Google
Kyoto Katsuda - Beef Katsu It's so rare to find a good Beef Katsu restaurant outside Japan. Tender beef katsu. I ordered 8.5 oz American beef which was great. We also ordered the wagyu katsu which was better. They cooked the beef based on our own preference. Medium for me but the normal is medium rare. They didn't have the hot stone plate for us to cook the meat further like what we had in Japan. We also had salmon katsu which was delicious. Shredded cabbage salad and rice. You can ask for more. Service was excellent. If you are in the Waikiki area this is the place to try.

Asian cuisine food court with desserts. Great options from Japanese to Chinese and Korean foods. I tried the traditional Japanese Curry at a cafeteria style cafe. They offered fresh rice and curry options as well as different tempuras to pick up and add to your meal! Each meal can be taken to go, which is what I did. I also tried the fresh salmon sushi from the Japanese place next door and a Matcha Latte with Soft Serve Swirl! Delicious! I ended up coming back to the food court multiple times during my Waikīkī stay, it’s that good.

If you were looking for inexpensive, genuine, Asian food, right in the middle of Waikiki, this is the place. It’s on the lower level of the Waikiki shopping Mall. since it’s a food hall, you have your choice of cuisine from Hong Kong, India, Japan, take out or dine in. Q the bathroom. We had a great dinner at Tempura Kiki which had a full meal, including pickled vegetables, miso soup, tempura, and rice. The tempura had vegetables and your choice of meats, seafood, or more vegetables and I traded my rice for udon noodles. They delivered the fried food in two batches so it could be fresh. i’m going back again tomorrow.

Google
Cool place with a bunch of asian options (they got a noddle spasific section). The vibes are nice, definitely feels like you're not in Waikiki anymore. The one downside to me is that when it gets busy, it feels more congested than it actually is because of the space. But that shouldn't stop way from checking it out! We went to the Vietnamese place in the back, and it was good—the pho was flavorful and light, a solid choice.

Google
An absolute hidden gem. STIX Asia is an underground mall filled with AMAZING Asian restaurants selling all kinds of cuisines: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hong Kong, Taiwanese, etc! We came here on multiple nights of our trip because of how delicious everything was and everyone in our family went to a different Restaraunt based on preference (everyone was satisfied) . HIGHLY recommend, the food is absolutely delicious!!! The mall is also beautiful to walk through! Ps: you get free parking for 2 hrs if you eat at a restaurant in STIX

Google
Cool underground food court that has a lot of options! We went to a spot in the corner of the food court that looked pretty busy and the food was pretty good but the service was pretty rough. The waiter seemed frustrated when we wanted water which was awkward and he was super slow with attending to us. The handmade dumplings I had were delicious though and the tteokbokki and fried chicken were pretty good too.

Google
Plenty of options; we decided on ordering Vietnamese Pho 🍜. It was really good, the waiter was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Asian food hall to anyone :)

Google
Amazing underground food court with ~15 options for authentic Asian food. Way better than the Cheesecake Factory BS that’s always busy. Had insane Pho, Ramen, Sushi and ice cream in our 4 visits here.

Yelp
If you're a fan of variety and bold flavors, this food hall is a must-visit! We tried several spots and loved every bite. The Taiwanese stall's popcorn chicken was crispy, well-seasoned, and had the perfect crunch. There was a rice ball place at the center, and I got the salmon and roe - it was delicious, packed with flavor and a great balance of textures. The gelato place was amazing as well - highly recommend the earl grey flavor. Despite the food hall being busy, service was quick and efficient. The staff at each stall were friendly. The energy in the food hall was lively, and there was pockets of communal seating for folks who want to try several places.

Yelp
We saw an Instagram post on this and decided we have to check it out. We were staying at The LayLow and it was a short walk to this place. If you don't know what to eat, this is the perfect place to go to and walk around and see what interests you. We ate at Sushi Matsuri twice and both times did not disappoint. Their rice and soy sauce are sourced from Japan! We also went to get matcha soft serve which is close to Sushi Matsuri.

