Where to Celebrate International Chardonnay Day in Tampa | Eater

"If you find yourself in North Tampa Bay and feel called to enjoy a glass of chardonnay by the water, nowhere combines views with vino like Stonewater Grill. This spot on Bell Lake boasts an onsite wine bar, but if you’d rather take the action outside, grab a dockside table. While looking out at the water, order some fresh seafood like the seafood cobb with bay scallops and shrimp or tilefish stuffed with crab, shrimp, and scallops. Both will pair well with your complimentary glass of Harken Chardonnay on May 23." - Matthew Meltzer

Had a generally nice meal there. Nice lake views. Appears very professionally run, but seems family owned. Wife was a little disappointed in her sandwich. Short rib was good, with plenty of cheese. However they only lightly toasted the bread. Shrimp tacos was several blackened shrimp then tossed in a little bit hotter bang bang sauce. Nothing else in the tacos. Some lettuce and cheese might be good. I'm sure we'll go again.

The atmosphere is what makes this place special!! You are right on the lake. Sit on a dock and be served. A couple of alligators came up trolling for hand outs. You cannot beat the atmosphere and I wish Google had more stars for me to give! We ordered the charcuterie board, which was a little pricey, but very delicious. There were items on there that we had never had before. We ordered four separate things and everyone enjoyed their meal. Service got a little slow on the back end of our meal, but it was a very enjoyable experience And we will be back again for sure!

Beautiful location on a lake. It’s a HUGE place with inside and outside seating overlooking the lake. They have live music on the weekends but we went mid week which was actually pretty busy. The Crab Rangoon was tasty and Tuna Nachos were good but next time I will ask for the sauce on the side because I like to control the amount on my food. The Scallop special was out of this world - so order it if you ever see it on the specials! I treated myself to the Key Lime Martini which did not disappoint. Our servicer Brittany was excellent! We will be back!

Google
We had a Reservation for 9 for a work dinner. Server Brittany was great! Food was delicious, but slow to arrive. Apparently there were only two staff in the back and they were having some struggles keeping up, so not all 9 of us were served at the same time. There was also a persistent fly problem inside the restaurant, so we spent a lot of time shooing away the pests. Overall we had an enjoyable dinner.

We brought my husband here for his 55th bday. It was a Sunday afternoon so it was not packed…just perfect. Brittany was our server and we chose (and always choose) to sit on the deck right at the lake. My husband had the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer (good size). We ordered the Chicken Gouda pasta, Lakonator(double patty burger) and Greek salad. We ordered the key lime pie which is actually made by their neighbor (Larry’s)…it was so good. We even had a baby alligator playing peekaboo with us. The only thing missing was live music but that was because it was a Sunday afternoon….this place never disappoints!!! Great food and great service

Google
First time. Great service. Pepsi products, looks like a decent bar and drink selections. We took a chance and glad we did! Burgers, past, and fish. Great kettle chips. Slaw is a so-so.

Google
This is a popular place. We ordered the Crab Rangoon appetizer. It was really good. It had a crispy wonton and was well filled with delicious crab and cream cheese filling. I ordered the Steak Frites, which was cooked exactly as I ordered it, served over delicious truffle fries and topped with red pepper chimichurri. I recommend that dish. I also tried the Porterhouse Pork Chop. That was so full of flavor. A thick pork chop that is encrusted with delicious parmesan and panko. Each bite was equally as good. That dish is also one that I highly recommend. I also tasted the loaded truffle fries. They had a little punch to them. It's a little spicy, but in a good way. The Key West Pink Shrimp Cocktail was okay. The shrimp was a little overcooked for my taste. Overall, it was a great experience. The ambiance is a little loud inside the restaurant. Next time, I would like to sit lakeside to enjoy the beautiful view from the deck.

8:30 pm. On Monday. We were seated but saw no one for 10 minutes. Bubbly server, Brittany (sp.?)was pleasant and apologetic. Ordered a lemonade which was fabulous. Crab Rangoon and kettle Mac and cheese nachos. Crab Rangoon was awesome, best we ever had. I didn't care for the kettle nachos at all. We were informed that it was all you can eat crab legs with one side $45.( new thing), didn't want to do it because it was so late. However we were reassured, incorrectly, unfortunately, that it wouldn't be a problem. Some crab legs came out barely warm and some were perfect temp. Definitely we could tell that the crab legs refills were the bottom of the bucket. Then, no surprise, they ran out of crab legs. Brittany was again, apologetic and offered to comp one of the appetizers. Anyway, the glazed carrots, I ordered as my side, were super sweet and I barely touched them. The menu is limited and we forgot to take a photo. The drink menu was larger than the actually menu. Looks like the restaurant would have a beautiful lake view, unfortunately, it was rainy and dark when we arrived. The restaurant looked clean inside and out and also the restrooms. We realize it was close to closing time but the hovering staff got a little annoying. It was a good visit, but, even though Brittany was a good server, smiling and pleasant, we won't be back.

