Stocks & Bondy

YUM!! I started drinking bone broth every morning and have tried almost all the brands in local grocery stores.. they are expensive and I question the quality.. Yesterday I bought some bone broth from Stocks & Bondy and I am so impressed. The quality (noticeable collagen), unique taste (local lavender subtle flavoring?!? so good), and can't be the price. They also offer doggie bone broth and my pup is in LOVE, well be both are!

Used the lot to rest my vehicle Mark came over and looked in vehicle but said nothing a little bit weird but he left me to it so I say give Sundrops a chance just like Mark let me rest my injured vehicle until it was ok to leave Thankyou.

Oh my! Joanne Bondy's stocks and broths are awesome! They are so fresh and pure. The Spike broth is full of warm spices that will cure whatever ails you. It's just so comforting. We are in a heat wave and it was still the best broth I've ever had. I can't wait until winter to sit by a fire and sip on that! I also got broth for pets for my grand dogs. They are going to love it!! There's no onion or garlic so it will be easily digestible for them. I walked away from there with 8 sticks, broths and lard. Ohhhhhh, the jalapeño broth is soooo good too. And nice little kick on the back end. I can't wait to try each of items I bought! Joanne is a wealth of information and so friendly and interesting. Go check this place out and "stock" up on some great stuff for your health and your soul.

Great little place at the Farmers market. We tried the lobster bisque and the chili. The bisque was creamy and flavorful, perfect spiking to bring out the lobster taste. The chili was great as well, true Texas chili without beans, it was delicious, but only slightly spicy. The other soups and stocks looked really good as well. They even have a window where you can see into the kitchen where they make it all. Definitely recommend trying it.

Just a tourist meandering around the Farmers Market when I see this beautiful cake. When I wander closer to the display, I was greeted by the most charming, and gracious woman who totally enticed me to try a slice. I mean, I didn't need much encouraging anyways... She cut me a huge slice of the strawberry cake for a very reasonable $5.50. The cake was delicious. You can really taste the quality of ingredients and the real strawberries that went into the cake batter. I can't say anything about the broths and stocks that they are know for, however they looked and sounded delicious. But what would a tourist do with cold container of soup?

We came here when they first opened in the Farmer's Market and they were one of the only options. It was lunch time when we were there on a cold day so soup sounded amazing. They offer many of those and we ended up getting the beef chili. It was so good. You could tell some serious time and effort went into the recipe and preparation. It tasty so clean and there was a good amount of meat. It was not too liquidy or too solid, essentially the perfect bowl of chili. Yes, it is pricey, but well worth it! I am glad we discovered them then and hope to get back to experience their dinner room as well.

Discovered a new soup place-new to me. Stocks and Bondy. Used to be at Farmers Mkt have a place inside the Sundrops Vit Store on NC Expwy. The chef is a genius, chef bondy hats off to you! She makes fab nutritional, body and soul beneficial bone broth. I purchased the chicken bone broth and a couple of soups to enjoy over the next few freezing days. Today I am lunching on the tumeric vegetable soup. And well b c its me I added mushroom broth, coconut cream and roasted chicken. AND THE SUNS OUT!

I've purchased several things from here and the quality of everything is amazing. Today was my first time to buy their egg salad. It's hands-down the best egg salad I've ever eaten. Everyone who works here is always very nice and helpful.

Great new place to get gourmet soup stocks! Beef, chicken, lobster...plus, pulled pork, AND broths infused with oolong tea - just for drinking (I guzzled down two samples, cause it was amazing stuff!). They were still in "soft opening" mode when I visited, but there was plenty of product in the coolers and on the shelves. The stocks last 30 days in the fridge, so you don't have to immediately use them up as soon as you get them home. Buying from local farmers, they only use pasture-raised and free-range sources - no preservatives! With seasoned vets running the kitchen, I see Stocks & Bondy doing very well in Shed 2 at the Farmers Market.

Our Chicken noodle was served barely past room temp. It was far too heavy on the herbs yet slightly under seasoned (the sock needed salt). The base had a nice body and the ingredients were certainly of quality. Will have to give them another try.

Impeccable service, great quality and well worth every penny. This is a must stop if you go to the farmers market. After my experience last night I will always make a stop when I'm in the area.

This place is phenomenal and a place that Dallas needs to embrace. It is also set in the Dallas Farmers Market which had a new facelift and can possibly give our downtown a true beacon of pride. This places food allows you to take stuff home and have a 5 star meal at home. The soups and the meats are great. I was skeptical on the ribeye my wife bought, but it was amazing. Threw it in the oven at 350 for 25 min, it was rare inside and crusty outside (it had been seared and I think sous vide). Compound butter on top was a nice touch. Things aren't cheap here, but from my knowledge they use the best quality out there. So totally worth it. Want to learn more.

I am a major soup lover and the soups at Stocks and Bondy are out of this world!! I eat soup year round, and these soups are made with love! So far ,y favorite is the cream of mushroom, it's the best soup I've had in a very long time. It's super flavorful but not rich. I also love the chicken noodle, minestrone, and carrot ginger. The store is located in the new Dallas Farmers Market, LOVE THIS PLACE

We have been making stock at home and made a trip to Stock and Bundy. We are so happy we did! The stocks here are amazing. We met Joanna and Michael who are both extremely talented and creative. Be sure to try their tea infused stock...so delicious. When they start serving dinners, we will be the first in line. By the way, I have an autoimmune disease and these stocks are so very helpful for the immune system.

I am pretty sure the Chicken Noodle Soup can cure any ailment! It is so delicious and loaded with yummy vegetables. If you are feeling under the weather, go grab some for an immediate cure. The mushroom and tomato are also very delicious. Be sure to grab some bone borth to cook with. This is not the stuff you find on the shelves at the grocery store. It makes for way more flavorful and healthy food.

thoroughly impressed and definitely a fan of both Stocks & Bondy as well as the owner Joanne! I stumbled upon this place in the farmers market a few months back and decided to try out a few of their soups- which I LOVED!! I really just love the whole concept from being fresh and local (and delicious) to how happy and helpful their staff has been each of my three visits. Just this past week I came down with flu and all I wanted was some bone broths from S&B. I called to see if they had any beef bone broths and they were out, but Mrs. Joanne was kind enough to offer to hold onto some as soon as she restocked or to load me up on any of her chicken bone broth flavors. I decided to drive down (30 min away) and take her up on the chicken broths. She was so kind and helpful when I got there and the trip was totally worth it!! The spike, lemon basil, and white ginger flavors for the win... and I am finally on the rebound!! Thank you Stocks & Bondy, I'll be back!! :)

Excellent products, better than anything in a grocery store or even butcher in Dallas, at a price reasonable for what it is. They have not only chicken and beef stocks, but also rendered fat, bone marrow (which can be spread like butter), and other products. They're super friendly and will give you some pricing help if you want to try something for the first time. Give it a go!

These are the best soups and stocks ever. My family considers me as an amazing cook, but once I tried the Chicken Noodle Soup, I only purchase these soups instead of making them. We have tried almost every soup and stock they make and love them all. Everyone I have served them to have raved about "the soup I made". Last week we tried her prepared brisket - again amazing. If you want "the best ever" fresh made soups and meals, you must visit Stocks and Bondy