Yelp
STIX is a food hall, much akin to the food halls in Asian countries, where various restaurants will congregate in the same level to sell their food wares. Theres a few options to choose from here, including an entire section dedicated to just noodles that they deemed Noodle Street. There's certainly a variety of Asian eats to be found in this underground area. An interesting option for those who aren't quite sure what to eat, but know that they're in the mood for some Asian cuisine. Just pop on down here and wander around a bit. The hey even have a Marugame clone down here which I found hilarious.
google avatar

Trinity M.

Yelp
Pretty busy food court in Waikiki. Parking on a Saturday night was really tough as the attached garage is small and doesn't have too many spots. It's really fast paced and busy inside. They have a lot of places to eat and a bar as well!

Yelp
We were walking around the area and noticed the newer food mall, which replaced the older one called Yokocho. The new Stix Asia is a bunch of ramen shops, noodles, musubi, etc. It's wonderful that you have so many choices all in one place. This is a foodies paradise! Well, if you are trying to knock out a lot of ramen/noodle places. LOL.
google avatar

Vince N.

Yelp
Formerly known as the Waikiki Yokocho, Stix is the new name of the revitalized food hall located in the basement of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza. Of the 14 spaces, 4 original tenants have reopened, the rest are new and 3 spaces are still vacant. The concept has changed from all-Japanese to a mix of Asian cuisines. I did have plans to try one of the new noodle shops but the vibe inside Stix was dreary and dead and put me and my appetite off. OVERALL: Perhaps when tourism from Japan recovers, the place will be pumping again. Until then, best of luck to the existing businesses.

Yelp
TOO EXPENSIVE!!! Get the same food at somewhere for the same taste unless if you have no car m, you have no choice otherwise get it somewhere else
google avatar

Keisha C.

Yelp
Such a fun place to visit since they have different options for whatever you are feeling. I got this soba and tempura set for $20 which was a pretty good deal for the amount of food you get. Soba was super delicious and you can choose what type of noodle you want. I went for the original which had the perfect bite and sauce was delicious too. Tempura was good but a bit soggy but I liked the assortment that they gave. One shrimp, two green beans, carrot, and eggplant. Service was fast as well although they aren't that many tables so you might have to wait if they are full. They also validate parking for two hours which is great for locals since I know parking in Waikiki can be a pain. I also got nanas green tea for dessert but forgot to take a picture. Love their ice cream!

Yelp
Sold as an Asian food hall, Stix Asia is a basement remodel in an otherwise shabby building, filled with mostly so-so restaurants. It has a nice, new look but if you step foot outside into the main building, you'll see what used to be. Parking isn't that hard for Waikiki due to the attached structure but the restaurants are all in categories (udon, ramen, Chinese, etc) that you can find better elsewhere on the island.
google avatar

Dilys S.

Yelp
Sometimes we just need something fast and quick such as this pan Asian food court: simple Japanese food udon, Taiwanese beef noodle, awesome Shanghai Bar in the center, Japanese nigiri and Japanese hojicha. There are many good Asian food in Hawaii but this one is fast, conveniently located near Waikiki and the attraction. Cool concept, kind of fun, wish there are more like this across the united states. The price is good, it's like fast quick meal before all the activities

Yelp
If you're hungry and you know it, come here!! What used to be Yokocho is now Stix! Same gig, different name. They do have new restaurants now but essentially they're similar. Parking is in the building, entrance is on Lau'ula St. But don't fret, there's plenty of parking nearby, even for Ross and next to the Ross parking entrance. Check rates. They have preserved the beloved cuisines, just with different vendors. For instance, they still got the tempura spot, ramen street, matcha corner and bar in the middle. Plenty of choices for apps, entrees and dessert! Make sure to double check with each place if you are kamaaina as many will give a small discount. Remember, a penny is still money. I'd say selection here is great! You definitely can find something. And prices are not too bad. It's not super expensive so you won't go broke (especially if you're local). Waikiki still belongs to kamaaina too so support local businesses here! Let's keep them alive :)

Yelp
Always love this spot. We're sad to see shokuden ramen go, it's one of the best ramen places on island and we don't know where they are now, but at least there are some new spots opened up that we can try. Our favorites here are tempura Kiki, Ao gelato, HK café and nana green tea. We have yet to try the other eateries and they look promising. It's a great food hall with so many choices. Make sure you walk around and check out all your options before sitting down! They offer 2 hours of parking validation at waikiki shopping plaza (don't confuse with business plaza and other garages) with receipt of minimum spend. You get a sticker. When you run your ticket at the parking ticket machine, scan your ticket barcode first and then your sticker bar code. Stix is at the basement level if you come here via elevator. Bathrooms require a code which is printed at the bottom of your restaurant receipt. Free WiFi with details on the wall by the main entrance at the bottom of the stairs. Ask if they offer kamaaina discount. We got 10% off. It helps because it's expensive in waikiki!