Yelp
Stonewater Restaurant -- 10/10, would eat myself into a coma again. Let's start with the crab rangoon: hands down the best on planet Earth. Crispy, creamy, and straight-up addictive. I'd commit light theft to get more. I had the steak frites, and I swear the French would give it a standing ovation. Fries were crispy perfection, and the steak? Chef's kiss. Shoutout to Jimmie D, our server--a little spicy (in a fun way), super knowledgeable, and on point with every detail. Bravo, sir. Bravo. And the banana foster... come on, man. That should be illegal. It's dessert and a life experience. Oh, and did I mention it's right on the lake? Gorgeous views, incredible food, and vibes for days. Book a table. Order everything. Thank me later.

Yelp
Best family run restaurant in the land o lakes/ connerton area. In a sea of chain food restaurants it's so refreshing to have restaurants like stonewater! I enjoy their seafood options and they've added gluten free pasta and buns which I appreciate! Although the parking lot always appears full, we've never had to wait for a table. Outside seating can sometimes take longer for the service as the waitstaff is on a rotation for the tables outside, so I find they can't be as attentive when the majority of their other tables are inside.

Yelp
First time here, and won't be the last. Great service, and very flavorful food! The spicy Thai shrimp was my favorite.

Yelp
There were 4 adults and we Went there on a recommendation from someone that had worked there previously. We ordered appetizers that apparently out waitress admitted she never entered into the system as they never arrived. 2 at the table ordered the short ribs which they both said we cooked well and tasted delicious. The sides however left a lot to be desired: the maple carrots came to the table wrinkled as if they had been overcooked but instead of being soft they were hard as rocks. The mashed potatoes were under seasoned and without butter. The first fries came out cold. One adult had the special burger ( a double decker type) said was pretty good. I ordered the Greek salad add grilled chicken. The lettuce was in large chunks and dry, the kalamata olives almost non existent. Plenty of cucumbers, tomatoes and feta. The Greek dressing was very bland. And they also served an additional dressing of your choice. I did ask for the potato salad to be served on the side and it arrived right in the center. I asked for a plate and removed it myself. Could have been an off night but too expensive to give it another chance. Gave it three stars because 1/2 stars arent a choice and the burger was good and the short ribs were good.

Yelp
An all around great experience and restaurant! The selection is varied but not too overwhelming. Price is right, food was very well executed and the outdoor seating offers excellent water view. The burger was very well cooked (bonus points for asking us how we wanted it cooked!). It was sweet and savory, juicy and left us wanting more. The seafood pasta was outstanding. Al dente, seasoned to perfection and the seafood was not overcooked! Kids menu has good options at fair prices too. Leave room for dessert. We had one serving of chocolate cake for 3 people and didn't even finish it. Highly recommend for date night or family outing.

Yelp
Massive bar/restaurant situated right on Bell Lake with tons of outdoor, lakeside seating, live music and multiple bars. The food wasn't anything special, but the overall setup makes it worth visiting.

Yelp
Local restaurant with a lot of seating. The night we came, there seemed to be some new staff but everything was still good. I ordered the duck pasta special which had a lot of duck, pappardelle pasta, portobello mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus. It was good but the pasta wasn't al dente.

Yelp
The food is so amazing, service terrific and the water front ambience - dreamy, timeless and tranqu!!

Yelp
It was pretty good. Give it a 3.5... because of the beautiful interior & lake view. Menu has a variety but is expensive and not really worth it. Our server was sweet, food took some time to come out. Grouper sandwich: the bun overpowered the fish but it tasted fresh; fries weren't hot/crispy. Short rib melt: greasy bread & it tasted like just pot roast; side Caesar didn't love the dressing. Not sure I'll return but they did say they're redoing the menu.

Yelp
Great place. Nice view of the lake, good service and awesome food. Big portions, properly prepared and absolutely delicious. We will be back.

