I've worked in the rental industry for 15 years. And the first rule is to inform the customer of all the guidelines, so there is no miss understanding. The Stockyard rental was a total failure as being informed correctly of the terms, before I was sent a contract. It seems that when you rent equipment for 7 days you should be able to operate the equipment for 8 hours for each day you rent the equipment for. However, this is not explain to you when I clearly stated my desire to rent it for 7 days. What was explained to me was that I needed to clean the machine, return it with a full tank of fuel, given three different charges for delivering the machine and a bizarre explanation of the rental tax, that's a software issue. The staff is not knowledgeable on rental guide lines and explaining the rules to the customers. I basically was miss led and coast me more. Basically, they have been dishonest in explaining there rules, which I questioned them repeatedly.
