I recently visited your store for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to work with a new customer on a simple exchange was unacceptable.
Rather than being met with understanding or any effort to help, I was dismissed without consideration. There was no room for discussion—just a cold, rigid response that clearly conveyed a lack of care for customer satisfaction.
First impressions matter, and sadly, mine was that customer service here takes a backseat to policy enforcement, even when a bit of empathy.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and consider how such experiences impact potential long-term customer relationship. Remember a happy customer means a returning one. I sure won’t be, so be aware.
Plus - Prices are extremely high for the quality to being with.
