Stoked Pizza Co. (Cambridge)

I was dejected from having the displeasure of a quite frankly awful experience at a putrid spanish restaurant down the street. I had decided to come here in a pinch to satiate my growing hunger, and it did not disappoint. The waiter was helpful and nice, and the environment was quite lovely. I was seated in a booth with my group, and I ordered the New york Bianca with Italian sausage and hot honey. The pizza was absolutely delicious and I couldn't recommend more. The other pizzas looked great as well. I can not speak on the appetizers as we did not order any. However, they looked good too. 5/5

Stoked Pizza really hits the spot! Their "Scientist" drink is a knockout - strong and delicious. The buffalo wings have just the right amount of spice, and the Buffalo Chicken and Burger Pizza? Absolutely unique and tasty. Plus, the vibe is chill and the staff are super friendly. Definitely a winner!

The place was very quiet so we figured we at least would have great service. That’s the one thing that was disappointing. Our first server was good about explaining options related to my gluten allergy. We got our waters filled and orders taken. Then she disappeared until the apps were served. Didn’t come back to check on the orders or if we needed anything, like refills. The apps were great though. We had the magic mushrooms, and I gotta say, never tried anything like that and it did not disappoint. It was really good in both flavor and texture. Also had the wings. Perfect! (And GF!) The pizzas were decent. I won’t say my favorite. The GF crust was actually very good. Crispy and the bread consistency we’d expect. But I found the toppings to be a little on the bland side. (It was BBQ chicken) That aside, all our pizzas appeared to have fresh ingredients and they were a good size. But once again, our server disappeared! Never asked if our food was as we ordered or if we needed anything else. I got left with nothing to drink. A new server took over the table as we were finishing up and this person was on point with her service. She was really nice and attentive. Unfortunately all we had left was dessert for our kid. (Nothing GF for desserts fyi). But I did have a nice dessert martini. Overall I found this establishment clean, spacious, great light, gender neutral bathrooms, and excellent food! The prices are steep, so I would have liked better service. Especially since I got prompted to leave a big tip at the end on the credit card machine. This place appears to be family friendly, LGBTQ friendly and appropriate for anyone with extra mobility needs.

The place is very well located / the staff are top notch - very attentive and nice and give updates when needed. The pizza is amazing one of the best I’ve had in Cambridge and I would give a rating of 9/10. The atmosphere is nice and overall it was a lovely visit and would love to go back!

The vegetarian options are extensive but not quite as tasty as I had hoped. The cauliflower wings are pretty good, though the taste of buttermilk is noticeable enough to be out of place with the texture of cauliflower. The vegetarian meatballs on the pizza aren’t actually shaped like meatballs and their flavor is somewhat underwhelming. We did not try the mushroom delight which is apparently also a customer favorite. Not a bad choice for vegetarians, but I wouldn’t expect to be blown away.

I took a photo of my pizza but I'm not including it here because it is so miserably fails to capture the true glory of the meal. I had one of the specials, called something like "Spicy Hawaiian": jalapeños, prosciutto, vodka sauce, and PINEAPPLE ... it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Thin, Euro-style, so seemingly on the healthier side ... even the crust was divine ... devoured every crumb. Staff were attentive and pleasant; atmosphere was nice: spacious, woody, and 2-Live Crew was playing at one point but not too loud. Not expensive. If I make it back to Boston I'll go out of my way to drop in again.

Really great tasting pizza with that unique thin wood fire taste unlike lots of the other places around (Otto, Blaze, Dominos, Armando’s, etc.). We really enjoyed the pizza, and we thought the salad was delicious and beautiful.

To tell you the truth, I only had the chance to grab a drink at Stoked, so I can't speak to the pizza. But based on the cocktails alone, Stoked is an excellent bar!

The main reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because I just came off of a week with no bread ( Passover) so I believe any bread would have been tasty. I got the vegan pizza w/roasted onions and mushrooms . I added garlic and impossible meat. The crust thin and super tasty. And I wonder if they make their own cheese 'cause it didn't have that vegan cheese resemblance. I also ordered the vegan fried cauliflower bites in a general Gao sauce. 9 pieces for $14 kinda a rip off. The cauliflower was crunchy ( almost raw). Misrepresentation from picture to plate. The coating was soggy. ( don't recommend). I hope they add more items to their menu, Having a Vegan menu is a major plus!

Stoked is sooo good! I came in for lunch with my sister at opening time, so we were instantly seated at our table. It did start to fill up around 30 minutes later, so we were glad to come in early. For starters, we ordered the brussel sprouts and the gnocchi. There was some kind of mustard/wasabi-like sauce on the brussel sprouts that was really strong and was a tad bit difficult to eat. The brussel sprouts were sautéed really well though. The gnocchi was nice and chewy and the sauce was delish. We also ordered a pizza (forgot to take a picture :facepalm:) and it was a great ratio of sauce and cheese. Overall, Stoked was an excellent lunch experience, and I will be back!

