"Inside Stone Canyon Inn, you’ll find this white-tablecloth restaurant with views of the mountains. Chicken Florentine, Alaskan salmon, rib-eye steaks, and pork chops make up some of the favorites here. Diners should try the seared scallops with mushroom and spinach risotto." - Susan Stapleton

Just had an incredible dining experience at Stone Hearth Grill! The ambiance is lovely, with a shady terrace offering wonderful views. The food is top-notch, with very high quality ingredients. The French onion soup tasted just like the one you'd get in Paris, and the presentation of the Caesar salad was the most unique I've ever seen. And let's not forget the halibut - super delicious! Highly recommend this place for a fantastic meal with a view. 👌🍽️

A stunning location with amazing views. We stayed at the Stone Canyon Inn and had been advised that the Stone Hearth Grille was the best place to eat for some distance. Booking was a little quirky; with reservations only opening 7 days in advance. As our stay was booked nearly a year ago, this just needed a diary reminder. The restaurant is beautiful and service is attentive yet relaxed. They run a relatively small menu, but with everything nice and fresh. The food was delicious and plentiful. It’s not the cheapest place to eat, but I would say you get good value for money.

Food was definitely way better than what I was expecting. Was worried that the Bryce Canyon area would have limited food options, but Stone Hearth Grille definitely exceeded expectations. Sure the food may be a little pricey, but quality wise, it was exceptional and their aren’t many choices near Bryce Canyon. Would definitely come back again when I visit Bryce in the future. Also, make a reservation in advance, restaurant was full when I went.

The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious, worth every penny. The ribeye melts in your mouth and the whipped mashed potatoes so creamy and GOOD. Also the homemade bread and whipped butter was the best light appetizer cause you want your stomach for the main course. I was so full but wanted to try the cheesecake & I’m SO glad we did. The best food we’ve ever had. Not to mention as you sit in the clean quite dinning area you get to look out and see the GORGEOUS Bryce Canyon area and the glow at sunset, is just breath taking. I HIGHLY recommend here for fine dining. Our server was so happy and professional. Thank you Stone Hearth for a perfect Anniversary dinner.

After a lovely day traveling from Arches via Capital Reef and the Dixie Forrest, we were delighted to have our reservation at 7pm for a sunset dinner in Bryce! We were warmly greeted by the hostess and seated at a table with a view of the mountains! Our waiter, Riley, happened to be the owner as well. Not only was the food fantastic, but Riley was very warm and interested in our dining experience. When we asked about small portions for my wife, Riley brought the kids menu for her to choose from. She enjoyed a 4 ounce steak cooked to perfection. I opted for the 8 ounce filet with the Worcestershire sauce. Food was excellent and I finished off the remainder of my wife’s steak! The sunset view from our table was amazing! A new photo opportunity at every glance! After dinner we took photos from the front porch and finished our goodbyes with warm wishes and a hug from Riley. We left not only full, but filled with memories from our interaction with Riley! This was one of those moments when you knew that God put us together to meet. Thank you God and thank you Riley for this unforgettable experience and greeting to our time in Bryce!

We ordered the spaghetti duck dish, which was super tender but the pasta was skimpy and dry. There was not enough sauce nor goat cheese. Excellent crisp on the duck skin though. The chili relleno’s tofu filling was so spicy that we couldn’t eat it, although the texture was amazing, and the fish was inventive. My husband’s steak and potato was very good. Beautiful plating on everything.

BEST place to eat in the Bryce Canyon area!! The food and service were incredible and I loved the views from our table of the forest. The carrot salad was my favorite thing I ordered, and the flavors were amazing. Ending our night with the chocolate mousse was incredible! Overall, 10/10 recommend this restaurant for the best food and fine dining!!
