This is an unpleasant experience. Over an hour, we got water and 1 very delayed sub cocktail. Not busy... We sat and watched the bartender delay our drinks... The waitresses... Zero personality, annoyed looks, side eye, ignored us.. Then I noticed the few other customers, no one smiling, no one enjoying their experience. We never got our food, gave up... Strange it's a Steakhouse & ya can't smell steak cooking. Not worth the money you will spend. Dissapointing for a Birthday...

We had a great night celebrating my brother’s birthday! The meat was absolutely amazing, and the cocktails were really good too. The service was great — although one small downside: they offered truffle butter for my brother’s steak as a birthday treat, but then charged us for it. The main reason I chose this place was because it was supposed to have a DJ set every Friday and Saturday night. We went on a Friday, and unfortunately, there was no DJ — and the place was kind of empty, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the playlist they had on was excellent and really set a good vibe. Overall, I’d still recommend this spot if you’re looking for great meat and good music!

Had the best Sunday night at STK with my family! The vibe was super fun and the food & drinks totally blew us away. Shoutout to our server Kelly— she was awesome and happily accommodated a gluten allergy, gave great recommendations, and checked on us just the right amount. Everything came out perfectly cooked, and the portions were bigger than we expected. The Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass was the highlight of our meal, and the cotton candy butter cake might be the most fun + delicious dessert we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I came here for restaurant week to try out and we were not disappointed. Food: Everything we tried was very delicious. All the sides and dips or sauces paired very well with each other. The bread was to die for, Australian wagyu was melt in mouth, and all the apps and sides were perfect. The chocolate cake is also a must. Service: Our waiter was Tim and he was very informative with the flavors, recommendations, and just made sure we had the best experience. If you get Tim, you'll have a great time. Atmosphere: I absolutely loved the atmosphere here. All the beautifully lit trees and paintings, and even a portion where bricks looked like they were coming out, was so appealing. The music they had playing was very good in my opinion also. It was pretty much remixes of popular songs. 10/10 would recommend STK.

This was my first time dining at a STK restaurant, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The ambiance was great, and the host, Lee, was wonderful—friendly, professional, and even acknowledged my husband’s birthday upon check-in. That’s where the good experience ended. Our server's customer service was disappointing. He was not attentive—didn’t check on us once to see if we were enjoying our food, didn’t notice when our drinks were empty, and most noticeably, completely ignored my husband’s birthday. I had to ask on our way out if they even do anything for birthdays, nothing was offered or acknowledged by our server the entire time. As for the food, it was underwhelming for the price. The lamb was good as well as the lobster mac&cheese but the ribeye was dry and tough…definitely not worth what we paid. When the cost of the meal doesn’t match the level of service or quality, it’s hard to justify a return. This was not the experience I expected, and I won’t be patronizing STK again.

Wow what can i say? STK never disappoints! Came in for gno on a Sunday evening and vibes were amazing. The service was impeccable from the moment we were greeted to the moment we walked out. The food was nothing but short of amazing! I always enjoy the yummy sides as well. I usually will do a cocktail but am currently participating in Dry July and our server was able to have any cocktail made into a mocktail which was a plus! DJ here also always knows how the set the mood, the music was great. I have nothing but good things to say about STK. Can’t wait to be back!!

Does not disappoint! I took my mom for their Steak Night menu and she was completely satisfied. Our server Alyssa was so attentive and sweet. She made the experience that much more amazing. We love STK!

Yelp
Food was 5/10, nothing exceptional but nothing actually bad. Very expensive for serving sizes and flavor Service was fantastic - 10/10. Ryan was our server and without him it would be a 2/5 restaurant for sure.

