The treats here are amazing. My family stayed in Vermont for a week and we went twice. First trip we got their cinnamon buns, Plain croissants, Chocolate croissants And we were able to snag the last apple turnover. The chocolate croissant and the apple turnover were amazing because they were not too sweet perfect for somebody who doesn’t like anything super super sweet. The plain croissant was the best one I ever had. The second time we went back, they had more options as it was a busier time. This time we got the cinnamon roll again (even better the second time) , The blueberry muffins (which were amazing again, not too sweet and full of blueberries!), The herb and cheese sourdough bread which was great, and the focaccia bread came fresh out of the oven and was literally the best bread I think I ever had. We quite literally tore it apart with our bare hands in the parking lot. They have hot coffee available, but then they also had iced coffee in In the fridge as well as tea which were both great! The tea was my fave. The customer service was great both times even as it was very busy the second time around!! People need to keep in mind that this is a SMALL BUSINESS! It’s run by the owners who you can tell put their hearts and souls into this place. If you’re not sure if they’re open-CALL that is what we did. Also, when people are being rude, they don’t need to follow the rules of a big business, so just don’t be rude! If you’re confused about the parking from some of these reviews, we didn’t have a problem with it. You simply pull in like a normal spot. Don’t block the bakery and don’t park as if you’re parallel parking. We will be coming back next time we’re in Vermont! Love from Jersey!! <3

Such a cute little spot on the side of the road. You can smell the cinnamon as you walk up. Smells so good! Cute little river behind it you can sit at the picnic tables and watch and listen to. Friendly service, to eat we had a blueberry muffin, cinnamon roll, and cheese danish- all delicious!

Stopped by on a Monday around 9am. Owner/cashier was very friendly and welcoming. The butter croissants were some of the best we have tasted outside of France. They had exactly the right texture and taste of a genuine French croissant. Also order a couple chocolate croissants which were also very tasty and delicious. We will definitely stop by again the next time we pass by.

There are some interesting 1 star reviews on here. Sorry service dog person, I really don't want your dogs hair in my food either. 5 minutes max without your dog should be ok? Person who hit the flowerpot? I'm sure you were not that kind when confronted and the owner can say what they want. Anyhow, everything here tasted great and the owner was nice to me which was nice given the shop was crammed with people and he was multitasking. A bit pricey but it was worth it and the kids were more than happy.

Google
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. Upon my arrival, I was asked to remove my service animal from the premises due to it being an open kitchen/bakery. This request contradicts the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which permits service animals in areas open to the general public. Despite this, I purchased a cinnamon roll. Unfortunately, it was served cold on a plate and was quite possibly the worst cinnamon roll I have ever had. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and review your policies regarding service animals and food quality

I had driven by this bakery the night before and just knew I had to try it. My experience was nothing short of amazing! The staff was excellent and gave me suggestions ! The store itself is very clean and the food is delicious! I got a Cinnamon Bun, apple turnover, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. All of which tasted great. My only wish is that I could have tipped the staff 😁

Google
I got a cinnamon roll cake and it was awesome! They were pulling a hot one out as I ordered. Thank you! I will definitely stop in again when I'm up this way.

Edit: What the owners call a ‘conversation’ I call a verbal attack. No foul language, but an incredible hostile environment. Once you enter the ‘wrong way’, which there is no street signage for, the only way to comply with the first sign is to reverse onto a 40 MPH state highway. I had no ADA issues with my visit. I wanted to bring attention to previous incidents which are still posted. When approaching from the north, pull into the parking lot right after the building. I made the mistake of not doing so, as there is no signage telling you otherwise until after you pull into the lot. When I entered, I got cussed out by the owner for my mistake. I apologized, they responded “what am I supposed to do with that”. When I tried to explain that there no posted sign, she said I was wrong, and stared me down. I went back to double check, there is no posted signs for the road facing north. The one sign on that side of the lot is not visible from the road Check other recent reviews. They verbally abuse elderly customers and do not comply with federal ADA guidelines.

Yelp
The muffins, iced coffee, danishes, EVERYTHING we had was delicious! Closed on Tuesdays, but open the rest of the week. If you're near Mt. Snow, stop by this place!!! If you're not near Mt. Snow, make a special trip!!!

