STK Steakhouse

JJ was a superb server. He made my husband's birthday extra special with the delicious drink at the end filled with guava & passion fruit. We enjoyed NY strip parmesan crusted steak and potatoes and Chilean sea bass. We got in on time for our 8 pm reservation. Seating is a little tight so we enjoyed getting to know a nice couple next to us from the Turk Islands. Delicious food. Definitely on the pricey side. Drinks seemed generous.

Went to Disney and wanted to find a nice restaurant to celebrate my brother and I’s first time there. Alex was amazing! He's an amazing asset to your company. He was cool and down to earth. He deserves an incentive for his commitment and heart of service. We ordered the 6 oz and 10 oz filet, Brussels (minus the pork), Yukon mash, and dozen oysters. I would def go back.

We had an excellent meal courtesy of PJ! We came for happy hour and even though the bar was full, they let us sit in PJs section to enjoy the delicious bites off the happy hour menu. My husband raved about the Award winning Spiced Watermelon cocktail, said it was his favorite bite of the evening! We would come back again and again for the braised beef quesadillas, the wagyu meatballs, and the truffle fries. PJ’s service, and that of the venture staff, was excellent. Drinks were prompt, the food was hot, and our water glasses were never without. 10/10!

This isn’t our first visit, and it definitely won’t be our last , this place continues to impress us every time. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. The food was seasoned to perfection and absolutely lived up to our expectations. We started with the blue cheese wedge salad, which was a great appetizer. For our main dishes, we ordered the Australian Wagyu flat iron steak paired with crispy Brussels sprouts, and the shrimp scampi pasta. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We stopped in for lunch, and it was well worth it. Consistently great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere, this spot never disappoints and is always worth the visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What an amazing dying experience! When one of the busiest nights of the year, the weekend before Christmas at Disney springs would happen upon STK. We asked for the first available too and we're blessed to be seated right next to the crowds walking by. To the other side of the table were the fire tornadoes which made the ambience amazing! Our server, PJ, was spot on with everything we needed and of course the food was beyond compare! The club music banging in the background was a wonderful addition to the meal! Definitely worth your time for an amazing dining experience!

Everything was absolutely amazing! We loved everything from start to finish. The service was outstanding — our waiter, Gonzo, was the best! He was very attentive, friendly, and professional, and truly made our experience special. The cocktails were delicious, and the food was incredibly tasty and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place — we will definitely come back!

We love STK at Disney Springs — it’s one of our favorite spots for dinner! The atmosphere is always great, the service is excellent, and the food is consistently delicious. Today we stopped in for a quick bite, and the happy hour menu was perfect. It’s a great option when you don’t feel like having a full meal. With the nice weather, it’s so pleasant to sit outside on the terrace. Our favorites from the happy hour menu are the Lil’ BRGs, short rib quesadilla, and tuna tacos — though everything on the menu is amazing. Special thanks to Charles, who always takes wonderful care of us every time we visit for lunch.

We were looking for a good place to eat at Disney Springs, and STK caught my eye. We weren’t expecting much, since most of the places we tried during our stay in Orlando weren’t great, so our expectations were low. What we got was the complete opposite—it was amazing! We ordered fries, macaroni and cheese, a steak as an appetizer, and the tomahawk. Everything was great except for the steak we had as an appetizer; other than that, everything was perfect. Our server was wonderful. He gave us recommendations and checked on us from time to time to make sure everything was good. Food: 8 out of 10 Service: 10000% We will definitely go again!

BEST KEPT SECRET HAPPY HOUR IN DISNEY SPRINGS!!! My favorite place to enjoy people watching and good music along with some delicious dishes!! Do not be afraid $3, $6, $9 !!!! These are the happy hour prices... $9 cocktails --- Black Tie Affair is my favorite..paired with Wagyu sliders and truffle fries and the BEST TATER TOTS.. Yum!! I hope they never stop doing this, it has become a family spot, girls hangout, visitor destination stop, and just a personal staple!! Sunday afternoon delight!! Mon-Fri 2:30-6pm and weekends 3-5pm... BONUS if your server is Gia or Genesis --- the server makes the experience even better!!!

Meh. Only pleasant employee was hostess out front. Staff all had looks on their faces like we were imposing on their free time. White vinyl seats had stains on them from Lord know what. Not what you'd expect from a Disney property or premium prices food experience. We walked out without ordering.

