Still Smokin'

A nice, little, out of the way head shop. I'm a medical marijuana patient. I just needed a cheap bowl and a lighter while I'm in town. The guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful. He spoke just as confidently about the Hemp derived products they sell as the Budtender from Maui Grown Therapies did about the real stuff. This place is a nice alternative if you don't have your medical card.

Three times in the last two days I have been there. Not one time that they’ve been open is anyone there. There’s a sign on the door saying be back in 30 minutes. Each time waited for an hour. Last night at 530&6 went today at noon. Still nobody there an hour later. So in that time, you can go to another city get what you need and be back.

If you’re a tourist, never visit this smoke shop. I’ve been to plethora of smoke shops all across the country I have never came across such rude employees. I’m surprised how this smoke shop is still operating. As a tourist from my experience there are much better smoke shops options on the island than this one.

Jacob store associate was veryp disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable as a woman alone, do not recommend this place go elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Hands down the best I flew in from Florida with a vape battery and it didn't work when I got here and I found this place and the manager was super awesome and helpful with me finding the right pen for my 'vape' 😁 thanks again guys for making my vacation awesome Highly recommended just go upstairs at the store

Being from mainland. Unable to get medical bud, this place had multiple options for Non-THC or Medical people. The Delta 8 stuff here is and can be a life saver. Trust me. This is the place to go folks.

Best vape store so far even the one they own other side they are a family own business? They are good family and friendly people

I was a tourist here in Lahaina, checked out reviews of local shops where I can purchase CBD and alternative, legal cannabinoids. I was a little nervous reading some of the reviews, but I was greeted with a super friendly attitude from the customer service guy.

Good vibes. Decent prices for the island . Good people working there . Even hooked me up with a free charger for my vape pen. My go to spot everytine I'm in Maui

Owner messaged me trying to bully me about my review. IM NOT REMOVING. This is NOT how you handle a business complaint. This is unprofessional and sad. Instead of doing that why don't you sell better products, inspect and properly train your staff!! Wow!

So I wanted to get a small hookah during my stay in Maui, on June 30th. I called ahead to inquire about prices and I was told there were $35, $49 & $65 dollar options- Great! the 35 is perfect for my needs so I head over to The store and arrive within 20 minutes of my call...but when I get there I'm told that they only sell 49 and 65 dollar options... okay- I tell myself I'm in Hawaii and things are more expensive so I buy the $49 dollar one and I'm on my way. That night we smoked it and I noticed a little bit of water on the table when we were done- the next day I notice even more.... There is definitely a tiny leak in the bottom of the vase.... So I call Still Smokin' and I'm told they don't do refunds but bring it over anyway and maybe someone might help me out.... I like the hookah and all I really want is a new vase for the bottom. So I get there and I'm told that there is no replacement option available since they don't have another 49, and I can't be refunded.... The only thing I CAN do is buy the 65 dollar option. So their ONLY solution is for me to spend 115 on 2 hookahs... and I don't want another hookah especially since the first one I got failed.... This is a RIDICULOUS business mindset and I'm officially out 50 bucks and a bunch of wasted time. I feel terrible that I gave this store a chance cause it had some good reviews- and in retrospect if you're going in for something small I'm sure it's fine... but if you require or expect ANY kind of customer service I would avoid this place

Kind of expensive compared to other vape shops and they offer no type of Yelp or check in discount. No points program. The guy working there was 2 days into working so I felt bad for him because he really doesn't know anything about vaping or cigars (which my friend went into this spot for) save your money and go to a customer focused vape shop

By far the rudest people on the island. Products are the highest priced we found on the island. Tried to speak to the employee and she did not answer our questions, instead she said, go back where you came from. Plus the place is a dump. So many better choices. Run from this place.

Went to this shop for the first time to buy a butane torch. The cashier told us that Newport was a good brand so we paid $40 for this TINY torch. Anyway, we use the torch once and it works. We try to use it again and it won't even fill up with gas much less let any out. We go back to this shop to exchange it, we weren't looking for a refund. The same cashier helped us and then himself said, "ya, Newport sucks." Why did he tell it was a good brand when we bought it?? He tried to fill it up with gas and turn it on, all was a fail. So we tell him we're not looking for a refund, just want to exchange for a working torch. He showed us another that was the same price but seemed crappy as well. So we decided to get the next one up for $10 more, we said we'd pay the difference. Cashier said no problem. He rings us up, we're expecting to pay $10 and change for tax, he tells us it's $52.08!!! We were like WHAT? We thought it was an exchange. He said "no, why would you think that?" And pointed to the door saying "no exchanges." We told him he sold us a beat product but he argued that it worked when we bought it even though it only worked ONCE. I don't even know why he proceeded to show us torches for an exchange that led us to believe we were getting one? He should've just started with, "we don't do exchanges or refunds." No need to try to fix our torch or show us more products to rob us more. Needless to say, we had to leave, with $40 less in our pockets. So we found another smoke shop just down the block, the owner said he would gladly refund/exchange what we bought if it had any problems, he also filled up our torch for us and tested it. This place is a joke, do not buy anything from here and if you do, then test/check your product before purchasing!!!

