Sticks and Shakes

Absolutely delicious! We've been on a huge road trip and have had the fun of trying ice cream in 6 different states and Sticks and Shakes beat them all! The best gelato and shakes by far! We had the Golden Balls, Donut Taste Good, strawberry cheesecake on a stick, churros and a peanut butter chip shake. Every single thing was delicious but the shakes were the absolute best!!! It definitely cost on the higher end, but for specialty ice cream and smiles all around, it was worth it.

Got a Mega Ferrero Rocher shake here for about $10. tasted good and had the right consistency for a shake. Nice and thick and.lots of ice cream. Very refreshing for a hot day. Slightly Overpriced but its vegas so its expected

I first walked in because they had the Dole soft served ice cream. That was just as good as the one we tried in Disneyland. But I also picked up one of the strawberry cheesecake on a stick and it was so stale. Tasted like it was on display for a very long time. It was a waste of money I dont recommend.

Gelato was good. Loved the frozen cheesecake bar! Internet was sketchy for his sales 😂 bring cash. It's easier. But the guy was fantastic. He rebooted his internet and got us on our way!

Had the cookies and cream cheesecake bar and it was awesome. I also tried the pistachio gelato and that was delicious. Neat place to beat the heat.

FALSE ADVERTISING - AVOID. They have nothing that they are advertising on digital their billboard - see pictures - no hotdogs, no donuts, no boba, no churros - all they have are shakes and gelato. This is NO way to run business - bait and switch. Unfortunately, the food court upstairs doesn't have any of those either.

We went to eat at a restaurant on the outside of the Fashion Show and of course my Family saw the Sticks and Shakes had another location outside and immediately wanted to have dessert since we love it there!! They never disappoint! Drew waited on us and he couldn't have been nicer and so helpful in helping us decide what to have this time! They have added some new items since we were there last time ( the location inside) so it was hard to decide!! We always love it here and will definitely be back!!!!

Great place to fulfill your craving for ice cream, sweets, or a shake! They even sell boba here but I didn't try that. I went for the strawberry shake and I loved it so much. Same with the donuts. They were freaking good! Don't forget to check in on Yelp for 20% off of a waffle cone ice cream! So worth!

I took my 6 year old niece there a few days ago and was cussed out by the kid behind the counter. He charged me $20 for 2 scoops of ice cream but I let it go because he looked flustered and I felt sorry for him. We went back in the store because the ice cream he served us was way to big for the little cone it was on. I asked him for a cup and he tried to give me a small ramekin cup you would use for ketchup. I said no, I need something to put this in. He then threw a handful of those little cups at me and said in a crazy voice " Take the fucking cups and get out of the store". He called me a bitch and he said he was going to take me out himself if I didn't leave. He had my niece in tears because he was so aggressive. I regret stepping in that place.

This place is AWFUL. The customer service really sucks. Full of attitude and actually turned service down to a little girl who had excema

The associates are extremely rude and very unprofessional. Turned away a little girl who is already self conscious about her severe eczema and made her to feel like a leper. saying that they won't serve her because she has "monkey pox" I'm pretty sure your staff are not Doctors and know anything about a patrons health let alone "diagnosing" anyone especially a 7 year old child. The lack of compassion that the family and little girl received is down right disgusting and should not be tolerated in any type of business especially a "family" oriented business. 1

Thanks for the great service Jordan!! So many good things had to basically get it all but the hit donuts so we will definitely be back.

Cheesecake shake sucks, just taste like milk blended , at least add vanilla or something , and the cheesecake on top was flavorless

Delicious warm churros and friendly staff! They were busy but still gave excellent service.

I was walking around Fashion Show Mall and I was craving a shake. I opted to get the Birthday Cake flavoured mini shake, which came out to around $8-$9. They provide different types of ice creams that they can make into shakes. There were fruit shake options as well, and even had a boba option, which surprised me! They had churros too! The shake itself was pretty good, but the price is meh. This location was on the strip though, so I guess I can't really expect much more. I believe there is another location INSIDE the fashion show mall, but the one I went to was located outside in a booth, in front of Kona Grill and Benihana.

Everything was melted. The clerk said the AC was out and he couldn't serve some items. The only thing he could serve were prepackaged so we said we would try it. Then after ringing us up, he said he was out of the flavor we asked for and could give a refund. No refund was issued. It's obvious the owner doesn't care about this business and is willing to let it die on the vine. Don't be a sucker like we were and stay away from this place.

Sadly I still walk by. I don't know if it is the same owner or name. All I have is the memories of the Thrifty scoops that were .10 a scoop. I don't mind paying $10 I just can't take the risk that it'll be a .10 drug store scoop which by the way used to be the BOMB DOT COM!!!!!

I don't know why there's so many negative reviews about this place. The service was great, the drinks that we ordered were excellent. The person that helped us, her name was Angel. She was very nice, courteous, and very accommodating to our needs. We were very undecided on what we were going to get, but Angel suggested many different drinks. We settled on the Oreo shake and we also ordered 10 pieces of churro. she was also very friendly to the other customers that came in. The dole whip seems like a very popular choice. I don't know why people are complaining about the prices, after all, this place is located in the heart of the strip. When you come here, ask for Angel and she will be more than glad to help you out. we will be back!

Today may have been the worst 10 dollars I've ever spent. The strawberry daiquiri literally had zero flavor. It was some frozen yogurt poured on top of some red ice. I wish I would have asked for something else. Also the employees were yelling at each other while I was in there.

Don't waste your money. I tried the mini donuts and they had no flavor whatsoever, cinnamon sugar? It tasted like dough and melted unsalted butter. Wish I never wasted my money on the donuts consider they were $5, I could spent on Krispy Kreme instead.

