Got a nice pair of Dunks. I live a few major cities away and they came in the mail pretty quickly. Retailers (owners?) left me a nice personalized message on the card. My cat appreciated the extra pair of laces. Props.

Ordered a pair of Solovairs online to avoid traffic in the Glebe but got a mismatched pair of shoes delivered (one shoe was a half-size too big). I was about to be irritated at having to drive down there anyway to sort out the error but Ethan from Stomping Ground reached out and personally brought the correct shoe to my workplace the very next day to exchange. Awesome, and thanks again Ethan! Mistakes happen, but this was owning it with style. Can't ask for more than that.
