Had an amazing experience at STIR Charlotte, thanks to David! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly. His attentiveness and great energy really made the dining experience even better. The vibe of the restaurant was perfect — stylish, upbeat, and comfortable. Whether you’re out for a casual meal or a special night, I’d highly recommend STIR any day, and definitely ask for David if you can — he’s the best! 👏🏽✨

It was an absolute pleasure to dine here tonight, and making a reservation a week in advance was a good call since they were quite busy. As a picky eater, I was impressed that everything was perfect - the steak was delicious and the cocktails were amazing. They had a great selection of whiskey for my husband and vodka for me, and we both enjoyed the mixed drinks. We will definitely be back with friends

My sister and I decided to try out this restaurant and I’m glad we did. We went for their brunch. We were greeted warmly by the host Najay. He was funny and made sure we got the seating that we wanted. They had indoor and outdoor dining. The live music band was great. Our server was Lauro. He was great and ensured we had an awesome dining experience. We changed our seating from outside to inside because of the wind, and we asked him for a table that he was over. He had no issue with our change of seating. They have a brunch table with cookies, pasta salad, pickled salad, delicious chicken salad and pita; all was complimentary with our entrees. I had the deviled eggs and shrimp and grits. My sister had the chicken and waffles. All three dishes were excellent. I also got the mimosa jar with pineapple juice. It was huge, enough for 6 people. The service was so good, I asked for the manager. The manager Gary was awesome as well. Due to ambiance, service and food; we will definitely be back! Thank you to the Stir team for a great brunch!

Huge place with indoor and outdoor seating, good service, fresh seafood, affordable drinks. Some of the food dishes felt a little over-priced but it was a scratch kitchen so everything was super fresh. Some dishes like the July special volcano rolls and fish tacos were incredible and super flavorful but some dishes like the seafood chopped salad and tuna bowl were a bit bland/lacking a little something. Overall, enjoyed the ambiance, drinks, and seafood!

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to our server, Sale L. We came in late on the night of Saturday February 15 for my birthday after a car show. This wasn't an intentional pick for places to eat, but one of the only ones that we found that was still serving dinner. From the time we sat down, we were impressed. The atmosphere was "upscale" but warm and inviting. Our server, Sale was friendly, courteous, he served my 13- and 11-year-olds as though they were adults (which made them feel special). He was patient and even went the extra mile when the bar was out of Grenadine and brought the kids an alternative to a Shirley Temple instead of just saying they were out. The food came out in good timing. the Oyster Rockefeller was phenomenal, and my son's burger was HUGE! I just cannot say enough about how exceptional the service was. My kids and I kept commenting about it over dinner. So much so, that THEY even left an additional tip for him from their own money. 🤣 We didn't leave till shortly after they closed, but we were never made to feel like we were an inconvenience. Thank you so much for the amazing dining birthday experience!

The avocado bites were super amazing! Although the menu did not switch over from brunch until 2:30, Ja was so patient and kind (especially with my dad). He had a great time, and her customer service made a world of difference in a regular dining experience and one to remember. Will be coming back for her service, the food is just a plus!

My friend and I found ourselves in Charlotte for a concert our daughters were attending. While they were at the show, we had some time to kill—and what started as a mission for good food quickly turned into a search for great drinks too (with food still being a high priority, of course). We stumbled across a place called STIR, and let me just say—it did not disappoint. It was a Wednesday night, so the vibe was relaxed, not overly packed. We were warmly greeted at the door and then met our waiter, who let us know that everything in the kitchen was made fresh. That was music to my ears. I’d never tried raw oysters before, but I decided to ease in with the Char-Broiled Oysters—six perfectly cooked oysters topped with lemon, scampi butter, shallots, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan. They were delicious. My friend ordered the Steak Bao Sliders with soft bao buns, seared beef, soy glaze, carrots, and cucumber—also a hit. When it came to the main course, I was torn between a halibut dish and the filet with goat cheese ravioli. Our waiter recommended the ravioli, and I’m so glad I took the suggestion. It was a fantastic choice. My friend went with the grilled salmon, which looked just as amazing as it tasted. The restaurant had a clean, modern atmosphere with great energy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our waiter became even more personable as the evening went on, and though we lingered at our table for a while, we never felt rushed—just relaxed and well taken care of. We also ordered a couple of cocktails—don’t remember the names, but trust me, the drink menu is solid. Great selections across the board. All in all, I’d absolutely recommend STIR to anyone looking for a well-rounded dining and drink experience in Charlotte. I’m already looking forward to going back and trying something new next time!
