STIKY RIBZ TEXAS BBQ - DALLAS

This meal was fantastic. They serve high quality BBQ at a great price. The brisket had a rub on it that was out of this world with a good amount of char around the outside. The ribs were very juicy and flavorful as well. The mac and cheese was also excellent! Everything is made from scratch and you could tell how care the attention to detail is on everything they make. Can't wait to go back for more! (Yes I took two bites of the Mac before I took the picture, it looked too good to resist!)

Great work from Will on the new spot. Ribs-great flavor, little bit of spice. Brown sugar and bourbon I think. Burnt ends-great ratio of meat to fat and sauce. Bourbon based sauce that blends great. Brisket. Good bark and not dry. Hot link isn't really hot. Good balanced flavor. Very savory.

Cool interior, good selection of tall boy beers. I did not encounter a long wait and food came out very quickly. Overall the bbq was good. I had the shaved pork sandwich, pictured, which was very good. Sides were good. The sausage, also pictured, was not very good. Reminded me of Carolina liver mush. I left smelling like bbq smoke, which is good or bad depending on your viewpoint.

Really solid sliced brisket sandwich. Great portion size for the money. The brisket was smoky and tender. Wasn't a huge fan of the house made bbq sauce, but the meat more than held up on its own.

This is delicious food at a very reasonable price! Like other BBQ places, you get to choose a meat and then use a variety of BBQ sauces. The staff was friendly, and I liked how the atmosphere matched the “white trash BBQ” tagline.

The BBQ was amazing. I came with a group of co workers and had an amazing experience. I had ordered the sliced brisket sandwich with a side of garlic Mac and cheese. The flavor of the brisket was delicious and the tenderness was great! It's hard to find good BBQ places close to where I live. Now I have a place that isn't to far from me. Will be coming again with my family. The atmosphere is also very comfortable and chill. For the size of this place there is a good amount of seating. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday. I cook a lot, and have tried almost all of the big names and hole in the walls in the area. Louie King is definitely going to give them a run for their money. The brisket was a little tough, but tasted fantastic. I always like to give the benefit of the doubt because every cook and cut can be slightly different. The ribs tasted fantastic as well. The big winner for what we tried was the shaved pork tenderloin. We did not try it on this trip, however the beef rib looked to be spot on. If the flavor is like everything else it should be awesome. Stop by, check this place out, and enjoy some very tasty reasonably priced BBQ. We will definitely be back when we are down in the area.

It was some great brisket, the fat melted like butter, and the people here were super cool:) bonus: they have the good crunchy ice