Yelp
We went for date night to celebrate our anniversary and for the steak night in America deal. We had a great time. There was a DJ in the back spinning good tunes and it was vibes! Not a quiet, serious email like most steak houses but a vibey fun place to have a meal. We started off with their award winning spiced watermelon drink. It was delicious! Right ratio of watermelon to tequila. We had the lil brgs and the Caesar salad to start. The lil brgs were great and so flavorful. The Caesar was HUGE! My husband had the NY strip and I had the filet. Mine was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious! We ordered the Waygu umami butter to go on top. Someone came and melted it table side (which seemed a bit much but it was fun). The Mac and cheese and asparagus as sides were perfect. The Mac came in a nice skillet with all the melty cheese on top. We also had a bottle of Prosecco to share. We had the bag o donuts for dessert. The raspberry was the best sauce. The chocolate had a weird after taste. The Dulce de leche didn't stick to the donut very well. Overall it was SO much food we have an entire 2nd meal for dinner tonight. Over server was great. Her name was D something... she was training someone which no big deal, just meant we got extra service. My husband had always seen the flaming sparkler shots so we got a few of those! Since we were celebrating our anniversary, they added one to our donut plate. Overall great experience.

Yelp
We decided to pop in here Wednesday evening before heading to a show at the Buell. We sat at the bar and had a fantastic experience. Thomas was our bartender and made our evening. The happy hour cocktail specials $9 for their specialty drinks is outstanding. Thomas made me my first espresso martini- yes I'm behind the trend! It was delicious! My hubby had the old fashion and he's pretty picky and enjoyed it very much . We both had a second drink- me , spicy watermelon, and my hunny had a drink with espresso in it too and really liked it. We had a HH meatballs-2 per order, little dry but tasty. We shared the halibut fish n chips. These were very very yummy. The reason for 4 stars was the price of the entree; $57. We aren't cheapsters , we felt it was a bit overpriced. We will definitely be back for drinks and HH and hoping Thomas is bar tending- he really made our night start off in the best way! He earned 10 stars from us. Thank you!!

Yelp
Majorly disappointed by the experience overall. I've been to many restaurants that had no vegan options but to go to a chain of this caliber in 2025 and they have nothing vegan is flabbergasting. Regardless of its speciality or not. And then when i inquired it was just met with a simply, "nope nothing" The server/ bartender was great but the experience overall was not worth i(! I ordered a mule that was so flavorful. For my friends who did have the chance to order some food we arrived at 10:00 pm for our reservations. When we arrived the table was not readily available. There was at least a 10 minute work. From that point after place the food the appetizers came out within 10 minutes but over 50 mins later and the food still hasn't come out. While the management stopped by the table and checked in asked us about our travel there was no acknowledgement of the RIDICULOUS wait times. -- the food eventually arrived at 11:29 p.m. nearly ninety minutes later right before they closed might i add. The one thing i can say I did enjoy about the experience was the vibe. Nice good music and upscale aesthetic. i have never been thrilled about the hype and won't be back to return for the experience. At least I could say i got the chance to check it out. I paid for a drink with liquor i didn't have in it. It was just annoying experience that has drained me.

Yelp
So. Freaking. Good! I'm not a big steakhouse person, but came here with friends to celebrate a special moment. The food is definitely expensive, but I enjoyed each and every bite (with the exception of the bread, but that's okay lol). We ate during happy hour, so I appreciated the fact that i could get a cocktail for $9. The waiter was nice & the manager (I'm assuming that's who he is) was extremely friendly and talkative. STK will be seeing me again!!!!!!

Yelp
Wow, this place has gone downhill. Mediocre service at best with declining quality of meat. No longer the special occasion place that it used to be.

Yelp
While driving to our hotel, I spotted STK and instantly knew we had to go as I'd never been before! Fate was on our side because when we checked in, the concierge informed us that hotel guests get 10% off at STK. AMAZING! On our way to dinner elsewhere, we decided to take a quick look at the STK menu... and before we knew it, we ended up having a full meal that started with just one appetizer, lol! Our waitress was phenomenal. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to recommend and explain a good portion of the menu while checking on us frequently. When we had to wait a bit for our check, she brought out champagne as an apology! Honestly, she had been so great throughout our meal that I didn't even notice the wait. We went on a Saturday during happy hour, and there were plenty of couples enjoying the menu in a relaxed but vibey environment. Here's what we ordered: - Oysters on the Half Shell - Lil BRG and Truffle Fries - Japanese A5 Wagyu Taco - Tuna Tartare Taco - Crispy Calamari - STK & Frites Everything was fantastic, but the STK & Frites deserves special acknowledgement. It was the cutest way to sample steak and fries--the steak was perfectly cooked with just the right hint of salt, and the fries had a great crispy exterior. Paired with what seemed to be a béarnaise sauce, it was absolutely divine!

