Great park located in a nice neighborhood, with a new play structure and basketball courts. There is also a large baseball field which is part of the elementary school next door, which is open when little league isn't using it. Lots of grassy area to play and run around as well. Most of the time there is lots of parking

Nice little park for toddlers and younger kids. It has slides, parent and child swings, swings for babies and children as well. There is also a newer playground on the other side of the baseball field. On the play structures, it is thoughtfully designed to have the steps so kids can climb them and develop more of their skills. Bathrooms are around too along with basketball field.

Steve Carli Park is one of my kids favorite places to visit. The play structures are good enough for my 9 and 10 yr old while my 2 yr old can also enjoy them. The park is divided between the big kids side and the toddler side. The big kids half has several steep slides and a structure they can walk on to access all the slides. The toddler side consists of one small structure that has 2 slides which are very docile. Honestly my 2 yr old gets pretty bored of this and just sticks to the big kids side. The park also has about 5 swings, 2 of which are for toddlers. There is also a ferris wheel type structure that consists of 5 seats and a center piece that rotates and spins the disk. This disk can be "assisted" by an adult if the kiddies want to go faster. The park also has a large open grass field and a large basketball court. There are a few benches that would accommodate a party or two and there are public bathrooms that remain open during daylight. The only thing this park doesn't have is a dog park, but dogs are allowed only if they are attached to a 6' leash while visiting. But honestly....people don't really "follow" the rules. Lol. Overall, this park is a solid choice and I imagine you would like it too. It definitely deserves a visit!

This is a pretty nice park. There are lots of play structures and baseball fields. The newer play structures have the soft squishy rubber ground which I love. It also has the spider web structure which is a lot of fun for the kids to climb. There's also basketball courts. Only downside is minimal parking.

Small but very cool park. My families can enjoy a picnic while taking a rest in the shade, and my son can play baseball in the court.

Nice park, bad neighbor My family was enjoying this beautiful day at the park under a tree. Then suddenly my 3 year old daughter screamed and bursted into tears. A lemon hit her. I turned around and saw this house next to the park with lemon trees, where a bunch of kids big and small ran to hide. I was really annoyed! Then I noticed there are quite a few broken lemons on the grass. I hope we are the only victim. Where can I report this?

Family friendly environment. Loved having our Jersey Mikes Sammiches at a proper social distance. Thank you for maintaining such a clean park :)

Great Park with some great baseball! The basketball courts have been redone as well as the playground structure. This is one of the best little leagues there are in the area. A lot of people with a lot of heart dedicated two little league and working hard to make sure kids have a good experience

Yelp
No shade at this park. Too hot for a summer day. The equipment is decent but nothing special.

Yelp
Super clean park! Different structures that aren't common at most parks. Double swing to swing with a baby. Also next to a school which has other structures too. Bathrooms available. Street parking only.

Yelp
Nice little park right by a baseball field. I had a nice run around the park. They also have a half bball court. Seems to be popular in the area based on how busy it was.

Yelp
Nice little Park! There is no parking lot, but plenty of street parking at least when we went on the weekend. They have basketball courts and picnic tables that aren't shaded. There are also bathrooms with changing tables as well as drinking fountain. The playground is pretty neat. It looks on the newer side, and the 5-12 and 2-5 structures are together. It's kind of tree/woodsy themed and looks pretty enticing to climb on. Only the 2-5 structure is fully shaded, so the older structure is too hot to climb on a sunny/warm day. They also have some things that I haven't seen at other playgrounds like a dual baby and adult swing which my daughter got a kick out of. And one of those spinning circular rides which are always a hit. If you're kid is old enough, they can actually turn the center table for it to spin, so parent doesn't need to run around in circles forever, yay!

Yelp
off san tomas expressway quite large with a nice modern playground...only dislike being the annoying wood chips in the play area...basketball court and bathrooms available...the playground features are quite nice...double occupancy swings...smooth merry go round with seats and a center turning wheel...slides, tubes, nets, balancing, bars, etc...everything you can imagine for a play structure...

Yelp
This is a decent small park. It has a playground, a few small grassy areas, basketball court, 7 picnic tables and a BBQ. There's also a basketball court. Parking is along the street. The one issue was that the playground has a few broken features. I'm not sure how long it's been broken and if anyone is even going to fix those.

Yelp
This park barely earns an average rating. It is adjacent to Haman Elementary school. Most of the park is eaten by a baseball diamond. On the weekends, Little League is held here so parking becomes very congested all around the park. There is a basketball court and an ancient metal playstructure. The playstructure includes two rockers, swings for big kids and little kids, three metal slides, and some climbing structures, all surrounded by sand. There are a smattering of benches, and an area completely covered by trees if you want shade for a picnic or baby. The redeeming feature of this park is that it is relatively uncrowded, even on the weekends. However, for more park fun, I'd still recommend driving a few blocks down Los Padres to Henry Schmidt (http://www.yelp.com/biz/henry-schmidt-park-santa-clara#hrid:BJIhb2jtpvV_Ivhq46aqnA) or Everett Alvarez Jr. (http://www.yelp.com/biz/everett-alvarez-jr-park-santa-clara#hrid:c8TqNy-DezKw-jKW1MyraA).

Yelp
June 2017: the new park structures is amazing. There are two structures! One for ages 2-5 and another for 5-12. There are two mommy and me swings and a fun 'Disneyland style tea cups' spiny thing! There is an abundance of shade and 4 nice benches. There are clean restrooms and a full court for basketball.

Yelp
New and improved! Our first time here but heard it was just upgraded. Shaded, 2-5 and older playground area. Picnic tables, benches, lovely location. Set back from the street so no need to worry about littles running away. Has a basketball court separating it from the street. Bathrooms as well!!!

Yelp
They play full court basketball here on Thursdays at lunch with a good group of guys. The city maintains the court and grounds fairly well. Furthermore, the court is slightly smaller than regulation but you will get a good sweat. There is ample street parking.
