I know it is the only pizza place in Vistancia but that isn't a reason to eat there more than once. Any other pizza is worth the drive.
Service - I realize inflation is hitting everywhere but if the staff cannot keep up with orders in person and over the phone, the solution is to either cancel something or hire more staff. I called in my order, was told it would be an hour. I showed up in 30 min hoping, but the teenager behind the counter just gave me a deer in the headlights look when i stated my name and repeated my order for the third time. They then went to the back to talk to a woman making sandwiches and after a few min of huddling up and walking over to their computer she comes over and tells me my order will be ready in 45 min. She goes to the back and starts yelling with the staff back there. As I am waiting there are two other people who come in with the same issue and one person ordered delivery, and two hours after the delivery time was asking where their pizza was. The place was packed and a steady line of pick up and delivery was going out the door so I don't know why they don't have more front counter help?
Food - Everyone's taste is different, there are reviews for this restaurant that rave about the NY style Pizza. Yes, I have been to NY, I lived in New England for 12 years and have had amazing and disgusting NY Pizza. I don't know if it is because of the rush to get food out but my crust was done but barely, the sauce tasted like it was back when i was in the Navy and the cooks used way to much bland seasoning. even adding a little salt would make a world of difference. The white pizza had nice chunks of mozzarella but again, the white sauce was made with too much bland seasoning. My Turkey Sandwich was good but when i asked for extra pickle i was told they don't have pickles. While I won't get into the name debate, hoagie or grinder, every place in NE offers pickles with the turkey sandwich. I asked for a grinder and was told they didn't know what that was, so i will use sandwich.