Yelp
I ordered two WELL DONE burgers with fries through doordash. One of the burgers was medium rare and the other was rare/raw and looked disgusting. The raw one also had what appeared to be grilled onions which I did not ask for. My boyfriend took two bites of the rare one and threw it away. He has been vommiting since eating that mess. AVOID stk at all costs as they do not know how to follow clear instructions and are in the business of poisoning people. I wish I could rate this place negative a billion.

Yelp
Our experience last night at STK was great! We weren't to happy we sat in the bar section, but glad we did. Had a great waitress and it was ideal were people watching and listening to the dj. The only complaint I have was I got the 6oz filet and the 3 grilled shrimp. The disappointment part was how small the shrimp were. I was expecting a little bigger than the 3 small shrimp on the plate. For me I should have just ordered the 10oz filet and it would have been a better value than the what I got. Otherwise the dining experience was great.

Yelp
I had high hopes for STK in downtown Denver, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. The menu looked promising, but the execution was disappointing. The steak was overcooked and under-seasoned, leaving us underwhelmed. On the brighter side, the Wagyu was tender and flavorful, definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the sides were overpriced and disappointing--the asparagus was fine, but the whipped potatoes had a porridge-like texture that was off-putting. The cocktail menu was solid, and the atmosphere was lively with a fun music playlist, though it felt more like a club than a fine dining experience. The server was polite but seemed rushed, making the service feel more "get-in, get-out" than genuinely attentive. It felt like a place trying too hard to impress on the surface, with a vibe reminiscent of Miami's flashy scene where people spend big on subpar food and service. For a $300 dinner for two, we expected much better quality and hospitality. Definitely not worth the price--I'd rather have a perfectly seasoned steak and superb service elsewhere. Would not return.

Yelp
I ordered the $70 thanksgiving dinner and was greatly disappointed. It was advertised having pie, sweet potatoes, green beans etc. Instead I received sweet potato fries, no pie, no stuffing, no parm crusted potatoes, and overcooked and soggy asparagus. When I called to let them know my takeout order was extremely wrong, I was given an attitude and told "I don't know what you want me to do". This ruined my thanksgiving dinner. If you're out of items, call or cancel the order.

Yelp
Was there on New year eve With some friends First off the food we had was Great Very pricey but I'm ok with that as long as the food is Good The Service was Good , wait person Was awesome The only problem was that they push in a bunch of small tables into The front of the restaurant were there was a door leading out to the outdoor patio That let in subzero cold blow over the tables That's fine but when you spend over $100 per plate of food to go cold before your 1/2 way through eating it its not the best

Yelp
Tim was excellent! He made our anniversary extra special 10/10 recommend this food and him! Thank you STK for have such great staff!

Chrissy L.

Yelp
This has to be one of the worst steakhouses in Denver. Our bill totaled over $400, yet it took an hour and a half for us to receive our steaks. When they finally arrived, the steaks were tough and overcooked. After informing the staff, they offered to recook the steak, but the second attempt was even worse than the first. We then asked if we could order something else instead, but they refused, stating that we would still be charged for the original steak--even though we had to send it back because it was medium well instead of the medium rare we had requested. For a restaurant with such high prices, you would expect not only quality food but also decent service. Unfortunately, this place delivered neither. The overall experience was incredibly disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a good steakhouse in Denver.

Yelp
Had such a great girls night here!! The food was to die for and the ambiance was everything we needed! So classy and such a vibe! The drinks were so good and our server was top notch! Order the Mac and cheese and steak!! You won't regret it !

Yelp
I had a reservation for five people on Thanksgiving. My mother ordered the Lobster Linguine and shared some of it with my parents-in-law. All three of them developed symptoms of food poisoning that night. The next morning, I had to take my mother had to go to Urgent Care to get fluids. My in-laws were sick, but not to the same degree I contacted STK and Cole, one of the Managers, called me back. I recounted everything that happened. I gave my information and was assured that a case would be opened. I followed up a couple of weeks later and was told that it was in the hands of their corporate. To date, I have not got a resolution. I have not heard from anyone at corporate. What was meant to be a great night getting my extended family together was ruined and my mother spent the remainder of her trip recovering. They have been given every opportunity to make this right, but seemingly don't care about the safety of their customers.

