A great restaurant with stunning views and delicious food. You'll need a membership to get access to all the areas of the winery, but the atmosphere, food, and drinks are certainly worth it. Plenty of seating for small parties or large groups, including space to hang out and relax. Prices are similar to other restaurants in the area. Perfect for lunch, dinner, family or corporate events. Probably even better in the summer time!

The breathtaking views and stunning grounds provide the perfect backdrop for any wedding, and the combination of their expertise and the natural beauty of the venue is unmatched. I can’t recommend Stone Tower Winery enough for anyone looking to host a beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable celebration!

Five-Star Review for Stone Tower Winery Stone Tower Winery in Leesburg, Virginia, is truly a gem! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the rolling vineyards—perfect for a peaceful and picturesque escape. It was an ideal destination for our girls’ trip, and every detail made it a memorable experience. The Reserve Bubbles were absolutely fantastic, easily the highlight of our tasting. Each sip was light, crisp, and delightfully refreshing—a perfect start to our day! The food was equally impressive, with delicious pairings that complemented the wine beautifully. A special shoutout to Kevin, the wine sommelier, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and approachable, sharing fascinating insights about the wines and the vineyard’s history. Stone Tower Winery is the perfect spot for celebrating special moments, enjoying great food and wine, and soaking in breathtaking views. We left with full hearts, amazing memories, and, of course, a few bottles of their incredible Reserve Bubbles to take home. Highly recommend! Also take notice to the awesome doors in the basement. They were once part of Al Capone’s prison doors and the state penitentiary in Pennsylvania.

You cannot beat the view at Stone Tower Winery. I photographed a wedding this August at this venue and it felt like I was transported to the Tuscany countryside. The staff was a breeze to work with. They were professional and were very helpful anytime I had questions or needed a golf cart ride to the other side of the property. The hall is decorated in such a way that you can really do any color scheme or style in that room. It is neutral enough while also feeling modern and warm. If you're looking for the best winery to get married at then look no further. Stone Tower is the place.

We came here for a girl's day and had a grand time! Hands down, Stone Tower Winery is a beautiful, massive winery with stunning views. So with that, it should be noted to come picture ready! The experience we had here was definitely a good one! The vibes, the views, the service, and the pizza will easy convince anyone to come back again. To the food… The pizza options here are fairly unique and tasty. We had the Farmers Market, Sausage & Mushroom, and the Prosciutto & Artichoke, which were all very appetizing. My absolute favorite was the Farmers Market. The toppings just went so well together. We also had the burger with truffle fries. I wasn’t necessarily a fan of the burger since it was lacking in seasoning, however, the truffle fries were fairly good. To the wine. If you prefer more sweet wine, it may be a tad disappointing, however, the workers here have all the solutions to remedy that potential disappointment. For me, I had no complaints with the rose and the Sauvignon blanc.

The winery 🍷 is very spacious and beautiful. The crab dip was very good and I loved the Rose wine. They didn't offer much of a selection sweet wines, but the Rose came close. We were on a tour with friends so we didn't get the traditional tasting I'm use to but overall the experience was nice. My only issue was the slow service.

Google
I have very mixed reviews on Stone Tower. The buildings are gorgeous, and the views are spectacular. We went late afternoon, and were rewarded with a spectacular sunset. However, there were also some spectacular disappointments. First, we pulled into the "Tasting Room" area, but were told to leave because we had our 12 year old son with us. We were told that we had to go over to the original tasting room. We needed to get back in our car and drive 100yds or so down the road to a separate parking lot. We did so, and although the views were amazing, it is more complicated. You have to order food in one spot, tastings are in another. You CANNOT have food at the tasting bar. Our server leading our wine tasting could have been replaced by a much more engaging wet sponge. They have great outdoor seating, but you must make sure you have the right wine glasses if you want to go outside. It's not that they don't want you have glass outside, it's merely they want only one type of glass outside (huh??). Honestly, it's very officious for a winery. Then there were the wines. As with most Virginia wineries, the whites were better than the reds. Of the 6 wines we tasted, the three whites were all good, but the three reds were not. The best of the reds was a Malbec, which were not Stone Tower grapes. The other two reds were grapes they grew/harvested, but they were terrible. Also, this place is way over priced. Tastings were $25 each and the reds were almost undrinkable. We ended up ordering 2 glasses of white for $17 a piece. Loudoun wineries tend to be on the expensive side, but this place was over the top given the bad service and wine. Overall, I really wanted to like this place more, and probably would have given it 4 stars if it weren't for the experience . The venue is awesome, but the service and wines are not. There are 30+wineries in Loudoun, for your money and time, there are much better choices.