Yelp
My friend and I were going to try some noodles, but we couldn't make up our minds. There were so many choices! The entrance of this restaurant Seto sushi caught my eyes because I am originally from the area in Japan. Plus, it has been some time I had unagi (eel) and I was in a mood of rice as well. I would say that the size is for the lady, just right for me to have a kettle room left for dessert. The service was superb and friendly as the man served us brought us a real green tea that itself probably cost 5, 6 dollars a cup easily. My friend agreed that was not a tea bag. It's a real thing! She also said the tempura was fantastic. Not oily. crispy and fresh. Place was clean and lighting was perfect- not too dark or bright. we went to STIX at lunchtime and most of places offered kamaaina discounts, or some specials. I would definitely go back to try other dishes soon.

Yelp
Ate at Bario Ramen for dinner. Had a Bario Ramen for dinner. Nice hearty, so densely porky soup, so delicious! Good chew in the ramen. The char shu was nicely roasted, great flavor. I could eat this every day

Yelp
Found out about STIX Asia through a search while I was looking for new Hawaii eats for 2024. Once I was able to figure out the location, I realized I had passed by this place about 2 years ago while it was still 'under construction'. Fast forward to 2 years later and they are conveniently located right along the strip. Might be hard to locate through GPS because they are a lower level food court place. There are many restaurants downstairs and right across from the Royal Hawaiian. Some restaurants include an udon place which looks comparable to Marugame Udon, a pho place, sushi restaurant and smaller restaurants such as a mini rice ball stand and green tea ice cream. It appears they are still expanding so there is still more to come. I am looking forward to more restaurants once they expand further. There are multiple entry points but only one side has an escalator which is closer to the Royal Hawaiian. The other entry points are stairs.
google avatar

Yelp
STIX Asia is the coolest place in Waikiki. It is an Asian food hall with different restaurants. Towards the back of the food hall is a section called Noodle Street where they have a ramen/noodle dedicated quadrant and it's moody with lanterns and wood. The ambience there is super cool! They validate parking at certain times if you spend enough so if your group visits with the intent of eating a meal, then you are getting free parking. We came twice and dined at different restaurants each time. There's something for everyone. For clarification, this is not a food court. Meaning you cannot get food at different restaurants and eat communally. They are restaurants were separate eating areas.

Yelp
Phenomenal lots of variety and decent service every where we all got different things and then ate in a common area- very cool options we got matcha tea, sushi, Japanese curry all in one meal !
google avatar

Danielle G.

Yelp
A friend had recommended Stix Asia to us and jokingly said this food hall was all we needed 'for our trip. We ended up coming back to Stix Asia on three separate occasions to try different food, so I guess he wasn't too far off base in his prediction. On our first visit we arrived mid afternoon on a weekday and it was very quiet and some restaurants had closed the lunch window to prepare for dinner. All other occasions (dinner/weekend), it was much busier for all the restaurants there. When it is busy, it felt like we weren't in Waikiki anymore, but rather in an Asian street market. There is definitely a variety and many options, but I also like how they highlight different types of ramen from different regions. So on first glance, it appears like a lot of similar type restaurants especially in 'Noodle Street' but they are culturally different. We loved Nanamusubi and Nana's green tea. I would for sure come back for those two spots!
google avatar

Dan A.

Yelp
Walked through this old/new food hall in the basement of The Waikiki Shopping Plaza on Kalakaua Ave. Formerly Waikiki Yokocho pre-pandemic, it is now Stix Asia since December of 2023. Ramen Bario, Nana's Green Tea, and Nanamusubi are former establishments that I recall being at the old food hall. I strolled thru - hours are 1100 to 2200. Parking validation from 1700 - 2200, on the weeknights; on the weekends, it's from 1100 - 2200. I will dine here at some point but not this afternoon. Also, at 1100 it was a ghost town...out in the stix.
google avatar

Cyrus A.

