Good place . Empty on a weekday. So great service. Calamari was good 30$ serving size was certainly small. The surf and turf with a 6oz fillet was lobster tail tail was amazing. Steak was cooked medium perfectly but lobster was chewy. 90$ With a drink 20$ and the overall bill was 150$z There are other good steak houses too for better price.. to perfection

The food was delicious. Service was great. The drinks were delicious too, but we did not taste any alcohol 🤷‍♀️I usually give it a pass, but for such a fancy expensive dining, you would not expect for tables to be so sticky when you put your hands there ,even the fork was stuck to the table . 🥺

We stopped by STK for cocktails, and Jordan completely made the experience. From the moment we sat, she was so sweet, attentive, and seriously the best about the drink menu. Her recommendations were spot-on!!! Every cocktail we tried was so tasty it was insane. Jordan’s energy is infectious in the best way. She made us feel right at home. She was the most perfect server we could ask for. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in how she takes care of her guests. If you’re heading to STK, do yourself a favor and sit in Jordan’s section. Her vibe will make your night!!!

My girlfriend and I stopped by for dinner tonight and had a great experience. Our server Raphael, took great care of us and was very knowledgeable about the whole menu. His recommendations on the steaks were the perfect choice. The ambiance and music only added to our great experience. We will absolutely be returning.

Five stars all around. Anna our server was superb at every moment. Larry the manager checked on us a couple of times and could not have been nicer. The ambience is high end, yet laid back. We were seated at table for two near the windows but also near the entrance. For dinner we had the prix fixe (weekdays only) and, wow. My sea bass was possibly the best I've ever had. The sear on the skin, the taste and flaky tender meat. Gosh. Just magnificent. My dining partners' filet was amazing. A perfect medium. The sides were superb, the appetizers and desert were also perfection. Prices seem high at first glance and it's very easy to spend $100 or more per person. That said, it is worth it. It's as near perfect as it gets.

I was so pumped to come here for my birthday dinner but was throughly disappointed. To make things easier, I'll just make a list of everything that went wrong NONE of which was compensated for on the check. 1. We had to switch waiters 3 times and didn't get our drinks or apps entered until the third time we ordered despite the fact that the restaurant was filled with staff. 2. We were served bloody chicken that was just taken back to throw the entire plate in the oven and given back. (??!!) 3. It was so loud conversation had to be yelled to be had. 4. They remembered that I was gluten-free/celiac, and so they opted for a bowl of berries instead of a cake (very thoughtful) however it was just thrown in front of me with one fork while there were no other plates or utensils for anyone else to share, and the sparklers came out a solid 5 minutes behind and they nearly caught my friend on fire with their placement. 5. The place was gross, unclean, and genuinely trashy. 6. My medium-rare steak was tasted okay, but was cooked many steps closer to well.

SO GOOD! Came here this evening and I only have praise for this place. The man and woman who greeted us outside and sat us down were both very nice and soft spoken. We had a waiter named Matt, and I can not say enough good things about him or his service. He was so nice, easy to make conversation and connections with, was honest, and really made some great food and drink recommendations. He did not steer us wrong on one single thing he suggested to us. It's not too often that you find such an excellent sever that really makes the experience, but he was certainly one of those servers! Our food was also excellent! Had the old fashioned and passionfruit cocktail to drink, both done so well and delicious. Next had the wedge salad (didn't get a picture unfortunately), but is probably my favorite wedge salad in SD county so far (and I love a good wedge and search out for them). Next got the chicken entree which was again delicious, crispy skin and just done well. Also had the special French dip sandwich which again, was one of the best I've had. It came with these parm truffle fries I believe, and I am not a fan of fries and I am even less a fan of that kind of fries and I actually really enjoyed these. Mac and cheese was also very good. The Brussels I wouldn't normally get but decided to tonight and I am so glad because these were one of the stars tonight. I have never had Brussels with bacon and such that I have liked at a restaurant, but tonight I did. These are more maple and other flavor forward so if you're looking for the traditional bacon flavored forward these might not be your favorite. For dessert had the cheesecake which is made in house and it was very good. More mild with a hint of tart, not a full blown New York cheesecake style but I'd still rate it very well. Really all the staff here was very nice and helpful. Had some dessert drinks after and they had originally run out of what I requested so Matt gave us a more expensive one for the price of the other one, it was a fair difference in price. Lastly, the look of this place is overall nice. Not exactly all the design choices I would've made but it's still nice and not really my restaurant to judge haha. I think that this place is how you keep customers coming back. While it is more expensive, you can count on the food and just overall experience you are getting here to make it worth it. I can not recommend this place enough!