From the outside walking in you would think your bout to have some fire ice cream and churros instead your better off going to a 7 11 for better quality ice cream and service. The churros are frozen then reheated in a lil oven. The gelato had to be sitting out for a while it was in chunks to eat then you have 2 stoners taking orders that know what's going on or what's on the menu lol I put my money on this place will not make it past the year with the service it has and quality of the products. Just keep it moving if u walk by here

Hello yelp I would just like to inform the world and inspectors that THIS PLACE VIOLATED SO MANY HEALTH CODES while giving me a poor customer service, and food that should not be served. Being from out of town I had know idea this place has 2 star on yelp. I ordered a cheesecake on a stick and churros. The counter girl (@6:37 pm Nov.2) put the churros in the mini oven in the back and then handed them to us. When I bit the churro the center was STILL FROZEN. I informed her and her work mate with his phone out says out loud "that's the not first time that's happened today" and walks away. In addition! instead of apologizing for her undercooked churro she takes the same batch and MY BITTEN CHURRO, WITH OUT GLOVES and places in BACK INTO THE OVEN. I nearly panics because of the thought of cross contamination, the cleanliness, and how many time had she done this with other peoples food?? What if someone had some contagious illness and I catch it because she's to lazy to make a new batch?? The cheese cake I was served came from the display window which I don't mind but it tasted like it's been out all night because it was so hard then when you bit it, it would bend like rubber and had chunky hard pieces to chew. When I asked for a refund she denied me claiming she didn't have a manager available to approve it and just said "yeah sorry." So I have to pay for food that was technically illegal to serve and just deal with it. WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE.

This was absolutely the worst shake/boba I have ever had. The staff was nice but the drinks were absolutely horrendous and extremely over priced . I don't usually write reviews, especially not negative ones but I truly cannot let anyone else suffer the amount of let down that I just experienced.

I was very disappointed when I came to this place, me and my husband came to get him some ice cream and the cashier was very rude and disrespectful. Horrible customer service. I was so unhappy I had to walk in and ask her for her name because I felt very disrespected. She claims her name is Jennifer. She got mad because my husband accidentally dropped a little of his ice cream. We asked for another scoop and she started slamming stuff around I sill never come this place again. She's touching her phone with her gloves. The Covid19 is going around and she's not washing her hand, and touching the phone then right after serving people. I'm very disappointed!!!

Worst customer service!!! Rude guy and no churros when they have all these signs outside

This is a small kiosk outside of the mall. Let me just start by saying that this place has my favorite drink ever. However, the girl working there was incredibly rude. When there were customers there she was filling their order. Yet when we wanted to order, she was like you have to wait, these people ordered first. So we waited, then she took my order. As she was making mine, another customer came in and placed his order as she was making ours. On top of that, she shortened one of our drinks, even with no whipped cream, it wasn't filled to the top. For what we have to pay, I expected it to be filled and have at least good customer service. Here's what we ordered.

Small cozy shop near wynn casino in las vegas.. the ice cream was just okay .. cone was good it was crisp.. but ice cream was way too priced high .. instead of this the ice cream shop inside wynn casino was cheap and it had variety of cones too..

Gross.... they advertise churros freshly baked!! This was so discussing. I never had a churro taste this nasty. I am not sure they are even churros. More like sponge bread with cinnamon and sugar. It had no crisp at all and felt like I was chewing on a sock. How do I know what a sock taste like? Well I don't know until today. Thanks stick and shakes for my first sock with cinnamon ever. You are the number one sock with cinnamon maker ever.

I will take a trip down to the strip just to come to this spot and get me some churros or donuts !! The best !!

My boyfriend and I visited a small one by our house in North Las Vegas. I had found them on yelp and was super excited that they had super delicious looking shakes! When we arrived at the location by our house, it was a pretty small place. There were a bunch of mothers with their children and it was pretty packed. We waited 30 minutes just for the girl working to take our order. We understood that she had a lot to do because there were a ton of people here before us that she had to fulfill orders for. She was the only one working! We finally gave her our order and then we waited for another 45 minutes just to get it. I just felt bad for the girl because she was the only one working and they shouldn't have just scheduled one person.. it seemed like it was a pretty popular place. Another thing that wasn't so great too was the price. They are way to expensive for what it is. It's more like you're paying for the experience and the presentation. It is quite beautiful though! We spent $30 for just these two shakes. They were extremely delicious!

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! We ordered 10pc. Churros, 1 scoop gelato and a cheesecake pop. That came out to $34. Way to over priced. The churros were stale and looked very brown. Like eating soft cardboard with sugar. The cheesecake was hard and tasted like it's been in the fridge for days. They say that they have freay baked churros and they just heat up nasty week old ones. When I went to complain the cashier (one with blonde hair) said, but are they hot. Haha. That shit had me laughing. Because bitch didn't care. The other one (the bigger lady) was nice. Asked if I wanted them to put them back in the toaster. No thank you. Don't say I didn't warn you.

We came in to give business to this establishment, 8 people, happy to taste a sweet cool dessert. There were no customers, empty when we came and when we left. The greeting was of rude atmosphere right a way. We gave the benefit of a doubt in hope she would be happy to serve. But her rudeness continued. She kicked us out! She said 'when you get your order can you leave', in a passive aggressive tones. We were happy to comply. We were in a group waiting for each other. Then the last person in our group who hadn't received her order was still waiting inside, she said to her 'what are you waiting for'? What was going on for 8 customers to deserve such treatment! After the last person in our group received their order, she started banging all the appliances passive aggressively and locked the door when we we were all out. She is a bad representation of this company. Take note, Zero star due to this person.