Yelp
Good food, great prices! Stix has a food court setup with a number of different Asian cuisines available. I went with one of the udon shops and it hit the spot. At under $15 for a pretty sizable bowl, it was a good deal for a pretty tasty dish! The place itself is a little chaotic. No single restaurant within the food court has a ton of seating, so it's a bit of a round robin trying to find one that isn't full. With so much foot traffic, it'll definitely make you feel like you're competing for a place to eat. Still, once you do choose one of the restaurants, you'll get a good meal that won't break the bank.
google avatar

Heidi N.

Yelp
Love that they have a range of different asian foods (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc) some authentic some fusion. Also love that you can find some really authentic not so common cultural dishes (I.e. intestines, tripe, etc). They really do try their best to make the most high quality dishes at a reasonable price. But I think all and all the lower quality is noticeable. That being said who this place really works for is a wide range of people - families or large parties who can't agree on one restaurant, people who like to drink good drinks/top shelf while eating dinner, people who don't have the luxury to try all different restaurants due to time or they don't have a car. It really works for most who readily understands and accepts the convenience and wide selection of a food court.
google avatar

Cynthia A.

Yelp
I frequent stix once a week to eat at barrio, HK cafe or at the udon restaurant. You only get free parking if you order over $35 but sometimes a bowl from barrio isn't enough. My review today is specific to the parking and management of Stix- not for any of the restaurants. I came for Barrio today and didn't make the $35 - had to go and buy something else and while waiting in the line and the food, went over the parking by 2 minutes and still had to pay $3 for parking. What a nightmare. I come here a lot but feel penalized when I can't make the parking requirement $35. Kind of sucks when I want to support a restaurant who knows me as a frequent customer because I can just go to the Ala Moana restaurant instead (barrio) and at HK Cafe in Chinatown and not have to worry about paying for parking. I guess in the future that means I won't come to Stix as often.
google avatar

Betty Y.

Yelp
This is a really fun food hall which holds a bar, several restaurants and in a nicely decorated and renovated space in the basement of a centrally located mall. We split our group and enjoyed food from a ramen stand and the Cantonese food stand. Both groups were happy and we are glad to have come down here to check it out. It wasn't that busy for lunch but don't worry, the food was good.
google avatar

Lois I.

Yelp
Visited Stix Asia.....it was very crowded...ended up at Bario. Service was excellent and the food was ok.....i ordered the veggie ramen with the tonkotsu broth. I loved all the veggies, but the both was a bit bland. The seating was ok, albeit cramped and very noisy...not very impressed and will probably visit the Ala Moana Food court. For 4 ramen and one diet coke, the bill with tip was $93.00....tooooo expensive.

Yelp
It was lunch time in Honolulu and we had been walking for awhile taking in the sights. We saw the sign for STIX ASIA Asian Foodhall and I was intrigued and dragged hubby downstairs. What a wonderful world of yummy food! We decided on Sushi Matsuri and had a great light lunch of a sushi roll and veggie tempura. It just felt comfy in that warm, Asian food city. Give it a try.
google avatar

Anna L.

Yelp
Awesome place, by far one of the nicest food halls we've ever been in. Options are excellent especially if you're in the market for Asian food. Super fresh and delicious. Everyone in our party left happy and full with whichever vendor their hearts desired.
google avatar

Sarah L.

Yelp
I am so glad that the owners have taken into consideration that locals would come here with their family and friends, often driving more than one car. They have updated their validation system! If you spend $70+, you can now get two validations! With this new change, I am definitely more willing to make the venture into Waikiki for some delicious food. Also goes to show that the owners listen and value their customers reviews which is a plus!