Came here for dinner mid week. Had theater tickets so made reservation for 5:00. Happy hour being available throughout was nice, but would have liked to see a substitute if they don't have a type of wine instead of a pick something else. Menu is pretty solid and has a couple of nice cuts you don't see too often. They do a little show if you order some of their toppers. Service started great and was doing great on time. Figured order a desert with 40 minutes to spare. I didn't see my waiter for 25 minutes..... so bypassed that portion. Kind of a different vibe here as it wants to be fancy, but they you got a DJ in there with light features. So maybe not a great date spot. I may go back here, but under different conditions.

Celebrated my birthday here with a group of friends. We were visiting from NorCal. It was a great experience from the food to the staff. The Delmonico steak was amazing and the best item of the night. Our waiter was great and very attentive. The only issue I had was that my old fashioned wasn't very good. It tasted watered down so I opted for a glass of wine instead. Besides the prices of the food being very high, it was a delicious dinner and something to be expected at STK. There was even a moment when they dimmed the lights, the Dj turned up the music and the staff went around with trays full of shots and sparklers giving everyone a free shot. It was pretty cool!

While in town for vacation we stopped in at STK for Happy Hour. The place was completely empty, so we found it very odd the hostess had us make a reservation before we could be seated. We were then taken to a small 2 top in the corner, another peculiar move we thought. Being the only guests I would have liked a larger table or a more ideal location rather than feeling crammed in the corner. Their happy hour offered a lot of options, both food and drinks. I would go back for their drinks but due to the underwhelming size of the small plates I don't know that we would order apps again. However the oysters were excellent and worth the price.

I had really high hopes for this place but the food and service fell very short. Made a reservation and when we got there they told us we could wait at the bar until our table was ready. There was no room at the bar so we waited about 10 minutes. Then a girl came up to my friend and I and said a name that wasn't mine then said our table is ready. I responded that is not my name and she said "it's not?" And walked away.. it was a Latin name and I am a Latin woman so that was kind of insulting. When we got seated, the waiter came and asked us for drinks and my friend ordered sparkling water and I just asked for water.. to my surprise they brought out a carbonated bottle of water and a Fiji water bottle.. didn't even give me the option.. I am someone who feels strongly about single plastic use so I was taken back by this. Not as taken back when I saw that it cost $9 when I didn't ask for that. We ordered the Guava Berry Kiss and Hibiscus Sparkler, both gin drinks and they were way too sweet and watered down. Pretty disappointing. For appetizer we ordered the Blue Iceburg which was half a head of ice burger lettuce which wasn't in the description.. for sides we ordered Asparagus, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Parmesan Truffle Fries. The asparagus wasn't impressive. Nothing special. The mash potatoes were loaded with butter when you took a bite.. good flavor but just felt super heavy. Parmesan truffle fries were pretty good and I am glad they weren't bad because they're fries so that would have been upsetting. My friend ordered the filler from the small menu. And I ordered a medium Ribeye fillet from the medium menu. When they came out they were the same size.. and my ribeye was so charred on top so when I cut into it, it was rare.. I told the server and he took it back and I actually ended up ordering the Ribeye Spinalis. Who he as really a thick shirt steak.. we ordered the red wine and chimichurri sauces on the side. I was eating my food and dipped the steak in the chimichurrt and it picked up a super hot pepper in there that I ended up choking on. I coughed for about 4 minutes before I could even drink water. My ears were on fire and it was just so embarrassing and uncomfortable.. The vibe in here was like it wanted to be a party scene with the dj randomly screaming in the middle of dinner.. but all in all I have to say this plan is more trendy than actually having good food and I am going to be particularly about my experience because my check for two people was $330 and that did not include tip. So if you are wanting to go somewhere nice and trendy with good food. Save your money and go somewhere that is worth it. Too many problems to cost that much.