Yelp
Such a great experience, loved everything from the watermelon cocktail to the mushroom pasta! 10/10 would recommend! Not to mention the service is always exceptional too!

Yelp
TLDR: I'm giving 2 stars I would have given 0 if not for the bartender and FOH staff. That is ALL. I will not be back and I will not try this place again which breaks my heart because it is not the staff's fault. This was hard, so much potential, the ambiance is beautiful which means leadership is garbage. I ordered the crab cake initially I took one bite and had to work to not gag from the salt (I love seafood if you see my other reviews) then got meatballs because I thought not seafood meat can't be as deathly salty but these meatballs made me cry. They actually used real rice in the balls (Cilician) but they didn't actually cook them so the driest balls (insert dirty jokes please) I've ever had. I try to be the most factual and clear feedback giver and I did for the first time ever say I will not come back to the manager. Nothing against them or the bar staff, the food was absolutely garbage. I'm sorry I don't have more to say other than no. Drinks good, food no. And based on that there other places with the same drinks for no food. ‍

Yelp
Always 5 stars here. Greeted at the door by this handsome gentleman dressed to the nines. Immediately sat and given a rundown of the menu and happy hour deals since it was that time. Enjoyed our meal before heading to the Ball Arena for the concert. Fantastic oysters just the right size. They also had a DJ come in to spin the tunes. I love the neon lights and backgrounds for pics.

Yelp
Excellent steak with a presentation you'd expect for a higher end steak house. Spring for the truffle butter on top and you'll be even more pleased. They have a couple's dinner special that's worth trying that includes almost everything you'd want. Add some drinks to this and you're in for a great night

Yelp
We went here after landing in Denver from New York. I was hungry and wanted a steak. That was until I saw that the pleasure of a relatively small piece of meat would cost me on average $70, a la carte. So I ordered a mushroom truffle pasta in cream sauce. Still expensive at almost $50, but truffles are also expensive to cook with. The waitress (who was very nice and trying to be helpful) asked if I would like a protein on the pasta. I asked what they had. She suggested the short ribs. So, as for the quality of the dish, it was a soggy mess of over-creamed pasta. The mushroom and truffle were completely drowned (if they were actually in there) by a nauseatingly heavy cream. The short rib topping was fine, but when mixed it was also just a sloppy mess. Here's the kicker: we get the check and I am charged for the pasta, and then, for the "added protein" of short ribs, another $40!! They wanted to charge me about $90 dollars for a plate of mediocre pasta. I said no. I spoke to the waitress and told her it was unacceptable. She spoke to the manager and they took $20 off the bill. I am still fuming that I purchased a $70 plate of pasta. Never, ever, ever will I set foot in an STK ever again. If you are silly enough to waste your money here, then good for you. Too many amazing restaurants with great vibes to be willingly ripped off by a third rate steakhouse.
google avatar

David G.

Yelp
This place is alright. Steak was a little over cooked and the drinks are good but expensive. Set you back $22.00 a drink! Our waiter was attentive and provided good service. Truthfully Outback is just as good for a fraction of the price.

