Detroit Food Truck Milk & Froth Opens New Ice Cream Parlor Downtown - Eater Detroit
"Steve’s Mediterranean Chefs, a Madison Heights-based family-owned company, announced an expansion that will put its products including hummus, tabbouleh, garlic sauce, grape leaves, and spinach and feta pie in 250 Michigan stores." - Monica Williams
We love their spinach pies. Lately however, they are never fully cooked. The dough on the bottom is completely raw and soggy. I’ve sent two emails to bring this to their attention, as we love how quick and easy these are for a quick low calorie meal. They corrected the problem each time but again today we tried to buy a few at our local Kroger and once again they are raw. They clearly have quality control issues and whomever is cooking or checking the finished product doesn’t care. Very disappointed. We will no longer be purchasing their product. Also the second email response from the company directed us to take them back to the store. As if we have the time to return they’re subpar product and that doesn’t solve the problem.

Steve's Mediterranean hummus is in a league of it's own. My family loves it, and my wife can't live without it. She literally eats it every single day. The texture and flavor is unlike any other brand. The staff at Steve's, in particularly, Christina C, is also top notch. We highly recommend giving their delicious food a try.

Purchased your (not)Tzatziki from the Southfield Meijer. So disappointed. You don't even have greek yogurt as an ingredient? How is that allowed? The next time we need sour cream with a few cucumbers, I'll purchase this, otherwise "May the God's allow me time to make my own" so I never have to buy again.

I'll start by saying this is no reflection on their food or customer service but whoever was just driving the Steve's Mediterranean truck in Madison Heights has some serious petty anger issues or road rage... Purposely accelerated to ride the back of my car super close and then when I was in a turn lane turning right into a plaza he honked at me as he drove past me because maybe I didn't turn quick enough for him because I have my dog in the front seat. Then I watched him proceeded to tailgate other people while trying to get on the highway grow up dude... Crybaby

I love the spinach pies I get from Kroger been buying them for years. This past month they have tasted different and not as fresh, actually disgusting. What Happened ? Did you change vendors ? They taste different and don’t appear to be as fresh. I am only leave the 3 stars since these have been great for years

I recently tried your Steve's Mediterranean Traditional Pita Chips which I purchased at Kroger. There were too many broken pita chips, chips chipped in half, and quarter pieces in the box in my opinion after I ate the whole chips on top. I prefer a nice whole chip that I can get a good grip on and dip into hummus or pimento cheese. Your chips were good as far as taste is concerned, were less expensive than other brands, and I recommend people try them sometime at least once and make their own decision and see if the pita chips fit their needs.

Steve - the flavor is of your Garlic Toum Sauce is a 8/10.
When I first ever tried it - was a 10/10. The fluffiness of the sauce you had when I bought the first time - perfect. Somehow the quality has seemed to go down a point over the past couple months.
Overall your product is still a staple in my groceries.