Worst birthday dinner EVER. I'm utterly shocked at the treatment I received that both was discriminatory and I want to say racially motivated. Ultimately, my experience was ruined and I walked away feeling disappointed and frustrated. For context, I booked a reservation for my birthday dinner (which was noted on the reservation). The server was well aware of the fact as it was my birthday since he did wish me happy birthday and knew we were celebrating. However, there was nothing done to make the dinner special. The server's name was Rafael. The bare minimum was done as food & drinks were served. Once we were done eating, all he asks is how we're going to pay. Literally ALL the surrounding tables got the birthday sparklers. I was surprised when we weren't even offered dessert or even just a sparkler to sing happy birthday? And I really want to give the benefit of the doubt but we were the only table that were people of color. Everyone around us was getting special treatment and I couldn't help but wonder if this treatment was racially motivated. I asked one of the bus boys if purchasing a dessert was needed to receive the sparkler because I was honestly confused why my table was not brought one when they were giving them away like candy. He responded with if you're celebrating a birthday, you're given either birthday shots or a birthday dessert. When I told him I was offered neither he was also shocked and said he can grab it for me - which was nice but at that point we already paid the check and our leftovers were packed up. At this point, the damage was done and I was ready to leave. For a meal that I paid well over $700 for, I expected to receive better treatment than I did - especially for a birthday celebration. I still tipped 20% because it was a large party but it was definitely not earned. This experience put a horrible taste in my mouth and I will never return to the San Diego STK.

What an incredibly sexy steakhouse!!! We went last minute and the Padres game was on so we just sat at the bar. That was my first time and I loved everything... well except the bread. lol. But I'm not a butter person so that amount of garlic and butter was too much for me! However the rest of the menu was so incredible I cannot complain! And besides it helped me not over indulge on bread and I was able to save room for the rest of our food! Our server said they don't honor military discounts but that wasn't true.

Somewhere between a 3.5 and 4 but service was fast and friendly so I'll go with a 4. Atmosphere: Modern but a little bit of a club feeling due to the loud music. We came here to celebrate our engagement so we ordered a variety of items. We started with the tuna tartare and calamari as appetizers. While both items were good, nothing was particularly note worthy. For the main entree, we ordered a dry aged porterhouse topped with a waygu butter and a side of market vegetables and mashed potatoes. The porterhouse was easily shared between the two of us. The steak was well seasoned and they melted the butter with a torch to add an additional layer of flavor onto the steak. Our waiter was knowledgeable and recommended a great wine pairing to complement the steak. The buttery mashed potatoes and the market vegetables added a nice balance to the steak. The manager also came out to ask whether we were celebrating anything special. He was kind enough to offer us a dessert and champagne on the house but unfortunately it never came out. Nonetheless, it was a nice gesture. Expect to pay a higher price but the steak is worth the price!

Came here for dinner last night, made reservations for my gf and I to have a steak dinner. We arrived and were warmly greeted by the host and manager and were promptly seated for our reservation. Chris was our waiter, excellent service and suggestions from the menu. Started off with the gem Caesar salad then for the mains ordered the filet, Australian wagyu flat iron, sides market veggies, mashed potatoes and tater tots. Chris mentioned adding the wagyu umami butter which ended up being a game changer. Both of our steaks were cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth, salads and sides were also bomb, might be one the best steak dinners I have ever had. This spot is in gaslamp and STK is a trendy steakhouse anyways so the ambiance and energy was felt. Thank you STK for an amazing dinner my gf and I will remember as a highlight of our staycation in SD.