Yelp
I dined here for the first time last night. I feel that Denver has many good restaurants. This is one of them. For parking, there are a few parking garages within reasonable walking distance to the restaurant. There is also street parking. I love how STK sits directly on a Main Street in downtown Denver. As you enter the restaurant, STK has a simple yet elegant appearance. It also has a pleasant vibe. This is one of the many reasons I love upscale steakhouses. I also suggest making reservations. I called them on Saturday to confirm their hours being that it was a holiday weekend. After confirming restaurant hours for Sunday, the gentleman who answered the phone asked if I wanted to make a dinner reservation. Of course I agreed to it. I was transferred to another staff member who made the reservation. I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received. I was seated at a table next to their front window. It wasn't long before a waitress arrived to take my drink order. She answered questions about different cuts of steak on the menu. For my meal, I ordered the Dry Aged Delmonico with Wagyu Umami butter on top with Au Poivre steak sauce on the side. The server took out a hand held torch and melted the butter on the steak. Phenomenal steak!!! It's probably the best I've had in Denver. The butter and steak sauce were wonderful accompaniments to a delicious cut of steak. I ordered two sides as well. The Parmesan Crusted Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Crispy Brussel Sprouts. The Brussel Sprouts have bacon and a cider glaze as well. I'm not a big mashed potatoes person. However, STK's mashed potatoes are phenomenal as well! I would return here for the mashed potatoes alone. The Crispy Brussel Sprouts are delicious, however, I liked the mashed potatoes slightly better. Also, I recommend asking for their fresh baked bread. I wasn't offered it. However, so glad I asked for it. The bread comes out on a bread board where it's in an iron skillet. It's doused in butter with herbs and it comes with a dipping sauce. Too bad I was so full to finish the bread. I passed on dessert and coffee. They do offer some delicious dessert options such as Bag O Donuts, Chocolate Cake, Cheesecake, Apple Pie and Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie. I will order dessert the next time I visit. Speaking of, I can't wait to visit here again! This place surprised me! Excellent service. Staff is friendly and hospitable. My only feedback would be to have a manager stop by tables to see how patrons are enjoying their meal and experience. I always love when restaurants do this. Especially classy ones. If you have never been to STK Steakhouse in downtown Denver, I highly recommend going! You're in for a treat! If you're town visiting, this would be a nice bookend to your visit. Hope you have a great experience while enjoying delicious quality food!

Yelp
I was excited to try my first restaurant quality waygu steak. I should have known better when the waiter was busy upselling the sauces, rather than focusing on the quality of the meat. A great steak doesn't need a sauce, and I've had better steaks at a mid-price chain. The alleged waygu was cooked medium-rare, as requested, but I would swear on my life that it was not a waygu cut. It was chewy and filled with gristle. The season on the steak was so overwhelming that it barely allowed the taste of the steak to come through. The sides were ok, but the potatoes and asparagus we ordered were no where near worth the $40 price tag. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was attentive. The only thing I would recommend to the staff is avoiding sniping at each other within earshot of your patrons. It was very clear that there is toxicity in the ranks. I wouldn't return to STK. A $400 dollar meal for 3 people (no alcohol or dessert!) had better amazing in every way, and this simply was not. A lot of hype with nothing to support it.

Yelp
Went for brunch today and everything was top notch. Started with the Mini Burgers and Wedge. My only gripe on wedge I wish they add a drizzle of balsamic glaze and some red onion. It needs that little sweet zing to offset the creamy blue cheese. Next I got the Lobster Benedict which had SO MUCH LOBSTER and my friend got the steak and eggs that came with pancakes. The steak was nice size 6oz filet and some delish pancakes. I'm a bit of a pancake connoisseur and I really liked the texture and overall pancake. The drinks were great I tried the Espresso Martini with added Baileys shot and the Bluberry lemon drop both so phenomenal. For finale we got the dessert board of cheesecake, chocolate cake and warm donut holes and wow. All of them were so good. Overall just an amazing experience with Alex as a waiter. The manager checked up on us several times as well.

Yelp
Group of 4 popped in beginning of happy hour to watch the Nuggets playoff game. We Landed 3 seats which was more than I expected. The male bartender was super friendly and made excellent coctails. It was clear he was in the weeds not having juices, mixers and garnishes empty on the back bar. More staffing would certainly improve service. We ordered huge tater tots mini surf n turf quesidilla bites and. All dishes were packed with flavor most notable the quesidlla. I commented to the guys in the group about the stripper esque attire the female staff werr wearing . To which the men happily replied Its supposed to be a club vibe. It was a bit unprofessional for me and I'm not a square. The bill was shocking for the quality and quantity of martinis and food very affordable!

Yelp
This was my first visit to STK, and I chose to sit at the bar. Every staff member I interacted with was excellent! My Old Fashioned was perfectly crafted. However, the food was disappointing. I ordered the calamari, and most of the breading fell off, making it very chewy. I would visit again, but I hope the calamari improves.

Yelp
We tried samplings from STK when they were at a brunch event and loved it, so we decided to come for our anniversary. The service was fine, I felt a bit rushed by our server. He was decent, definitely not memorable. The restaurant is very trendy and cool! I loved it and when we went there were tons of other couples celebrating anniversaries. They dropped off special drinks to their tables to celebrate which was a nice touch. Overall, the food was underwhelming. I totally get that you are paying for more than just the food, but I have had waaaayyy better elsewhere. It was nice to experience once, but we won't be coming back.

