my pita bread and to my surprise there was no pita and no fork or napkins. For an almost $20 dollar salad the least I expect is to have my full order right, so frustrating. Will be looking for a different Greek restaurant.

I was very clear with what I wanted today. I repeated my order 4x and the gal that took my order kept on saying I will see what I can do. Needless to say they messed up my order. Stephanos needs to put someone up front that is mature and understands how to take the customers order. When she said $48 for lunch and I tipped 20% I did not say I will see what I can do, I just paid the bill. Not happy with Stephanos today.

Did not even realize we had a Stephano's over here so I was glad that when I was looking for something to eat to be delivered, I was able to order from here. I also was looking for something a bit more healthier so definitely a great option! I have never been inside this location, but again, ordered it for delivery right off Yelp, which was super helpful. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken and customized it for myself, which was great. I got a pomegranate vinaigrette with it, which really was so tasty and added to the flavor of the salad. The salad really was tasty and definitely filled me up. It even came with a side of pita bread, which was a nice touch, as I don't think I was charged extra for that. I love that I now have a healthy option to get for delivery when I need something quick when the day slips away from me. Will definitely be ordering from here more often and can't wait to actually pay them a visit in person. Their falafel looks delishhhh as do their gyros, so definitely want to try those!

I paid $15.00 for this basic gyro meal, so you don't have to. Blame it on shrinkflation if you want too, but customers shouldn't feel like they are getting ripped off after ordering.

Friday was the day, and Greek food was what I craved ! I've passed this restaurant many times driving on Eastern and never went inside. Boy, was I missing OUT! This restaurant aimed to please my tastes buds immediately! Their rotisserie garlic chicken instantly became my favorite with the first bite! Paired it with hummus , rice, and salad. Absolutely DEEEEE-LICIOUS !!!! I've had lots of Greek food before, but this place has easily made its way to my number one Greek restaurant in Henderson. The service was quick , and the waiter was friendly and clearly loved his job. I also ordered through delivery service, and the food was consistent with the taste. I've already ordered three times within two weeks! I've been spreading to love via word of mouth ever since! As always, I'll be back in my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice!

Customer service here was awesome. I ordered via phone last minute but they were able to cater a tray for me to bring to the work potluck. As I entered, the restaurant is spacious and the vibe was welcoming. I ordered catering tray and there were tons of food for the size I asked for. The food was still warm and hot when I returned to work. We ordered hummus, kabob, some vegetables entrees. Pita bread was included too. Definitely a place I will return to especially since it's close to work and they cater to big party events.

My favorite Greek restaurant in Henderson!!! EVERYTHING on the menu is good! Even their ice tea is extra good (I don't know how or why). The staff is friendly, fast & efficient. Never a bad meal here!

Great place to grab some greek food. The price is cheaper than most other Greek restaurant so that was a plus. I had the gyro wrap and the chicken wrap. The Gyro I left as is with no addon and it came out super delicious. For the chicken Gyro, I added Israeli Salad just to add some moisture to the wrap because I feel chicken can be quite dry. The Israeli Salad really compliments the chicken wrap well and I glad I opt for it. Overall, everything was great and fresh. Would definitely come back.

Delicious So fresh and tasty! Kept my son home from school so he could hangout/ play hookie hanging with Mom. Lunch was promised/used as part of the bribe My son wanted "junk food". I had the salmon plate and it was very, very good. It iwas a bit pricey for a middle of the road restaurant, but it is convenient and does taste home-cooked. Great outdoor seating, clean friendly staff in a great neighborhood.

Solid...very Solid! My first visit to Stephano's Greek & Mediterranean Grill was about a week ago and I left knowing this would be my go-to for this cuisine! Small interior that maybe will seat about 30 people, but a very clean dining are for sure. The employees are very attentive and was quick to offer advice on their favorite dishes! I tried the Grilled Chicken Souvlaki Wrap which not only has a large portion of excellent marinated chicken, but fresh tomatoes, onions, and tzatziki sauce! This is an excellent "sandwich", and the fries are out of this world! Perhaps the best thing on the menu is any upgrade to their filet mignon to your dish. The filet is as expected, fresh, extremely tender, and very plentiful! I was not expecting anything other than a quick lunch, but left with a desire to come more often!

Great place for to go food. Love the unique ingredients. Hummus smooth and creamy. Spinach pies are more like empanadas but tasty inside. Kefta was standard but good. Chicken super good. Will definitely return. Wish the pitas were homemade.

I used to stop at the Eastern Avenue location on my way home from work & also if I'm shopping in the area. Their food is very good & you can eat in or to go... I usually take it to go. Their service is usually pretty quick & prices are reasonable. It doesn't have the ambiance of a "date night" type restaurant. It's good food, reasonable price & not a very long wait if you're picking up dinner in the way home. Plenty of parking in the shopping center where it's located.