Fabulous dinner with colleagues and clients. There were 6 of us at the table and we decided to stay away from appetizers and just ordered a bunch of sides to go with the amazing entrées. We shared brussel sprouts, lobster mac and cheese, corn pudding, mushrooms and creamed spinach. I had the Australian waygu flatiron steak. We all added truffles and truffle butter to our entrées. Add the delicious house bread with blue cheese butter, an amazing wine and expresso martini birthday shots to top it off. Our server Jordan was amazing! She kept us laughing all dinner with her comments and advice. All while taking care of other tables as well. She is a treasure.

Stopped in with a large group on the third night of a conference. The drinks were exceptionally well done. The servers also did a fabulous job. The quality of the food left a great deal to be desired. I will say the short rib looked absolutely gorgeous and I know that the attendee that had it loved it The Seabass should not have even been put on a plate. It was thin soggy and had a strong taste of fish that does not happen with properly curated sea bass. If you're coming here, stick with the steaks or the short rib, don't bother with the rest. The sides are good.

If you are looking for a delicious place to eat with great ambiance then come to STK. Jordyn, our server, was excellent. Being the first time at STK, Jordyn was able to provide recommendations, based on our requested preferences. She was very attentive and made our birthday guest feel so important! The other staff members were also very attentive in serving us our sparkling water as well. Let's not forget the chefs and food workers in the back. We ordered the Filet, Tomahawk, and the Porterhouse with a side of grilled shrimp which were all cooked to perfect with great flavoring. We also enjoyed both versions of the mash potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and lobster Mac n cheese. Perfection! This is a great place for a date night, family dinner, girls night out or boys night out, or just a place you want to have delicious food! I would recommend 10 out 10 and can't wait to enjoy new items from their menu!

Love this spot! Came for dinner during the Super Bowl and what a vibe it was. It's a fun crowd and the decor is so cute! The service was excellent, very attentive, and got everything right. We ordered the Chilean sea bass and short ribs. Both were very good but my favorite part of the meal was the brussel sprouts. Oh my. The best I've had. I am really considering going to pick up an order of just those. Also, the bread they serve is delicious. You've got to try it. This spot is located in Downtown, so be sure to give yourself enough time to find parking.

STK is one of those places where you start the night off at and even though your plans were to come straight home after-- you end up keeping the night going because the vibes here are everything !! Parking is always a little difficult in downtown-- We had a Sunday Funday and had reservations at 4pm . We did see some street metered parking, but whenever I'm in downtown, I usually just head over to the old Horton plaza mall parking garage to easily park my car and walk to my destinations from there . We paid about $20 for 4 hours . STK is located right next to the Andaz and actually even has a door connecting the two . The inside of STK is decorated so nicely and the ambiance is definitely classy/sexy . There was no dj the Sunday I was there, but they did play nothing, but the hits all night long--This is what kept me going lol . I was greeted right away when I entered by the GM, Scott who was soo kind and attentive . I was invited to try out their new "night out" menu and it was honestly SOO AMAZING ! Here's what we had-- BOTTLE OF BONANZA-- red wine is always a great idea . BREAD & BLUE CHEESE BUTTER-- perfect paring with my red wine . Bread was pull-apart-FLUFFY and the blue cheese was not overly salty . SOOO GOOD ! LIL BRGS-- these mini waygu beef sliders were SOO JUICY and flavorful ! I wish it came with double the amount because these were one of my FAVS of the night ! JALAPENO SHRIMP COCKTAIL-- these prawns were MASSIVE, soo plump, and sweet ! I was shook how snappy they were-- JUMBO SHRIMP for the win ! The cocktail sauce was also unique and delicious -- loved the pickled undertone from the jalapeños ! 14OZ NY STRIP STEAK-- asked for medium-rare and it was cooked beautifully . One of the servers even came out with a torch to melt the butter on top.. it was fancy lol . We devoured this tender steak in less than 60 seconds -- and the chive butter that it's served with is a YES . MISO GLAZED CHILEAN SEABASS-- wow . This reminded me of the steamed fish you order from an old school Asian restaurant thats served in a light brown sauce with all the ginger on top.. IKYYK . The fish was light and flakey . The sauce was umami and savory ! Bok choy was fresh and cooked well . I highly recommend this one if you're a seafood lover-- TATER TOTS-- soo fun to eat ! These are not your normal "tots" you get for breakfast . They are double the size and are filled with creamy hashed potatoes that has some type of cheesey element . The outter crust is light, yet so crisp . If tater tots were a poem, these would be it . GET THEM . ASPARAGUS-- my fav veggie, asides from mushrooms ! These asparagus were basic, yet soo bougie . They were THICC and had a nice char . They paired very well with the steak ! BAG O' DONUTS-- the perfect cinnamon-ey finisher . They even brought us a sparkler to celebrate our date night ! These mini-donuts came out warm and pillowy . The outside had a nice crisp bite . The sauces it came with were good, but I preferred them just on its own !! Overall, I totally would come back !! We had such a great time and the food was really delicious . I always am a little hesitant when it comes to chain restaurants, but STK SD did not disappoint !! I would love to come back and try some of their other menu items and fancy cocktails . Shout out to our kind servers Matt, Michael, and Margherita-- and there was one more man-- (the man who torched my butter on the steak lol), but I didn't get his name !!

