I stopped by Stewart Heights Park recently, and it really surprised me in the best way. It’s clean, open, and has this calm, refreshing vibe that instantly makes you feel relaxed. It’s a great place to take a walk, sit for a bit, or just enjoy some fresh air. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit — I’d happily come back.

It's a nice park, plenty of green space nice sidewalks and parking. It has restrooms, basketball and tennis courts and (thanks to the police substation) it's pretty nice for hanging out with the kids. The only disappointment I had on my visit today is the picnic tables have disappeared so keep that in mind if your planning to use it for a party or something.

Great play area for younger kids and a long cement path that circles the park that is great for older kids to ride bikes. Basketball and tennis courts included. A very nice park

this park is one of good place for kids n family. 1st, there is police station right entrance of the park n today I saw 2 officers were walking around. also metro park workers try to watch over people if they were there n something was off. there is a play ground n toilts(wall attached diaper table too) near by. baseball ground, succer, basketball, dog walk, lots of grasses. during summer, the water park is open. the parking might be tough but usually fine.

OMG the line to get into the mini water park was incredible, I hope it was worth the wait. This is a great park with something for anyone, I was there to eat lunch and use the bathroom. It was really cool to see so many people doing many things like pickle ball, tennis, basketball, play ground playing, dog walking, chillin', and the water park. Check the city of Tacoma Metro parks website for hours and admission.

Nice trail system to walk the dog. Plenty of free parking and there are areas to picnic and play. The park is surrounded by neighborhoods with sirens blaring nearby for much of our visit. Didn’t feel as peaceful or safe as other parks in the city.

What a fun little skate park. This was our first time here. It didn't have very many ramps, which is what my son was hoping was there. He had fun anyway. We will be back another time to go to the park area.

The kids ask to come to this park specifically. We don't even use the pay for use pool. They just really like this park. Fun rocks to climb on and some balance obstacles and a cool pirate ship play toy. Also a bench and a covered eating area.