This property is breathtaking! The most beautiful view when you walk in and amazing wines. I did the wine tasting and it was a great experience. Great selection and service. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Visited Stone Tower on Jan 4 & had a nice time. Employees are super friendly (even gave bonus pours during the tasting). We had the regular tasting then got a couple glasses of wine, pizza, salad & herb fries to enjoy upstairs. It's quite pricey (the wine I liked was $28/glass & $79/bottle!), so didn't buy any bottles to bring home. The grounds are lovely so would like to come back in nice weather (way too cold the day we were there).

Yelp
It is a busyyyyyy winery. We shared a bottle of pinot, a charcuterie board, fries, and pizzas. We sat outside but could only sit and eat so long before we decided to come inside with the crowd for warmth and do a stand up tasting. I honestly think that for $25, the tasting was a steal, as I am used to Napa Valley, CA prices of $50-$70 per tasting! While I did not leave with a bottle, I was so intrigued with their efficient wine openers I ended up ordering one for myself. I can't wait to come back, but with more layers this time!

Yelp
10 out of 10! I would go here every weekend if we lived here. The wine was incredible, staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We ordered the charcuterie board and the fried green tomato BLT, delicious ! The views! This property is huge and beautiful. Driving in you can see several cottages and houses, they are available for rent on Airbnb or vrbo. I'm sure they do a lot of events. We went on a Monday and it was still fairly busy, but not crowded. Go here it's a 10 out of 10!

Yelp
Beautiful winery & amazing staff! I visited to experience their winter time gondola's. It's super cute & they're heated. Our waiter took us on a tour of the amenities and offered to take all of our pics & videos...so nice.

Yelp
Stone Tower Winery is probably one of the most beautiful wineries I've been to. Bright green grass, colorful flowers and a beautiful skyline. Perfect place for pictures and selfies! We decided to do a tasting in the Harvest Tasting Room. The employee that assisted us did a great job explaining our wines and even threw in a few other wines that's normally not in the wine tasting. To be honest, the only wines I thought were pretty good were the Rosé and Port. The port is 20% alcohol and can only be purchased to take home for consumption. All of the wines were much drier than I normally drink. You can either purchase a glass or bottle to enjoy on the grounds. After our tasting, we decided to get acquainted with the winery. A live singer was performing, plenty of tables and chairs were available with rocking chairs towards the back, to view the skyline. We got there around 1ish on a Saturday and it was pretty packed. My advice is to go early. Stone Towne Winery has a pretty extensive food menu. I hear the pizzas are fabulous. No outside food or alcoholic beverages are allowed. Children and pets are welcomed in the tasting room, but for winery club members, they have a separate tasting room for 21 and over with no kids or pets. I would've preferred a child and pet free experience. All and all, we were pretty impressed with the location, not so much the wine. Can't say I would come back, since we weren't true fans of the wine, but if you like dry wines and a beautiful backdrop to sip your wine, this is the place for you!

Yelp
Absolutely one of the best wineries I've ever been to, and I do not normally like Virginia wine! WOW! We became immediate members. Gorgeous views! Incredible wine. This is a dry winery, so no residual sugar, finally! And the best service ever. We had Diane, and I immediately loved her. She really knew her wines and did a great job drilling down to the exact bottles that matched each of our palettes. I will be asking for her every single time. My favorites: Sauvignon Blanc Reserve, Sycolin Creek 2020, Hogback 2015, Blanc de Blanc, Brut Rosé Husbands favorites: Cab Franc, Cab Sauv Reserve, 2021 Pinot Noir from Sonoma, Malbec, South Fork, Blanc de Blanc, Blanc de Noir

Yelp
Stopped in for a glass of wine. Very active birthday celebration downstairs. We proceeded to the upstairs, placed our order and watched the sunset.. luscious. Beautiful views from the patio. Great service!!

Yelp
This place so beautiful looking over the mountains. It has vast greenery looking over the vineyards. Great for events and weddings. There's so much seating. There's plenty of tables and shades. You can picnic here and bring your dogs here of course leashes. They have little snacks for you to eat and their own wine. I would love to come here in the winter!