Yelp
I was a little wary coming to this location after reading some of the prior reviews, and after the experience at this restaurant, I should've listened (but hey, don't know until you try first hand). The restaurant is a large room centered around the bar. I personally thought that interior decorations were a bit tacky, but the rest of my group thought the rest was pretty cool. We were seated immediately and service started out great then declined once the restaurant got busy. We were able to order off the happy menu for the first hour we were there. I enjoyed my $9 spicy watermelon drink and $3 falafel apps but that's about three extent of it... the happy hour wagyu and tuna tacos were laughable. I get they are on the happy hour menu, but the size was comical for nine dollars. I ordered the $70 STK pearls for dinner, and actually had to send them back because the caviar was so old and fishy tasting. The GM came over and said this shouldn't be the case since they fly caviar in fresh everyday... yeah right. I've eaten a lot of caviar and this stuff was trash. They fortunately took this off the bill as well as the asparagus which were burnt to a crisp and so salty. The rest of our party of 9 had a similar experience. The steaks were close to $100 and for that price they should be excellent, and they were below average. My mom did enjoy her salmon, and my grandma enjoyed her tuna Tartar, but that's all I would recommend at this place. If you come here, make sure it's for happy hour and only order a drink or two and some of the happy hour entrées.

Yelp
Dined at STK (Denver location) during Restaurant Week and did not regret it! Everything was top notch. It was my birthday so they made me feel extra special. The food was flavorful and memorable. The space is cute. The staff is amazing. There's something for everyone on the menu. I could sing their praises all day but nothing is like trying it for yourself! I highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Was in town for a conference and came here after seeing their flyer at the convention center. They had a pre fix promo that seemed reasonable so we decided to go. The vibe is more of a trendy steakhouse with some elements of nightlife- they have a live DJ playing generic top 40s/house remixes and it can be a little loud. While we weren't committed to the pre fix menu, the regular menu just seemed to have exorbitant prices. I'm glad that we still opted for the pre fix menu since the food here was so bad that it wasn't even worth taking pictures. We got a $29 calamari as an additional appetizer, and the batter fell right off the calamari when you picked it up to eat. The ceasar salad is a big portion that is heavy on the sauce. We got the ribeye and lobster butter as our main and it was not worth even the pre fix price. It was so salty and tough to cut/chew. The creamed spinach is also on the salty side so you're just eating salt on more salt. The mashed potatoes actually was not bad but my taste buds were just so done that I couldn't enjoy the meal. We had a nice server that was attentive to us and tried to be understanding of our feedback of the food when we were settling our bill. However the manager that came over to check up on us had such a terrible demeanor that he should not be in hospitality. Overall, it was a dining experience that's best forgotten. It's a steak house that doesn't know how to serve steak right. It's definitely a let down to the STK brand.

Yelp
What a great place. I am celiac and they did a great job making sure my food was modified so it had no gluten We had steak, chicken, and potatoes. For those who could eat the full menu, they loved it too It is like a club inside. Loud and lots of bass. Which was kind of Good because it kept things fun. I talked to Michelle the manager who really made sure everyone was tuned in to keeping things gluten free. I liked the place a lot. Full disclosure - I was attending an event and did not pay for it so I can't really speak to the value for the money. Bottom line though - the food was great.

Yelp
We went in for late night happy hour (every Sunday-Thursday 9pm-close). They have a lot of great deals for food and drinks, and was a fun environment for a getting ready before a night out! Service was 10/10 too.

Yelp
A few friends & I celebrated our October birthdays at STK Denver recently. The food was so yummy & we had so much fun! We had the Steak Night Menu-Four Course Meal with Watermelon Margaritas. This included plates like: Baby Gem Caesar Salad, Little Brgs, Crispy Calamari, Oysters on a Half Shell, Jalapeño Pickled Shrimp Cocktail, Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass, Mushrooms & Truffle Tagliatelle, Maple Rubbed Salmon, Traditional Mac & Cheese, Asparagus, and Tater Tots. The best part was the bag of donuts and the apple pie dessert delivered with sparklers! Not to mention the moody ambience! We'll definitely be back, thanks STK Denver!