Yelp
What a lovely find in Land O' Lakes! Recommend by a friend, decided to check this out. The lake view was stunning. Having dinner and drinks on this beautiful fall day was perfect. Definitely would recommend. Food was good and service was great. Will be back.

Yelp
Went back twice in a week for dinner as we love the food, service, atmosphere and most importantly they allow my dog outside with us. My husband loved his ribeye so much he ordered it both times we went. I ordered the buffalo chicken in Mac and cheese the first night and WOW it was good. You also have to try their crab Rangoon for an appetizer; amazing! Great place to sit outside with friends and watch the people swim in the alligator infested lake.

Yelp
Great experience, great views with a nice outdoor ambiance by the lake, general speaking the restaurant itself is well distributed the bar is well equipped and the bartender was really efficient. Prices are fantastic and they have enough space to park.

Gretchen N.

Yelp
Wine is overpriced; glasses always look dirty and have a film on them. Obviously, no one is wiping the glasses. Server service is hit or miss. A server should check the orders before bringing them to the table to prevent serving the wrong order. S L O W servers are another issue. A drink order shouldn't take a long time. Maybe using mini wine carafes to refill orders should be considered. I don't dare drink a glass of water because it tastes so horrible. Temperature inside fluctuates because the bar area has a garage style door that is always open, and the staff have to constantly go in and out of the doors to serve outdoor diners. FLIES! FLIES! FLIES! We sat at a table in the bar area and had to cover our glasses with napkins to prevent the flies from landing inside. We killed a fly when it landed on the table near our food. Gross! Gross! Gross! We had gnats and flies circling our heads and table throughout the meal. Why don't they have blowers above the doors and in area where the inside/outside bar area?

Abby S.

Yelp
Food was very yummy, service was good. I got the Bacon Burger, the jam was delish. We sat on the patio, there was live music.

Yelp
Stonewater Grill is a Water front- restaurant on one of Florida's many lakes and rivers. Upon entering my favorite thing to see was the Christmas tree decorated for Halloween. It's up year-round! If you sit outside, you can smell the bbq restaurant down the road which is a win-win for me. Inside there is tons of space for singles eaters, families, and parties. I believe I noticed two bars being used and a third bar that was closed outside. The weather was too nice to not sit outside and admire the location. Food & Drinks: Apple Pie Mule : caramel vodka , ginger beer, lime juice, apple butter and a sugared rim 10/10 Tastes like a drink that should be at Hogsmeade! This is one of their Fall Specialty Cocktails. It's also how I wished every Moscow mule tasted. The drink was crisp and not overtly sweet or syrupy. Originally I was debating between the Mule and the Hot Cider. Next time, I'll go when the sun is down to attempt the Fall Hot Cider. Chicken Parmesan : Ordered CRISPY served over linguine with sauce Great flavor, huge portion of food that came out nice and hot! The cutlet was bigger than my hand and the breading didn't morph into mush. The linguine was cooked slightly over al dente. Ordered a small bread bowl to dip with the sauce from the parm and the bread was alright. A bit too hard, however I wasn't pressed about the bread because it's ultimately just a side and everything else was so good. My only regret was not ordering dessert!

Yelp
What a fabulous place! Great restaurant, outdoor seating on the lake and live music! They have a new chef and iit sounds like they will be adding more creative and perhaps a bit more expensive than the current menu. We had an updated specials menu and that seemed to be the case. Such an amazing restaurant with spectacular crafted drinks. Though I'm a huge old fashioned fan I changed it up to the mojito with lavender water and Prosecco! What an amazing combination!!! My boyfriend had the meatloaf entree and it was more than two meals for him! Mashed potatoes had a few potato skins so you definitely knew they were homemade. His only suggestion was to have more Sauze. Jim our waiter from Naperville, Illinois! He gave us great suggestions on both the drink and food menus. To stay away from any body of water in Florida because of the alligators! The outdoor area looks over a lake. Large outdoor bar, TV's, lights and a stage for live music. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This seems to be a local favorite as it's one of the only fancy restaurants in our area. They have a very large menu. Unfortunately, there are not many gluten-free or dairy free options. The bar is extremely busy as this is their main attraction. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The service is nice, though my server struggled with remembering several things to do with my order. The views are great of the lake, and the parking lot is large. Located right off of 41. It has easy access.

Donna B.