Uncrowded on a Sunday night, we had the baby gem caesar salad (parmigiano reggiano - lemon black pepper emulsion - herb crouton) and the shellfish platter for 2 (Oysters - Ceviche - Clams - Mussels - Jalapeño Pickled Shrimp - Dungeness Crab - Maine Lobster; cocktail sauce - mignonette - lemon dijonnaise). The shrimp were a little doughy in texture, not firm, but the rest of the shellfish very good. And lots of their bread - which varied from good to excellent, always warm, sometimes soft too. Service was fast and friendly, efficient.

Sea Bass + Filet + Sweet Corn Pudding + Asparagus! My date is from Kentucky and LOVED the Sweet Corn Pudding, said it's the best he's ever had anywhere! We're in the car now and he's been talking about it non-stop for the last 10mins. The food was a 10/10 for both of us! The music was being DJ'd live and they brought out sparklers like a night club! I'm huge on being entertained, no boring moments! The seating towards the front door is a little more lounge like and towards the back is formal/ family/ intimate. The decor inside is sultry, sexy, and provocative. They keep the lighting dim durning dinner, my favorite. We'll be back for Sweet Corn Pudding!

Very good staff, positive attitudes, friendly. Dj with live music, kinda loud to have a conversation, it's very upbeat, not like a Romantic soothing music vibe, good for first dates tho to not have to talk so much or have so many silent moments bc there's so much to look at and comment on around you that the atmosphere fills in the voids. So in that sense it's nice even if you're not crazy about your date. Or if you just wanna put in low effort in the convo and chill this is the best dinner spot. Great for bday dinners bc they have this firework thingys. They have an 8pm show down thing that was fun. But ya overall fun high energy vibe, the food was 9/10 my Austrian flat iron was a bit too charred at the top. I but overall it was a good steak. Great wine options. The mash potatoes and lobster mac and cheese was amazing!

STK is okay. The ambiance is nice... it's a little vibey and has a unique aesthetic. The cocktails are fine... a little overpriced in my opinion. I most recently went during a holiday and found the restaurant to be woefully understaffed, the food took forever, and the quality was just okay. I've been to a few STK's and tend to prefer other steakhouses at the price point. In San Diego I much prefer The Huntress or Cowboy Star for quality and service.

They are getting 3 stars rather than 2 because of the service by Evan. He was wonderful! . We got the A5 as our appetizer and that was amazing. We expected it to be a lot ($120) but the rest did not live up to their price point. The steaks weren't anything special. They had wagyu butter on them which made it taste better. They would have been missing something without it. The mac and cheese was watered down. The desserts (chocolate cake and cheesecake) were good. The chocolate cake was a sliver of cake. I didn't know that til we got home as I got it to go. To have paid as much as we did, we were expecting better. Much better. We were sat in a really awkward area: On the corner of the bottom of the stairs by the fire extinguisher. Normally, okay but, we specified that we were there for our anniversary when making a reservation & needless to say, they dropped the ball there. That was very disappointing. Not exactly a romantic spot to enjoy ones anniversary. Other than Evan saying "happy anniversary" nothing was mentioned to congratulate us at dessert like I've seen in some of the photos here. Just not impressed. When you drop almost $700 on dinner for your anniversary & leave feeling like 'meh, it was okay' then something is wrong. Planning on calling the manager tomorrow because when we got home, we decided we are actually pretty upset that things were the way they were all around. We just didn't want to ruin our night complaining. They already made it not so great as is. Just a update, contacted them the next day. Complaint was escalated to corporate. We shall see what they plan on doing about this.

