Still Golden Social House

I was expecting just a typical neighborhood style bar - kind of a borderline dive bar even, but it's not that at all. It's still a casual neighborhood style bar I guess, but a couple of notches above when it comes to the overall atmosphere. It's a decent place to hang out and they have a couple of bar games (Pac Man tabletop style video game, punching bag, and a photo booth - and they let you hang your photos on their wall). You won't find a lot of tourists here; instead, you'll find mostly locals. The inside area is spacious, and they have an outdoor seating area along the sidewalk. My first visit was on a Thursday after 9pm and I managed to snag a bottle of Modello for $3. My next visit was on a late Sunday afternoon and the average price for cans and bottles was $5. Details: 24 beers in cans or bottles 6 beers on tap 8 house cocktails that are $8 each They have 3 "charity" drinks these are $10 each but $2 goes to charity Happy Hour M-F 3 to 7p $5 wells $1 off drafts $5 "select" glasses of wine $6 "select" cocktails are $6 No parking lot. Street parking only and it's near Sam's Burger Joint, so good luck with that if you're visiting in the evening. It's a fun place, and I'll check them out when I'm the area again, but I'm not going to go out of my way to get there.

An all around solid bar. Friendly and attentive bar tenders who know their drinks, perfect line up of brews. The patio is a gem. Plenty of group seating, broadway view and an occasional espresso cart serving up coffee. A cool vibe without the pretentiousness and borderline absurd pricing of some other bars in the neighborhood. Parking can be tricky given the location, but it’s worth a short walk.

Great bar! They did amazing things with this place. Love the atmosphere. This is better suited for a younger crowd. The music is pretty loud so I felt more comfortable outside.

The food wasn't good and then the interior is so small your forced to eat outside with kids running around crazy and smokers blowing smoke in your face! To make matters worse there's live music but it's just a drunk moaning in the microphone sounding like a broken nickle back CD. was not impressed!

Awesome atmosphere and super cold drinks

Great atmosphere. Great drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating accommodates most. The outdoor patio is also dog friendly! So prepare those pups for a night out on the town. Enjoy what the best of what Broadway's pubs have to offer at this mighty-fine establishment.

I've been here a few times. Probably the only negative thing I have to say is that they put the speaker right over the bar so it's hard to hear the bartenders. The bartender who helped me today was very knowledgeable about their whiskey selection and I found some new ones I hadn't had before. All great recommendations. Definitely a good time. The outside seating is great too.
