A BEARD HAIR CAME OUT OF THE STONE HOT PIZZA DOUGH.When I tried to pull it out, it wouldn’t come out—it was embedded inside. The hairy pizza is still with me, it’s at home. Stone Hot gets all their pizza dough from the same place and distributes the same dough to all their branches. When I called Stone Hot and said I wanted to speak with the manager, they hung up on me. They’ve also sent me burnt pizza several times. I didn’t want to leave a review, but a hair in the pizza at Stone Hot is unacceptable. And the way they handled the situation is also unacceptable. They offered me a $20 gift card. I think even if they had offered $20,000, I wouldn’t have accepted it—because I don’t think I’ll ever eat from there again. They told me I can use that credit for friends. I absolutely won’t have my friend eat at this place where I don’t eat. ANSWER TO THE STORE’S RESPOND: I still have the original WhatsApp texts with Stone Hot Manager, just like I still have the pizza hair embedded inside . Here is the what manager texted to me and these are exactly manager’s words: “ This hair inside the dough I will call the company today to complain this is not acceptable”… and Managers another message “I understand you brother. I would be upset too. I called the company and sent them your picture they will investigate. Meanwhile please let me know how to make it up to you?” ….. He meant by referring to “The Company” is “The company where they all bought same pizza dough”… So one of the manager claiming they bought pizza dough somewhere else but one of them claiming they do it at store. So interesting. Next step is the health department with the physical hairy pizza. And by the way note for who respond this review: Not try to call and threatened me again.

I’ve been going to Hot Stone Pizza for over 15 years, and it never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. From their amazing pizza to the juicy wings, tasty sandwiches, flavorful pastas, and crispy fries — everything is top quality. The place is always clean, and the service is fast and friendly. You can really taste the care they put into every order. One of the best spots in town, hands down!

This is not a pizza place. In fact they recommended i go to 7/11 to get hot pizza. They are a complete joke with no customers and no manners. Better to drive on and find a real pizza place than risk whatever they might eventually provide. Not to mention it smelled like feet. Upon seeing your response I cannot imagine why someone at your location wouldn’t report to you this interaction for risk of employment being lost…it happened. You just didn’t think I would be a popular google reviewer where you get 1000’s of people seeing what happened. The 7/11 pizza was great by the way! You never know who you might be treating poorly. Lesson learned I hope.

I don't understand the recent pattern of 1 star reviews I saw from brand new, 1 review type accounts. Those are obviously from one person trying to hurt this family owned establishment. As a frequent reviewer and a many time customer of Stone Hot, i can assure you that this is One of the best halal pizzas in the DMV area! The halal pepperoni pizza is scrumptious and a must try. The toppings are so generous and fresh. The burgers are also so good and always delicious. Must try!!!!

No way it is the same place it used to be. Poor customer service. The place was boiling hot like an oven. I would not even come close by this place.

I finally gave Stone Hot Pizza a taste! The pizza was tasty but is not worth a 4 or 5 star rating. The crust was too ashy and could use some lotion. My topping (chicken) was also dry and lacked flavor. Payed about $16 for a medium sized 1 topping pizza. Nothing fancy here.. Main pro: Halal Pizzeria

First I don’t ever leave reviews. But I was told about this place and was strongly urged to try it. I googled it and read the reviews. I saw one review that was so terrible I felt like the purpose of the review was only to hurt the business. But my wife and I decided to order a pizza and I have to say it was wonderful. I ordered ahead and it was ready on time and the staff was wonderful as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and will definitely be back again. I encourage everyone to try this place and support a family owned business, you won’t be disappointed.

Pizza was not hot upon pickup and is bland. The crust is burnt but is a full meatlovers.

Went for a sandwich and had the rarest experience I've had in some time. The food was perfect and so fresh I really had a hard time believing it because it's hard to find these days. I told the man and woman working just what my mood was like and the meat I wanted and they took it completely from there. The sandwich was gone in seconds. I could eat here every single day. God bless a business who still cares. 1000% recommend.

I was craving a good slice of pizza and based on prior reviews, I decided to drive to this spot and check it out. It was well worth it! Service was fast and friendly. Very casual vibe. Could use a little TLC. But the pizza was Phenomenal! Nice crispy crust with generous toppings. Will definitely revisit!

Placed order online for delivery. Food arrived within 30 mins. Pizza arrived hot. Salad was fresh. The bounty garden pizza was the solo 10" (small). Toppings included were the cauliflower crust, tomato sauce, eggplant, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, green peppers, spinach, and without cheese. Greek salad consisted of crispy romaine lettuce with olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, oregano parmesan dressing and breadsticks. Also, they now charge a $2.00 delivery fee.

Amazing service and amazing pizza and food and everything. Would highly recommend to anyone in Arlington.

In a word; 'standard'. Possibly a shade below that. It's a chain so don't expect any cute-sy, homey touches. I ordered a Stromboli. The inside ingredients were good but crust was a tad burnt. If I lived locally I may order something from here occasionally, but lots of other options in the area that are equally good or better.