Summary for the busy executive: Some of the best Mediterranean food in town. Casual. On the pricy side. I absolutely love Stephano's! I used to frequent a location that was near UNLV, which is now sadly closed. I'm very glad to live near the one in Henderson! This is a super casual spot, located in a strip mall shopping center with a supermarket and some lunch restaurants. Stephano's is set up like a quick-grab fast-food joint, but the food is staggeringly good. I almost always go for the chicken souvlaki gyro with fries and a drink. The fries are deliciously spiced (and they provide "comeback" sauce, which is pretty darn good), and the chicken is always moist. Pita is soft and always fresh. Nice chopped salad fixings (onions, tomato, cucumber) and tzatziki round out the sandwich. The falafel is tasty here, if you'd rather go for a non meat option. Cons: Really minor! The space is very, very casual, so this is more of a quick lunch space than anything else. Since the food is so good, it's sort of a shame that there isn't a fancier restaurant style setting in which to enjoy it. There is, however, a lovely outdoor patio facing Eastern Ave. (and a couple of tables on the sidewalk), in case you want to sit outside. The restaurant can get really busy at the lunch hour, with big lines waiting to order at the counter. Thankfully, the staff is super efficient, and so the line goes fast. (Some other reviewers have complained that the staff is rude. I haven't experienced this. They've seemed rushed and busy, like you might expect at a popular lunch spot. But never rude to me.) Finally: It's sort of expensive. I ate there today, and my lunch tab for a wrap, fries, and drink came to $17 (with a $3 tip for the cashier). The food is worth every penny. But for a quick, casual lunch, this place can get expensive pretty quickly. In short: The food is delicious. "Real food, real fast, real healthy," as their sign promises. Don't miss it! But expect to pay for the quality.

I have eaten here multiple times years ago and loved it. I got it from Uber Eats recently and it was terrible. The food was so cold, it almost tasted refrigerated even though the food was supposed to be warm. The lettuce looked incredibly wilted. The sauces were on the side and tasted great, as did the pita. But the chicken shawarma was cold and didn't have much taste. The fries were cold. I used to love this place, so I would give it another try. Maybe the Uber driver had multiple stops or drops?

Food was great is was a surprise. I had a Giro and hummus as well as a salad. Meat was tender and packed a punch. Had a wrap that was day old a week later and was very filling. Prices are good. Casual dining and affordable. I can see why they have been there that many years

My family and I decided to order Togo after a long day at work. We ordered two beef and lamb plates and a chicken shawarma plate. Our food was ready really fast. Each plate is nice, big, and filling. It comes with your choice, meat, hummus, salad, and pita bread. We also ordered the falafel. Their tzatziki sauce and hummus are so amazing too. They have a new app where you can earn points for discount items, which is awesome. Can't wait to come back and earn points and eat yummy Greek food.

Food was good. Small portions and overpriced like everywhere right now. But the thing that blew me away was an employee on her break was literally using a personal blender in the dining room and casually adding more and more items to it over like five minutes. What is going on with customer service these days?! Train these people better or fire them, for the love of God!

Such a great place!!! Service was amazing and Efrain was so kind. He had the sweetest attitude and really made me feel welcome. Walked in 30 mins till close after a long day at work and was greeted with warmth by the whole kitchen. Even offered me water while I waited for my takeout. I freakin love this place and I'm sad it's taken me this long to try it! To think I could've been eating this chicken kabob bowl this whole time! Fries!! Omg how are fries from this spot so dang good?! Kinda tastes like hush puppy batter. Tzatziki and garlic spread was amazing and lastly the falafel I crave constantly! Can't wait to go back and probably order the same exact thing lol

I've been going to Stephanos since I was a student at Unlv. Going at least once a week. The last few times I have gone I have been very disappointed. Plates have gotten smaller and prices have increased dramatically. The food just doesn't taste as great as it did before, what really upset me is that they changed their rice. They no longer use basmati rice like before at least not at the Henderson location. I understand food prices have increased but why not keep the quality the same. I will no longer be going back.

Delicious!!!!! I love Mediterranean food and this place is a must try! I got the chicken skewer combo with beef and lamb gyro, which is phenomenal! Great portion and a wonderful meal to have on a relaxing Sunday!! Comfort food and filling!

They really need to up their gyro game. My pita seemed like there were only 5 strips of gyro meat. It was the saddest gyro I've ever had. When they handed me my takeout order, the bag seemed rather light. I got to my car and unwrapped it to see, and the gyro was tiny! It looked anorexic. Paid more than $10 but it looked like something from a dollar menu. So disappointing. They also forgot to throw my baklava in the bag. If you're craving a gyro sandwich, go somewhere else. Unless you're on a die, then go for it.

I don't know why I have never put in a review for this place, but honestly it is the best! I literally order the Greek salad with chicken kebab every week and it never fails! The quality and taste of the food is always consistent. As a Persian that is saying a lot because most of our Mediterranean food in Vegas is very poor. Even my own people lol So if you want to get your Mediterranean fix in Las Vegas always come to Stephanos ! It is delicious, quality, affordable, and the best! The Greeks win this time :))

Fast and friendly service. Chicken was well spiced and loved the olive oil drizzle on the hummus. Salad was made with way too much vinegar and the vegetables were overly ripe. Good lunch spot overall and outdoor seating is a bonus.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Had a great gyro service was great also. Only thing I wanted was a real restaurant not this eating at the mall feel. If you are hankering for some good Greek food stop in here. Don't forget to get the baklava