Yelp
Forever a fan favorite and a MUST stop any time we are in West Dover! Their cinnamon rolls are amazing and a must have, we always stock up with more than we can eat so we have for several days! We also enjoy their pepperoni and cheese bread as a snack. The staff is always helpful, and the coffee always fresh. Can't wait until our next visit!

Yelp
I've been back a number of times since my first review. I haven't ordered coffee again, which was the primary driver for my 4 Star review last time. But more often than not, the food I've ordered has been outstanding. The berry muffins are packed with berries. The cinnamon rolls are delicious. The displayed food looks so good, it's hard to select just a reasonable amount of food. Therefore, upgrading to 4.5 Stars

Yelp
The food. OMG the food. Seriously if you like baked goods (and really who doesn't love a gooey, warm, iced cinnamon roll?!?) DO NOT MISS this amazing little bakery. I just may have to stage a "re-wedding" to justify having a three layer cinnamon roll cake. Seasonal sweet bread (pumpkin or apple today) were great and the chocolate croissant was as good as I had in Paris. Oh and the staff was very nice too.

Yelp
After reading glowing reviews of this place we woke up early to get there as soon as they opened. The woman behind the counter was making no effort to conceal the fact that she didn't want to be there. We asked if they had any birthday cakes, and she barked that whatever was in the display case, which wasn't really visible from where you placed your order Was all they had. We ordered some cinnamon buns, and chocolate croissant. And 4 mini cakes. Which she literally tossed at us. As I was leaving, I said thank you, but I guess it wasn't loud enough, because she yelled "thank you and have a nice day," angrily as I walked out. Maybe because I clicked no tip. It's a shame because everything is delicious. But I'll never go back.

Yelp
I really like this place. A lot more than I should. The array of treats would satisfy the craving of any sweet tooth. In this small ski village, Sticky Fingers is the perfect compliment to the savory treats scattered throughout the area. The cute little A-frame is nestled alongside a brook, perfect for an impromptu picnic with friends. They also have really good sweet tea blends and sometimes serves up mini-pizzas that are quite tasty. They even have a decent selection of breads, although they are a bit underbaked, but that makes them perfect for toasting. The staff is really nice and the price is right. If you're making your way up to Mt Snow and need a quick energy boost or you just have a fat kid who loves cake (or you are that kid), definitely check out Sticky Fingers Bakery.

Yelp
The cinnamon roll was the best I have ever had. It was gooey in all the right places and nicely sweetened. Service was great. The store is small, but chocked full of pastries, coffee and teas

Yelp
Amazing bake goodies, very creative. Parking was a pain, and not a lot of room for ppl in the cafe, but totally worth it, everyone in our group was so happy with their picks.

Yelp
Super cute little Bakery right in town. We got quite a few things to try while we stayed on Mt Snow with some friends. We got the mini carrot cake, red velvet cake, flourless chocolate cake and the large oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies. And each one was delicious and fresh in their own way. However the flourless chocolate cake was the number 1 in our house. It almost tasted like a brownie. It was pretty amazing and well balanced. The red velvet was next and Super moist. The cookies were huge and fresh. We also got some baguettes for some apps. They were very fresh and we were all happy to find this little gem.

Yelp
Wow. Just wow. Had the opportunity to visit while on a vacation. Started with the unbelievable smell of cinnamon and fresh baking when we walked in. Folks were friendly, and helpful - and the pastries. Is it the best cinnamon roll I've ever had? As I was devouring it still warm from the oven, my tastebuds were voting an emphatic "YES!" After multiple visits over the course of three days I can also vouch for the incredible turnovers and delicious danishes. Just an absolute delight on every level.

Yelp
Completely worth the hype! Came here this past weekend with friends during our second ski trip to the area and we all knew we had to stop by to get some of their fresh, delicious cinnamon rolls. In addition we got a latte and cranberry walnut coffee, all delicious as well. For a tiny unassuming spot this bakery has a small but convenient parking lot, cute outside, delicious food and kind staff. Highly recommend checking this spot whenever in the area!