Yelp
Looking for a one stop shop for everything Asia has to offer? STIX Asia is your place to go. Located in the old Yokocho this revived food alley makes it way into your belly. This is a melting pot of "home away from home for your belly." Everything you eat here can be consumed with chopSTIXS (Pun intended) Make your way to Honolulu Noodle Co and you'll warm your belly with these noodles in a broth that is like no other. Opt in for some beef fat to add extra flavor or keep it light without it. The choice is fully in your control. The noodles are done in a way where it's thick enough to slurp and enough chew to break down all the carb-oblivious goodness. Gyoza on point with the crispy mouth punching flavors. My favorite was the omikase sushi spot. I don't typically like raw salmon but boy did I inhale it all in. Hamachi was great despite it not being my normal hamachi carpaccio. The shoyu has a slightly sweet flavor so it's not your regular Aloha Shoyu. Making this spot a place to try. Cute decor and adds a touch of customer service for a basket to place your personal items in. Seating can allow for a part of ten or more making it a great place for friends and family. Ktown is the home of cheese/hot dog sticks and Korean rice bowls. Not a huge fan of fried foods so this was probably my least favorite during the Stix Week. Nanas Green Tea! HOJICHA!!!!! Straight from Japan , the flavors are so rich and toasty. After sampling the hojicha I had to get more so I opted in for the parfait. Sadly it was too good I forgot to snap a picture but my belly was satisfied. I'm not much of a drinker but the bar did offer mocktails. The mocktail I had was a yuzu mix and it was a powerful Yuzu flavor. Definitely worth the stop even if you're not a drinker. The food you order is from Honolulu noodle co kitchen so you'll get a twofer.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of Stix. I love the variety of options that they have and how easily accessible it in when you work in the Waikiki area. It's a go to place for work lunches considering all the choices usually you don't have to wait, and for pau hana too. (bonus for their lunch specials and kama aina discount) I've tried most of the places, and they definitely are great to cater to different friends or visitors' interests. My parents when they came from LA loved Honolulu Noodle company, and for friends that don't know tempura, tempura kiki is a must- I love the sets and how they bring out everything out in two waves fresh so its warm and crispy. Bonus that they have the tendon sauce at the table, probably the only time I ever finish my rice. My friend from Japan loves the ramen options and how they really do show off how different regions do ramen in Japan. The soba noodle has a good set that coworkers have enjoyed, and you can't go wrong with the ao gelato with their specialty flavors. Just beware if its an unpopular flavor there may be some ice crystals in it unfortunately. I loved all the anniversary specials they had, From the $10 Tuesday, to raffles, free mango gelato and contests. It really made me realize all the good options stix has. You'll catch me here again shortly

Yelp
Loooove this hidden gem!! It's in the basement of Waikiki Shopping Plaza. Once I learned about it from Yelp we have been hooked! Not only do they have a ton of great restaurants, they have validated parking weeknights and all day weekends. Plus most places have kamaaina discount. Score!! We have tried almost all of the eateries here but regardless of where we go for the main meal, we always end up at Nanamusubi for a snack! Their mentaiko is the best...and made fresh!! Can't wait to try all of them!!
google avatar

Jessica F.

Yelp
Stix Asia is a great spot for lunch or dinner. My friend and I visited this food hall multiple times - twice for udon and a third time for another noodle restaurant. The udon is delicious and reasonably priced! Highly recommend and there are no lines.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a fun place in Waikiki! So many restaurants to choose from! It's bright & clean and not very crowded! Wish they would open a place like this in Ala Moana shopping center! Perhaps they would get more business?? My girlfriend took me to Tempura Kiki! I wish I could try each place but rarely go to Waikiki cause of the parking!
google avatar

Carmen L.

Yelp
This food hall reminded me of a Japanese food court location at the bottom of a shopping mall. There are different kinds of Asian options to choose from from Taiwanese beef noodles soup to Korean food. We tried the rice ball and the soba place and we like both of them. I hope more people are willing to give this place a try bc it's convenient especially with kids after a long day of traveling or at the beach, you just don't want to go too far to eat and this is a great place to check out.

Yelp
Location: In Waikiki in the basement of the mall. If you find exterior of Sephora, go a bit to the right and then you will see an escalator that will take you down to the awesome fun Asian food hall. I was staying at the Sheraton Waikiki and had a craving for Chinese and walked across the street to HK Cafe. Prices: This is Waikiki so the prices are going to be a bit high. Food: So many options from Chinese, Japanese, fusion, and more. It was fun to just walk around to see the options. Cleanliness: above average, everyone takes pride in their restaurant location

