I was in this store today for the first time. The service was terrible. When I paid for my item, it had some stains on it, and the manager was not nice at all. They don't offer solutions; all they do is hope the customer runs away from the store. I don't understand how they can have people who simply don't like being in contact with the public. It's a shame they have people like that working in that store. There's no point in leaving a review if they don't correct what the customers are experiencing. Because I just read that I'm not the first to complain about the service at this store. My greatest wish is to never step foot in that store again.

I recently visited your store for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to work with a new customer on a simple exchange was unacceptable. Rather than being met with understanding or any effort to help, I was dismissed without consideration. There was no room for discussion—just a cold, rigid response that clearly conveyed a lack of care for customer satisfaction. First impressions matter, and sadly, mine was that customer service here takes a backseat to policy enforcement, even when a bit of empathy. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and consider how such experiences impact potential long-term customer relationship. Remember a happy customer means a returning one. I sure won’t be, so be aware. Plus - Prices are extremely high for the quality to being with.

Terrible customer service. I have visited the store twice. The first time I arrived 25 minutes before 9pm and they almost told me they were about to close. The second time I arrived at 8:15pm and when I heard the manager say that they were already approaching the register to pay because they are in the process of closing, I asked what time they close and they told me at 9pm, because they have to clean and organize and there can't be people inside the store, so why don't they close at 8pm. I won't go there again. I understand they have to close it, but the way they do it is very rude.

Really bad costumer service specially from the manager olga . She didn’t help at all . I don’t understand how some stores hire people who don’t know how to do their jobs as manager . I feel very frustrated. This manager olga didn’t help at all. The words costumer services . Sorry ! This blouse didn’t fit to my doughther . So I lost my money them . Wow I will never buy in this store again. All this issue happened at pembrock lakes mall . I understand policies but at least try to help or do something to the costumer . I know that this lady doesn’t have any experience as a manager. Please Human Resources try to hire managers that have more experience. Thanks!

I’ve always loved this store, but what I witnessed during my last visit was shockingly unprofessional. An elderly woman, who I believe is the manager, was openly yelling at a staff member and publicly humiliating her in front of customers. The employee appeared to be struggling with the register, and rather than offering support, the manager’s behavior only added to the tension. It left me with the impression of a toxic work environment, and frankly, it makes me reconsider supporting a company that treats its employees with such little respect.

Claudio among others were very disrespectful to me and my wife and were very unprofessional trying to kick us out because we were finishing up around closing time. The blonde in the register said “ I can’t disclose my name” when we asked for her name because she was rude at the register. Overall my wife loves this store so it’s unfortunate that such an unprofessional staff ruined our experience during holiday season. Not recommending this location until staff changes. Corporate needs to go in and either coach or fire staff members who disregard the company’s customer service policies. Not sure if a manager was on duty because the entire staff was inconsiderate and unpleasant. One even saying sarcastic remarks to a teen because they tried many Items and didn’t like any. 1 out of 10 Service. Which I hate to say because this is def a store we look forward to shopping at and that we recommend to family and friends.
