I understand STIRR is new but they are understaffed and unorganized. Hopefully it changes with time. The bar was packed during happy hour but there was only two bartenders and the kitchen took an average of 30 - 45 mins to bring out food orders.
My group of about 15 got a table upstairs (the host brought us to the table and everything) and we were seated for 20 mins when the manager told us our table was reserved for someone else and they were waiting to be seated so we had to get up immediately. He didn’t seem to believe us when we said the host seated us, and seemed annoyed with us even though it was his staff who sat us. He moved us to another table and one of the staff threw out some food we hadn’t finished eating, they never brought a new dish even after I mentioned it. After all this, NO ONE came to the table we were asked to leave! The seats were empty for an hour and they turned the table into 4 smaller tables.
Customer service was mixed. There are some great waiters and others with little people skills
The food was good And the drinks are well made, Just be ready to wait!
Also, my friend ordered food and they never brought it! It was well over an hour after ordering. They just need more staff and better organization.