We usually order from here often, however we wont be ordering from them again. We ordered delivery and the delivery gentleman dis not want to come upstairs to deliver the pizza, he asked us to go downstairs to get the pizza. He said he would leave if we didn't go downstairs. We said we cannot come down. He eventually brought it up, had a terrible attitude. Poor service I guess we will need to find another establishment and will miss the greek pizza

I've been ordering from there for the last 5 years. the food there is really great. Just ordered gumm and bread and it was very good.

I'm not sure what has changed with this restaurant. I drove out there today to get a nice treat for lunch. Grant it, I hadn't been there in about 4 yrs. I was expecting much more than I received. When i first got there they had a note posted on the door saying they would be closed until 12:30? for an issue they had. It was about 2:20 and the note was still posted on the door. I browsed some of the markets in the area and called the restaurant about 30 minutes later to see if they had reopened. When I got there I was overlooked while standing at the counter waiting to order. Two guys walked in and were immediately ordering when I got the attention of the not so warm manager to let him know that I had been standing there waiting to order. He is not management material and was all but dismissive. The steak and cheese sub I ordered took so long I went up to the counter to see how much longer it would be and he then looked at the warmer in the back and it was just sitting there. This place has gone down hill and I don't know which location the prior owners are working now but it's certainly not this location. This location will never see me again, I'm sure the manager will be fine with my decision. As one of the earlier reviews stated, a little TLC goes a long way. There are many other places to go who will appreciate their customers and not make them feel like they're imposing.

Bought food had it delivered large pizza wings pizza cold like it was in the fridge...wrong size pizza and wings that were burnt I order hot wings not burnt wings. Y'all should be ashamed of your product! I mean I've had yalls food before and that is why I came back and this is the worst product thought to be ok to be delivered to a person and then when I called to talk to them Miram said you ordered thru third party take it up with them. Yeah. But what about your actually food...SHAME! Y'all don't go to Themis place if you want food just go up the street to 7-11 get a slice or pizza and wings the quality there will still be 4 stars bc it's 7-11. You know your food is bad when kids won't eat your pizza! For shame y'all for shame! I've been ordering from SHP for some time. It's literally 2 blocks from my house. It's going down hill more and more. Tonight's order arrived totally cold (delivery was 2 blocks mind you). Pizza looked great, tasted completely bland. Wings, the same Costco wing sauce. Could be so much better. I think I'm done supporting my local pie shop. $50 for zero flavor and cold food.

Stone Hot Pizza is a local halal pizza chain that offers an extensive menu - appetizers (bread sticks, hot wings, meat pies, cheese sticks, hummus, etc.), salads, sandwiches (gyro, chicken/beef shawarma, chicken Parm, etc.), pastas (manicotti, lasagna, baked ziti, etc.), calzones, and both create-your-own and the house Specialty pizzas. I'm actually a fan of their BBQ Chicken Pizza! Comes in a solo, medium, or a large, this oven-baked pizza comes topped with diced (white-meat) chicken, BBQ sauce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and scallions, topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. They are more than generous with their toppings, especially with the meat! The diced chicken is piled high and seems to be about 5-6 chunks of chicken per each slice; they're not dried out, but actually juicy and well-seasoned with salt and pepper. The crust isn't too thick or thin, but thick enough to hold all the toppings. The pie itself tastes handmade, fresh, and has that nice 'brick-oven-baked' taste. They offer delivery as well as a carry-out options - calling in, the staff are always friendly, and our orders are always accurate - it's about a 20-minute estimated wait-time. The parking is a tight squeeze, as it's a shared plaza lot; it is narrow, and the area does get congested! +BBQ Chicken pizzas +freshly-baked +friendly staff +100% halal!

This pizza place has the best pizza I've ever eaten. And the prices are low, too! You rarely ever have to wait a long time for your pizza and it is always delicious. The employees and cooks are all highly professional people. Their Food has always been wonderful and I would NEVER complain about it ! But I just went there and NONE of the staff members cared about the masks or even gloves at some point . I was there for a good 15 mins and every employee either had their mask on their chin or some guy in the yellow shirt that looked like the manager just didn't have it at all , I work 10 hour days with a Mask on and Gloves it sucks but you gotta do it. Now if you're making people's food you should for sure have your mask on .

Theeee best grilled chicken salad ever!!! The veggies are so crisp, fresh and crunchy. I absolutely love their house dressing and fresh baked breadsticks. I know this is a pizza spot.... but I haven't had it. But if you're in the mood for a refreshing salad... this is theee spot! Their menu is broad with lots to choose from... I will explore the menu some day! The restaurant is clean, small but has tables to dine in. The staff are friendly! My go to for salads!

I found hair baked into my pizza. The person I spoke to on the phone was apologetic but they didn't offer me a refund or another pizza. I don't think I will return to this location.

Price is very high and lasagne is full of salt. Female owner is so much rude and she tried to charge sitting fees too even you are carrying out

Ordered gyros and they were okay. Also ordered meat pie see picture below it's not edible and looks awful. Taste is nasty and never again will I ever order meat pie from here ever. Threw it away.