Yelp
I mean what can I say?! It's STK! Not my first go round as I go to several steak houses. However I loved the layout and ambiance! My bartender was making these drinks that had me just WOOOOOOOOOO! The Wagyu meatballs were amazing. No steak today as I had wings not even 40 min before but I wanted to come here and see how this location was. Great music, my god my food, swear they were ON IT! it was like I placed my order, not even 6 min it came out. **** was quicker than McDonald's! lol . Definitely give this place a go. The unchained passion drink.... That thing will sneak up on you! Tread carefully. I never fall asleep in Lyfts but I certainly did back to my suite. lol

Yelp
Last night I was hosted at STK for late night ! I brought my tag team partner - my husband Ryan as always ! What a treat from start to finish! This place is fun and vibrant with lights music and trendy vibes throughout the entire place. Lots of photo op spots and the music was so fun, but also not too loud where I could still have a conversation with ryan! I did find myself dancing and eating at the same time which is my specialty. Our server was Darija and she was phenomenal! She was so attentive and kind and helpful with all our questions since it was our first time going here. She graciously allowed us to take video and pics with her as well. She also made sure that we didn't have any issues with Ryan's allergies. I'm always happy and impressed with places that are so good about this. And really - The entire staff was truly wonderful and I was very impressed by everyone here. The team here is truly what made us want to come back again soon and I really wanted to stress that point! Thank you STK team! - as for the food it was also a delight ...We each got 2 cocktails we got different kinds so we could each try each others Strawberry Cobbler, Dragon Flare, Guava Berry Kiss, Unchained Passion - my fave was the Dragon Flare and Ryan's was the Unchained Passion ! Food was : blue iceberg salad, little burgers, tuna tartare, filet mignon with unami butter, sea bass, tagliatelle, lobster mac, truffle fries - it was a great mix for ryan and I because I'm more of a steak person and he loves seafood but we truly enjoyed both. My favorite was the steak and the sea bass both cooked to perfection. Then for dessert there was donuts with these delicious little dipping sauces, chocolate cake, and cheese cake ..... heaven my favorite dessert of course from this NY girl was the cheese cake and Ryan's favorite as well! We were also given little shots at the end of the meal that I believe tasted like a sex on the beach type drink... sweet but yummy. And of course the giant sparklers is a fun touch for it all. It truly was one of the best meals I have ever had and was so fun for Ryan and I. We ran into a friend here as well and it was nice to have some cute spots to take some pictures together. Everyone working here thanked us again on our way out and it was just such an overall excellent experience. We look forward to coming back with some friends ! I would also like to add that it's in a great location right in the heart of Denver close to other late night locations. Ryan and I are big on using public transportation and the RTD and we were able to walk right to Union Station close by to take the light rail home with our to go boxes to enjoy the next day! Go check out STK and their new late night happy hour ! And you can more video and pics on my insta from this evening. @crystalrosereynolds

Yelp
The staff was really kind and attentive. The place is really nice and had a great vibe but the food was mid. Me and my boyfriend paid around 400$ for our meal so it is overly priced but the experience was fun.

Yelp
Celebrated parents' 41st anniversary here. It was quite extravagant (on the part of the server) - he lit up sparkles and candles for us and drew pretty on a plate. Therefore, service was top notch, but it was also a $600 bill for the four of us! That said, the food was under-impressing. Especially the salad (sharable) which set me back at $25! Honestly a Mad Greens large salad at half the price tasted much crisper and way better. The bread was awful, it felt like an underbaked muffin with a soft center where the dough sticks to the teeth, ugh. Drinks were OK but they were also over $20 a piece! The steaks were by far not the best I've ever had. Even the A5 was stringy. The sides were God-send and probably the best thing we ate at this feat! Parmesan Truffle Fries were the best of its kind I've ever had. The cut, the level of doneness (yes, even to potatoes), and the dip were out of this world. The Sweet Corn Pudding? So yummy I considered it a dessert! (Didn't have room for other sweet treats anyway so it worked out!) The ambience of the restaurant was very modern and artistic. They let us have a table in the area that's not where the weekend brunch goers sat which was considerate but the table was too low and tight. We switched over to the only round table in that area, without even asking, just did!