I want to preface my review acknowledging the level of scrutiny I'll be applying... if this was a $150 meal, I would rate accordingly, but the cost was easily twice that, so my expectations are a wee bit higher than normal. I'll start with the ambiance. The downstairs of STK Disney Springs looked lovely and comfortable, perhaps more appropriate for a date night. The upstairs area we were seated in had much harsher light and it was cold enough (with chilly weather outside) that the staff were all donning their shell jackets while conducting indoor service. Onto the food. They only have bottled beer and a decent selection of wine and custom cocktails. The bread service had an excellent flavor drizzle but it's clear the bread itself had been sitting for some time and was rather dried out. We ordered the 10oz filet and Australian flatiron wagyu - the steaks were cooked perfectly and were absolutely the highlight of the meal (and I'd hope so as the namesake of the restaurant). We chose the charred sprouts and truffle fries for sides, good but not mind blowing - we were advised to get two, but really we could have settled with one. We finished the meal off with the signature dessert "the cloud." While the presentation is fun the desert itself was... not good. The butter cake was almost too dense to pull a fork through and the accompanying berries were unripe. Skip desert here and grab something yummy from a neighboring business at Disney Springs. TLDR, ask to be reseated if sent upstairs in Winter - great steaks, but didn't have a fantastic experience for the price point.

10/10 for the vibes and atmosphere. We arrived about 30 minutes before sun down and the weather was nice a crisp this weekend. Opted to eat inside because it was a little windy outside but still felt like we were getting fresh air and we were close enough to the patio to see the sun. Didn't know they had a Happy Hour menu for patio or bar seating only, so next time we'll give that a try. Zero wait time, walked in with no reservations. Plenty of seating available. $52 Steak Frites- a little on the salty side for me personally, but the wine and fries helped $59 Short Rib- great flavor, could have been a little warmer when served Waiter was friendly and he provided some descriptions of the items available. Parking is free at Disney Springs and the Orange lot is the closest.

I always love the ambience of this restaurant. It's very beautiful when you walk in. It's like a modern luxury vibe. I got the Wagyu burgers which were great. They're too tiny burgers, but were absolutely delicious. We got some sides such as brussels sprouts and loaded mashed potatoes, which were excellent. Service was great. The only thing that I didn't like is that the music is very loud and you can't hear the people next to you they have a DJ DJing in the center of the restaurant.

STK is one of my favorite places to come for Magical Dining between August 15- September 30. Magical Dining is hosted by Visit Orlando, and this year is the 20th anniversary of restaurants all around Orlando providing 3 course fixed menus for $40 or $60 with upgrades as options. A portion of the proceeds goes to a local charitable organization, and this years is the REED Charitable Foundation that works hard to end the literary crisis. My husband and I took the very first night being a Friday to have a date night for $60/pp so if you are familiar with STK, you know that's a reasonable price. For my first course or appetizer I chose the lil BRGs, that came with two on a cutting board with STK engraved in it. They were very juicy so make sure you careful to lean over your plate or you will have juices in your lap or on your shirt! The special sauce, cheese, tomato and pickle made for the best bite, through and through. For my entree, I upgraded my 8oz skirt steak to the Australian Wagyu and it was worth the upgrade! The steak was well seasoned (not only salt), to the point the side of chimichurri wasn't even needed. It was extremely tender despite my need to have my steak medium well, LOL, and I enjoyed every single bite! I was under the impression I'd still get the fingerling potatoes even though I upgraded but I didn't. So, I'm not sure if that was a first night mishap or because I upgraded that I didn't receive them. It was fine for me though as we did add on the creamed spinach as a side to split as well because it's a favorite of ours. By the time I got to dessert I was ready to explode. I ate a bite or two of the chocolate cake just to taste it and brought the rest home. It's very chocolatey and topped with lots of crumbles. It felt like a "dirt pudding" in cake form. Despite how sweet it is, I still feel like it needs a scoop of vanilla ice cream and served extra warm and I just know it would be incredible. We had a great night being sat on the patio terrace upstairs. There were fans, misters, and the music was just enough that we could still talk which was great. Overall a nice date night while supporting a great cause!

Ambiance is a bit too night clubISH for me. Too dark. Too loud. Went there b/c we read good reviews of the place. We showed up ~7pm and it was somewhat busy. I am not sure if they usually require reservations or not. We were seated in a segregated room which housed a few tables. I was glad, since I didn't care for the disco lights and louder than needed music... but it was still, unfortunately, dim. Service was pretty good. Our waiter seemed nice but also seemed to be in a hurry. The guys that brought of our food were a delight. The food... mmm... it was OK, I guess. It did not shake the "Chain restaurant" feel. Did NOT quite deliver the feel of an actual, old fashioned steak house.... but surely charged for it.

