Stoneridge Estate Queenstown

From the moment we arrived, Daniel was extremely professional- almost like an old friend. He was welcoming, and informative but relaxed at the same time which made the whole experience wonderful. Perfect to have as front of house. We had the chefs choice dinner experience, and WOW, the food was beautifully presented and the quality was impeccable. The views from the retreat rooms were stunning. We will absolutely be back very soon!

We visited Stoneridge for my wife's 40th birthday – and I can't stress enough how special the team at Stoneridge made the whole stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were wonderful. The set menu dinner cooked by the chef was remarkable. My wife and I are still talking about how delicious the venison was. The location is perfect for a stay in Queenstown. And the hot tub is a nice bonus on those clear, chilly nights (the stars are magical). Thank you so much to the Stoneridge team for everything.

Stoneridge, you were a treat. My partner and I had a fantastic two nights here. The Retreat had all the facilities/amenities you could need. Views were stunning. The rooms were immaculate and modern. My husband and I recently stayed at Stoneridge for our anniversary and I cannot rate it highly enough! We were very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with the most spectacular views… the service was impeccable and Damien made us feel welcomed from the first greeting to the last handshake goodbye. The whole stay was luxury. I particularly noticed the quality of everything and the care that was taken to make sure the guests were comfortable. I have food allergies and everyone seemed aware and made sure I was catered for safely. The location is just spectacular. This was our first trip to NZ and we couldn’t fault it.. close enough to Queenstown to be near the hustle and bustle but far enough out to be feel the peace and quiet of this amazing countryside. Book it. You won’t regret it!

We recently spent 4 nights at Stoneridge. It did not disappoint. From the quality of the room to the exceptional staff, Matt and Daniel were fantastic, we enjoyed every moment of our time there. We will definitely be coming back.

I’m very happy to have stayed here for four nights. The staff were all warm and attentive. The food and wine were delicious, and the room was very clean. The hotel’s location made it convenient to reach the nearby ski resorts. Each time I returned to the hotel, I was able to fully relax. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Dishonest. We did our wedding there. It is a beautiful venue, don't get me wrong, but on the day not a single person from the venue was available to assist with anything. The person who runs weddings is in Christchurch and no one on site can help with logistics. They say "no" to any adjustment you request, and I had to request my refund 3 weeks later only to hear back "we slipped through the cracks". This might be acceptable at your local pub, but when tens of thousands of dollars are going around it's just dishonest and trashy. These people are cheats.

Just a few days ago, we had our DREAM wedding at Stoneridge Estate. We booked the Deluxe Chapel Gardens package and had London as our wedding planner. London was so lovely and attentive and really took all the stress out of wedding planning! I really still can’t believe how stress-free the whole experience was from start to finish. Our wedding coordinator was Sue who did such an amazing job of guiding us on what to do on the day and ensured everything ran smoothly. The whole day was absolutely perfect, and we had SO many guests come up to us and tell us that this was the most beautiful wedding venue they’ve ever seen. Everyone was raving about the food and the service and seemed to have an amazing time. We are still on cloud nine when thinking about that day and feel so very lucky and grateful to have had our wedding at beautiful Stoneridge!
