Stereo Doctor

Came here and had these guys hook up a 12 and amp. Simple setup, nothing major. Within 4-5 months the amp blew. Brought my car back they charged me for another amp and reinstalled. Within 7 months the amp blew again. Came back and these guys blame it on the manufacturer of the amp. If two different amps blew, had nothing to do with manufacturer but the setup. Asked them to replace the amp, he stated the installation fell outside of the warranty date, even though he knew that was the second amp that blew. In the process of taking my car to a different installer to have them take a look at the setup. I will update this post when they are done. Might want to stay clear of these guys. Reply to Owner: Doesn't matter if the amp was purchased from you or not. You installed it and It blew. The second amp blew also. That is a setup issue. Far as this inspection you are referring to, that is a lie. I didn't let you inspect my car when I came to the shop this last time to inform you the second amp blew. You asked me to, I decline and told you I was taking it else where. I didn't post this to go back and forth with you. I posted this to let other potential customers know what they might experience with you. With that being said take care my guy!

Bought a new head unit and spent 6 hours trying to install it myself so I took it here and the kind worker said 30 minutes and sure enough in 25 it was installed and working great he also programmed the buttons and tuned everything without me even needing to ask 10/10 will be going back pricing is very reasonable as well!!! Highly recommend!

I tried to install a new head unit on my own and accidentally matched the wrong wires. Fried the radio, and blew up one of the speakers. They not only fixed my mistake, but gave me a nicer radio, a nice little microphone for the Bluetooth, and a new rear speaker for $175 cash. He even explained exactly what i did wrong while installing the old unit. I'm super happy with the sound in my car now.

I got my subs and amp put in an few hours later blew my car up err they are wonderful

I bought my brother a fuse holder and a 150 amp fuse for his birthday from Stereo Doctor. It was made by Audiopipe. I told them how many watts and amps his system was and what the fuse holder and fuse were for. They gave me the cheapest, most inferior product for $40 AND didn't give me a receipt. It almost caught his car on fire. He had to spend over $140 to get everything replaced and fixed. I brought the bad parts back they had sold me and the owner came out and told me to get out of his store! I'll be seeing them in small claims court. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! They sell the worst of the worst and charge prices as if it were an actual brand name product but it's all knock off garbage! Go to Xtreme Sound on Queen City where they'll actually give you what you pay for and don't have to worry about your car catching on fire! Also, almost all of the five star reviews for this company are from their coworkers aka friends and family. Go to their Facebook page and you'll see that the owner Khaled Lutfieh left a five star review for his own business! What a piece of work!

I needed help with fixing my system, without a blink of an eye the employees were extremely helpful and professional. Recommended 100% they even had a custom Box for my specific vehicle on the fly

Father and son did a great job had me in and out of the shop in an hour and a half installed tweeters that I bought on Amazon I bought 2x6x9 by nines from them. Everything worked great.

I needed to get 2 12" speakers and an amp out of my car to free up some trunk space so I went to see the Stereo Dr. it's a really cheap spot on the west side that does window tint and stereo systems. They got the system out in 15 minutes and charged me $50. This was the cheapest quote I could find in he city. The guys who own the place are Jordanian and really cool. They gave me a menu for a relatives restaurant across town. Look good! I'm sure I will be going! Lol. Not so humbly submitted, Michael C.

I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for anything, they put a touch screen store in my Subaru Legacy and you would of thought a kid put it in, I can not turn my knob all the way to warm now and when my husband took things apart to fix their screw up, he was blown away by why he seen. Half the screws were not there and it was just a total mess. I seriously do not know how you are still in business. When they open I will be calling and letting them know the shitty job they done. They even drill a hole in the side of my dash for a toggle switch that I did not give permission for or nor did I need it! One more thing when I went back to get my car I seen the biggest cockroach I had ever seen in my life . Do not take your vehicle here for anything

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT! Get ANY work done here this place cost me $250 ( to fix their mistake) for careless work and rushed job I had a remote start installed by this place and now he messed up other wires in the process and he won't fix what he messed up.

These guys do awesome work. I dont think no is in their vocabulary. They have done work on my Corvette, my 2008 jeep and my 2011 jeep. Also installed after market lights on my 2019 silverado. Great prices. Great work . Great people.

Stay away from stereo doctor at all cost especially if having audio done..... His prices are so far fetched it's ridiculous. The same sound system he sold me for 300 was $140 on Amazon. The speakers he said he was installing were supposed to be kicker. He said this a many of times. Turns out he gave me jvc speakers.not what I paid for. No wonder he insisted I go sit down while they worked. He knew he was getting over on me. Their alarm systems are ridiculously high. The same one he tried charging Me 190 for was 35 on Amazon. Basic alarms that is.I have an old school car with manual locks. After my car was broken into and they stole my stereo, he said to rewire everything and with new stereo would cost 400. He charged 430 for the two "kicker" speakers and audio system so why so high this time when I only need a stereo. He's a total joke and ripoff. I have a 72 Ford Ltd and had to have speakers mounted in my trunk that's why I didn't notice the brand of them..... Oh and there's another stereo doctor over on hopple street in the camp Washington area. Stay away from there too. I went over there and it was the same guy over there that's at this one.... And when I say system I mean radio and 2 speakers only. I had one factory speaker in the front that worked perfectly. I was riding around listening to reds games all day all of a sudden,he says it has a shortening in it and suggest I get it replaced... How much to get this one speaker replaced? Try 150!. Where's he getting these prices from. He's a ripoff guys. Stay away. No warranties,no replacements.no guarantees. They don't even give you a receipt for Christ sakes.

wow what a joke and a waiste of a good store front...these peeps never heard of fosgate JBL or any other decent modern equipment.....ya lookin for an 8 track u in the right place but way over charge for that too... look at some of there work.....would never let them cut holes in the dash of my old beat up 1979 corvette