Little behind on my reviews as I was here end of last year but here it goes; We came in for my husband's birthday. He was really interested in the happy hour and lunch burger. We heard that the happy hour was really good. We ordered a little bit of everything. We got the tater tots, lil brg with truffle fries, short rib quesadilla, Japanese a5 wagyu taco, crispy calamari, STK & fries, and the STK burger. The lil brg were way over cooked. The STK burger was better but nothing special. The calamari came out cold to the touch and we had a hard time finding our waiter as he was not around much. We let him know and he brought us out a new one but unfortunately although it was hot, it was so chewy. The taco was interesting. Super small and the meat didn't taste like wagyu. The tater tots were OK but also cold. We didn't bother asking for another one as we knew we wouldn't be able to get a hold of our waiter and it wouldn't be worth the wait. Everything else was either mediocre or not good. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place nor would I come back. I wish at least the staff was more friendly and service was better.

The happy hour at STK is amazing. Great location. Perfect ambiance and the staff is awesome. Food is fast and fresh and has a great selection even for happy hour. Prices are a welcome experience for being in a Disney centric area.

Keeping this short and sweet but this was not good and very overpriced. The staff was wonderful but it seems they were pretty backed up on a Tuesday night which makes me concerned for weekends and holidays. We ordered our food and my $70 pasta was bland and my husband's steak was raw. He asked for it to be cooked medium rare but this was very clearly RAW. We sent it back after they looked at it as well, and they gave it back to us still pretty raw. My husband ate around it and filled up on what he could eat but this was unsatisfactory.

With family visiting, we wanted to choose a restaurant in Disney Springs. STK has a reputation, but this was highly disappointing. For lunch on a Sunday, they only offer a very limited and set brunch menu. In addition, it has a very party-brunch vibe, which I'm sure works for some, but not ideal for a lunch to catch up with family. The music is overwhelmingly loud and we could barely talk + hear each other. From the outside, it seemed a lot more calm and had we realized, we probably wouldn't have chosen this restaurant to begin with. The food was also a massive disappointment. I ordered steak and eggs, but the steak was under cooked inside with a burnt outside - with absolutely no flavor but heavy spots of salt. My steak was also mainly fat, I had to leave 40% of the steak on the plate because it was all fat. The burger was okay, but the fries are really the only thing that saved the day. My mother in law ordered the avocado toast on ciabatta bread, but the bread was too hard for her to easily enjoy it. Someone at our table has a severe seafood allergy and we informed the restaurant of this. She couldn't have fries because calamari is also fried in the fryers. They didn't sub her side, but required her to order a new side in addition. Then still served the fries to her with a known food allergy and the risks. Our server had a poor attitude, rushed us a lot, and didn't do much to take care of us. We constantly had to ask for water, steak knives, etc. The times she came to the table, it felt like it was mainly to rush us through the lunch. Out of all the restaurants to choose from in Disney Springs, I would seriously never eat here again. Absolutely a shock of how bad this experience was (especially to warrant my first one star review on Yelp EVER).

I want to first say they had great customer service! My waitresses name was Negin, she was great! I was in anticipation for this place, one because it was my birthday and two because they had some great reviews! I loveee good food, however, in all honesty I was a tinch disappointed. The Braised Short Ribs were fatty, though the sauce was good, and went well with the bread. The Mac & Cheese with Lobster was a bit salty for my taste and well I didn't really enjoy that either. I am going to go back definitely and try something different. As I stated before the not so good reviews are needed just as the great ones! The ambiance was very lively for a Tuesday! The food was served at a great pace and again the customer service was great!

My review is purely based on happy hour near closing time. Although I feel as though normal hours would've been a better representation of their quality of food and service, I still feel all hours, all orders and all guest matter. As mentioned before, we came for late night happy hour. We were one of only a few guest and the staff was very focused on pre-closing. I think we still purchased a lot but with higher engaged service we may have ordered a lot more. The appetizers and drinks were fairly priced and the turn around was very quick. Not surprised considering there was barely any guest. We ordered various drinks. I loved the guava berry kiss and martini espresso. The happy hour dishes were more like tapas. They were very small portions but gorgeous presentation and nice flavor. Overall for happy hour this was a good experience. I would love to come back and have dinner for a full opinion.