Yelp
STK was the worsed for Restaurant Week. For a high end restaurant, they definitely did not deliver their best. The ambiance in this place is amazing. The music, low light, nicely dressed staff gives you the feeling that you will have a great time here. Unfortunately our time here was the opposite. When we sat down, we were given the regular menu only. We had to ask for the restaurant week menu. I think this was our fault since we didn't mention that we were there for restaurant week. The menu itself should have been a red flag because of so much $extra$ options it has. But I was thinking that the extra options would be worth it.. I was wrong... My first course was the tuna tartare tacos. Three tacos that were perfectly bite size. Meaning I easily ate 1 taco in 1 bite. The flavor was okay. Not sure what I was expecting but I was expecting more of a wow factor.. Second course was the main dish and I upgraded to the ribeye. The 12oz ribeye was probably the healthiest ribeye I ever ate. It hardly had any fat. I also ordered it medium rare and it overcooked to medium. The mash potatoes however, was the best dish of the evening. It was so smooth and rich! It's the potato version of creme brulee. For dessert I chose the apple cobbler. This dessert was so sweet and rich that I couldnt eat more than a few bites. Did not get more than one drink since mixed drinks here are at least $22. At the end we asked for the check to be split accordingly since we were with another couple. Our server said that it was going to be a difficult task. He made a big deal out of it so we just said split the check in half. We were definitely annoyed with that response.

Yelp
The food was excellent as always, the music and DJ were great, but tonight's service from our waiter Tim was even better. Kind, Knowledgeable, Attentive, and went the extra mile to guide us through the food and wine selections. Made my husband's birthday feel extra special. Tim deserves a raise!

Yelp
As soon as we walked in- it felt like the red carpet was rolled out. Incredibly friendly staff and an incredible happy hour. I literally ordered almost everything on the HH menu- including the $9 beverages that are normally $21. What! So super attentive and sweet. Lord of staff members checking on us and so accommodating. Really great atmosphere and beautiful decor. The bread the drinks and the HH apps- incredible- see pics for mouthwatering views!

Yelp
We celebrated our anniversary at STK Steakhouse and had an amazing time. The tuna tartare was a delicious starter, and for our main course, we indulged in the Filet with lobster tail and shrimp, topped with the wagyu umami signature butter. It was truly exquisite. We also had the delightful smash potato, which was the perfect complement to our meal. The creamy texture and flavorful seasoning made it a standout dish. We also couldn't resist trying the lobster Mac and cheese, which was rich and flavorful. To quench my thirst, I enjoyed the refreshing guava berry kiss, while my husband opted for the stronger el Toto Reno cocktail. The waiters were attentive and polite throughout our meal, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The ambiance was perfect for friends and family celebrations. We highly recommend STK Steakhouse for special occasions!

Yelp
It took me a week or so to write this review. The food outstanding. Clean, sophisticated, upscale DJ playing music for 30 and overs. This place is pricey. My waiter was disheveled. Pants not pulled up. Dark circles I waited 25 mins for my drink order Did not box my food up for me. For the price i expect my food to be boxed for me. I will be going to other steak houses that are cheaper with better services.

Yelp
Liz gave absolutely amazing service with a glowing smile. Liz was very personable and hospitable, she truly turned my experience around. It was definitely a busy night with great vibes and music. The food was delicious when it finally arrived my first bartender informed me that my food would be between 45-1:30 ticket time. That's understandable being the fact that it's Christmas, unfortunately my sliders came out almost 2 hours late and then I think the manager asked if I still wanted them out in, of course I did. He was nice enough to take it off my tab but it wasn't the best experience for my first time. Heard they had a great happy hour tho, so give it a try.

Yelp
In reality this establishment needs no introduction, Fine dining at its finest. After making reservations the seating is lovely, whether you are on a date or amongst a group of 6. The aesthetics of the decor makes it feel like you are on some type of titanic. This particular night the DJ was fantastic with a clean mixture of 90s hip hop with modern music, literally mixed very well! But anyways, the drinks are prepared skillfully, I had ordered a cocktail with cucumber and bunch of other spirits which was real refreshing. Last but not least, the food is 5 star, my dish of braised short rib was done to perfection. So tender and atop of a mashed potatoes and sauce... the sides are large to share with your table. Consider it will be an expensive night, but it is more than what you pay for.