Yelp
We came here on a beautiful hot but breezy Sunday. Surprisingly, there weren't many people here, but to be fair, we arrived at 11am. The scenery is just amazing. The staff in general were extremely friendly and inviting. The tasting room is located in the red barn. We walked up to the tasting counter and asked if we can sample 2 wines before buying the bottle. We sampled a red and white wine, and they gave us separate glasses for each. Once we ordered the wine bottles, they then provided 6 additional glasses, 3 for each bottle. We bought 2 bottles: 2023 Sauvignon Blanc ($39) and 2021 Wild Boar Cabernet Franc ($52). Both were perfect for the weather and occasion. They offer food at this winery for purchase, as well as snacks in the next building. We ordered 2 pizzas: Margherita ($18) and Hogback ($24). The pizzas were very doughy and flimsy, but the Hogback was very tasty, the Margherita was very lacking on the cheese and so wasn't too tasty. I didn't get a chance to really tour the barn and see what was there, as we were on a mission. There were a good number of tables/chairs in the barn area. There were also plenty of outdoor seating under a solid gazebo, and some seating with flimsy covering. We were unsure about the rain, so we chose the solid covering...but then gravitated toward the rocking chairs (!!!!), which overlooks the rolling hills and mountains. There is also a wedding venue, which we were able to view from our seats. Since we were outdoors, they allowed kids and pets. For me personally, bringing my own food and buying the wine is part of the enjoyment. I don't want to be forced or limit myself to pizza or a Charcuterie Box or a separate items that would normally be included in a charcuterie box. There is a long windy gravel road from the main road to the winery. Just be cautious if driving a low or nice car :). Would I return? Probably, the views were everything.

Yelp
Stone Tower is absolutely stunning, the grounds are beautiful and perfect for a relaxing day out. The setting makes it an ideal spot to enjoy some wine and take in the views. I found the whites to be better than the reds, but both had something to offer. One thing I really appreciated was the ability to order from your phone. It made the service super quick, which is especially helpful when you're with a larger group and want to split checks without any hassle. As for the food, it was okay. A lot of people were going for the pizza, but to be honest, it's nothing special. I'd recommend sticking with the charcuterie and cheese. It's a bit of a trip for me but I'd come back for sure.

Kelly M.

Yelp
This place is huge and gorgeous. It's definitely a little on the bougie side and some of the wines are very very pricey. They have a while building only for members. Nevertheless, their surroundings are great, there's plenty of space outdoors, and a good amount indoors, the pizza was delicious, and the wines by the glass are not bad. We also enjoyed the tasting and the cellar tour. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there.

Diana L.

Yelp
My sister and I had a wonderful time at the Wine Country Boil! Service was excellent, food was delicious, and the views were some of the best in Virginia. Live music was the cherry on top! Make a reservation early or you might be on the waitlist!

Christine D.

Yelp
Stone Tower is one of my favorite wineries in the DC area. The brut rosé is fantastic and perfect in the warmer months. The grounds are expansive, and they've got lots of seating options - but be warned, in nice weather, this place can be packed! They do have two spaces - one that's for families and dog-friendly, and one that's 21+ up only. What's extra nice about Stone Tower is that the food is really good, especially the pizza. They offer gluten-free pizzas - and mark the menu clearly for gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. The fries are also incredible - well-seasoned and perfectly cooked. It's a perfect way to spend the day outside and enjoying lovely wine and food!

Claudia L.

Yelp
Confession: I can't call myself a wine connoisseur, far from it - but this winery was absolutely beautiful and staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. We enjoyed a gorgeous autumn day at the Tower View Tasting Room, second level - what a stunning view! The refreshing beet and goat cheese salad paired nicely with a glass of Fieldstone, and I'm already planning to return to try other wines and menu items.

Nilsu G.

Yelp
Among the NOVA wineries I've visited, Stone Tower gave me the closest ambiance to a Napa winery: The expanse of the land, the seating options, and the landscaping are all amazing. Because we didn't seek the formal dining options, you order/pick up food/snacks/ice cream in a separate area than the bar. My biggest hassle was the fact that you can only do flights standing at the bar. I am a very slow drinker/eater, and would always prefer to enjoy a flight at my own pace at the table. The prices are pretty steep, but it is 2024 and DMV, so not very unusual of an experience there.

Shawn S.

Yelp
Such a vibe. A relaxing one at that! Bees were ridiculous but it's that time of the year. $25 for a tasting, why not! Crisp Chardonnay is my favorite. The pizza is phenomenal.

Gregory F.

