Sticks'n'Sushi Chelsea

I had a genuinely excellent experience at Sticks’n’Sushi today. The atmosphere is calm, beautifully designed, and feels effortlessly premium without being pretentious. The service was polite and attentive, even though the front-of-house team seemed a bit slow at times. The food was outstanding. Fresh, clean flavours, beautifully presented dishes, and a level of consistency that’s rare. The edamame with spicy miso, the bimi tempura, and the sushi selections were all top quality. Everything tasted as good as it looked. A great spot for a quiet meal, a business meeting, or simply enjoying high-quality Japanese-Danish fusion. I’ll definitely return.

An incredible dining experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. A huge thank you to Tina and Jordan for their outstanding service, they were so attentive and grateful throughout our meal. They even recommended the most amazing desserts that were the perfect end to our night. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was a good experience with a lot of options available, but the service was “meh”. No one checked on us. We ordered one dish without mushrooms as I have a small reaction if I eat them, and it arrived with them (we needed to send them back). The dessert arrived with a hair (he didn’t even put the plate down when I realised straight away), and he didn’t even apologise. When we asked to remove the service, then the manager apologised.

A very average experience. The food was good but nothing special. Some rolls were nice others not so great. Same for the sticks. The service was friendly and ok. The restaurant on the ground floor was very hot for all the dinner. We had to ask a few times to refill the water while other tables had a jug instead.

First time at Sticks’n’Sushi on King’s Road and wow… what a treat! Lina was our sushi guru, charming, full of smart recommendations. We asked for dishes without alcohol and she nailed it. The food? Next level. Fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour, proper fine dining but without the stiff vibe. Service was flawless too; every single member of the team was warm and on point. If you love sushi, stop scrolling and just book a table. We’re already planning our next visit!

The place was good. We got a table right away as we were walk in’s. Both of the rolls Ebi panko and spicy tuna were good. The Kani korokke just ok. We also got the chicken dumplings 🥟 perfect.

Food was great, everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The salad with grilled vegetables was great, grilled cod and shishito pepper was also delicious.

Amazing food and service! If you don’t wanna feel heavy after a good meal, do try Sticks’n’Sushi. Waitress that served us was really nice and did wish us a happy Eid. Vigilante and friendly. Just a little note that if there’s a small area that can be made for people who want to pray, it would be great but everything else was amazing!

Came here for a celebratory dinner only to be questioned at the door and put in an uncomfortable position about our age despite all being adults. Being id'ed is never something I've experienced when entering a restaurant and it is not stated on their website that this is case. We sat at our table and then 3 waitresses came to us and rudely asked us to move our chairs to be able to get around us despite us sitting exactly as the chairs were originally placed. Overall we felt very rushed by the staff and what was meant to be a special evening was ruined by the constant reminder from the staff that they wanted us out and quickly.

We are from Malibu and eat at Nobu Sushi a lot - a place for celebrities. I have to say that your restaurant is by far superior!! We also appreciated your dessert!! It was wonderful - and we love the small size!!It Everything was absolute PERFECTION!!

Nit enough reviews for this location but its nice and trendy. The service lacked a lot and thats why I gave it less stars. The hostess was attentive and they gave a coat check which is great. The ambience is hip and fun. Very clean and sleek look. The food was very good, nice variety! My problem was the service. We were a party of 6. There was a delay in getting water, soy sauce and the food. The salad and appetizers came after the meal which was disappointing thus the less star.

Sunday afternoon - the upstairs dining room is filled with families with small children and it was loud and busy. I ordered a "Special" Sapporo 16oz beer and it's the regular can you can get anywhere (in the USA I guess). Sushi and yakitori is beautifully prepared and served by the excellent staff. Very friendly service and the picture menu is really comprehensive. Sushi quality is good, my miso black cod and bacon wrapped scallops and the duck breast Sticks were very goo, a little overcooked and the sushi was of high quality. Very family friendly and the kids love the place.

As always the food was great and the service excellent. The good thing is the consistency in good food and service. I will go back again.

I think this is a great sushi shop. It is very good because the ingredients are fresh and very tasty, It is reasonably affordable, It's seating is awesome and the people working there are friendly