Yelp
Very nice restaurant...bright, airy, beautiful waterfront views with plenty of convenient parking. I ordered the cedar plank salmon and it was so fresh, perfectly cooked, and was a generous portion. The best part was the caring staff. I was a bit overheated and the staff, especially the manager (forgot her name, sorry to say) was so helpful and caring. Service, food, and atmosphere all wonderful. Will be back for sure!

Yelp
We were a party of 5. We ordered 3 grouper sandwiches, fish and chips and Italian meatballs. The place was a little busy but seem to still have empty tables and plenty of staff. Our order was delivery in a piece meal fashion. Two sandwiches came out first 5 mins later we got fish & chips and meatballs and another 5 mantes the last sandwich came out. Trying to be polite we all wait for everyone to have their meal. By then our food was cold. The quality of the fish was terrible. Not even sure it was grouper in the sandwich. The band was located to close to the dining area and was so loud you could not talk to each other. What a disappointment. Shame to see this restaurant mismanaged.

Yelp
Service and food were top notch here. We visited on a Wednesday evening early to avoid the crowds. It was starting to pick up as we were leaving. Great easygoing atmosphere and prompt service. Menu was varied and has something for everyone. Started with a sauv blanc and mango Bellini. Both were refreshing and perfect on a warm summer evening. Several of us at the table ordered the grouper sandwich and one got the mahi street tacos. Nothing was left behind! The tacos had a slight spicy kick. The sandwiches were perfection. We recommend the grouper fried. Stayed together better that way. The fries were crispy and delicious. We were too full to indulge in dessert but our server described the selections beautifully. We'll have to come back and try those next time.

David W.

Yelp
They have 2 good bartenders and that is it. The owner Dom is totally unintelligent and allows racism and political slurs. After several months going there I refuse to pay their high prices and put up with their ignorant clientele and their management. Best bar on 41 is The White Room especially on Friday night. Ukes is cheaper and friendlier. Just saying.
google avatar

Travis C.

Yelp
The place is huge and the outside seating area is nice with a fantastic view. The food was excellent. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the presentation was even better. The salmon was delicious with a great accompaniment of the spinach. The fried grouper was fresh and inviting. Service knew what they were talking about and the recommendations were on point. Would highly recommend this place for locals or visitors. Will be back for sure.

Yelp
We finally got to Stonewater after driving by it for the last year. Photos online looked great but the reviews were mixed. Had to see for ourselves.... Good Service - Extremely friendly and prompt. Never waited for a thing and our server was very welcoming for our first time. Views - Sits right on the water, doesn't get much better than that in my book Bourbon Selection - Great list and covers the entire gamut of bourbon and rye. From Blanton to Whistle Pig they've got you covered. Bad Food - Unfortunately the food was not good at all. Felt more like a sports bar level than a restaurant. Ordered the Crab Rangoons, Nacho/Chips, Grouper, and Short Rib Sandwich. None of them were memorable and the grouper was $39? Will we be back? Nope, but plenty of others will be based on the stories we've heard.
google avatar

Dolores C.

Yelp
Salmon was cooked quite well and mashed potatoes seem like they came from a box. Salad was boring as was the rest of the meal. This is at least the third mediocre restaurant at this location, which is a shame.
google avatar

Mark D.

Yelp
The layout of this restaurant is awesome, with lots of outside shade seating & great lake views & breezes. Inside area is great too, & bars both inside & outside. The food is very good, served fresh & tasty. It's not five star, but certainly not your average chain restaurant fare. And, the service is excellent with friendly & attentive Servers. They even have live entertainment on certain nights. A really cool & enjoyable dining experience.
google avatar

Jacqui M.

Yelp
We recently had a great dinner on the deck. The food was great and the view was lovely. They do a great job with presentation, we had the Mac and brisket appetizer it was enveloped in smoke in a glass which was released at the table. Fun atmosphere
google avatar

Vivian M.

Yelp
The food was amazing and when they have a band the ambience is great. Service was awesome as well. Love it
google avatar

Yelp
Perfect fall dish! Pasta special with sweet potato gnocchi with duck and mushrooms, and bacon. So flavorful! Followed by a cake batter banana cheesecake that is the perfect amount of sweetness. Highly recommend both!
google avatar

Pam C.

Yelp
This is a large restaurant with indoor seating, outdoor covered seating and seating outside by the lake. Parking lot was full. We went on a Friday night and it was very busy. I would suggest reservations . We were there for a private party and got to watch the space launch. The 2 female servers were amazing. The food was appetizers: Lobster Mac, crab balls, beef Wellington, tuna tartare, lobster beignets, and chocolate and key lime shooters for dessert. The food was excellent.Everyone had a great time. The weather is perfect outside this time of the year.