Food, service and ambiance were stellar. Prices are hefty, however. I didn't try the fish and chips but to see that entree over $60+ woah. Just a warning. I had the lobster Mac and cheese (fabulous!!!) and creamed spinach (good!). I like the watermelon martini but was surprised it was award winning and over $20. It was good though, but not amazing. Would visit again and try the steak! Server said the mushroom pasta is also incredible.

Happy hour has excellent menu ranging $3, $6, $9. Cocktails $9 (normal $22). Mm Cocktails: - sliced watermelon is top favorite. Refreshing in tequila, fresh lime and jalapeño. - cucumber stiletto is another favorite. Refreshing with vodka, cucumber and mint. - espresso martini is interesting ok with vodka, espresso and cacao beans. I'll o Excellent: - steak frites has 3 delicious pieces of steaks on crispy fries, one of best items on happy hour menu. Good: - beef tartare x3 comes on crispy fried wanton skin - salmon stiletto has raw fish nicely complemented with vodka cured cucumber. Would be even better with topped with wasabi. - 3oz filet & jumbo prawn $19 is pricey, but steak filet is very good and tender. Prawn ok. - short rib quesadilla is nicely cheesy, may overwhelm short rib Ok: - Japanese wagyu taco comes as single piece, not for sharing - wagyu meatballs x3, like any ordinary good meatballs. Can't taste wagyu due to strong marinara sauce - shrimp cocktail x2 large shrimp comes nicely chilled in bowl of ice

This location of STK is off the charts! The interior is decorated beautifull and has a very nightclub vibe to it, the staff are super friendly and the food is prepared excellently! I highly recommend getting their filet mignon with their STK bold steak sauce, their mashed potatoes, and their chocolate cake! When you come here, be sure to ask for Cooper! He is such a nice guy who is very hospitable and really makes you feel welcome! When in San diego be sure to come to STK!

WOW. Birthday dinner for my man and we did it right We made a reservation online for 7:15 on a Saturday. If there is one take away, it's to consider parking double time because for starters it was a weekend night and second there was a padres game. The rest of our party struggled hard with time management and parking but luckily our table wasn't given away until the whole group finally arrived... 1.5 hours later. Mathew was an amazing guide through the STK experience for all of us. Especially me, since I have some dietary issues. After sharing that I was dairy and egg free, he suggested I go with: Blue Iceberg Salad without dairy and THE BEST MEAT IVE EVER HAD... Ribeye Spinalis (also without butter), and Brussels sprouts. The rest of the table ordered: Oysters, Blue Gem, Dry-aged Delmonico steak, Fish and Chips, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese. Honestly I'd recommend sharing the side because they come in pretty big portions. We all tried different cocktails throughout the night and the ones I tried were pretty good: cucumber stiletto, STK mule, mojito. I really wanna try their guava berry kiss next time! Last but not least, the DJ was AMAZING. He had an incredible energy, played great music that made the party fun, and connected with our table. The bow that tied it all together! This is far beyond your Outback Steakhouse experience in so many ways, no offense to Outback Steakhouse.

My family and I came here for my sister's birthday . From the start, our waitress Jordyn was very friendly and charismatic. She made my sister feel like a celebrity. Jordyn was also very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great details and even greater recommendations. We felt very welcomed and look forward to the food and great service again for our next visit! We ordered the crispy calamari, fried oysters for appetizers and a few cocktails. For the main course, we ordered Australian tomahawk and maple rubbed salmon, along with the mushroom and truffle salmon. It was all amazing!