Yelp
This place is absolutely stunning - and it's no secret, as people were swarming in. Perfect for literally any occasion - just hanging with friends, reunions, weddings, etc. Such a massive property with plenty of area to explore and sit - the pizzas on-site were delicious and so well done. The beauty of this place cannot be understated - and I am so glad I got the chance to check it out in such beautiful weather. Oh, and it is dog friendly!

Khang H.

Yelp
Great views, plenty of seating, a good selection of food, and live music. Overall, is a great winery for the weekend. Unfortunately, it seems they have the bbq item no more, and I was looking forward to it. Also, bee weary of insects

Emily M.

Yelp
Had an amazing time at Stone Tower Winery in Leesburg with my friend! Right off the bat, I was blown away by the food - they have some of the best options in the area. As someone who's super protein-focused, I was thrilled to find a double protein chicken salad and various non-pork protein sources. The wine tasting was fantastic, and I'm so grateful for their large indoor area since we got rained on. This is definitely one of my favorite wineries in the DMV, and they're super dog-friendly! Next time, I'm bringing my girl with me. If you haven't visited yet, consider this your sign!

Tamia C.

Yelp
First of all, I want to say that if you're looking for a nice fall day with friends, THIS is the place to be. The view is gorgeous. They had a wedding going on while I was there but the service was still impeccable. The food did take a bit long, I ordered charcuterie but it was such a good amount for the price. The amount of people that can be accommodated at once is amazing. I didn't wait longer than 10 minutes for service at the bar. Next time I will be making reservations at the Stone Tower so that I can get the best view. I loved it here. I visited from Atlanta but definitely plan to be back.

Nat M.

Yelp
This is a large winery with sweeping views of the hills. They have a beautiful outdoor setup that you can enjoy as a couple or with a group. This is a good place to vibe & relax with a group. Most of the seating outside is shaded and there is indoor seating as well. The food was good too.

Sarah K.

Yelp
Pictured is the sparkling rosé, cheese charcuterie board, and the STW butter board (ciabatta bread with strawberry and thyme butter). The sparkling rosé was tasty--a little on the dry side. I also had the mulled wine which was sweet and delicious. Neither of the wines I tried had an "oaky afterbirth." 10/10 recommend going here!

Suzie Z.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing scenery and perfect for a Sunday day out with friends. Situated just an hour's drive away from Washington DC, this is the perfect escapade for urban dwellers like us. The pizza is made from its stone fire oven and the fries in the chicken tenders are crusty/crunchy. It got a little sunnier later so we went indoor to the tasting barn. I had a glass of Sauvignon blanc which is refreshing and I wish I brought a bottle home.

Kent D.

Yelp
One of the most beautiful farm houses that I ever seen. Great wine and staff. I can see why many people have weddings here.

Nicole S.

Yelp
We were visiting our daughter from Northern California and wanted to try a winery. We were pleasantly surprised how good the wine was. And the grounds are amazing! You have to go to the bar to get tastings instead of them coming to your table. We liked they are dog friendly though.

Linnea H.

Yelp
For the best experience at Stone Tower, I'd recommend going early and enjoying a tasting in the Tower room (gate #2). The views from the tower are beautiful and it is adults only so it has a calmer vibe. If planning ahead, I'd also recommend booking a tour of the facility as it will give you a better understanding of the winery's history and appreciation of the wine. After your tour, try to snag a table on or near the back patio to make the most of the views. There is a limited food menu with some nice options like burgers, pastas, and soup. You can easily order at your leisure using a QR code at your table, but if you want more personable service you'll need to stand at the bar. From a wine quality perspective, I was happy to hear and taste that they are making some real investments in their winemaking, resulting in some more complex wine options. While I thought many of the wines were not very sophisticated, they made several excellent sparklings (blanc de noir and blanc de blanc), a Viognier-forward white blend, and red blend called Hogback Mountain. If you haven't been to Stone Tower recently, I would recommend a visit to experience how their wines are evolving. And even if you're not terribly into wine, the tasting rooms are welcoming and a great place to gather with a small group.

Erma D.

Yelp
Wonderful Mothers Day celebration Saturday with my daughter at Stone Tower Winery. The weather was perfect! Balmy with a slight cooling breeze and a panoramic view of the vineyards, lake and rolling hills set the tone for lunch. We had a unique white sauce pizza - (Fantastic) Farmer's Market: spring peas, swiss chard, ricotta, lemon zest with a drizzle of honey - and delicious charcuterie board and sipped a unique wine Sycolin Creek (crisp white with a bit of oak & sweet finish). She'd arranged an Uber trip to another favorite winery of hers - 50 West Vineyards - where we finished the afternoon watching the clouds roll in over the mountains & sipped their Brut Rose by a fire pit table. We had wine tastings at both wineries presented by personable, patient sommeliers. We laughed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our patient husbands provided safe transport home.