Yelp
Made our way to Stix for lunch. Any time we're here during lunch hours, you wonder if they're open for business as only a handful of patrons are here having lunch and the place is almost empty. Any way, we go to one of the restaurants and have lunch. Food or the restaurant wasn't the problem. 2 stars rating is for management of Stix (specifically, their parking dept). We asked the restaurant if they validate parking. Lady says yes, to take our parking ticket to the center counter of Stix; next to Nana's Green Tea. We take our ticket there and no one was there. We see the sign that says parking is validated during dinner time (or 5PM? 7PM?). We return to the restaurant and ask if they validate during lunch hours. The lady there again says yes, that the guy that is supposed to be here (usually wearing a red vest?) should be back if he's wandering around somewhere. She confirms with another waiter there and he says "yeah, you kind of have to wait around." So we wait at the counter.... and wait....and wait. Well, we've got jobs and we have to get going. We go upstairs to the security booth and ask if they know where the parking validation guy is. Security guy tells us we weren't the only ones that ask that question, and that he doesn't know. So we go downstairs again and wait...and wait. So... is this how management works here at Stix? Do you, or don't you validate during lunch hours? If so, can you make sure that someone is there at the validation desk??? Why are we walking around trying to find some guy in a red vest? Looks like this has been an ongoing issue; the way security was reacting. We gave up and paid $6.00 for parking as we had things to do and couldn't wait for another 25 min - I'm sure it would have cost us another $3.00 if we kept waiting. I don't care about paying $6.00 - but if this place offers validation, then make sure someone is there to validate. If not, why not provide validation stickers to each restaurant?

Yelp
5 stars because they have Nana's Green Tea in there. Really a chill place to hang out with friends and chill. If you go during off hours then you definitely can find a space to sit down. Wifi is free and the signal is strong so it's a really cool vibe to just unwind and relax from the craziness of Waikiki

Yelp
Stix Asia used to be Waikiki Yokocho, a retro Japanese food hall, now transformed into a modernized Asian food hub. Although I do miss the old-school arcades, this is quite an upgrade. They now have more variety from authentic Korean, Chinese, and Japanese dishes specializing in different cuisines at each spot. Previously the restaurants used to be repetitive. They currently have about 13 open restaurants or food stalls to try out. Overall: Very clean and maintained. And the folks here seem nice. Additional seating by the Seaside Entrance if you want to order takeout instead of dining at the restaurant. For access to Stix Asia restrooms, the code is located at the bottom of the receipt from one of their vendors.

Yelp
This food hall has lots of Asian restaurants inside! Walk down the escalator and try Barrio Ramen! My friends were there and told me it was so bomb. Then, two days later, my aunt ate there and told me it was the best ramen. So finally, I tried it after everyone convinced me, and it was, in fact, bomb! There are also Vietnamese, Cantonese, Japanese, and dessert spots. This place is Asian-approved!

Yelp
Came here during a federal holiday on Juneteenth and was really disappointed that Gashoken was closed. We came into town for the sole purpose of eating their ramen but they were the only shop that was closed. There's a few ramen shops here but I thought it would be bigger like Shirokiya back in the day but it wasn't. We ended up eating at Akatsuki and although the noodles have the awesome texture and taste, the broth was too sweet for my taste. Also, the terrible part was that they don't validate parking on Monday-Fridays until 5pm-10pm at the Waikiki Shopping Plaza. So I had to pay $9 parking even though we spent over $100 eating here for lunch. So the lesson here is Do Not Go during the day on federal holidays. That sucks for the local people who want to go there on the holiday! Validation should be available when they're opened during the day and night! We had the matcha soft cream after our ramen and it was the strongest matcha flavored icecream I've ever had. Delicious but a tad bit strong for my taste. Overall, this place could do better. Hopefully they'll make some changes to their parking validation policy and cater to the locals and not only tourists.

Yelp
Stix Asia is an awesome little gem located in the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Plenty of eateries to satisfy people's Asian food cravings. It feels like walking into many restaurants in Asia. Love the ambiance and decor of this space. This is a fun spot to come with large groups of people since there's so many places to choose from. Everyone who works here has been very kind and friendly. I've tried most of the vendors here thankfully to a Yelp event and everything was delicious! Our favorite dessert spot is Nana's Green Tea and Ao gelato :) the Udon place was so yummy and comparable to the popular Maragume Udon. Recommend!