I love the fact that they have a full side of their menu, dedicated to vegan options as well as the little desserts they give you at the end that are vegan. I would highly recommend here if you're in the mood for some pizza and you are vegan looking for a good option for eating out. There's nothing wrong with breathing in the smart air of Harvard University! I love watching people and just eating our food.

My favorite drink is made here. It is the Undead Gentleman. Sure the pizza is great and staff are pros!

Pizza was so good that we forgot to take photos. We had the dirty Hawaiian and pepperoni. I also recommend all of these sides!

I don't usually voice bad reviews but this was truly disappointing. pizza is super greasy, dripping everywhere. ordered pepperoni but was bits and pieces of pepperoni (didn't actually look or taste like pepperon). truly the worst pizza I've ever had.

Pizzas are super small!! Toppings are pretty sparse too. The price looks ok but they clearly went the shrinkflation route instead of raising price. Just werent into it after the change, will find other places that aren't trying to pull the fast one on us.

I'm in town on a conference. I wanted to go to Cambridge from the seaport district and get some pizza. After taking the red line and walking through Harvard Pizza, I finally get there. Cheers for public transit. The ambiance is so unexpected. It's like walking into the set of a Mad Men show. Mid century modern vibes everywhere, even the cocktail menu on the wall. Service was great and friendly. I ordered the veggie pizza and Buffalo wings, cauliflower wings. They have a great vegetarian/vegan selection. The veggie pizza was crispy and just full of flavor. I loved, loved the caramelized onions. The buttermilk ranch for my wings was also really good. The pizza (12 inch) was $18. The wings were $13. I think this place was really great. Just wished it was on the near side of Cambridge and not the far side. It's essentially on the campus of Lesley University. So I would definitely recommend coming here. As a vegetarian, it felt like we weren't a side consideration when making food. Like they really want to just make great food that happens to be plant-based. Rest assured, omnivores, you're well represented on the menu. Next time, I'll definitely try a cocktail.

Had these pizzas recently on lunch. Was surprised at the cost for two 12" pizzas but loved them both. Absolutely delicious. Pizza done right. They ground their pepperonis and I really liked it that way. The cheese had probably the tastiest blend I've ever tasted. Wish I knew what they use. 4 stars just because $37 for two smalls is much.

Been here couple times. Solid pizza spot. Delicious crispy thin crust with fresh and quality ingredients. They have variety of vegan options for those vegans and vegetarians out there. Love the relaxed vibe and ambiance. Retro 70s decor with throwback music playing. They also have an outdoor patio for those who enjoy people watching on Mass Ave. The service is great! Will continue to come back when I'm town to satiate my pizza cravings.

Really tasty pizza, just wish they had a larger size! I ordered the vegan Margherita and enjoyed it. I may just need to order an extra pie as they only serve one size for their pizzas

Amazing vegan pizza! Came for a casual date night, and left feeling so full but so happy. We ordered the maple roasted Brussels sprouts, the marinara pizza with vegan meatball added, and the chipotle veggie pizza. The best item was definitely the Brussels sprouts-- they were soft and saucy, not super crispy like a fresh fried sprout but more like soaked in sauce with the roasted flavor. The sauce was sweet and savory, and went perfectly with the pizza. Honestly that sauce elevated both pizzas we ordered, as it added that bit of sweetness and flavor on top of the otherwise savory profile. The vegan meatball was quite yummy, and the chipotle pizza had a great mix and generous amount of toppings. I would give the pizzas a 4 without the Brussels sprouts, but together, everything was amazing. We finished everything between two people but were stuffed by the end. :)

Pizza was yummy! The staff were nice and the restaurant was a good place to sit and catch up with a friend. The bathrooms are very cool looking as well.

I really love the delicious pizza at Stoked (which I've also had in Brookline), but the reason I choose the Cambridge location is the amazing tiki cocktail list--and the beautiful glassware it's served in! Service has been stellar on every visit even though we perpetually start talking and then take forever to order. Love the bar seating, and the tables and booths are well laid out with Mass Ave as window dressing. More things I love: the decor in general, the cocktail named after Three Aces, and the bathrooms (trust me).

Amazing pizza! Cooked perfectly with very perfectly paid toppings (especially for a vegetarian!) We got the mushroom and onion and Buffalo spinach with the aloha fries. Everything was fantastic and I loved how perfectly charred the sides were. The waiters were also very friendly and the tiki drinks came in really fun vessels.