Came here for my birthday tonight and had the best time! Jordyn is a phenomenal server and showed us an excellent time. Our meals were perfect. My boyfriend and I each had steak and shared Mac & cheese and everything came out perfectly. Loved the ambiance for Halloween. So festive! Can't wait to come back again soon!

Sorry for the late post. We came out to San Diego for a baseball game. And a couple nights before the game we found this place that was close to the hotel, with in walking distance so we decided to give it a try. STK, by far is the bast steak that I've ever had in my life! I'm usually cautious about steak houses because the meat is tough, not cooked right or whatever may be. The waiter was really helpful and polite. The place is kinda unusual looking but very clean and full of life. Just look for the big Red Bull out front. Can't wait to go back again.

Took a trip to San Diego and decided I wanted some fine dining. I researched the "Best restaurants in San Diego", and I found STK on the list. My sister and I decided to go. When driving past the restaurant to park, there was a line outside of the restaurant. I believed that was a good sign. Once we went back to the restaurant to check in, we were immediately seated at a very small table. It could barely hold two drinks and two dinner plates without the table feeling crowded. Jordyn, our server approached us pretty quickly and introduced herself. She was pleasant and helpful. After ordering drinks, Jordyn said she would come back and tell us about the menu and specials. The menu contained a nice selection of food, however, the downside is that EVERYTHING costs...even a pat of flavored butter was $12. This was supposed to be a great experience for me, so I ordered several items for the two of us to share and try. We ordered a Watermelon Mocktail and a Strawberry Mocktail. My Strawberry Mocktail tasted fine, but it was nothing to write home about. We ordered the 1/2 dozen Oysters which had three from the West Coast and three from the East Coast. There was cocktail sauce, horseradish, and lemon on the side. The East Coast Oysters were the best and I could eat a dozen of them. We tried 3oz of the A5 Japanese Wagyu steak with the umami butter. It was good and the steak melted in my mouth. Jordyn really hyped the steak up, but it just wasn't worth what I paid. I did enjoy trying it though. The Tuna Tartare was amazing. I think that was my favorite dish of the evening. The tuna was on top of avocado and on top of the tuna was taro chips. We also tried the Rack of Lamb and Spinalis steak as well. The food was good. I did not like the cheesecake and they did not charge us for it. I didn't ask them not to charge us for it, they must have just realized or overheard my sister and I talking. That's great service right there! The truffle fries were just okay for me without the sauce. I did try the sauce and didn't like it. The ambiance was lively and fun. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Staff are friendly. The music surprised me in a good way. I really enjoyed my experience at STK and the only things I would change are having a bigger table, have staff check in less frequently, and offer salt or have it available on the tables. We were there for about two hours and staff checked in with us around every 5-7mins it seemed.

Their service was excellent! We had the rib-eye with mashed potatoes and market vegetables. I'm not sure what they do to the mashed potatoes but OMG they were amazing. They melted in my mouth. The donuts with raspberry and caramel sauce for dessert were decadent! So much more than you would think a donut could be. The ambience was nice. It was early so it was quiet. The index of the restaurant is really unique and fun! Martinis were excellent. Highly recommend!

My my my... flabbergasted on the customer service. I was about to spend close to $200 this evening on a meal for my lady friend and I. But, prior to ordering, I was told they were out of the bottle of champagne that came with our meal. The manager came over and said he was unwilling to replace it with another one. So, I politely excused myself and said we would not be dining with them. Ambiance was nice. Too bad this did not work out for us.

Great place to celebrate special occasions. Great for groups. Staff were very friendly and attentive, from the hostess to our main server, Omar! I heard from my friend who dined with me that she really thought the Lobster Benedict was amazing. The french toast was good except for the mint, which we both didn't care for, it just kinda left like a weird flavor to it. The egg white omelet was ok... it reminded me of something that my Hubby would make at home, except that his has way more flavor. Overall, i enjoyed our brunch and would def come back to try the HH or dinner.