I booked STK for my husbands birthday. We have been to a lot of Disney restaurants but I was not impressed with STK. Our reservations were at 6:00 PM however, I will give them credit that they were able to get us in at 5:00 PM. Once seated, it took a while before the server even offered us water. It seemed like he was more interested in the table next to us... He did come back and apologize and said that they were short staffed and only had 4 servers until 5:30 PM. In my opinion, that is not very professional for a 275.00 bill for a party of 2... The food did come out quite quickly once we ordered and I have no complaints about the taste! Another thing that was distasteful about the environment was being seated across from a row of tables that had buckets placed on them from leaks in the roof... for a high priced Disney restaurant, that was not something that I would have expected to see. Overall, I will not be back to STK and would rather highly recommend California Grill

I was looking forward to visiting STK inside Disney springs. We love a good happy hour & this one had a lot of offerings on their menu. Decor - very pretty, a bit of pink sprinkled in with the flowers, etc. My hubby said it was too girly for him, lol. Food - this was tough for me. My food was served cold - A mini burger & fries were totally cold! My hubby said his was fine. Our bartender was fine. He was busy so not overly friendly until the check came ;) Idk. This place is a 'maybe' for me. I've included some pictures.

STK opened in 2016 promising to bring Vegas steakhouse swagger to Disney Springs. I can now officially say I've eaten at every restaurant in Disney Springs -- and STK Steakhouse is the latest (and last) box checked off the list. And while the service was wonderful, the steak was... well, let's just say it didn't exactly sizzle its way into my memory. History check: STK is part of the ONE Group's portfolio, blending steakhouse dining with nightclub vibes. The Disney Springs location opened in May 2016, one of the flagship additions during Disney Springs' big transformation from Downtown Disney into the sleek shopping-and-dining hub we know today. It was pitched as the "modern steakhouse for a younger crowd," where the DJ booth is as important as the grill. The atmosphere is undeniably stylish: sleek leather seating, glowing neon, and a DJ spinning beats like you just wandered into a Vegas lounge instead of ordering a filet. It's fun, energetic, and definitely stands out among Disney Springs' lineup of themed eateries. But let's talk food: I ordered the filet -- the crown jewel of any steakhouse menu -- and it was... forgettable. Cooked properly, sure, but lacking the bold flavor and "wow factor" that justifies the price tag. For a place that markets itself as the steakhouse, I expected to be telling stories about this filet for years. Instead, I left remembering the playlist more than the plate. The service, however, was excellent. Polished, warm, and attentive -- my server was easily the highlight of the night. Drinks arrived promptly, recommendations were on point, and every interaction felt genuinely welcoming. So here's my verdict: STK is a great place if you want the vibe -- loud music, fancy cocktails, dressed-up energy, and a "see and be seen" kind of crowd. But if you're looking for the kind of steak that defines a steakhouse, you may leave feeling like you paid more for the atmosphere than the meat. Excellent service, flashy atmosphere, but a forgettable filet. Glad I went once -- gladder still that I can now officially say I've eaten at every restaurant in Disney Springs. It nailed the nightclub vibe -- but if the filet is the headliner, this show closed early.

We stopped in to enjoy their amazing happy hour. Sadly I did not take any photos. This is one of the best happy hours on Disney property, and maybe even in Orlando. Our server was super friendly and helpful. We had the following items from the happy hour menu. -Mushroom Arancini -Wagyu Meatballs -Short Rib Quesadilla -Crispy Calamari -Perfect Margarita -Guava Berry Kiss Everything was truly wonderful. I would order any and all of these items again. The food was all served hot and fresh. The Guava Berry Kiss is a gin drink, that is not as sweet as it sounds, it is however, a very easy drink. The perfect margarita was also very good, but I think I preferred the Guava Berry Kiss, out of these two drinks. I enjoyed eating here during happy hour.

STK was one of our happy hour stops on a Friday. The downstairs was full so we went upstairs to look for seating. We were able to snag 2 seats at the bar. My parents were finishing up their drinks from the previous place outside. When they came upstairs the manager was able to make some more space on the bar to add 2 seats for my parents. We ordered a few drinks. All the drinks were $9. We tried a few things. We got the arancini, wagyu tacos, wagyu quesadillas, beef tartare, and the wagyu burger. Everything was good and the happy hour prices were great. Service was great at the bar. Highly recommend STK for happy hour.

Place is loud and clubby Bread was just ok. Cocktails were good. Steak was not medium rare Lobster tasted off almost plasticy Service was ok, waitress forgot a part of our order and took our food after we mentioned the lobster being off. Didn't box up or leftovers just took it all away. Definitely wouldn't come back, all that plus the price is wild

We had dinner last night. Meal was probably the worst we have had on property at a nice restaurant. We have had a good experience here in the past. It started when we arrived 20 minutes early and half the seats were empty and they made us "have a seat on the wall" and wait five minutes to check in. The drinks were horrible at the upstairs bar, the espresso martini was like chocolate water and the old fashion was watered down. Syrup was old. Steak was supposed to be a ribeye and they brought a filet out stating it was a ribeye. Way overcooked. Salad as good and well presented as was the bread service. The loaded potato special was a hit. Service was ok. Not a great experience for a $200 meal The staff spent most of the evening gathered at the end of the bar using horrible language as well.