Yelp
Delicious and affordable! An excellent spot for a breakfast pastry or a post skiing snack We were pumped to see the bakery was open around 4pm on Sunday on our way back from skiing on Mount Snow There are lots of fresh, delicious options inside. Plenty of pastries, breads, and desserts. The portions are pretty generous and the prices are fair. Everything we tried was great -mini challah loaf (so fluffy and chewy) -temptation (mixture of chocolate mousse, cream and cake- so good!) -cinnamon roll (we popped in microwave and it was delish) -chocolate croissant (very good) -mini chocolate mousse (what's not to like?) Friendly service and a great experience all around!

Yelp
I came in here for a cinnamon roll and cheese danish and left with bread, rolls, and an embarrassing story about how my parents argued meaninglessly about the rolls in front of the cashier. The pastries were excellent, as was the bread. The rolls were also good, but I wouldn't get into a fight over them.
google avatar

Yelp
Tiny bakery with amazing cinnamon rolls baked all day -have to get them hot! Whose visit up here it's my go to for a quick lunch of ham and Asiago croissant. FYI the variety of choices from mini cakes and breads to full size is only available early-so if you want something you better ask them to hold it for you or it will be gone. Love the coffee cake and muffins too! Now off on my bike for a long ride so I can come back tomorrow...

Magarin M.

Yelp
The smells when u walk in makes you want everything in house The home made granola so yummy in my plain oatmeal

Yelp
If you're going up to Mount Snow this season, you have to stop into Sticky Fingers for fresh baked breads, delicious homemade iced coffee and of course a cinnamon bun hot out of the oven Just follow the smell of cinnamon sugar on Route 100, you won't miss it!
google avatar

Erik S.

Yelp
Ok so yup, these are some of the best cinnamon rolls ever! Place smells amazing inside. 3 days in VT and we are back for the second time already. Probably coming back tomorrow!!

Jo F.

Yelp
Excellent cinnamon rolls and muffins. Stop by every time I am in the area. Nice people!

Kathleen B.

Yelp
We're sure the rave reviews are probably deserved, but our experience wasn't. We arrived at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday and the place was packed. The staff closed the doors so no more people could enter. Paid in advance and waited 10 mins for cinnamon buns to come out of the oven. No place to sit and eat so we tried to eat them in the car. The centers of the buns were inedible--raw uncooked dough in the middle. Brought them home and tried to finish cooking them in the oven. Even after 20 mins at 350 the center remained raw. Something went awfully wrong in their baking process. Wouldn't recommend the 30 minute drive from Brattleboro. Sorry, we've traveled all over the country and Canada trying to find the best cinnamon buns. Sticky Fingers doesn't make a passing grade.

Yelp
We saw this place on a YouTube video for best bakeries in every state. Naturally, we had to plan our first trip to VT since Covid around this place. We were overwhelmed by all the delicious-looking choices but managed to keep our order to a few items: a cinnamon roll, coffee cake, a chocolate bomb, and a ham and Asiago turnover. Our one savory item, the ham and Asiago turnover, was fantastic. Flaky, buttery, melty cheese and still warm in the middle. They also had a turkey and Gouda which I wish we tried! Next time... The cinnamon roll was perfect, warm and gooey but not cloyingly sweet (like those ones you can get at the mall...) The chocolate bomb was to die for. I don't even want to explain it, just let it be a tasty mystery and get it. I think the coffee cake was my favorite though. Moist and light with the perfect amount of topping, and it had more nuts and cinnamon in the middle!! So freaking good. You owe it to yourself to pay a visit to Sticky Fingers if you're in southern VT!
google avatar

Elaine H.

Yelp
Best cinnamon rolls in the world! Be prepared to be blown away by this tiny bakery. You can get them individually or in a pie for groups.
google avatar

S M.

Yelp
The only place I would ever get a cinnamon bun from. Everywhere I go they smell great and taste like crap. This place is not the case. All of their other confections are excellent too. Not to mention that is right near my condo. A must go to joint
google avatar

Christopher C.

Yelp
Love this place. Amazing coffee and pastries. The ham and cheese croissant is so good and the sticky buns live up to the hype.

Susan P.

Yelp
we didn't get a chance to try their food, because when i called to inquire about catering rates and place an order the man i spoke to was rude and refused to discuss rates, and scolded me for taking up his time. i was literally trying to call and place an order, but i was unable to because of the service.
google avatar

Caitlin C.