Kate G.

Yelp
Came out here on a Saturday afternoon/early evening. There was some live music playing, which was nice but a little loud so we made our way to the tower/tasting room. Ordered through QR codes on the tables, which made things easy. Bottle selection was small, but good. We got two pizzas which were both delicious. Got to see a wedding ceremony finish up just as a storm was rolling in! Definitely a fun place to visit!

Craig D.

Yelp
What a fantastic fall day at Stone Tower Winery! The scenery was absolutely stunning today, with beautiful weather that made for a perfect afternoon in Loudoun County. The winery was bustling with a great crowd, but it still felt peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed a glass of their Chardonnay, which paired wonderfully with a delicious smash burger. The entire experience was top-notch--beautiful views, great food and wine, and an overall amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend visiting this gem, especially during the fall season!

Chris D.

Yelp
Fab place, lovely staff and a really nice set up with different seating areas so you can have a more chilled visit, or be in the busier section for more of a lively atmosphere. Fantastic cheese plate, served with warm bread and lots of accouterments. The staff were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic during the wine tasting and gave some wines not on the standard tasting menu. A little pricey, but a nice treat.

Ju L.

Yelp
Stone Tower Winery is incredibly beautiful! They also have good wines and are dog friendly. We arrived one Saturday afternoon and the place was packed. Since we came with our dog, we were limited to outdoor seating, which is available on a first come first served basis. Without waiting too long, we found covered seating. We then placed an order for 5 glasses of red wines via the QR code. We were pleasantly surprised by the 2000 Estate Wind Swept Hill, 2021 Estate Fieldstone, and 2020 Estate Merlot. All were lovely. Though I have to say the wines here are priced on the higher side. For some reason, Stone Tower doesn't provide free water. Bottled water is available at $1 each. Overall, we had a nice time at Stone Tower Winery. It is a great place to drink wine and relax with your dog; and is definitely one of the more beautiful wineries in the Northeast.

Sharyn L.

Yelp
If you are looking for a quaint, quiet, cozy winery, skip Stone Tower. It's huge with multiple tasting rooms and outdoor seating areas. Stone Tower is a bit too large and commercial for my taste, but it is one of the few places that allows dogs inside the tasting room, which was critical for us on a 95 degree day. The whites are dominated by Chardonnay, which is one of my least favorite grapes. I tasted the wild boar Chardonnay, which was unoaked and not bad for a Chardonnay. I also tasted the Rose T, which was not my taste. I finally landed on the sparkling brut rose, which was refreshing and tasty. The wines are pretty pricey at $42 per bottle. We also tried the in house pizza, which was good but not great. Despite my 3 star review, I would come back.

Jonathan S.

Yelp
An amazing winery! If you have a perception of what Virginia wine taste like and are looking to explore a winery that employed old world techniques and flavor profiles, try Stone Tower! You will thank me later.

Sabrina A.

Yelp
Stone tower is the best winery in NOVA. The staff is absolutely amazing, regularly spend weekends here doing tastings because my husband and I enjoy hanging out with the staff so much. The Napoleon style pizza is always so flavorful, fresh, and delightful. Wine is always so tasty, with plenty of options for everyone. Can't recommend enough!

Priya D.

Yelp
Celebrated my mom's birthday here with my family and had an amazing time! We came around 1:00pm and luckily got a table under the shade outside! The view was beautiful and couldn't have had better weather! Ordered two bottles of wine (a white and rose, can't remember the name oops) and both were very good! Great for a warm day! Loved the variety of fresh food they had! We order the charcuterie board, truffle fries, and the mushroom and onion pizza. Everything was so good! Definitely wasn't expecting the food to be that good. The charcuterie board paired perfectly with the wine with a selection of meats, cheese, olives, pickles, almonds, crackers, bread, and grapes! The portion size was great too! Definitely enough to share with the table. The truffle fries and the pizza were great too! Loved how large the property was. Had a dog friendly/family friendly side and then a wine club side. Loved how we could bring my dog and enjoy the scenery! Definitely a plus that this was dog friendly. Also had an indoor section with plenty of seating if outside is too hot or full. Enjoyed our time and will definitely be back!