Reservations recommended. Last time we stopped for dinner so this time we went for brunch. Everyone at your table has to order brunch or off the menu, you can't mix and match. We had a few drinks that I think we're reasonably priced for the location. Our food was fantastic and the service was even better.

We came in for happy hour and sat at the bar, and it was such a great experience! Our bartender, Danny, was awesome--super friendly, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. My personal favorite was the spicy watermelon margarita--so refreshing with the perfect kick. STK has a great vibe, and thanks to Danny, we'll definitely be coming back!

At Disney springs you can't have a better cost benefit, but now it's only takeout the burguers, just 10 bucks and comes with fries. The downside it's the bun isn't toasted and took 45 min to be ready.

If I'm being completely honest, I will always give a restaurant a second try but I won't be back after this first visit. My husband and I decided to go impromptu while we were in Disney Springs. The wait was average, about 10 minutes. We got sat and pretty much felt like we were forgot about. Let me start with the drink, my husband got a sweet tea but it was actually a salt tea. We ordered egg rolls as an appetizer. The table who sat AFTER us received their apps and meals before we even got our egg rolls. We were going to get steaks but then decided to go with the happy hour items because we were a little thrown off. The steak frites were pathetic to be honest. A few thin pieces of steak on a slightly better version of a Burger King fry. We didn't even touch the steak tar-tar. The wagyu taco was, not it. The people next to us (same waiter) got their steaks before their appetizers and were upset about it, too. Our waiter just seemed out of it and tried to almost tricked me when ordering my frites after he flipped my menu from the happy hour menu himself. He proceeded to ask "You wanted the happy hour one right?" Duh. The decor is cute, at least. Just an overall bad experience and won't be back

Great happy hour deals but manager told us our ticket was lost and that's why we had to wait longer. We saw others get the food we ordered but oh well. A bit lack luster.

As you walk in you can't help but to embrace the decor and the DJ. I enjoyed the ambiance however the service was to be desired for. I wanted STK and kind of disappointed that the meal didn't bring at least one side but everything comes at la carte. I ordered the lobster linguine and it was good.

I've only been for happy hour but it's a really really great happy hour for a restaurant on Disney property. Getting a meal for 2 for less than $50 at Disney is near impossible, getting a meal with 2 cocktails actually is impossible, except at stk happy hour. We had 4 appetizer plates and 2 cocktails for $45 before tipping. Every item we ordered was truly wonderful and I would order each again without hesitation. We sat outside, so can't speak much to the atmosphere and ambiance. It seemed dark inside, from the walk in to use the restroom, but not unpleasant or loud. The patio area was lovely! It's covered, and has enough space. Our server was quick, helpful, and did not seem (noticeably) bothered about us taking a table and just ordering from the happy hour menu. As nice as the restaurant and the staff are, the food and cocktails are absolutely the highlights here. The meatballs were very large and super flavorful. I'd eat 10 more of the short rib quesadilla. And you can never go wrong with a burger and truffle fries! I cant wait to go back and try the rest of the happy hour menu!

Celebrated my cousin's birthday here and my bank hated to see the bill. I did really like the starter pull-apart bread with the chive oil because it definitely felt elevated which matched the ambiance of the restaurant. My NY strip was cooked perfectly (medium rare), but just slightly too salty. The waiter strongly recommended the wagyu umami butter (which could've contributed to the saltiness), but I didn't think it was worth the extra charge. I couldn't really taste a distinct difference. The sides are "family" style but I don't know who's family they're feeding with the portions being so small. Nonetheless, we did really like the mashed potatoes! I forgot to take a picture of the mac and cheese, but it was really watery and not great. Crispy brussels sprouts and confit mushrooms were good. Some advice: if you're eating with a couple of people, try to coordinate who is getting what sauce. You get one complimentary with the steak and then you can just share all of them in the middle as a little sauce bar! Both of the steaks my cousins ordered were cooked incorrectly, so we told the waiter and they were happy to fix it. They also gave us a free side to accommodate which was nice of them. When the steaks came back, only one of them was right and the other was still severely undercooked. My cousin just boxed it up to reheat at home later, but the manager did give her 50% off her steak. Overall, the service was very nice and tried to problem-solve, but I felt that such an expensive steakhouse shouldn't be making these kinds of mistakes, especially cooking the steaks wrong. I probably wouldn't come back because of how hefty the price is and how unsettling it is that they messed up some orders.