While visiting family my Sis in Law said she preferred this pizza place because it's 100% Halal. I thought finally a place where I can eat with fam with no worries. I ordered delivery 2 pizzas & a large salad, came on time. The Mulaniana is good the one I created was better. I had regular crust, white sauce, roasted garlic, black olives, mushrooms & fresh mozzarella. The salad was definitely bigger than expected, good for 3 maybe 4 ppl.

Very good service and good quality food Rasha was a good help advising with the menu I am excited to go back and try something new. Highly recommend

I've been ordering from stone hot pizza since I moved to skyline house in 2014, it's sad to see how poor the service became. My favorite thing was the hot wings and panini however every time I order they give me stale bread or my chicken isn't cooked well enough. It's disappointing to see they toss old bread and expect you not to notice. My bread every time is so hard like a rock. I hit on my dining table it doesn't break, I can probably use as a weapon lol. I hope they bring back their old values and promises because it's sad seeings all the good slowly turn awful. Not my favorite place in skyline anymore.

Ok pizza but not much for your $$. I ordered a large "Superano" (basically just a supreme pizza without black olives) and it was much smaller than expected. More of a regular medium size pizza. The crust wasn't too exciting. Very chewy. $20 for the "large" sized pizza was bland and not worth it. Wouldn't recommend this place. There are a lot of other great options around.

I stopped by for a takeaway veggie pizza. Just had it at home. Wowwww. Really delicious. Their pizza is the best. The reasons is that the pizza is being cooked in a real STONE oven. That makes the difference. The taste is so different and so delicious. You should try their piazza. The taste is just amazing. The lady at the counter is hospitable. You call for your order. They tell you it will be ready in 15 minutes. It's done. Check out the place. I am definitely going back whenever I crave a good solid tasty pizza.

Words cannot even begin to articulate the magnitude of how astonishing this restaurant actually is! This has to be one of the best pizzas that I've ever tried in my life. I live all the way in Springfield, but it's always worth the trip just to be able to try some of their delicious goodness! I am not an associate of theirs nor am I affiliated with them in any shape form or capacity, rather I am just an enthusiast and a great admirer of theirs. The meat is religiously pure (halal) and the people who work there are enchantingly kind. If you are in the area I would definitely make it my top priority to stop by! ( )

Im living too much close to the hot stone pizza in seminary road, im coming here often and i love too much steak & cheese pizza. There working one guy when he is at work im never taking my pizza he cant make normal steak cheese pizza, he putting always too much less steak to pizza, im not asking put more i just need put normal but he maybe 4 time doing very bad pizza. One time im already refund pizza he CANT make a pizza!!!! Im giving 1 star only for him. Expect that pizzamaker everything is okey

Ordered a half meat lovers, half cheese pizza. They delivered a full meat lovers pizza. Disappointed. Suggestion...they should read back the order on the phone to confirm it's correct.

The worst place to order food from the employees are very unprofessional and they don't care about your order if it's wrong or late and if you tell them something's wrong they start laughing at you overall worst place to get food from. And I hope they start working on customer service ASAP

Im not sure what happened to this place. The pizza was gross. I went 2 days ago and the cheese is not even real cheese, like play doh or something. Hardly any sauce, and the crust was damp and soggy. Sorry Hot Stone, I won't be ordering from there again.

I usually love brick oven pizza but the Amata at Stone Hot Pizza isn't quite right. The crust is excellent, crispy and light, but something is off with the mozzarella. It's "plastic-ky" and doesn't taste quite right. The sausage is good and other toppings were fine, but the cheese holds back this pizza. On the plus side, they have decent prices and quick and friendly service.

So this pizza sucked. Crust was too dry and just fell apart. Cheese was not stringy and just sat on top. Sauce was minimal. The whole time we were eating we kept thinking "Dominoes would've been better" which is sad.wings were decent but nothing to write home about.

Specifically the Telegraph road location in Alexandria, DO NOT EAT HERE. Management leaves long before the shift is over, and staff "in charge" are rude and unknowledgeable. We suffered food poisoning, called, and were directed to "Jack", which clearly wasn't his real name, but also he would not answer any questions or concerns related to our issue. He was combative and deflective. Having served in the restaurant industry for over two decades, I would expect *at least* an apology, but such was very very far from the case. DON'T EAT HERE. THEY DONT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Who knows if they were actually following covid guidelines, let alone general food-safe practices.

BRO...their wings are literally the BEST. They cook them in the brick oven in the sauce and they fall off the bone. It comes with bread and celery..those both are surprisingly good too. The spicy ones aren't too spicy, definitely can be handled by anyone.

Fresh pizza ! Several topic options. They also have some of the food items from the neighboring Ethio-Mediterranean shops such as gyros, ayran and baklava. They have their own parking slots which helps in the busy complex. I personally loved their Calzone more than Pizza. Fast and cheerful staff. And yes they deliver !
