My family and I came here and started with the mozzarella pretzels (made with their pizza dough) and marinara sauce. My family said, "Lots of mozzarella", "I like how soft they are", "I don't normally like marinara, but that was really good". "Marinara tasted great but the big chunks of tomatoes made it difficult to dip"
I order the baked parmigiana with chicken tenders on honey wheat. My husband ordered the calzone with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. My daughter order cheese and spinach ravioli with sausage links. My son order cheese ravioli with meatballs.
Both kids (ha ha they are 27 & 22) like the ravioli, but my autistic son didn't care for the texture as it was al dente. My daughter thought it was perfect.
My husband and daughter both loved the sausage, said it had a good kick to it.
The chicken parmesan was flavorful, the only criticism I have is that I couldn't pick it up to eat it because it was so full and it was served on paper so when I cut into it, the moistened paper tore apart and ended up in my sandwich. After a couple of bites I moved the whole thing to a plate and it was fine after that.
The restaurant is clean and well lit. There was plenty of room between tables and there were lots of families and we felt very comfortable there. There were televisions with various sports playing, but they were not obtrusive.
Our server, Katy, was friendly, professional and attentive. We did not have to wait for anything with Katy and the crew making sure our food was out quickly and our drinks were always full.