I should have trusted my first thought to walk away when the hostess didnt even look up from her computer, didnt greet us, and with an annoyed face asked "how can i help you?". But my husband said she wont be the server. But lo and behold, the waitress was just as cold and unfriendly. Then the food took too long. Then the food was mediocre at best. As expensive as this restaurant is, we can at least get a good ambiance. It sucked. Not going back. Do not recommend.

My first time at STK and I just can't say that anything impressed me. Prices were crazy for the quality. $42 for one crab cake (appetizer), I believe. So we skipped appetizers. Bread was dry and cold. Table next to us had what looked like oil and garlic brushed on theirs and ours was just bred but he'd with nothing. Service was great, sides were great--don't get me wrong. More in the sides in a bit. STK -- The steaks were skimpy. And weren't flavorful at all. And we got a tomahawk! There was a NY strip at the table and two filets as well. Tomahawk was unevenly cooked. Left side was med rare, right side was super duper almost inedible rare. Again, no seasoning, no flavor from richness or dry aging on the steak so thank God we got two sauces to go with it. Au poive sauce was great. Didn't care for the red wine reduction. Don't get me started on the price of the steak butters and sauces lol Disney, man... All the fillets ordered were small, like small small--not worth the price at all but I get it, it's Disney Springs. Whatever they do to those mashed potatoes is heavenly though. The mushrooms were super good as well--seasoned perfectly and sprinkled with goat cheese. I couldn't get enough! The mac and cheese was better than most restaurants' and the Brussels sprouts were seasoned super well but could have been a bit crispier. Each side was $20. Freaking nuts lol In Palm Beach we're spoiled with excellent chefs and excellent food. Nine times out of ten you feel like you got your money's worth even when the price is up there. Our reservation was at 8, we showed up at 7:50 and weren't seated till 8:40 . Disney Springs has so much great food to choose from so this will not be a repeat. Another review giving it to you straight no chaser. Enjoy!

DISCLOSURE: This STK is inside of the park! Uber will drop you off at the entrance of the park and you will have to walk 10-15 minutes. Ladies do not wear heels!!!! Don't even bother to dress up. It's not like your normal grown and sexy STK. Everyone is pretty much dressed in theme park casual wear and there were kids dining as well. It's more "family friendly". Food and service was also pretty mediocre as well. There's much better steak options in the area.

Ordered steak with peppercorn crust and the lobster Mac and cheese. The steak was cooked as requested; medium rare but there was no peppercorn crust! The lobster Mac and cheese was watery, not creamy or cheesy. Overall was a let down. Service was ok and we were seated pretty quick as they seemed to have a large party in attendance this evening.

I highly recommend this steakhouse it was amazing! I came here the evening of 2/3/25. Our waiter Philip was spectacular! He was funny, honest, and had exceptional customer service skills. We sat outside where the weather was very pleasant and the people watching was entertaining. The food was absolutely delicious! Blue cheese bread- very tasty, excellent flavor, soft and decadent. Strawberry cobbler cocktail- amazing flavor, not too sweet, well balanced, and a graham cracker crust. You can't beat it.! Calamari- cooked to perfection and wasn't as overly chewy. There is a spice made with the batter so it's not bland. The dipping sauces are interesting; 1 is a mayo type sauce and the other is a tangy almost sweet and sour like but with a kick. Wedge salad- served exactly like a wedge salad should be- crisp, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2. The only thing I thought was a little of kilter was there pork they serve with it. It wasn't bacon bits, it was a cubed bacon tasting addition which I found to taste poorly. It tasted like a fat saturated meat cube that was fatty so I didn't eat those. The porterhouse steak- bone in and cooked to perfection! Delicious seasoning and very tender. Asparagus- cooked to perfection- not over seasoned and just the right amount of crisp. Mashed potatoes- full of flavor but very rich. Ambiance- envitibg, intimate, but relaxed. Service- our waiter Philip is what made this such a pleasant evening Of note- their food deliveries are on Tuesdays so if you go there on a Monday they may be out of a few things as they tend to sell out over the weekend. We have been to the STK steakhouse in Vegas where they served hot fudge with their desserts; they only have chocolate syrup here which was disappointing. If you are craving steak I highly recommend STK steakhouse!

