I came for the first time to buy some paint and it took three people to figure out the machine And they took over an hour to just get me 1 gallon of paint. I came again today the guy that was helping me with New so he also did not know how to mix the paint. The only season guy here got the wrong code for the paint I needed a beige color and the paint was mixing turquoise and I asked him if he can try again and he told me no that I would have to come back. It was a complete waste of my time. Please do not come here. Go to Sherwin Williams next-door or Home Depot. These people have no idea what they’re doing

It's great to have them in my neighborhood shopping center. I always go there first when I need home improvement materials and I usually find what I need. Staff is always friendly and helpful. And it's such a nice surprise when they have live music!

The man working the store today was beyond helpful and kind. He took the time to answer all our questions and didn’t try to upsell us on products. He genuinely wanted us to find things that worked for our problems. I will go out of my way to come back here.

I needed a few things for some Spring cleaning and other projects around the house and I was dreading the drive and the treacherous trek through a gigantic Walmart store. Drat!! But on my way out of the neighborhood I decided to stop in to Stone's Ace Hardware store at Casa View and I was overjoyed to find every single item that I needed, even the concrete-look spray paint for some planters that are getting a new life. Stone's staff is super friendly and helpful and although the store isn't very big, they're eager to help you find what you need quickly and answer any questions that you may have. I was also thrilled to find a new BBQ spice rub now that we're doing a lot more grilling and smoking with the warmer temperatures. If you're in East Dallas, pop in for your hardware needs and always remember to support locally owned businesses whenever you can.

Great local hardware store! We stopped in to check the place out last Saturday. Great product selection and very clean. The employees were really great, and helped us find what we were looking for.... Their selection goes beyond the standard hardware store. They even have beer making supplies and PK grills! We ended up getting some accessories for our grill and BBQ sauce. I'm so happy to have a place like this in our neighborhood.

I happened to visit this new hardware store on their opening day and was amazed at how awesome it is. Each staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful. I even met Michael and Jenn, the owners of the store, who both helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I'm so glad to finally have a hardware store in this area. I'll be back for sure!

Yes! This is just what the neighborhood needs. I stopped by on opening day to say hello and check out the new neighborhood hardware store. It was more than I had expected. They have everything you'd expect to find in an Ace Hardware plus a lot of unexpected gift items and household supplies. Oh! And they have a great selection of coffee brewing items--I'm sold! I met the owners and many of their team members. They were all so kind and friendly. I'm a fan, and I'll be back!

Looking for pine straw for my flower beds and Google showed they had it. Great store with lots of cool items you won't find any where else. My husband and I spent 30 minutes just looking. Staff was super helpful and really nice.

Impressive. I can't believe how much I was able to find here. And importantly, as others have mentioned, it is immaculately clean and extremely well organized. The staff are super friendly and helpful local young people. Nicest store in the shopping center. I'll definitely be back!

So happy I decided to come here instead of Home Depot (no offense to Home Depot). Everyone was so nice and helpful!! This place is a great addition to the neighborhood. The owners are so warm and welcoming. I will definitely be bringing my boyfriend in to shop for our home repair needs.

Holy smokes! This is the nicest Ace Hardware I have ever been to. Clean, doesn't have any unseemly odors, and the staff is super helpful in getting you to where you need to go to find what you're looking for. Hopefully once the construction is done on Gus Thomasson, the getting here won't be so bumpy.

I just had the most awesome experience I've ever had at a hardware store. I was greeted by an amazing staff and offered a beer!!! Not only was the staff amazing but the store set up was great. I only needed to walk in for one thing but spent about 20 minutes just admiring the store. I will try not to spend every weekend here now. I would much rather go here and then Home Depot or Lowe's any given day of the week!

Wow, I had forgotten what a real hardware store was like. We went to pick up some vermiculite after looking and calling around they were the only store to have it. The selection of odd things that you can't find a the big box was well worth the 30 minute drive. They had brewing supplies and the employees were beyond nice. To top it off they gave us samples of locally brewed beer. I am from California so this was a foreign concept to me, both the beer and customer service.

I'll never go to Home Depot again! Great prices, helpful staff and they always have what I need.

I'm amazed at the costumer service at this place! The young man behind the counter was so thoughtful and offered some good advice and assistance. As an older and much heavier female most of the time, I'm ignored which is fine. But the other day, I just had to have a few items and thought to visit the new store in Casa View instead of Home Depot or a place like that. SO glad that I did. Wow. Prices were good. The staff was over the top helpful and even carried my items to my car, which was really great at the time. Highly recommend. A wonderful addition to the neighborhood.

I have always had great experiences at Stone's, they have great products and their customer service is phenomenal. I haven't been in the store since last March, but everyone I've spoken to over the phone is patient and kind, and the curbside service is especially nice. This is my go-to hardware store.