Cheeseburger and bbq pizzas were incredible. Fast friendly service. Can't wait to go back.

What a fantastic place with friendly & helpful staff! Food was delicious, the pizza I ordered had a very nice crispy crust & the toppings weren't falling/flopping off at all. I'm from out of town & pretty sad I won't be able to stop by & grab a pizza from here again anytime soon.

I ordered takeout from this place and it was pretty fast. I got the porky pizza with bbq sauce. It was very good. They also gave me a Rice Krispies treat.

Ordered a few cheese pizzas for take out. Their pizza is consistently delicious. The online ordering process is very easy and convenient (bonus points for also accepting ApplePay). Customer service for pickup is quick, friendly and efficient. I've dined in at their Brookline location but not Cambridge yet. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and location. One of the very best pizza places in the Boston / Cambridge area if you ask me. I say this as someone who grew up in NY and is accustomed to NYC pizza. Thank you for the great pizza and service!!

The food itself was delicious. Had pizza, waffle fries and chicken tenders. The problem was the delivery. Took Grubhub 2hrs to deliver And they claimed the address was incorrect but I did give them the correct address. It was done through Uber Eats/Grubhub website. Tom G

A friend and I had dinner here last night -- simple and light. We shared the Greek salad, the meatball appetizer, and the amazing Brussel sprouts. All the food was lovely and service was excellent. The hostess was wonderful. We are inside (all outdoor tables were taken) and it was clean and spacious. Music was a tad loud but enjoyed the 80s playlist! Not our first time there and we'll definitely be back!

Highest reviews And we were nearby so we gave it a shot. Pizza is pretty good. But not great. Sausage was not very tasty. Onions were fine. Sauce just OK. Greek salad was fresh but had no olives. Great feta cheese. Beer was cold and tasty. The Gorgeous Blonde had a Paula Paloma that was fantastic. $65 with a generous tip as service was impeccable. We will try something else next time. It is not hard it should be a five!

Stoked Pizza? Absolutely killer. Went there, grabbed the veggie cheeseburger, mushroom and onion, and meatball with ricotta pies. Flavors hit hard, man. Crust? On point. Staff? Cool cats. No doubt going back for another round. If you dig pizza, you gotta hit this spot. It's the real deal.

First and foremost this is a love note to Stoked's team for choosing to do Tiki drinks and do them well. Stoked is my go-to for a well-executed cocktail in the neighborhood. The food is fantastic -- from the apps (don't skip on the cauliflower bites!) to pizzas (including gluten-free and vegan options) there is something for everyone. Special shout out to the Cheeseburger Pizza (the vegetarian version is just as delicious, made with Impossible Meat) and the Mushroom and Onion Pizza. I've been to the restaurant about 10 times now and the service is always friendly. In the summer months there is outdoor seating but to be honest I like sitting at the bar best. Between the eclectic décor, good music and the friendly bar staff it's always a fun time. Great restaurant for medium-sized groups, too. (I frequently see groups of up to 20 Harvard students/faculty, with a reservation) It's my favorite local for date nights or a small gathering of friends.

I can't believe we haven't been here before! Outstanding experience! First, the cocktails were fantastic. My husband had the Pukka Punch which was delicious and did pack a punch. I had When There Are Nine which was balanced and delightful. Appetizers of buffalo wings and meatballs were also perfect. We got the seasonal Mexican street corn pizza, which was a big hit, and the classic Porky, which I would definitely get again. Overall fantastic experience and we will be back soon!

This is the best pizza dough I have experienced. Firm enough to cradle the ingredients, yet light, airy, and delicate. The service was great and the restaurant design was congruent and tasteful. I will bring my friends and family here and suggest it to others. Well done Stoked Pizza.

Just had lunch here today and all i can say is WOW!!! The food and drinks were amazing and I also experienced the best ever service n my life! We ordered arugula and squash salad and buffalo chicken wings to start. The wings were crispy and juicy and the right amount of sauce. The salad was crisp and fresh and delicious! I also had a hot buttered rum cocktail which was great on a chilly day like today. We ordered cheese and veggie pizzas and both were delivered to us timely as t was just the right temperature. The crust was crispy and the sauce and cheese were ooey-gooey perfection ! We also had the best ever service in our lives from Paul. He was chill and cheerful and made us feel so well taken care of! We're visiting from Atlanta so it's unlikely we'll ever have him again so I urge all locals to request him to wait your table! Joe

The good was really good including the vegan options. Unfortunately, the server called me and my friend who are both Trans men and clearly not women "ladies". This location needs to train their employees better its 2023.

Best pizza I have had in a long time. Nice dining room and great service for 5 stars. For pizza they have vegan and gluten free to boot.