We had reservations and this location was 45 minutes late in seating us. In addition to that, my boyfriend's lamb dish came out tough. They also forgot to bring his side dish. By the time he realized it, we were almost done with the meals. They were also out of Stella beer. It felt like one thing after another and the food was mediocre. Ambiance felt very club like. I made the reservation on open table and there seemed to be a lack of communication between the app and the restaurant. The hostess told us it would be a 45 min wait, yet I got a text to let us know our table was ready. The whole experience was confusing and disappointing.

One of the most disappointing meal experiences I've ever had. For the price point you have a certain expectation for service and food quality. Neither came close here. Travis as a server was a nice guy but among the least attentive servers I've ever had. Missed multiple parts of orders for our table of six. Paid more attention to the bigger table next door. And the food? I'm sorry. I've had better steaks at way lower price points. Sides kept this from being a one.

The lobster linguine was to die, for it was the perfect creaminess with a little bit of spice. The steak was good a little overcooked, but not bad. The calamari wasn't as crispy as we thought it was going to be so we probably would not order that again. overall good service and it was busy in the restaurant. This was a kind of meal you would only have once we probably would not go back for the price.

Went to STK for happy hour. The staff were nice but the food was just ok. The patio and restaurant itself was cutesy

More like 3.5 since the steak was really good, but it's just a lot of money when you come here. You have to pay for each side, which is $20 each. The mash potatoes had no flavor really and tasted like it was from a box, but we were told it's made fresh everyday. We really did appreciate them taking it off the bill since we barely ate it. The steak is great and the atmosphere is like a night club with a dj, fun music, and dim lighting, which is fun. Our waitress was nice and took pics of us. I'm just not super impressed with the cost of everything and the quality of the sides. The butter on the steak where they melt it was really cool and my friend who got it said it was amazing.

Stopped in as four during a Thursday Happy Hour. We had been a few days before for dinner and recognized our bartender Aaron from Long island, NY. so we decided to just stay at the bar. He took great care of us making cosmopolitans, martinis and mixers. We dined on some meatballs and oysters before moving onto the next stop. Both were delicious. If you are in need of a pitstop while walking around Springs, stop in and say Hi! Enjoy.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at STK Orlando was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in quite some time. I was overcharged by $200, and despite reaching out multiple times over the course of a week, I was informed that I would not be receiving an resolution. I dealt directly with the manager, Gianna, but the interaction only made the situation more frustrating. The way the issue was handled felt unprofessional and dismissive, especially given the reputation and price point of this restaurant. For a place that promotes itself as an upscale dining experience, the level of customer service and accountability fell far short of expectations. If you do decide to visit an STK, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Disney Springs location or STK in general. My experience there was deeply disappointing, and I will not be returning

Just dined at STK. we were excited to try something new at Disney springs. 100% transparency. 1- ambience was more like a club. Dark and very loud. We were hoping for a romantic dinner. Probably our fault as it was loud outside shoukd have been an indicator for us. 2- our server Travis was amazing. Knowledgeable and our glasses were always half full. 3- the food. Hmmmm. Consistently inconsistent. Potatoes cold and had to return. Ugh. Steak was delicious. With the wagyu butter. Overall. Not a quiet restaurant. Conversation can not be had with anyone. Ambience fair. More like a club. I'd give food 3.5 stars. We had 515 reservations but not seated until 530 so we missed the happy hour :( That ended at 530. Price is $$$ not worth it. Perhaps would have enjoyed more for happy hour or lunch.

Juan is the most amazing beauti server I have ever played my eyes upon. I don't know which was better the food or listen to Juan talk. the lights in the restaurant really helped me see Juan's handsome face better. if anyone has a chance to come make sure you have Juan as your server and the food won't be the only thing you'll be staring at.

The service was extremely slow and the food was just ok. Went for brunch on a Sunday morning. There were only a few other guests dinning at the time. An hour wait for the food to be prepared is unacceptable.

Happy hour was amazing and delicious here! Recommend the short rib quesadilla and the steak frittata. Drinks were also delicious for any sweet cocktail lovers. Ambiance was perfect for a girls night out!