Yelp
I walked in with my boyfriend, and two other people had been in there. We were told only 3 people allowed in at a time due to social distancing guidelines. It's a small place and I appreciated that they were diligent in their safety measures. It smelled AMAZING inside. I got a coffee and I personally liked how they had it bottled. However there wasn't really room to add cream, and I wasn't sure if it was really fresh coffee. I also got the coffee cake which was really light and fluffy, had great flavor and didn't taste overly sweet or dense like a lot of coffee cakes. It had a nice little crunch especially with the crushed pecans.

Yelp
Pickings are slim in rural Vermont (aka all of Vermont), but lucky for anyone passing through Dover or Wilmington, Sticky Fingers is LEGIT. We had their pastries basically every day of a recent-ish getaway to the area. Lovely delicious take-away pastries, and also totally recommend the lavender ice-tea (you wouldn't think it, but it's super tasty). We also enjoyed some of their breads, which were super tasty-- though if I were to be a total bread snob (AND YOU KNOW I WILL BE) I will say that they were SO pale that I thought they were intentionally half-baked... I asked and that was not the case, so we threw them in the oven at home for a bit to brown and get a nicer crust before serving.
google avatar

Marleena C.

Yelp
Holy mother of glory!! This place was awesome! I had the most amazing, moist, oooey gooey, epitome of cinnamon buns imaginable! Cinnamon buns are my favorite thing in life and this place does it better than Cinnabon and anything else I've ever had! We also got a raspberry granola bar and some other items but the stand out was the bun for sure! My husband doesn't even like cinnamon buns that much and he thought this one was delicious! I'm so happy we got a chance to try this place and I'll be back for sure!!
google avatar

Reagan G.

Yelp
If you don't get the cinnamon roll you're missing out. Simple menu so it's not overwhelming. Pretty much has the classics. I see a lot of comments about the "guy with the beard". He runs a tight ship. His bruteness was kind of refreshing and also funny. If you're in West Dover, its a must stop (especially if you're not a sissy).
google avatar

Herve D.

Yelp
The worst customer service in Vermont ! If you need bread or baguette at 8:30 am in the morning , definitely not the right place to shop as bread won't be ready till 11 am .... and they close at 4 pm . The owner / manager / employee with a read beard is the one you do not want to deal with ... so rude .... there are places in mount snow which deserves my $ but definitely not this one . Croissants are even nicer at 7 eleven . And for Baguette go shop at Snow mountain market on route 100 . Sticky fingers is not the place to shop for sure .
google avatar

Matt M.

Yelp
Amazingly delicious little bakery! Could not have enjoyed everything more. We got the cinnamon roll, coffee cake, ham and asiago turnover and mini chocolate bomb. All were delicious
google avatar

Allison F.

Yelp
The bomb cake is the bomb! And the chess (?) black and white cake is heavenly. Love the flavored ice coffees. Please please please bring back the flavored milk!!! Please?? And did I mention the yummy smell!? Ahhhhh

Remy G.

Yelp
Great pastries, especially the smoked Gouda and ham croissant. The woman owner there is always such a pleasure. The to go chilled grab and go coffee has a lot of sugar which is the big reason for one less star, and another for the male owner who is always a bit grumpy and makes you feel like you're being a bother. Still going to go though.

Daniel K.

Yelp
Great bakery. Cinnamon buns are the best and their specialty. However, the pound cakes are also awesome.
google avatar

Jillian S.

Yelp
I love this bakery everything is fresh and so delectable every time I come to Vermont I will always go there for good sweet thing to eat I will recommend the chocolate mousse cups and the asiago and ham croissant their cakes are also very good

Ryan M.

Yelp
Amazing ham and cheese turnover, cinnamon roll and blueberry muffin are worth a buy also

Jennifer J.

Yelp
Sticky fingers is great. Need to get their early to get their sticky buns. New bakery in Wilmington which is awesome too.

Liv W.

Yelp
Favorite cinnamon rolls ever. They are so good and service is amazing. Cute small little bakery!

Len C.

Yelp
Are you kidding me. What a gem. Hands down best bakery I have ever been to. Completely unexpected in this small town. How lucky the locals are.

Leonardo G.