Yelp
This is my first time ever having the honor to come eat at and try their food. I am definitely coming back again. Their service was 10 out of 10 and I love that it was such a vibe.

Yelp
Love the variety of choices of different Asian foods. Nana's green tea is a must! I like that there are tables available to sit at together if a big group of people want food from different places. Just a little bummed that ramen bario won't do takeout if they are busy. My kid was super bummed couldn't get gyoza. My other kid was also bummed out that the Korean hot dog / tornado potato place closed down, but luckily Udon Yama had curry! But, I love that there's parking validation now with $35 purchase. And some places offer Kama'aina discount!

Yelp
Stix Asia has so many asian eateries to choose from! Wether it's sushi, hotpot, ramen, Korean street foods to desserts... you name it! Basically like a food court but asian style. As a first timer, of course I wanted to try most but will SURE be back to try the others. Service from all of the eateries we tried were very friendly. I 100% recommend. We parked at the Royal Hawaiian Center which is just the street over and in front of H&M. We also did have to buy something from Royal Hawaiian to get our parking validated however that was not an issue.

Yelp
Interesting spot, but the concept is flawed. We came as a group of 5, all wanting meals from different restaurants. If they would offer a communal eating area where we could order what we want, but still sit together, I would rate this place much higher.

Yelp
A friend recommended this place to us and so glad he did. It has a variety of Asian cuisine in one spot. Prices vary depending on where you go but you won't be disappointed. We got the Vietnamese one night and the Udon another. Both were tasty and satisfied us adults and our children. Service is friendly for the most part. No problem with seating. Bathrooms are clean!

Yelp
This eatery is located in the underground level of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza and offers a variety of Asian foods. There's a good selection of restaurants to choose from, and you have table service from the restaurant you order your food. I don't think the restaurants allow outside food. What I mean is that you can't order from one restaurant and bring it in to another restaurant. After walking through and looking at the offerings, which took about 10 minutes, we settled on Kiki, they bill themselves as authentic tempura. Kiki is newly opened and had a special price of 50% off on two specials, one which was already sold out. Our meal was quite substantial and the tempura was fried to perfection. Light, airy and most of all, the oil was fresh. I don't know how long the special will last but I thought it was a good deal and would even order this if I didn't get it for 50% off. The bathrooms in this eatery are clean and well maintained. It's locked and you need a code to get in. I think certain restaurants will validate parking in the building, but call them before going there. See the pics of STIX and Kiki.

Yelp
STIX ASIA, the reincarnation of the old Waikiki Yokocho, stands as a melting pot of Asian cuisine in the heart of Waikiki. This first-level food hall offers a diverse array of vendors, creating a tapestry of flavors under one roof, complete with a central spot for drinks and chats. I've embarked on a culinary tour across most of these eateries, and while I can't fault any for being bad, none have left a lasting imprint on my foodie soul. There's a missing 'X factor' that would compel me to brave the Waikiki traffic for a repeat visit. Interestingly, the footfall here seems to be a shadow of its predecessor, regardless of the time or day. This quieter ambiance is a stark contrast to the bustling energy of Waikiki Yokocho. Adding to the mix is the mystery of the vendor directory - some listed restaurants seem to be fleeting ghosts, opening and closing in the blink of an eye, or sometimes never appearing at all. However, the warmth of the staff is undeniable. As you wander into 'noodle street,' their eagerness to share the uniqueness of their noodles is both charming and inviting. Each visit to Waikiki includes a walkthrough STIX ASIA, more out of habit and hope than necessity. In my view, the key to STIX ASIA's potential success lies in its management. A concerted effort to drive more foot traffic and secure tenants with standout, memorable dishes could transform this food hall from a mere dining option to a must-visit destination in Waikiki. It's about creating not just meals, but experiences that linger in the memory long after the plates are cleared.

Yelp
One of my local friends recommended this place to me and noted "fun place with really authentic food," She wasn't joking. There was a large selection of different types of food from all over the Asian countries and even contained desserts. I selected. Udon Yama because I was craving udon. I got the Nikutani for $15 (not bad) but each tempura piece was 2-4 dollars (eek), The broth was rich, the noodles tangy and the onsen egg was perfection! They had water on the side and this store was right by the entrance.