One of the most dismal dining experiences I've ever experienced. First & foremost- It's criminal to charge premium prices while blowing guests around with oscillating industrial sized fans perched in every corner (not to mention the added chaos over an already thumping club music track). According to the reviews the A/C has been an ongoing problem for months, STK needs to figure it out. We were looking forward to STK, made early 5:45 reservations before our Cirque du Soleil showtime, planning to take advantage of some happy hour menu options. Not sure if the happy hour price point marshed our severs mellow or what ("Wil" according to my receipt, he never introduced himself- in fact muttered 3-4 sentences the entire meal) but I've literally encountered warmer customer service at the DMV. He greeted our table with "any food allergies?", I thought surely he was just the server assistant because of how short he was but after approaching the table asking "ready to order?" I only then realized he was in fact the server. I've spent over 20 years in hospitality, including 6 at a similar high end steak house concept & I was floored at his table side manner. We witnessed the server beside us enthusiastically greet the family that sat after us, welcoming them to STK, asking if they'd joined them before- y'know- the standard greeting any server with a iota of decorum would offer. The only shred of warmth Wil mustered was when thrusting the tip option in my face at the end of the meal after swiping my credit card. The majority of the meal was an abomination. You could instantly smell pungent fish odor from the lobster Mac & cheese- the fishiness permeating through the pasta, it was absolutely disgusting. How two small lumps of lobster could ruin a dish I haven't the foggiest idea. We suffered through 1/3 of the dish before waving the white flag, proper protocol being when a guest clearly hasn't eaten a dish is to inquire if they'd not enjoyed but Wil couldn't be bothered. The wagyu burger ordered medium was well done, totally dry & flavorless. The sesame bun was dry & turned to dust along with the burger meat, I removed the bun in a feeble attempt to eat the meat- the burger missing the special sauce that it desperately needed. The side never came- not that our server noticed. My husband's filet ordered well done (I know, I know- it's a work in progress but we all know how the well done crew rolls) was medium-rare borderline rare in the center. I stared enviously over the mound of dried out wagyu burger & sesame bun dust on my plate. At this point I'm not even sure why bother asking meat temps- the guy on grill should probably pick up a DMV application along with Wil. In all fairness the wagyu meatballs were great, the signature Spiced Watermelon & Dragons Flare excellent, a great happy hour value. Unfortunately with this being our first impression of STK we'll never go back or recommend. Happy hour patrons or not, any customer willing to spend their dollars at an establishment should receive the same service & easily could have resulted in us coming back tonight for a proper meal while in Disney Springs. (In the event that was his reason for his garbage 'tude..)

Fantastic dinner on a Saturday night. Disney goers often know to get the best restaurants you need to make reservations well in advance. I'm constantly wary of restaurants that have tons of openings open, like STK. However, with my youngest son (who is 3) recently loving steak and not seeing a better option less than a week out, I decided to try this place. It is beautiful inside. Dark with modern touches. They don't have a kids menu, so they do cater more towards adults, but we had a 3 and 6 year old and I saw other tables with children. There are definitely more adults here than your normal Disney restaurant. And people were dressed up, but being Disney I didn't feel out of place in casual clothes. The sourdough pull apart bread they bring is delicious. It has blue cheese butter and it is so good. We also started with a Caesar salad which was big, so definitely to share with at least one person. I got their award winning spiced watermelon drink, which was fantastic, and I also tried their espresso martini which was pretty good. My husband didn't like the old fashioned, so this is my reminder to him to try something else. Then for our main we got a 10 oz ribeye (which was the biggest they had), truffle fries and their market vegetables. The truffle fries were so good and it's a large amount. I thought the steak was just ok, but my husband raved about it. The market vegetables were good so I'd get it again. This was the perfect amount of food for us. They are very good at making sure your water glass never goes empty. I think there's a guy just walking around filling glasses. They do take annual passholder discount, which is nice. I really enjoyed my meal here and would definitely come back.

Food was excellent, service was quick, there are a lot of options to choose from, quantity seemed small for the price we paid. They do have a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating, we were seated outside and it was a bit cold that night even in Orlando FL. Environment is too loud with music and people talking, it is difficult to have a clear conversation with your party at the table. Overall a good experience, I wish they increase the quantity of the food.

Though Florida is known for being hot and humid, the weather this day was way too much for me. I HAD to get out of the heat. I was standing in front of STK and it looked really nice and spacious (and well air conditioned) so I entered. I was not particularly hungry but they just started their happy hour menu so I thought I'd give it a shot. Fortunately for me, the food was good! I ordered multiple things off their happy hour menu - calamari, popcorn chicken, salmon cones, meatballs, burger (they lettuce wrapped it, at my request - thankful for them accomodating), and more! For someone who wasn't hungry, my eyes sure were. My food did take a little while to come out, but I didn't mind too much. Gia, my server, kept me updated on where my order was in the process - much appreciated! The popcorn chicken was my favorite - well seasoned and tender. The special sauce for the burger was delicious; it had truffle flavor in it! All in all, my experience here was good. I'm now motivated to try the STK back home.