If you are still smokin this is the place for you. They specialize in cigars, cloves and vapor e-cigarettes. The place is quite large and has extensive selection of paraphernalia for those that prefer to smoke flavored tobacco, like bongs, pipes and hookahs. It is basically a head shop. They also have accessories like cleaners, lighters, cigar cutters and torches. The place is located upstairs of the Shell gas station building with the stairs on the left hand side of the Shell entry. The service here was super friendly and relaxed. Marika helped me out and was very knowledgeable regarding the cloves they carry. She even answered the phone when I called to enquire about the inventory. The store hours are also very favorable, in case you get that super urge and can't make it through the night. The prices were also very reasonable based on prior purchases at other places.

The kiosk in whalers village saved my trip. I couldn't find them on here but they mentioned something about being associated with this shop. Again they are lifesavers. Mahalo!

The customer service here was horrible. The lady that was in the store was so disrespectful! Over a mask. I walked in and neither person in the shop was wearing a mask so I thought it was okay. The lady was super disrespectful when she asked me to put a mask on I said I'm sorry and I put a mask on. I told her that I thought it was okay because neither people working in the store were wearing a mask. She proceeded to say "that's a sorry ass excuse". So disrespectful. She has no business being in customer service. If she hates her life that much she should find a different job instead of picking fights with paying customers. Completely uncalled for.

Best smoke shop on the west side. Great selections, awsome prices. Our first stop when we fly in every year. Same great faces, and the Vibes always A1 in there.

Surprising to find a nice cigar shop in Lahaina. I've been to many many cigar stores and walked out of a lot of them. This store was was above par. Totally surprised. Certainly recommend this store.

This was the first smoke shop I went to in maui. It was a great first experience. Everyone was super friendly. Today I went in for a water pipe, a regular pipe and a grinder. Roman was my man! He was really really friendly and helped me with every question I had and was ready whenever I needed something. They had a huge selection to so it was amazing to get what I could pick from not to mention the prices aren't bad either. As Roman was packing up everything, I introduced myself to Sydney and she helped finished the purchase. We had a great conversation. She was super friendly as well and the transaction process was simple. Definitely look out for Roman and Sydney to give you a good hook up and tell them Dillon sent ya! Mahalo Still Smoking.

Decent place to get smokes from. I stopped by late night and the place looks super sketch but it turned out fine. I'd buy from there again. There's​ not many​ options on the island but I'd go in the daytime!

Worst customer service. Went there and bought a hype bar that normally costs 16-18. They charged me 24 and change . Went back 3-4 days later. Manager Christina tried charging me 26 this time for the same product. I tried explaining to her the guy charged me less last time and she said I could leave and refused to sell. The product I bought was old. Supposed to last 2000 puffs. Lasted only 1000 at best.

Best smoke shop in Lahaina! Kristina helped us out get the best piece at the best price, she was patient, took time showing us all the different selections and when I told her with was my GFs bday made sure to make us feel extra special. WOW.... should not even deserve a star at all. first thing when I walked into this shop I was introduced to the most impolite, worst employee I think I have ever seen in a smoke shop. She was extremely rude and I will never come back again and hope nobody else does. (Especially because she brought up a negative comment about my family as we left. 5 THUMBS DOWWWN!!!

Came by here for a quick purchase for something inexpensive and Megan who worked there (she told me she recently moved here from SB close to where I live) and she was super helpful and easy going. Definitely someone I'd want to work for me or to have help me out at any business. Thanks!

Came to Hawaii for vacation, at first i stopped at a shop that said "#1 smoke shop"(wasn't that good, the guy just wanted to take my money.) I walked down the street to find this place tucked in the cuts. Walked in and instantly felt a good vibe, two very nice ladies said hello and I told them what I was looking for and started to look around. She let me look for a good 5 minutes and asked if I wanted suggestions. I told her yes and then I told her my price range. Then comes out all the good stuff. I walked out happy and well taken care of! Thank you ladies!

Too much cheap glass from China. Nothing special. I was looking for something hand blown and local. I was surprised because they advertised that they were the best head shop around. If this shop is the best I would hate to see the worst