Yelp
Ruth and I went to StoneWater Grill for her birthday on a Friday night. Had reservations and were seated waterfront immediately. Our server "Emma" was fast, knowledgeable and very helpful. Ruth had a Key Lime martini and I had a blackberry margarita. Really enjoyed the drinks. For dinner Ruth had the short ribs and I had the twin boned pork chop with loaded baked potato. Both were hot and plentiful and perfectly prepared and delicious. We couldn't finish the meals. But saved space for dessert. Ruthies giant slab of chocolate cake came complete with a birthday candle and a wish. I had the banana foster cheesecake. Could not have a better waterfront lakeside birthday dinner with my beautiful Ruthie. Thank you StoneWater Grill and Emma for a wonderful night.

Yelp
We went with a group of four on a Friday evening. We had reservations and we were seated right away. Kelly was our server and she was very sweet and attentive plus she has the best name We had cocktails to start. They have a nice selection of wine & beer. I would love to see some of the bottle wines be offered in a glass. We also ordered two orders of the crab Rangoon which is made in house and delicious. Everyone at the table enjoyed them. For my entree, I ordered the bacon wrapped meatloaf and it didn't disappoint. Served with broccoli cooked perfectly and mashed potatoes. Others at the table ordered the seafood risotto, salmon dish and the stuffed fish. All were good. Ended the evening with the brownie shared between the four of us. It was moist and the perfect ending to our evening. The restaurant is huge and has lots of room for parties. Outside was really nice however we were rained out and the live music was postponed due to a storm that went through. We will definitely be back! I have to try the grouper!

Yelp
SO much is great about Stonewater Grill... from the friendly staff, yummy appetizers and entrees to the alcoholic drinks. We enjoy sitting out on the patio when our favorite singers are there - Josh & Jenny Higgins. We always try to be seated in Amara or Heaven's sections. They both go above and beyond in their customer service. Angie usually makes a special effort to come say hi each time we're there. She's amazing at her job as well. We meet couples there a lot, because it's a great spot also to watch your favorite sports team and catch up. We've enjoyed most things on the menu, so it's hard to say what our favorite is. We always order the Poke Nacho appetizer to start out - so that's a definite favorite. The grilled blackened salmon, hamburger and street tacos are our usual go-to entrees. We always recommend Stonewater Grill to our friends.

Janie N.

Yelp
Wish they would improve the food. Had the steak burger medium and just no taste. I've had the Cali Chicken and again not very tasty. The ambience is very nice though.
google avatar

Tessa M.

Yelp
If I could rate this zero stars I absolutely would. The service was terrible, food is over priced and not worth it whatsoever, the view is the only thing remotely going for this place and even then you're going to get chewed up by bugs while you waited for one of the four bartenders to come back on the other end of the bar to acknowledge you after you're waving your arms to get their attention. I am less than pleased and this was less than satisfactory in the slightest. Will not return if they offered five free meals. Taco Bell would be better than what I got tonight. (Review from April 2023, updating reviews)
google avatar

Yelp
We loved the place and look forward to coming back to sit outside next time and enjoy the live music. Food is a little pricey but was good and we will return.

Yelp
What a hidden gem! Stonewater Grill is only 20 minutes from my house, but I've never been there, in the 12 years I've lived in carrollwood. I probably would've never known about it, had it not been for Josh and Jenny Higgins's Fb post about them performing there. What a beautiful location! The food was delicious, the service, provided by Trinity, was spot on and the entertainment was the best, as always! We were a group of 4- first timers and all of us had a wonderful time! We're looking forward to seeing Josh and Jenny there again, in just a few weeks.

Yelp
We had a wonderful night at Stonewater Grill! Yada, our server, was great!!! The food was delicious and the ambiance is amazing!

Yelp
Great atmosphere and food was delicious! Definitely recommend and will be returning. Great date night spot.