Gabrielle T.

Yelp
Just moved to the area and decided to stop by for a couple hours. We absolutely loved the views, food options, and wine options. The tastings give you a great idea of the varieties, and everyone that helped us seemed so generally just happy to be there. There was live music, spots for kids to run, an area for just adults, and lots of options for seating. We can't wait to come back

Melody Y.

Yelp
This winery is probably the prettiest one I've been to. It's very large with multiple building for members, weddings, and the public. Overall: it's a bit more expensive than other wineries. There's a great selection of wines but bottles are pricy. Margarita pizza & fries: the fries were sooo good! The pizza was a 2/5. I'm not sure if they were trying to rush making the pizza with a higher temperature but the only thing you could taste was a burnt smoky crust. I'd probably come back for the view but not for the food.

Joan F.

Yelp
GF pizza the worst! Paid extra for pepperonis and got 5 pepperonis for $5. The credit being terrible. Wine and ambiance was wonderful. Expensive afternoon.

Xeniya B.

Yelp
Stone Tower is hands-down our favorite winery in Virginia. We've been members for a few years now and go to their events and classes a lot. They do everything really well, from making it easy to book to setting up the place nicely. Even the handouts for each class are great. The classes often come with food that pairs well with the wine, and their chef knows what he's doing. The food and wine together make the events even better. If you're around or want to check out a winery in Virginia, go to Stone Tower. You won't regret it! I promise you!

John J.

Yelp
Great winery. Great staff. The wines were very very good, maybe just one wasn't my favorite but overall enjoyed everything. The pizzas were also quite tasty. Enjoyed the visit.

Allie W.

Yelp
Absolutely love it here! My friend is a member and we always have so much fun here. We did the tasting and got a bottle of the champagne. Truffle fries were very good! The food menu in the members area looked very good.

Katie W.

Yelp
This is a great winery to enjoy the views; they serve a variety of wines and also offer meals and appetizers. The seating areas are spacious, but they do fill up on crowded evenings. Outdoor heating and fire pits are available. The location is dog and family friendly, and the sunsets are spectacular. Overall a scenic and enjoyable location. The only downside was the crowds - the line to get wine was very long and chaotic, and at one point in the evening several of the bathrooms were out of order. But I would definitely visit again.

Yelp
Excellent experience and great service , took care of every ask, even were great about our small complaint. The food was okay, not bad. It's a beautiful winery.

Yelp
This is really a nice place and the offerings for food are great. The wine is, however, pricey. We signed up for membership while there and did not understand (i.e., read the fine print) that there is a 1-year commitment to purchase 12 bottles per year. At an average of $40 a bottle, this is pricey. When I called to cancel, I was advised that there would be a $50 charge to cancel membership. I would recommend a visit every now and then but I do not recommend membership in the wine club.

Yelp
One of the best winery I visited.. It sits on 300 acres, has different venue bldg for family, weddings, or just for wine tasting, brunches and lunches and the best part is the scenery is gorgeous ! You will not be disappointed !

Yelp
What a lovely getaway close to home! It was a quick drive. The drive is lovely into the country side. This winery is relatively large. The 'harvest barn' section is open to general public and then they have a separate area reserved only for the members. The Harvest barn is pretty. They have decent food options - with outdoor as well as indoor sitting. I tried the herb fries, seasonal salad, Tomato Soup and wine )2021 Sauvignon Blanc). The pizzas looked nice and light. Will try them next time. It does get very busy. Since its so close to northern Virginia towns. It is also dog friendly and kid friendly. On a Saturday afternoon there was a long line for food ordering and also one for ordering wine. Then there may be some wait before you get a table. Overall its a nice place for a quick family getaway.

Yelp
Great venue to have a wedding if you can book it. I was here for a wedding recently and it seemed like everyone had a great time. The room where we had the reception was spacious and the drinks here were good. I don't drink too much, but I enjoyed a couple glasses of the rosé which is surprisingly strong. The food during dinner was alright. I got fish for my entree and the cod was pretty bland/unforgettable along with the rice. Overall, great place for a wedding for the views. I wouldn't focus too much on the food here.

Yelp
My friends and I had a lot of fun here! The tasting felt a bit rushed and maybe because they were busy some of the employees seemed short and rushed, but once we got a couple of bottles and sat outside to enjoy the live music and sunshine, we had a great time!