Yelp
Can't even put into words how amazing this place is. It is small, to-go style, but so worth it. Everything is fresh; it smells incredible when you get out of the car; highly recommend the ham &a diagonal turnover; wanted to try the cinnamon roll but didn't have the room! A must try no doubt!
google avatar

Fion W.

Yelp
The almond croissant is super flakey and buttery. They are on the pricier side (4.95) but it's HUGE and worth it. The maple lattes are good, but you can't really taste the maple and it's not sweet. We ordered the blueberry muffin and coffee cake, and they were still warm. I would recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Brian B.

Yelp
Our party was really excited going to get some ice cream and when arriving we saw that they made their own ice cream so even more excited about local dairy etc. What we got was ice milk at best with barely any flavor was quite disappointed even the cone which was a grainy sugary cone. We sent my some home with a few oatmeal raisin cookies, very large and when we asked him how it was he said it smelled like cheese and butter and tasted strange and he deposited it in the trash. Maybe due to Covid recipes weren't followed by the staff but seems all things bought were off.

D M.

Yelp
So hard to find a really decent bakery. Look no further, this little place has it all. Of course ordered the warm cinnamon bun. Hot and delicious, LOTS of cinnamon, vanilla icing, slightly crispy roll, if I had known how good they were, I would have bought TWO!! Cherry Danish, delish. French baguette hot and wonderful. Buy some butter or cheese before you get there, have a picnic if you plan ahead. No pix, I scarfed everything down immediately
google avatar

Ella K.

Yelp
Visiting mount snow for skiing. Checked out this bakery with best reviews in the hood and it was worth it. We got the cinnamon buns that just came out of oven. Carrot cake which picky son said was really good. Highly recommend the visit. Limited hours so check before you go.

Aaron O.

Yelp
Best baked goods in the valley. Try the cinnamon cake. The best. Test yourself and ask for extra icing. Off the hook!
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
Ok so after many trips here and that there is little to no competition. They are the go to bakery. I must say they are very good and passionate. Breakfast goods, cakes, ice cream and breads are all very good. I will say that you will pay for that passion. Grab a cinnamon bun you'll be happy you did.

Paul B.

Yelp
My family have been customers of sticky fingers for years, in fact, you can see that I left two prior glowing reviews of their baked goods, however, after this morning, we will never return. While their baked goods are indeed good, their service leaves something to be desired. Frankly, I have always noticed an attitude from the staff, but today's experience proved to me that they have no business being in business anymore. Long story short, my lovely wife went in this morning to pick up a cinnamon roll cake for the staff at the ski school, they didn't have one unfortunately, so my wife asked if she could buy the cinnamon rolls they had and put them in a box. The owner (they are a husband and wife), said no, and proceeded to speak to my wife in a patronizing, condescending manner, so my wife simply walked out without saying another word. They lost a $50+ sale. Here is the most amazing part- as my wife got in the car, the owner gave us the middle finger multiple times, which is a shame, since our young son was in the car and had to witness this lowlife's actions. There it is, we are done. Frankly, Beurremont bakery is 1000 times better, and the owner is a doll who really cares about her customers.
google avatar

Ryan L.

Yelp
I had the coffee pecan muffin and my buddy had the blueberry, top notch stuff they make over there. A good muffin starts at the crust, must have the nice crust or else don't even try to compete in the muffin game. Inside was super moist and packed with flavor. 10/10 muffin.
google avatar

Yan T.

Yelp
Fantastic baked offerings. Sticky Fingers was within a minute drive of our AirB&B and you'd better believe I took full advantage of this strategic location. Came here all 3 days that we were in the area. We ordered the cinnamon bun twice and also had the regular and chocolate croissants. The coffee is decent, too. We didn't get a chance to try the ice cream, though the ice giant ice cream cookie sandwich looked amazing. Baker managed to be friendly despite his heavy workload. Other staff friendly as well. It gets so busy at this small shop that they have a traffic controller on the weekend! Wow. Pro Tip: There are Adirondack chairs and a covered picnic table where you can enjoy your pastry while looking out at the stream and contemplating the meaning of what have you.

Jess G.

Yelp
Seriously the best place. I've never had such good pastries before. I recommend everyone to go here and try!