This place is our go-to for pizza. They have an extensive gluten-free menu for pizza toppings, pizza crust, wings, salads and sauces. Plus it tastes great!

One of the best thin crust pizzas I have had in years! Ordered the mushroom / onion white pizza, plain cheese, and bbq chicken and they were all well done. I like that they offer some veggie sides/apps as well to allay our guilt- the Brussels sprouts were very tasty.

The pizza was way too greasy. So much I couldn't enjoy it and had to dab with a napkin. The pepperoni's were so small I couldn't tell until, I tasted them. Cool bathrooms and comped rice crispi's. Maybe they were having a off day?

We love Stoked pizza! The chipotle veggie and marinara are my favorites. There is a whole vegan menu which is fantastic. I also love that they send a little complimentary dessert with takeout orders - some Rice Krispies for the non-vegans, cocomels for the vegans!

**UPDATE** The owner, Scott, reached out to me personally and apologized for the experience I had. This move alone is extremely respectable and has earned my decision to come back again. Like I said in my original review below, the staff is great and are a reflection of the owner of the business. I recommend giving this place a try if you're ever in the area. Went there for the first time and ordered a couple pizzas. The staff was great and the pizzas had great flavor but the pizzas are 11 inches and the total came to around $40. That wouldn't normally be a problem had the pizzas had any substance to them. They were bare. It's like they ran out of ingredients or are being stingy with them. I know Biden's crappy policies are affecting America as a whole, but that shouldn't affect the cost to value ratio of pizza.

We moved to Cambridge from Brookline last year and the only thing we were sad to leave behind was Stoked. WITHOUT QUESTION. When a location opened on this side of the river we were thrilled. So far we've only done take out, but they recently added outdoor seating so we will be back to eat soon. This is the perfect restaurant for "pizza and..." the menu is deep, everything is delicious and they even have a separate vegan menu that saved me when my newborn had a dairy allergy. It's good for families but trendy enough for a night out. I know there's a lot of pizza and bar food in Cambridge, but Stoked is truly a step above. Tonight I went to get a large pick up order only to find my husband ordered from the Brookline location. I left when I realized our mistake, fully intent on buying a loaf of bread and peanut butter and cursing my husband. The manager ran out, offered to quickly remake the order and bring it out to my car (my toddler was with me). I COULD HAVE WEPT. Anyway... customer for life (if I wasn't already).

Food is good, however, the service is terrible. She never came to ask us to ask how our food was, never brought the crushed red pepper, and never asked us if we wanted any other drinks or refills. We had to flag her down to get the check since she never came.

Ordered 2 pizzas for takeout last night - buffalo chicken and cheeseburger. Both were delicious and service was super friendly and prompt. Each pizza is big enough for 1 very hungry person, so if you're having dinner for 2, get 2 pizzas. A little rice krispy treat bonus came with our order and was a perfect sticky sweet bite to end our meal. Very happy to have this addition to the neighborhood!

We stopped in right before closing after a long day at our daughter's gymnastics meet. The staff was great. We sat down at the bar ordered a couple drinks and 2 pizzas. Within 15 minutes we were enjoying a veggie and pepperoni pizza. The crust was perfectly crispy and thin. Would definitely recommend!

Discovered this place today and ordered 2 pizzas: - the sausage pizza - the honey bacon bianca Quality is really good and price is reasonable. The honey bacon bianca is EXCELLENT! I will be back ;)

Had the good fortune to stop at Stoked in Cambridge. Menu is varied and looks sumptuous. Ended up buying two pies - The Veggie and The Porky. Unbelievably fresh and delicious. Toppings are abundant and you can easily make two meals out of one pie. I am eager for the day you can seat people in a very spacious and comfortable space. Welcome to Cambridge! Wishing much success in your expansion.

Pricey but yummy pizza, wings, and chili cheese fries. I love the GF options! My picky "plain but gourmet" eater son devoured the pizza!

This was a lucky find - we were just strolling around Harvard and saw this place and thought we would try it. We are so thankful we did! Soooo yummy! We had pizza, jalapeño popper fried and chicken fingers and everything was just so good. Highly recommend.

This pizza is delicious and they deliver fast! Pizzas are on the smaller size so order accordingly. Everything on the menu is fresh and high quality ingredients! Love the mini rice crispy treats as an added bonus!

This is one of my favorite new places in my neighborhood. It's always such a nice surprise when the vegan and vegetarian options at a restaurant are creative and tasty, and Stoked delivers and then some! Husband and I split some Aloha Fries tonight and they were absolutely slammin'. I've loved every pizza I've tried from here too. I will keep ordering from here whenever I'm in the mood for delicious and fresh comfort food.