Yelp
Very Disappointing . . . I had wanted to go here for awhile. I finally went. The ambiance is very nice. On the water, large inside, outside bar by the water, and great decorations. They accommodate large parties, which they setup one while I was there. Their food, was not great at all. One, everything is very overpriced. Two, I ordered the Seafood Pescatore. It tasted very good, but it was as if I was eating an oily soup with seafood. The amount of oil used was at least triple of what should have been used. My friend ordered Spinach Bacon Gorgonzola Salmon. Same thing with her dish. Tasted good, but about triple the oil needed. Why so much oil? Also, I never comment on "people" but wow --- I must say, so many of the people that go here are very "snobbish." While there, a group of four was seated behind us. Literally six inches away. About a minute after they sat down I felt a "pat" on my shoulder from the hostess. She looked at me and said "these folks were wondering if you could push your seat and the empty chair beside you further in to the table." I was shocked. One, I was sitting quite close to the table and the seat next to me was empty (hence the chair was already pushed in). Two, I was also shocked that these folks were 3-6 inches from my back, and they couldn't ask me? They had to flag the hostess over??? Come on. My friend and I were really surprised by this "uppity" attitude. Also while dining, the staff came in to set up for a very large party. I'm guessing for about 30 people. The dining area at this restaurant is very large. They have heavy wooden tables and chairs. All of a sudden during dinner, the staff start to drag across the floor chairs and tables. They placed about six tables in a row. The noise created from reorganizing the table and chairs was unbelievable. EXTREMELY loud. And the staff made no efforts to minimize the noise. This went on for a good five to ten minutes. We couldn't hear each other talk during this time. Additionally, we had reservations for 5 pm on a Thursday evening. The hostess could not find our reservation. I finally looked at the list (of three) and pointed out my name to her. The restaurant had few people in it at this time, but by 6:30 pm, the place was very busy. With all the people that had arrived, once again the noise was unbelievable. My friend and I got up and left early mainly due to the noise. Again, we could not hear each other speak. Loved the water views, but I would NEVER go back.

Yelp
Lovely space...terrible service. It took us 1 1/2 hours to get sandwiches for lunch. Food was mediocre...will not be returning.

Yelp
We went for a private event on the back deck and it was so much fun! The views of the water and the trees gave amazing ambiance. The food was served Buffett style and we enjoyed everything we tried. The servers made sure we had drinks and everything we needed through out the evening. It was super fun!
google avatar

Yelp
Went back for 2nd time and was super disappointed compared to last time. Knocked it down from 4 to 3 stars. Service was bad and food really had no flavor. What happened???
google avatar

Yelp
Went for the first time and didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The meal portions were huge and loved the variety of options to choose from. The chicken parmesan was delicious and the outdoor waterfront space was also a big plus!

Yelp
Food is hit or miss. One time it is fantastic next time salads come out all brown and rotten lettuce. The atmosphere is amazing and the brusselsprouts are amazing. Great service.

Yelp
What an awesome place for delicious food and great service! Dominic and his team know how to treat customers. We had a party of 11 and they made sure everyone was satisfied and that everything was perfect! Definitely recommend them to everyone I can.

Yelp
Stone water grill was caught off guard on Tuesday, Nov. 26. Lots of walk in families and only a few reservations so they were not staffed appropriately. Timely service was delayed. The server, Jimmy, was exceptionally apologetic. The restaurant came highly recommended by two friends. The food was great once it arrived. They comped a round of cocktail as an apology. I like the place. My only issue was the menu. I was looking in the pasta area and ordered Spinach, Bacon, Gorgonzola Salmon. I found it in the "pasta" and entree section. I was chatting with a group of 8 and failed to note it was not one of the pasta dishes. It was good but I was expecting a pasta dish. It sounded so good reading about it in the menu. We had lakeside shrimp and lakeside cauliflower as starters. The restaurant is big and has a nice feel. Lots of decorations. Parking is easy. Deserts are good. We had banana fosters and dark chocolate cake. (Shared by all). Thank you Jimmy for your exception humor and table service.

Yelp
I was there for a somewhat casual wedding reception. The service was super attentive - just fantastic, the Chicken Marsala was well presented and tasted excellent and the cover band ,playing a lot of 80's hair band classics) was awesome - they deserved more applause from the lame;) audience. I clapped. Even shouted once or twice. Was it the beers or the music? Doesn't matter - had a darn good time.

Meh. The quality is Sysco food served up warm, and there's nothing wrong with that if you're at a sports bar. The only good thing is the lakeside seating. I'm pretty sure their $20 grouper sandwich is not Florida Grouper (red or black) caught in the Gulf of Mexico but a cheaper variant. I also had a shrimp scampi special about a year ago, and the scampi "mix" reminded me of a glistening pile of barf on top of pasta.
